About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Ecosystem Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure behind our channel, distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), global systems integrator (GSI), and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. You'll shape how our partners go to market, serving as the primary process owner for deal registration, partner programs, partner quote-to-cash, and partner attribution. You'll combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and help ecosystem operations scale.
What you'll do
Design and govern end-to-end partner processes, including deal and referral registration, service attach, two-tier distribution, rules of engagement, and quote-to-cash. Partner with Deal Desk and Billing on resale, distribution, OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction workflows, and resolve complex registration, quoting, and billing escalations.
Own operational execution of partner tiering, onboarding, certification compliance, not-for-resale (NFR) licenses, rebates, and incentives, including eligibility tracking, approval routing, and payments.
Own and administer the partner technology ecosystem, including Impartner partner relationship management (PRM), Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) partner objects, deal registration, and partner portals. Maintain system health and data integrity, and co-manage vendor roadmaps, renewals, and service-level accountability.
Partner with Revenue Technologies and Systems to maintain integrations across partner platforms, Salesforce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quoting, billing, and financial systems, including partner attribution and compensation data flows. Lead prioritization and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements with IT and Enterprise Applications.
Own the ecosystem data model and work toward one standard partner attribution record across the customer lifecycle. Serve as a resource for Ecosystem Sales, partners, and internal teams on attribution, territory, and compensation-impacting data, and maintain reporting and dashboards as a single source of truth for partner pipeline, registration activity, and program performance.
Lead ecosystem month-end close with Deal Desk, Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, covering opportunity corrections, partner splits, territory review, and reconciliation.
Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows such as deal registration routing, NFR provisioning, partner data quality checks, and reporting. Evaluate processes for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
Maintain the authoritative ecosystem process map, runbooks, and training materials. Support tool configuration, testing, and end-user training. Own channel price files and partner quoting for product launches and stock keeping unit (SKU) changes. Coordinate improvements with operational peers, IT, Finance, Product, and Legal through GitLab Work Items.
What you'll bring
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service channel or partner operations, with direct ownership of ecosystem workflows and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform, including deal registration and partner portal administration.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects, opportunity management, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Deep familiarity with resale, two-tier distribution, deal registration, rules of engagement, partner discounting, and partner quote-to-cash, plus an understanding of OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction structures and operational requirements.
Direct experience operating partner programs, including tiering, certification compliance, rebates, and incentives, with responsibility for execution and compliance.
Experience designing and documenting complex operational processes for distributed teams, translating business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration, and leading user acceptance testing through release.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents to automate operational workflows, from evaluating opportunities to delivering working solutions.
Experience resolving ambiguous operational escalations across systems, teams, and partner relationships, and aligning Deal Desk, IT, Finance, Compensation, Legal, and Sales around operational changes.
About the team
Our Ecosystem Operations team works closely with Systems, Revenue Technologies, Deal Desk, Ecosystem Programs, Enablement, Finance, Compensation, and Legal. We enable consistent execution across Ecosystem Operations Specialists and cross-functional partners. You'll also partner with the Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager, who owns Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud operations, on shared systems, the ecosystem data model, and month-end close.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to lead design for some of Synthesia's AI-native, agentic Sessions product surfaces.
Sessions are the experiences where employees learn through conversation, companies lrun a survey at scale, and AI becomes a direct participant in how work gets done - not just a tool behind the scenes.
This area is central to redefining what a video platform can be: moving upstream from content creation into workforce development, and making complex AI capabilities feel natural, trustworthy, and effective for everyday users.
You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions, shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the craft bar.
In practice, this role is about solving AI-native design problems, for example:
- Designing real-time, conversational avatar experiences that feel engaging and natural - not robotic or gimmicky - for employees learning and practising skills at work.
- Creating interaction patterns for AI-driven workflows that give users the right amount of control, transparency, and trust without overwhelming them with complexity.
- Improving output quality through better structure, guidance, and feedback loops - helping users understand what the AI is doing, catch issues early, and iterate with confidence.
- Working at the frontier where AI changes what "interaction" means, and the best patterns are genuinely still being invented.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Own major AI-native bets end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
- Set a design vision for our "Sessions" surface, and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define what "great" looks like (principles, quality bar, success metrics) and then drive toward it.
- Prototype and test interaction models quickly - including novel agentic and conversational patterns - and know when high-fidelity matters.
- Raise the bar on craft: interaction design, UI quality, systems thinking, and consistency across AI-native experiences.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU BRING:
- Significant experience designing complex, high-usage product surfaces - ideally including AI-native products, agentic features, conversational interfaces, or products where the system takes meaningful autonomous action.
- Strong craft in interaction design and visual design, and a track record of shipping work that measurably improves the product experience.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into crisp direction, and you do not wait for perfect clarity.
- Systems thinking: you understand how AI capabilities, model constraints, and product architecture shape what's actually possible in the UX - not just what looks good on a screen.
- Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.
- Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central - helping users feel confident in AI-driven outputs rather than confused or excluded.
- A track record of tackling novel problems in maturing product spaces, and shaping the product from early-stage bets through to execution.
- The ability to leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure the product continues to meet real needs - including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.
AT SYNTHESIA WE EXPECT EVERYONE TO:
- Put the Customer First
- Own it & Go Direct
- Be Fast & Experimental
- Make the Journey Fun
You can read more about this in this public Notion page: https://synthesia.notion.site/How-we-work-at-Synthesia-f794caa72f8446efb6be22b551ce0fa2
BENEFITS
- A flexible, remote friendly role based out of Europe or one of our hubs in London, Copenhagen, Munich, or Zurich.
- 25 days of annual leave + public holidays in the country where you are based.
- A generous referral scheme.
- Work from home set up.
- At Synthesia, you can work from anywhere (within reason) in the world for up to 60 days per year!
- A huge opportunity for career growth as you’ll help shape a market-defining product.

Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. The largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar - it's whether admins, legal teams, and programme owners can actually stay in control.
We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own that layer end-to-end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open.
You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the bar on how we think about enterprise design problems.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration - often dealing with ambiguity. You'll reach out to the right stakeholders, get the right eyes in the room, and make decisions independently.
- Design complex governance and compliance systems that give admins, legal teams, and compliance officers genuine control and transparency. Examples include:
- Permission models and role hierarchies that scale across thousands of creators without collapsing into chaos.
- Audit log experiences that make compliance auditable - not just for the system, but for the humans who need to understand what happened.
- Workspace setup and identity workflows that integrate with real enterprise infrastructure (SSO, SCIM, MCP).
- License and billing models that admins can actually understand and manage at scale.
- Analytics and reporting that tell admins whether their deployment is working as intended.
- Work with technical constraints and possibilities. You'll develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, developer hub patterns, and how backend systems shape what's actually achievable in the UX. You're not designing in isolation from engineering - you're designing in partnership with it.
- Drive pragmatic iteration. You'll scope ruthlessly, build POCs to get signal early, and iterate based on what you learn from enterprise customers.
- Set a design vision for our Enterprise surface and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent. As things scale across SSO, compliance, analytics, and billing, you're keeping the mental model consistent.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU BRING:
- Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces - ideally admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics platforms, or other domains where system thinking matters.
- Technical fluency. You understand APIs, integrations, how services communicate, how widgets and developer hubs work. You can read a technical architecture doc and understand the constraints it creates for design. You don't need to be an engineer, but you think like one.
- Systems thinking: not just about interaction flows, but about enterprise systems. You understand how identity systems, compliance regimes, and scale constraints shape what's actually possible in the UX. You think in mental models and multi-step workflows, not single screens.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into crisp direction, and you do not wait for perfect clarity.
- Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.
- Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central - helping users feel confident in AI-driven outputs rather than confused or excluded.
- The ability to leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure the product continues to meet real needs - including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Talent Operations team runs the machinery behind hiring at ElevenLabs: the systems, workflows and data that help us hire exceptional people quickly. We’re hiring at pace, with 200+ open roles across 40+ countries, and Ashby sits at the centre of all of it. We're looking for a hands-on Ashby expert who can turn hiring priorities into clean, working setups, so recruiters and interviewers can focus on candidates rather than the tool. You’ll be the person the talent team trusts to get the system right, and to know when something is quietly going wrong.
Talent Operations works from first principles. We don’t ask how hiring has always been done. We ask how to make it the best possible experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved. Automation and AI drive everything we do, because we’re scaling our talent function without scaling headcount at the same rate. The goal is to maximize the impact each person on the team can have.
To start, your time will be split as ~60% Ashby build and administration, ~25% scheduling support and Talent Ops projects, and ~15% data and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Ashby go-to: be the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Write the how-tos so the same question doesn’t get asked twice.
- Interview plans: build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards. Update them as roles and processes change, keeping structure consistent so data stays comparable across teams.
- Jobs and postings. End to end: take approved headcount to a live, accurate job and posting quickly. That covers hiring teams, approvals, custom fields, job boards and postings across locations. Keep every job accurate through to close and archive.
- Data quality: own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection and archive reasons, department and team structure, and stale applications. Spot problems before they show up in a report.
- Process and projects: support Talent Ops on process changes, tooling rollouts and projects that help the function scale, plus interview scheduling support during busy periods (or until we roll out agentic scheduling).
IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
- Audit and standardize interview plans across ElevenLabs so pipeline data is comparable
- Cut job setup time by templating common role types
- Automate a manual workflow with AI or integration tooling
- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with automating scheduling
- Own 1-2 Talent Operations projects end to end
REQUIREMENTS
- Ashby Power User. Prior hands-on Ashby experience as an active, day-to-day user, including setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms, and interview plans.
- Fast-paced Operations. Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team.
- Strong data hygiene instincts. Messy data bothers you, and you fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- AI native. Comfortable using AI tools to cut manual work and move faster.
- Clear written communication. You can explain a system change to a hiring manager in two sentences.
- Timezone: Able to work in United States timezone hours.
BONUS:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. You’re confident building reports in Ashby and working with exported data in spreadsheets (pivots, lookups, basic formulas), and you can turn the numbers into a clear story about what’s working and what isn’t.
- Scheduling at Scale. Interview scheduling at scale, including complex multi-timezone panels.
- Project Management. Organized and able to run projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You enjoy being the person who knows how the system actually works
- You’d rather build a template once than do the same setup ten times
- You’re comfortable moving fast without letting accuracy slip
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally, with a preference for United States timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
We are accepting applications through October 30, 2026. The Hiring Manager will review all applications and determine next steps. The interview process will be:
- AI Interview
- Meet the Hiring Manager
- Case Study
- Call with the Team
- Final Interview

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the team
The Value Proposition & New Benefits team owns what our core value proposition for subscription should be, and the new benefits that bring it to life. We sit within the wider Subscription EMEA org, whose vision is to create the world's leading membership programme in local commerce, delivering unprecedented value and a world-class experience to members.
The role
We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to own strategy and execution for new benefits within Subscription. This is a hybrid strategy/build/run role: you'll define what to launch, then work cross-functionally to get it shipped and measure whether it's working. You'll be expected to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution — this is not a role where strategy stops at a slide deck.
Typical problems you'll own:
What new benefits should we launch for Subscription — which ideas are worth pursuing, and what's the business case for each?
How do we prioritise and sequence a pipeline of benefit ideas against limited engineering, design, and operational capacity?
How do we define success for a new benefit before launch — what does a good outcome look like, and what would tell us to kill it?
Once live, how is a benefit actually performing — impact on acquisition, retention, frequency, and member satisfaction — against its cost to serve, and what does that tell us to do next?
How do we take a benefit from a small pilot to a scaled, steady-state feature, and what needs to be true operationally for that to work?
What you'll do
Own the strategy and roadmap
for new benefits within Subscription — build the analysis, the business case, and the plan, and drive it through to execution.
Cross-functional delivery
— partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to take benefit ideas from concept to launch, without formal authority over any of them.
Build and prioritise the benefit pipeline
— evaluate a stream of ideas (experiential, use-case specific, or otherwise), size their potential impact and cost, and decide what's worth building next.
Track ongoing performance
— maintain visibility into each live benefit's impact on acquisition, retention, frequency, and satisfaction against its cost to serve, flagging when something needs attention.
Scale what works
— take benefits from small pilots to steady-state features, defining the operating model, reporting cadence, and processes needed to run them sustainably.
Bring outside-in perspective
— track what Uber One, DashPass, Wolt+, Just Eat and Amazon Prime are doing with membership benefits, and translate what's relevant into Deliveroo's context.
Communicate to senior stakeholders
— write clear strategy documents and present recommendations, trade-offs, and results to leadership.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, or business operations — ideally with exposure to marketplaces, subscription/membership businesses, or consumer tech.
Commercial acumen
: strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and subscriber value; comfortable building a business case and owning a set of P&L-adjacent metrics.
Analytical rigor
: comfortable interpreting data and experiment results to make a clear business call — you'll partner with Data Science on the "how" and "so what."
Bias for action and ownership
: able to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems ("what should we build, and how will we know it worked?"), and to drive execution personally rather than just recommend.
Cross-functional influence
: track record of aligning senior stakeholders and diverse functions (Product, Eng, Finance, Marketing) around a shared plan in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication — able to distill complex trade-offs into a clear recommendation for leadership.
Nice to have
Multi-market experience across EMEA
Background in a subscription, loyalty, or membership business (delivery, e-commerce, fintech, or otherwise).
Benefits (Deliveroo standard — adjust per market)
Free Subscription
Up to 5% matched pension contributions
Equity / share awards eligibility
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure, plus 1 day paid volunteering leave
Funded private healthcare (core plan), with option to add family
Wellbeing perks: on-site gym / discounted gym membership, GymPass access
Enhanced parental leave from day one
Learning & development budget and access to RooLearn
Cycle to Work / Season Ticket Loan schemes
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

ABOUT THE ROLE
For years, avatars have been something you watch. You write a script, we render a video, someone presses play. That model has taken AI video a long way but it has a ceiling. A video can't answer a question. It can't read the room. It can't role-play a tough conversation and adapt when you push back.
We're changing that. Interactive Avatars listen, talk, and respond in real time; inside your product, your website, or your internal tools. You bring the logic and the language model; we power the avatar layer: the speech, the expression, the listening, the sense that there's someone actually there.
It's early. Interactive Avatars is in closed beta today, and the teams building on it are pushing it into places we didn't expect - AI sales reps, always-on support agents, interactive trainers, onboarding guides. We're hiring a Product Manager to own it and take it from beta to a platform that thousands of developers build on.
This is a role with real scope. You'll help define what a real-time avatar API should be, the surface developers integrate against, the experience end users feel, and the commercial model that makes it a business. You'll work directly with the engineering and research teams building the real-time avatar stack, and with the design partners already live in the beta.
THE PROBLEM YOU'RE SOLVING
Today, a developer who wants a lifelike, real-time avatar in their product has to stitch together a streaming pipeline, a rendering layer, an agent, and a set of hard real-time problems - latency, interruption handling, listening behavior, expressiveness, consistency across sessions, most of which have nothing to do with the product they're actually trying to build.
We have the avatar technology and a working beta. What we need is a PM who can turn that into an API a developer can integrate in an afternoon, trust in production, and build a real business on top of, all while holding a quality bar high enough that the experience feels human, not uncanny.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Owning the end-to-end Interactive Avatar API. This is the developer-facing surface (SDK, integration patterns, docs), the real-time experience quality, and the path from closed beta to general availability, and defining what the roadmap looks like over the coming cycles
- Getting close to the developers and teams building on the beta: understanding how they integrate, where the API fights them, which real-time behaviors make or break the experience, and what "production-ready" means to them
- Translating that understanding into a clear product direction. What to build, in what order, and why, and keeping the team aligned as the strategy evolves
- Working closely with the engineering and research teams building the real-time avatar stack; contributing clear specs, sound judgment on trade-offs (quality vs. latency vs. cost), and the context that helps them build the right thing the first time
- Partnering with go-to-market and commercial teams to define how the API is packaged, priced, and sold - a real-time API has a fundamentally different business model from batch video, and shaping that is part of the job
- Defining and tracking the metrics that tell us whether the product is working across adoption, integration success, real-time quality, reliability, and the commercial signals that prove it's a business
WHO YOU ARE
You've owned a developer-facing product before like an API, an SDK, or a platform and you know that the product is the developer experience. You understand that adoption is won or lost in the first hour of integration, and that trust is won or lost the first time something breaks in production. You build accordingly.
You're comfortable in a space where the roadmap isn't fully formed. You don't need a clean brief to get started. You can talk to developers, watch them integrate, synthesize what you see, and come back with a point of view. You're also honest about what you don't know and willing to update when the evidence changes.
You care about the detail, and you can hold a quality bar for something subjective and hard: a real-time avatar either feels present and responsive or it feels off, and the difference lives in latency, interruption handling, expressiveness, and consistency. You know how to make that bar concrete and defend it.
You think commercially. A new API isn't just a technical surface. It's a business, and you have instincts (or scar tissue) around how developer products get adopted, packaged, and monetized.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in product, with direct experience owning a developer-facing API, SDK, or platform product. The vertical doesn't matter, the platform depth does
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, 0→1 environment where discovery and delivery happen in parallel and the roadmap is still being shaped
- Strong technical fluency: you can hold a credible conversation with engineers about real-time systems, latency, and integration trade-offs, and make good calls without needing every answer handed to you
- Strong written communication: you can write a spec, a strategy doc, or an API design rationale that others can act on without a follow-up conversation
- Real-time / streaming media, conversational AI, or applied-AI product experience is a strong plus but not a prerequisite.
- Instinct for the commercial side of a developer product - adoption, packaging, and monetization is a plus.
- Based in London or open to regular in-person time.

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
You'll join the Customer Success and Engineering organization as our first Senior Technical Success Manager hire in Australia or Japan, reporting to our Director of Customer Success. Our Technical Success Managers in the US and Europe own the post-sale relationship for our most strategic accounts. In APAC, you'll do that and more: you'll be the technical face of Qdrant in the region, working with Account Executives, Support, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Solutions Architects who sit several time zones away.
Most of your time goes to helping customers who already run Qdrant in production succeed and grow. The rest goes to supporting new deals, partner work, and first-line technical questions in APAC hours. It's a hybrid role for someone who likes being first in, figuring things out, and building how we work in a new region.
What you will own
- Strategic APAC accounts, end to end. Be the primary technical owner for our largest customers in the region, from onboarding through production, scaling, and expansion. Run health checks and architecture reviews, and spot growth opportunities before the customer asks.
- Hands-on delivery. Work directly with customer engineering teams on deployment, configuration, and performance tuning across Qdrant Cloud and self-hosted Kubernetes environments.
- First-line technical support in APAC hours. Resolve most technical questions yourself, and hand edge cases to Support and Engineering with clear, evidence-based diagnostics so nothing stalls overnight.
- Expectation setting with demanding customers. Hold the line on scope, priorities, and customization requests, and align engineering, IT, and security stakeholders on what happens next and when.
- Pre-sales and partner support. Back Account Executives on new opportunities and proofs of concept in the region, and help regional partners' technical teams position and deploy Qdrant.
- The voice of APAC customers. Bring field feedback to Product and Engineering, and help shape the playbooks and processes we'll use as the region grows.
Who you are
- You have 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Technical Account Manager, Technical Success Manager, Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer) at an AI, data, or database infrastructure company.
- You're hands-on with cloud-native infrastructure: Kubernetes, Terraform, and at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure). You can reason about memory, performance, and scaling problems without waiting for someone else.
- You've worked both sides of the deal. You can support a technical evaluation as comfortably as you can run a long-term customer relationship.
- You bring enterprise maturity. You'll be dealing with our biggest enterprise clients in the region, so you negotiate confidently with engineering, IT, and security teams, and you push back with care when a customer's request doesn't serve them.
- You're self-sufficient and enjoy startup ambiguity. You can be the only Qdrant person in your time zone, make good calls on your own, and know when to delegate or escalate.
- You're based in APAC, ideally Australia, communicate clearly in English, and can occasionally join early or late calls with teammates in Europe and the US.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with vector search or search engines, or RAG and agentic AI applications in production.
- Experience as an early or first hire building a regional presence for a start-up or scale-up.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.
Come build with us!

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.

About the role
You’ll build the tools that make Studio a video editor people want to live in. These include transitions, color grading and elements libraries all built on top of our in-house engine. You’ll also build presets, so a user can get the effect they want without tweaking 20 individual controls.
The work mixes greenfield features with polish on the existing editor. An example of the polish is letting editors coming from Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro rebind their keyboard shortcuts in one step. You’ll write proposals, get fast feedback, and own features through launch, including the marketing moment.
You’re a product-minded, frontend-leaning full-stack engineer. Deep backend skills aren’t required.
Requirements
- Strong frontend engineer who has built complex, interactive UIs.
- Enough full-stack ability to work across the stack, but deep backend expertise isn’t needed.
- Evidence of product responsibility: side projects, open source, or product-facing work.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment, and takes ownership with minimal hand-holding.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

In this role you'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage our industry-leading models and ElevenAgents — our end-to-end platform for building and deploying AI voice agents — to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.
In this role you will:
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Switzerland to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents, can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency for consumer and retail brands.
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends, particularly as they apply to Swiss consumer and retail organizations operating at scale.
- Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Swiss consumer and retail sector, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
- Well-connected in the Swiss consumer and retail landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Switzerland, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
- Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.
- A hybrid of customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scale.
- Swiss German is the preferred default language for this role; fluency in both Swiss German and French is a strong plus given Switzerland's multilingual market. Strong English is also required for internal collaboration.

Job Title: Staff/Lead SDET Engineer (Test Automation Platform)
Product: Total Battle
Total Battle is a massive MMO 4X strategy game available on mobile and web, uniting millions of active players. As our product and engineering teams scale, we are shifting our testing paradigm: automated testing must become a daily, self-service engineering tool rather than a bottleneck owned by a dedicated team.
We are looking for a Staff/Lead SDET to take technical ownership of our internal test automation tooling and make this vision a reality.
Why this role exists
Your core mission is to empower product QA teams. You won't write tests; you will build the tools, APIs, and abstractions that allow QA engineers (with basic Python & OOP skills) to independently create checks, manage test states, run tests in CI/CD, and diagnose failures.
- The Product Teams own the tests.
- You own the tooling layer that makes their work possible.

💡 Core Focus Areas:
1. Client Testing Tools: UI scenarios, method/component checks across Android, WebGL, and (soon) iOS.
2. Server Integration: Component testing tools built over existing Python clients, SDKs, and product testability capabilities.(Note: We aren't starting from scratch. We need a visionary who can assess our existing solutions, define a target architecture, and evolve them incrementally).
What You’ll Work On
- Drive Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for QA tooling, evolve its architecture, and personally implement key solutions.
- Build the Platform: Develop domain APIs, fixtures, and state-preparation tools for integration/component testing over existing SDKs.
- Enhance Client Automation: Extend client UI automation and enable sub-UI checks for specific client methods.
- Unify Execution: Ensure local and CI execution follow a predictable, unified path across Android and WebGL.
- Create Diagnostics: Build clear diagnostic tools to help QA engineers easily distinguish between product, test, tooling, and infrastructure failures.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Translate recurring QA needs into product testability requirements and establish technical contracts with client/backend teams.
- Evangelize & Mentor: Drive adoption of your tools through pilots, solid documentation, and feedback loops. (Where needed, help define engineering roles and participate in hiring/onboarding).
Who You Are We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in long-term ownership of internal platforms.
- Python Expert: You regularly write, debug, and maintain Python code for libraries, frameworks, SDKs, or internal tools.
- Platform Builder: You have designed or substantially evolved a framework/SDK used by multiple teams, bringing it to a point where teams can use it independently.
- API Designer: You know how to build stable public APIs over existing SDKs, hiding low-level details from the end-user.
- Cross-Functional Driver: You’ve successfully worked with backend, client, or framework teams to deliver testability capabilities, driving changes even when you don't directly manage the teams.
- CI/CD & Diagnostics Guru: You have integrated automated checks into CI quality gates with robust reproducibility and diagnostics.
- AI Adopter: You leverage LLMs and coding agents to investigate codebases, develop tooling, or create tests efficiently.
- Deep Domain Expertise: You have profound hands-on experience in at least one of the following (and can take technical responsibility for the other):
- Client/UI automation: Drivers, custom/non-native UI, synchronization, and sub-UI checks.
- Backend/integration tooling: Python clients/SDKs, protocols, sessions, fixtures, and test state.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience in both client/UI and backend/integration tooling.
- Background in modernizing legacy automation and conducting incremental user migrations.
- Experience with complex test lifecycles (data isolation, flaky checks, state management).
- Experience in GameDev or complex live-service products (Unity, Cocos/Axmol, WebGL).
- Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, XCUITest, Android ADB, or iOS infrastructure.
- Experience with asynchronous Python, typed models (Pydantic, mypy), or schema-based code generation.
Why to join:
1. ☀️ Live & Work in Sunny Cyprus: We’re an office-first team in Limassol with a modern seaside workspaces. We provide full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
2. 💰 Industry-Leading Rewards: High salaries, a 13th salary, performance bonuses, extra rewards for life milestones (marriage, babies, long service), daily breakfast and lunch.
3. 🛡️ Family Support: Private family health insurance, plus a highly competitive monthly allowance for your children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
4. 🚀 Shape a Global Hit: Work on a Top-10 global mobile 4X strategy game that has grown 25x in revenue and audience over 5 years.
5. 🏰 Rock-Solid Stability: We operate at startup speed but with zero history of lay-offs. We are independent, financially secure, and boast a 99% employee satisfaction rate.
6. 🧠 Culture & Growth: A flat structure where the best ideas win and transparency rules. Your growth is funded from specialized training, certifications, language courses and books to internal and external conferences coverage.
