The Role
We’re looking for a highly meticulous
UI Technical Artist
who bridges the gap between UI/UX design and Unity implementation, with an uncompromising commitment to visual precision.
In this role, you’ll bring user interfaces to life through flawless technical setup, UI motion design, and polished micro-interactions.
We need a candidate who truly aims for pixel-perfect fidelity. Someone who cares deeply about aligning margins, font rendering, anchoring, and visual feedback down to the exact pixel, while maintaining a strong animation sense and high visual polish.
What You'll Do
Pixel-Perfect UI Implementation in Unity:
Translate 2D design layouts into Unity UI with relentless accuracy, ensuring exact spacing, scale, typography, and responsiveness across varying resolutions.
UI Motion & Animation Design:
Design, animate, and fine-tune UI transitions, dynamic menus, and micro-interactions using Unity Timeline, Animator, Spine 2D, or tweening packages, with a sharp eye for weight, timing, and easing.
Visual Feedback:
Elevate the player experience by crafting crisp visual feedback using lightweight shaders (Shader Graph), UI particle systems, and subtle motion effects that feel satisfying and responsive.
Precision Asset Management & Optimization:
Set up dynamic anchoring, Sprite Atlases, text rendering (TextMeshPro), and UI prefabs to maintain visual perfection without compromising game performance or draw call limits.
Design & Engineering Alignment:
Serve as the visual quality gatekeeper by collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to honor their visual vision and working with engineers to tie UI elements into game logic seamlessly.
Maintain High UI Standards:
Establish robust, scalable UI structures, prefabs, and workflow guidelines that ensure consistency and visual rigor across our entire game portfolio.
What We're Looking For
Uncompromising Eye for Precision:
A relentless commitment to pixel perfection, sharp detail, and visual accuracy when translating static or prototype designs into live, in-engine UI.
Solid Unity UI Implementation Skills:
Proven hands-on experience building, structuring, and optimizing UI Canvas setups in Unity.
Strong Animation & Motion Sense:
Deep understanding of timing, curve dynamics, and movement principles tailored specifically to menu transitions, UI states, and player feedback.
Technical UI Asset Knowledge:
Expertise in preparing UI assets, slice/9-grid setups, Sprite Atlases, TextMeshPro configurations, and clean prefab architecture.
UI FX Capabilities:
Practical experience creating UI feedback effects using particle systems, shaders (Shader Graph), or vector-based UI techniques.
Nice to Have
Basic scripting knowledge in C# to trigger UI animations or prototype layout behavior independently.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

At LBC Mortgage, we’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and unconventional thinker who is ready to experiment, challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and help make our brand visible across the rapidly evolving world of AI platforms.
The way people discover businesses is changing. More and more people are turning to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to ask questions, compare services, and decide which companies deserve their attention. We want LBC Mortgage to be part of those conversations. Not just on Google. Not just on social media. We want our brand to be discoverable, recognizable, and accurately represented wherever people search for answers, recommendations, and solutions.
Your mission is simple: help make LBC Mortgage impossible to overlook.
We’re not looking for someone who needs ten years of experience, a complicated strategy document, or permission to try every new idea. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in how AI works, enjoys exploring new tools, and isn't afraid to test an approach that nobody on the team has tried before. You don't need to know everything on day one. You need to be willing to learn, think independently, take initiative, and turn ideas into action.
This is not about taking reckless risks or doing things without a plan. It’s about having the confidence to experiment intelligently, measure results, and improve continuously instead of assuming that yesterday’s methods will always work tomorrow.
You will help establish and maintain our presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. You’ll work on making sure our business information is accurate and consistent, our profiles are complete, and our content clearly communicates who we are and what we do.
You’ll also explore how brands are mentioned in AI-generated answers, identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence, and investigate what helps AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses. From improving business listings to researching customer questions, contributing appropriately to relevant communities, and testing new content strategies, your work will help us understand how to become more visible in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
You should be comfortable following a strategy while also recognizing opportunities to improve it. If you notice something that could work better, speak up. If you discover a promising platform, explore it. If you have an idea worth testing, explain your reasoning and help us evaluate the results. We value people who combine initiative with accountability and creativity with attention to detail.
Most importantly, we want someone who sees this role as an opportunity rather than a checklist. Someone who wants to help shape how a brand competes in a changing digital landscape. Someone who understands that there may not always be a ready-made answer and is willing to find one.
We’re not promising that every experiment will succeed. We’re offering the opportunity to explore, test, learn, and contribute to something that is evolving in real time. You’ll have a clear objective, the freedom to investigate different approaches, and the responsibility to turn what you learn into meaningful progress.
Don’t just tell us you’re different. Show us how you think, what you’re curious about, and what you would try first.
Ready to make AI notice us? Apply.
