Workplace: Hybrid
HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (800+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform every Alaner works on: identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, the tooling behind our clinics, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling linearly with headcount.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. You'll be staffed on one or two of these areas at a time, according to your strengths and interests, and it will evolve through time based on company needs and personal appetite.
Staying close to users keeps us building the right things: you'll spend up to 2-3 days a month on IT support, seeing first-hand where friction lives and what's worth automating next.
SCOPE
⚙️ PLATFORM & AUTOMATION
- Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine
- Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines
- Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product, replicable across offices
🔑 IDENTITY & ACCESS
- Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility between jobs and countries) across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem.
- Grow our role-based access model: extend it to more tools and refine the permission groups, so access is granted by role rather than case by case
- Make employee lifecycle events reliable, fast and auditable end-to-end
- Own access reviews and least-privilege models; produce and maintain the evidence our auditors rely on
- Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization across our stack
🔒 ENDPOINT & SAAS SECURITY
- Own the Mac fleet in Kandji: enrollment at scale, role-based blueprints, fleet compliance
- Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls
- Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation on the endpoint and platform scope
🩺 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IT
- The IT layer behind Alan's clinics: practitioner tooling, equipment, access
- Role and permission automation for healthcare professionals, and their support and escalation process
🌍 INTERNATIONALISATION
- Make international expansion something IT accelerates, not something it slows down: a repeatable process where every new market (Canada, KSA, Armenia...) launches on our standard stack from day one
- Bring acquired entities onto that same platform
MILESTONES
First 3 months
- Acquire technical knowledge on Alan's platform: Alan Home, Google Workspace/SSO, Kandji, Cloudflare WARP
- Take one project end-to-end and ship a first increment
- Join the IT oncall team as technical escalation
First 6 months
- Own a workstream end-to-end
- Deliver one automation or hardening initiative end-to-end
- Take up documentation and automation on your scope and reduce significantly the bus factor on it
- Mentor IT teammates on your core expertise
First year
- Deliver measurable IT toil reduction on your scope
- Set the technical standards on your domain: how we build, document and review it
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Engineering, Security, Workplace, Clinic, People, Audit)
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new teammates
3 years
- Lead major projects end-to-end across several communities
- Be the reference the team relies on across at least two domains
- Mentor the IT team and beyond, and scale IT without a linear increase in manual work
As the community grows, there is room to take on more responsibility: leading a crew, owning cross-community projects, mentoring, hiring.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 5+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems
- Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it.
- You write code: not necessarily as a full-time software engineer, but Python, APIs and pull requests in a shared repo should feel normal
- Structured problem-solving: diagnoses methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, thinks about failure modes and rollback
- Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS
- Automation & AI appetite: uses AI tools smartly to accelerate their own delivery, with an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Ownership & autonomy: drives topics forward without hand-holding, including when they cross into someone else's perimeter
- Written communication: Alan is written-first; decisions get argued in public documents and challenged by people outside your team
- Pragmatic judgment: balances "perfect" vs. "good enough", decides with incomplete information
- Documentation culture: reduces bus factor through clear documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with an internal provisioning or IdP-driven automation platform
- Kandji or another MDM at scale
- Cloudflare Zero Trust / WARP, Datadog
- Audit remediation experience (ISO 27001, HDS)
- Multi-country rollouts, or IT integration after an acquisition
- Having mentored, coached or led a (small) crew
- Health or healthtech ecosystem familiarity

About the role
As a Senior Analyst – Permanent Controls, you will join the Permanent Controls team, a global Second Line of Defence (2LoD) function based across Paris and Mauritius. Reporting directly to the Head of Permanent Controls within the Compliance department, you will focus on the financial perimeter, exercising second-line control, independent oversight, and framework monitoring over the organization's finance domain. You will partner closely with the First Line of Defence (1LoD) to establish control standards, design control matrices, and provide guidance when needed. You will also execute 2LoD control plans, issue formal findings, and track recommendations through to resolution.
Sitting in the Second Line of Defense, the global Permanent Controls team serves as an ongoing, trusted advisor and objective challenge to operational teams (1LoD), helping them design robust controls and ensure operational integrity across the organization.
Unlike periodic audit functions, Permanent Controls operates continuously to proactively identify vulnerabilities, standardize control frameworks, and foster a strong risk culture.
Note on Governance: This is a 2LoD function focused on ongoing control design, execution, and 1LoD enablement. It is distinct and independent from the Internal Audit (3LoD) function within Checkout.com.
Key responsibilities
- Control Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate identified risks into comprehensive 2nd line control plans, standards, and templates.
- 1LoD Enablement: Partner with the First Line of Defence teams to design, refine, and assess their control matrices, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulators' expectations (ACPR, FCA..).
- Execution & Testing: Formalize and execute second line permanent controls across critical perimeters, including:
- Financial regulatory reporting across global entities (France, UK, US, etc.).
- Accuracy of financial data, accounting standards, and reconciliations.
- Internal financial processes, procedures, and statutory compliance (including the Order of 3 December 2014).
- Safeguarding mechanisms (flow of funds, compliance with safeguarding measures, timelines, and incident monitoring).
- Reporting & Escalation: Present detailed control findings and anomaly reports to the Head of Permanent Controls; track the implementation of remediation recommendations.
- Proactive Continuous Improvement: Identify operational control gaps, take the initiative to propose practical solutions, and drive improvements to the overall control framework.
- Tooling & Automation: Contribute to the implementation and optimization of automated control tools, tracking dashboards, and recommendation monitoring systems whenever possible.
About You
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Financial Audit, Internal Control, or Financial Reporting within the financial services (banking, Fintech..) or payments industry.
- Regulatory Context: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and ACPR expectations is strongly preferred.
- Mindset & Working Style:
- Proactive & Autonomous: A "go-getter" who takes ownership, anticipates control gaps, and brings actionable solutions to the table rather than waiting for direction.
- Naturally Curious: A drive to understand end-to-end business operations, data flows, and complex payment mechanics.
- Rigorous & Analytical: Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to leverage data analytics to evaluate controls, transactions and processes objectively.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clear findings and influence decision-making across lines of defence.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Collaborative work management is a $14B category growing at 15% a year, and the competitive set is consolidating fast. Wrike is hiring a Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence & Positioning to own our company wide competitive program end to end, connecting what's happening in the market to how our GTM teams win deals because of it.
You'll build the single source of competitive truth our field relies on daily, sharpen the "Why Wrike Over Them" narrative for the core platform, and turn competitive analysis into deal level plays that move win rates against our primary competitors.
This is not a research only role. You'll be equally comfortable writing an executive brief for our CEO, building a battlecard, and coaching an AE through a live competitive situation the same afternoon.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You won't have direct reports. You'll have a mandate, executive air cover, and the responsibility to influence Sales, Product, Enablement, and Analyst Relations without direct authority.
Your Impact:
The Competitive Program: Build, scale, and maintain a high adoption single source of truth: battlecards, competitor teardowns, and playbooks, with a clear tiering framework that decides which competitors get which depth of coverage. Success is measured by whether the field uses it, not whether it exists.
Core positioning and differentiation: Craft and evolve Wrike's positioning and value messaging framework across target verticals and buyer personas: before and after scenarios, the capabilities buyers must have to get there, our defensible differentiators, and the metrics and proof points that make the claims verifiable. Keep it the single source of truth across Sales, CS, and campaigns, not a parallel doc that competes with what the field already uses.
Deal-Level Wins: Partner with Sales and Revenue Enablement to translate intelligence into tactical plays (trap setting discovery questions, objection handling, displacement plays) and join high stakes competitive evaluations and churn risk calls directly when your expertise can tip the outcome.
The win/loss program. Design and operate win/loss across segments, instrumented via [Salesforce/Clari/Clozd,Klu], with quarterly readouts and recommendations that reach Product and GTM leadership.
Competitive pricing and packaging intelligence. Track and analyze competitor pricing models, packaging shifts, and discounting behavior, and equip Sales to navigate them in negotiation.
Quantified value. Build the business-case layer that makes our differentiation defensible in enterprise deals — ROI models, TCO comparisons, and value realization frameworks Sales can put in front of an economic buyer.
Executive Intel cadence: Establish a recurring intel cadence for GTM and product leadership, analyzing market movements, pricing/packaging shifts, product launches, M&A activity, and analyst coverage.
Analyst and review site influence. Partner with AR on Gartner, Forrester, and IDC submissions, RFIs and RFPs, evaluation criteria, and review site strategy (G2, TrustRadius) so Wrike's differentiators are accurately represented where buyers actually look.
An AI native operating model. Build and optimize AI-powered workflows that scale how intelligence is gathered, synthesized, and distributed — competitor tracking, win/loss sentiment mining from deal notes, teardown analysis, and competitive RFP response.
How You'll Drive Business Value:
You'll own and report on:
Win rate against named primary competitors
Competitive displacement, meaning deals won where an incumbent competitor was in seat
Deal velocity and influenced ACV in competitive opportunities
Field adoption of competitive assets, measured rather than assumed
Your Qualifications:
7+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategic GTM in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success building competitive programs and enablement assets that measurably moved win rates and deal velocity.
Proven ownership of strategic functional initiatives end to end. You set the priorities, you're accountable for the outcomes, and you've done it without a team underneath you.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Executive Leadership without direct authority.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can hold a room of executives and a room of AEs on the same day, and adjust the altitude without losing the point.
Standout Qualities:
Familiarity with enterprise value selling methodologies (Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) and a track record of translating them into messaging, discovery guides, and competitive plays reps will actually use.
Experience in work management, collaboration, knowledge management, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories.
Hands on with CI and revenue tooling: [Klue, Clozd, Clari, Salesforce, Gemi, Claude, etc ].
Direct experience contributing to major industry research: Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or equivalent.
Comfort with pricing intelligence, packaging analysis, and contract negotiation dynamics.
Financial literacy. You can pull an insight out of a company's annual filings.
Our Work Style:
You'll report into Product Marketing Management and partner closely with Product Management, Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Executive Leadership as the resident expert on competitive dynamics: strategic advisor to leadership, trusted tactical partner to the field.
We're a collaborative, fast moving team that values transparency, continuous learning, and swift execution. We run on Wrike, so you'll use the product you're positioning every day, which turns out to be one of the better competitive research methods available.
Benefits & Perks:

And beyond.
⭐️ THE INSURANCE TEAM ⭐️
Being part of Alan's insurance community is a great opportunity to have a significant impact on people's health and wellbeing in our multiple countries of operation.
- We are at the heart of Alan’s mission, bringing to the team our technical leadership and expertise on healthcare and death & disability insurance.
- We work hand in hand with our data scientists, designers, engineers and product managers to build the most differentiating products and provide a delightful experience at a fair price.
- We build and manage offers for large companies and public institutions with our sales and account management teams.
- We make sure our portfolio is closely monitored and risks are effectively managed.
- We also manage our capital, steer our reinsurance strategy and maintain a trusting relationship with our insurance regulators.
️ ⭐️ YOUR ROLE ⭐️ ️
- Partner with sales teams to price and develop compelling proposals for very large corporate clients and public institutions
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client meeting, delivering expert insights that build confidence in our solutions
- Design delightful insurance products meeting both member needs and regulatory requirements
- Support key account managers in nurturing and renewing our most strategic client relationships
- Develop scalable tools, frameworks and knowledge resources that empower further our sales teams
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You would thrive in this role if you:
- Are able to navigate and synthesize technical, data, legal and business considerations related to health and income protection insurance
- 2 years of experience in Health and/or "Prevoyance" Insurance are a big plus but are not required
- Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
- Are excited about bringing technical expertise in a business-centric context
- Are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
- Approach challenges with a scalability perspective, continuously identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems
- Have strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Are fluent in both French (French clients) and English (Alan’s working language)
For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-F level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a
Director, Luxury Market Intelligence & Insights
.
About CXG:
Founded in 2006, CXG is a global customer experience company uniquely positioned at the intersection of data-driven retail performance, customer experience transformation, and operational execution across 200+ luxury brands worldwide.
The mission of our 270 collaborators is to help brands transform customer and employee experiences through tailored insights, strategy, and implementation.
We are passionate about delivering impact.
Our clients include the world's most admired luxury houses, and our solutions combine research, technology, and human expertise to elevate every customer interaction.
We are looking for a thought leadership expert with the editorial vision to spot what matters next, the conviction to shape CXG's point of view, and the writing talent to make it influential across luxury retail, beauty and cosmetics, watches and jewellery, automotive, and hospitality.
Context and role
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will lead CXG's Thought Leadership and Market Intelligence functions. You will define the topics on which CXG should have a distinctive and credible point of view, turn CXG's proprietary data, expertise and market knowledge into original external content, and position the company ahead of emerging developments in customer experience, luxury and its priority verticals.
This is a hands-on role: you will research, analyse, write and produce content yourself, while mobilising expertise and data from across the business. You will be accountable for ensuring that every publication presents a recognisable CXG angle rather than simply reporting market developments or repeating established industry views. You will manage one Market Intelligence team member.
Thought Leadership Development
Define the thought leadership strategy and roadmap, including priority themes, target audiences, formats and a realistic publication calendar.
Drive and coordinate content creation across Practices, Solutions and Regions.
Work closely with Practices, Regions and Solutions to:
Push: scan for trends and hot topics and ensure CXG has a voice and perspective, commenting regularly on these subjects.
Pull: identify and collect new ideas and proposed topics from the relevant stakeholders, prioritise and incorporate them into the thought leadership roadmap.
Use market intelligence, CXG's proprietary data, internal expertise and client-facing insights to identify emerging topics early, develop a clear CXG point of view and decide where CXG can make a credible contribution to the conversation.
Research, interview internal experts, write and edit articles, perspectives and other thought leadership content directly. Challenge generic claims and ensure each piece advances a clear argument and is supported by credible evidence.
Ensure that analysis is methodologically sound, appropriately contextualised and presented without compromising client confidentiality.
Develop topics that connect expertise across Practices and Regions, while reflecting relevant differences between markets.
Thought Leadership Communication
Ensure relevant thought leadership pieces (e.g., perspectives, publications) are disseminated on a periodic basis.
Work with Marketing on the publication, distribution and promotion of content, while retaining ownership of the editorial strategy, substance, quality and consistency of CXG's point of view. In addition, collaborate with Marketing to maximise impact by communicating through the channels relevant to each market.
Track the reach, engagement and qualitative response generated by CXG's thought leadership, as well as relevant business enquiries influenced by published content. Use the findings to refine the roadmap.
Shape and host or contribute to CXG's podcast "The Luxury Edit", working with internal experts and guests to develop topics, prepare interviews and turn conversations into useful content.
Develop the content and key messages for CXG-hosted events and external conferences, panels and talks; act as a CXG speaker where appropriate; and work with internal experts to prepare other CXG speakers and turn the company's point of view into compelling presentations and discussion topics.
Look for and test new thought leadership formats (e.g., interactive reports, data visualisations, short-form video, newsletters, social-first content) to broaden reach, engage new audiences and keep CXG's content distinctive.
Identify and build collaborations with conferences, specialised industry magazines and universities (e.g., content partnerships, guest articles, co-branded publications, joint research, guest lectures, speaking slots) to extend CXG's visibility and credibility with target audiences.
Market Intelligence
Keep abreast of market and competitive developments and ensure relevant findings are communicated across CXG.
Translate these findings into clear implications for CXG's strategic priorities, client conversations, commercial opportunities and external thought leadership.
Contribute market intelligence, evidence and relevant CXG perspectives to priority proposals and client deliverables, working with Practices, Solutions and Regions to strengthen the quality and relevance of the final output.
Manage and develop the Market Intelligence team member, setting clear priorities and reviewing the quality and usefulness of their work.
Competitive Analysis
Develop and continuously update a list of CXG competitors.
Research competitor performance, including revenues and market share where reliable information is available.
Identify and assess the impact of new competitors' offerings.
Review competitors' thought leadership, influence and presence.
Identify gaps in the conversations competitors are leading and opportunities for CXG to establish a distinct position.
Industry Analysis
Research and review clients' developments (e.g., new strategy, launch of new product or service, restructuring, M&A, key managerial appointments).
Track public financial announcements (e.g., quarterly and annual earnings).
Monitor developments in luxury, retail, customer experience and adjacent sectors; distinguish lasting shifts from short-lived topics and explain their implications for CXG and its clients.
Publish the weekly "This Week in Luxury" news brief and issue timely flash updates when significant developments require immediate attention, such as financial announcements, major transactions or leadership changes.
Internal Dissemination and Application
Synthesise research and findings into concise, actionable outputs tailored to the needs of relevant internal stakeholders. Feed findings into the Thought Leadership roadmap.
Proactively bring relevant market signals to Practices, Regions and leadership early enough to inform decisions, client conversations and potential cross-practice opportunities.
Disseminate new thought leadership across CXG and equip Practices, Regions and client-facing teams with the key messages and supporting materials needed to use it in client conversations and commercial activities.
Requirements
What will you bring along?
Proven experience developing thought leadership, editorial content or insight-led communications in a consulting, research, customer experience, retail or luxury environment.
Excellent English writing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating original, well-argued, evidence-led articles or publications written personally. If possible, include examples that turn proprietary research, data or specialist expertise into a distinctive point of view. Additional languages (e.g., French, Mandarin) are a plus.
Strong oral communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent CXG as a speaker at conferences, panels and client events.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions without direct authority.
An established network or demonstrated ability to build partnerships with media, conference organisers, academic institutions or industry bodies.
Comfort working with quantitative data and research methods, and the ability to translate data into clear, credible narratives and visualisations.
Ability to define and track content performance indicators and use them to refine editorial priorities.
Strong research and analytical skills: able to assess sources critically, connect market signals and form a clear point of view rather than simply summarise trends.
Familiarity with AI-assisted research and content tools, used with appropriate rigour.
Sound knowledge of luxury, retail and customer experience, and curiosity about how these sectors are evolving across markets.
Ability to interview senior experts, challenge ideas constructively and turn specialist knowledge into accessible, credible content.
Comfort working independently in a remote setting, managing an editorial roadmap and delivering finished work without a large production team.
Experience managing or coaching at least one team member.
Confidence preparing and hosting interviews or podcasts is a plus.

And beyond.
⭐️ THE DATA FOUNDATIONS TEAM ⭐
At Alan, every decision we make about our members' care, contracts and claims is a data decision. The Data Foundations team builds the platform that makes those decisions possible in a safe way.
- Being part of the Data Foundations team means you’ll build, maintain, and improve the Data Platform used by everyone at Alan.
- We enable Alan’s data-driven nature and help our colleagues make the most of their data.
- Partner closely with people across Alan (technical and non-technical) to understand their needs and build data solutions they can trust and use effectively.
- We own and manage all data-related tools that power Alan.
- AI is changing the way companies work with data: agents are becoming first-class users of our data warehouse. It opens a world of new usage and exciting features, as well as concerns around security, data quality and governance. We are building the foundations that allow Alan to make the most of this exciting new paradigm.
- Alan is expanding quickly: we went from 4 to 6 countries this year and we won’t stop there. Our objective is to onboard new countries in weeks, not months. Having strong data foundations is a cornerstone of that expansion, allowing our teams to make sense of a patchwork of insurance systems, regulations and reporting rules.
- Examples of our missions:
- improve the developer experience when building and maintaining data pipelines,
- enable reliable and secure access to our data warehouse for Alaners and AI agents,
- strengthen security and governance around our data assets,
- define and implement standard data practices across Alan,
- maintain and evolve our core data infrastructure to accommodate Alan's international expansion and growing product breadth…
- Our core tools include Python, Airflow, Snowflake, AWS/GCP, Metabase, Terraform, dbt, and others.
- Who you'll work with: Data Foundations is a small, high-leverage team inside the Tech Foundations area, whose mission is to enable product crews through world-class infrastructure, developer experience, operational excellence, and built-in security. You'd be joining as one of its core engineers, working daily with the whole Data community at Alan.
🎯 EXPECTED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
You would thrive at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Passionate about owning ambitious problems and developing simple solutions for them.
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating impact in Data positions. We welcome candidates from early-career to highly experienced profiles. You may already have strong expertise in Data Engineering, or be an experienced data or software engineer looking to deepen your specialization in this area.
- Experience building and operating production data infrastructure: orchestration (Airflow or similar), a cloud data warehouse, infrastructure as code.
- Experience designing systems, tools or libraries used by other engineers, scientists or analysts.
- Proficient in Python and SQL. Setting a high standard of rigor and precision for yourself, interested in your craft.
- Curious about AI and eager to use it thoughtfully to increase your impact.
- Great listening and communication skills.
- Humble, kind, collaborative, and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!).
- Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written (no need to speak French!).
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C0-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉

- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)
- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.
Your Impact:
Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.
Your Qualifications:
Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.
Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.
Standout Qualities:
Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.
Team Dynamics:
You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.
Our Work Style:
Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.
Hybrid mode.
Benefits & Perks:
28 calendar days of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
