Junior Project Manager
to help keep that work moving.
You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into technical project or product management in a deeply technical, open-source environment.
Responsibilities
Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
Mandatory:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open-source involvement count)
Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)
Experience working across many time zones

About the job
QV.AC
is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction.
We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar.
The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself.
Responsibilities
Engineering
- Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference.
Product Partnership
- Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
- Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Mandatory:
Experience
managing engineers or engineering leads
who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps.
Strong product sense
: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints
: model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
You
use AI tools heavily in your own work
and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
Deep
JavaScript and React
.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience
, and the ability to
give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Warehouse Inbound & Returns Supervisor to lead our morning-shift team. In this role, you won't just oversee standard receiving; you will also manage our high-volume returns processing operations.
You will lead a dedicated team of 15 to 17 associates across both departments, ensuring we meet our commitments to top active lifestyle brands. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love building up a team, and have a sharp eye for process improvements, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do:
Lead the Floor:
Directly supervise 5–7 receiving associates and roughly 10 returns processing team members.
Manage Inbound Flows:
Ensure all incoming shipments are unloaded, checked, and put away in racking quickly according to our strict deadlines.
Oversee Returns & Repackaging:
Direct the team sorting through customer returns. Decide what is damaged and what can be safely repackaged for future customer orders.
Plan Labor:
Review upcoming shipment loads and coordinate with internal client service teams to ensure you have the right headcount scheduled daily.
Train & Coach:
Build a multi-skilled team through continuous on-the-floor training, performance feedback, and cross-training.
Keep It Safe:
Drive a culture of safety across your assigned zone, identifying hazards and ensuring your team follows warehouse safety compliance.
What You Bring:
Experience:
3+ years of experience leading a logistics team, specifically within receiving, inbound, or returns processing.
Tech Literacy:
Strong experience working daily with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Outlook.
Physical Ability:
Able to stand and walk on the concrete floor for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb warehouse ladders or stairs.
Communication:
Strong verbal communication skills. Being bilingual in Spanish and English is a massive plus, but not required.
Education:
A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
2. "Why Apply?" Candidate Pitch
Double Exposure Leadership:
This isn’t a one-dimensional receiving role. You get to dual-manage standard inbound freight and e-commerce returns, significantly building your operational resume.
Real Career Growth:
The local footprint is expanding fast. A brand-new facility is opening locally in Q1, meaning plenty of room for upward mobility and future leadership paths as operations grow.
Work-Life Balance Culture:
Unlike third-party logistics (3PL) providers that force mandatory 70-hour weeks for months at a time, this company values labor management. Peak season operations are carefully managed to prevent leadership burnout.
Premium Clients:
You get to work directly with high-demand products from major companies in the active lifestyle space.
