Location and Working Hours
This role is based in the APJ region and requires substantial daily overlap with APJ business hours. The Territory Operations team works asynchronously across regions, so comfort with written handoffs and documentation is more important than real-time availability outside your local hours.
About the Role
This is an early-career role designed for someone with foundational operations, analytics, or CRM experience who wants to build depth in sales systems and territory management. You will learn our territory carving and account routing processes from the ground up, with structured onboarding, a defined ramp plan, and close support from the broader Territory Operations team. Prior territory operations experience is not required — curiosity, care with data, and clear communication matter more.
Responsibilities
Support cross-functional annual planning activities related to territory carving and deployment in Salesforce for the APJ region, with guidance from senior team members
Help maintain and document territory operations processes, including runbooks and onboarding materials for APJ stakeholders
Respond to account routing questions from the APJ field, escalating complex or ambiguous cases to senior analysts
Support recurring territory reporting and ad hoc analysis requests for APJ sales leadership
Partner with APJ Field Sales, Sales Operations, and Revenue Strategy to understand regional coverage needs and surface opportunities to improve territory processes and tools
Assist the Sales Systems team on automation improvements enabled by territory management (such as automated opportunity assignment)
Support data hygiene and enrichment for APJ accounts using tools such as RingLead, ZoomInfo, D&B, and Openprise, including validating account data across multiple APJ countries and markets
Document questions, edge cases, and process gaps encountered in day-to-day work so they can be addressed systematically
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in an operations, analytics, business support, or CRM-adjacent role — sales operations experience is welcome but not required
Based in the APJ region, or able to maintain consistent overlap with APJ business hours
Working familiarity with Salesforce (navigating records, reports, and list views); exposure to Salesforce Sales Territories, Salesforce Maps, or similar tools is a plus
Comfortable working in spreadsheets — sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables; advanced modeling is not expected
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to working with data
Clear and concise written communication, particularly in asynchronous settings across time zones
Collaborative and comfortable asking questions; you will be supported, not left to figure things out alone
Interest in learning sales operations systems and processes in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple APJ countries or working with multilingual account data
Exposure to data enrichment or data quality tools (RingLead, ZoomInfo, D&B, Openprise, or similar)
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other reporting tools
Salesforce Administrator certification or coursework in progress

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team and own our email channel end to end. Reporting directly to the VP of Demand Generation, you will build the programs that keep Garner in front of employers and the health insurance brokers who advise them, from first download to booked demo. You will work closely with our Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales teams to turn a growing database into qualified pipeline.
What you will do
Own the email channel for our employer and broker audiences, from strategy through send.
Build and run nurture journeys in HubSpot, from first touch through re-engagement.
Build and manage the one-to-one sequences BDRs and sales send after marketing engagements.
Run the email calendar and newsletter, and support webinar and event promotion.
Write email copy that earns attention from benefits leaders and health insurance brokers.
Keep the database healthy through segmentation, suppression, and deliverability standards.
Test, measure, and report on email's contribution to pipeline, and scale what works.
What we're looking for
4+ years of B2B email or lifecycle marketing experience, owning programs end to end.
Proficiency building workflows, segments, and tests in HubSpot or a similar platform.
Strong writing skills, with B2B email samples you wrote yourself.
Comfort reading email and funnel data, from clicks and conversions to pipeline.
Working knowledge of deliverability, list hygiene, and email compliance.
Fluency applying AI to write, test, and scale email programs.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team's metrics.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

What We’re Building
Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Security Governance Engineer, you will be the individual contributor who owns how GitLab writes, maintains, communicates, and measures its security policies and standards. You will turn emerging regulations, including AI regulation, into clear requirements that engineering, product, and legal teams can act on, and you will use automation to keep governance lightweight and continuous rather than a point-in-time exercise. You will sit on the Security Governance team within Security Assurance and work closely with Security Compliance, Security Risk, and GRC Engineering. You will report to the Director, Customer Trust & Security Governance.
What you'll do
Policies and standards
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GitLab's security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines: drafting, stakeholder review, approval, publication, annual review, and retirement.
Define and run the exception management process, including risk-based approvals, expiry tracking, and trend reporting that shows where policies need to change.
Run policy attestation and investigate non-adherence.
Keep policies clear, practical, and aligned with how GitLab's engineering teams work in a DevSecOps environment.
Regulatory and framework alignment
Monitor emerging regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, sector or regional requirements) and partner with Legal well ahead of compliance deadlines to assess impact and update policy.
Maintain mappings between our policies and frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and NIST CSF, so requirements are written once and reused.
Measurement and assurance
Define KPIs for policy adherence and report trends to Security leadership.
Run targeted internal assessments of adherence and drive remediation to closure.
Support audit activities by coordinating evidence, testing, and remediation management.
Customer trust
Support customer questionnaires and customer meetings, and help turn recurring customer requests into better policies and self-service content.
Automation and AI
Identify and implement automation and AI-assisted workflows for policy management, evidence collection, control monitoring, and assessment work, in partnership with GRC Engineering.
Technical leadership
Act as a technical and program leader across Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering, influencing without direct authority.
Mentor other team members and help set the direction of the Security Governance roadmap.
What you'll bring
10+ years in security governance, GRC, or IT risk, with hands-on ownership of a policy and standards lifecycle and measurable outcomes, ideally at a global technology company.
Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and NIST CSF, including how to put them into practice, not only how to read them
Experience creating and maintaining an enterprise Information Security Management System (ISMS), ideally including hands on involvement in ISO 27001 certification or recertification.
Understanding of cloud, SaaS, and DevSecOps practices, and the ability to write policy that engineers will follow.
A risk-based mindset that balances compliance with real security risk.
Demonstrated use of automation or AI to reduce manual GRC work.
Strong written and verbal communication, including translating technical concepts for engineers, executives, auditors, and customers.
Experience collaborating with Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar are highly desirable.
What success looks like
First 30 days: Assessed the current policy library and exception process, built relationships with key stakeholders, and proposed a prioritized roadmap.
First 90 days: Uplift the existing security policy library to align with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27017/27018/42001, and PCI-DSS.
First 120 days: A refreshed review cadence is in place, exception reporting is running, and can demonstrate a measurable improvement in policy adherence.
First six months: Develop Policy as Code and collaborate with Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering for implementation into existing workflows.
About the team
The Security Assurance organization helps GitLab build and maintain trust by strengthening how we approach security, compliance, and risk. Security Governance sits within it and owns customer trust, security awareness, policies and standards, and other governance functions. Our counterparts are Security Compliance, Security Risk, and GRC Engineering.
You will join a small team of four direct reports under the Director, where each person has broad scope and visible impact. We work remote-first and asynchronously, and we write things down and share them openly, so you'll draft and revise policies and standards in the open with input from Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The head of EMEA Refund Fraud will lead Doordash’s EMEA strategy for preventing and managing refund abuse across our marketplace.
You will be accountable for the performance of the Credit and Refund (C&R) Fraud domain: setting the long-term vision, determining where we focus our resources, and building the team, controls and capabilities required to reduce fraud sustainably while protecting the experience of genuine customers.
This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of Integrity, Customer Care, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance. You will lead a team of experienced fraud and strategy professionals and work with senior leaders across Deliveroo to make complex decisions about fraud risk, customer experience, operational cost and product investment.
You will need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity, identifying problems before they become material, and turning complex and sometimes incomplete signals into a clear strategy. Success will come not from personally solving every problem, but from creating the direction, operating mechanisms and team that enable Deliveroo to manage refund fraud effectively at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Setting the C&R Fraud Strategy
Set and own the 1–2 year vision and strategy for C&R Fraud, translating wider Integrity and business priorities into a focused roadmap.
Proactively identify emerging risks, systemic vulnerabilities and opportunities rather than waiting for problems to be assigned.
Determine the highest-value problems for the team to solve and make clear choices about where we should (and should not) invest.
Define how we balance fraud loss, customer experience, operational cost and growth when designing controls.
Build compelling business cases for significant product, policy and operational investments.
Owning Performance and Risk
Be accountable for C&R Fraud performance and establish a clear set of outcomes, targets and guardrails.
Develop a comprehensive view of fraud exposure, including fraud cost, abuse rates, loss per order, false positives, customer impact and operational cost.
Partner with Finance and senior leadership to quantify financial exposure and inform risk appetite decisions.
Establish mechanisms to identify material changes in performance, understand their drivers and ensure effective action is taken.
Ensure the organisation can detect and respond quickly to new abuse patterns and emerging threats.
Build Scalable Fraud Prevention Capabilities
Own the effectiveness of the overall C&R fraud framework across customer and partner journeys.
Identify systemic control gaps and ensure the right preventative, detective and responsive controls are in place.
Set the direction for product decisioning, eligibility logic, automation, friction, policies and operational interventions.
Ensure rules, models and controls are continually evaluated against both fraud outcomes and customer-experience guardrails.
Create effective feedback loops between frontline investigations, Analytics, Product and Engineering so that new insights translate into better prevention.
Challenge legacy processes and controls, simplifying or retiring them where they no longer provide sufficient value.
Lead Cross-Functional Strategy and Investment
Act as the senior C&R Fraud partner to Product, Engineering, Customer Care, Merchant, Finance, Analytics and other Integrity teams.
Translate fraud problems into clear product and business opportunities and influence roadmaps outside your direct reporting line.
Lead complex decisions where fraud prevention, customer experience, commercial performance and operational efficiency are in tension.
Create alignment around priorities, decision rights and accountability without relying on excessive consensus.
Make longer-term trade-offs and ensure resources are concentrated on the initiatives with the greatest expected impact.
Communicate complex risks and recommendations clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Lead and develop a team of experienced fraud, strategy and operations professionals.
Translate your strategy into clear, measurable outcomes for individual team members.
Empower your team to own significant problems independently while providing effective challenge, coaching and direction.
Establish strong operating mechanisms and rituals for reviewing performance, prioritisation, delivery and emerging risks.
Build capability and succession within the team, identifying development opportunities and future talent needs.
Create an inclusive environment in which different perspectives are actively sought and people are able to challenge assumptions.
Hold yourself and others accountable for delivering ambitious outcomes while maintaining focus and sustainable ways of working.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced leader who has previously owned a meaningful fraud, risk, trust & safety, operational or related business domain. You will ideally bring:
Significant experience in fraud, risk strategy, trust & safety, marketplace integrity, strategy & operations or a related domain, typically gained over 10+ years.
Experience leading and developing experienced individual contributors and/or managers.
Demonstrated ownership of a substantial business outcome, risk domain or portfolio rather than solely individual projects.
A track record of defining and executing strategies across a 1–2 year horizon.
Experience identifying complex problems, setting direction and making high-quality decisions where the answer is not immediately clear.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to evaluate financial impact alongside customer and operational consequences.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics and Finance.
Strong analytical judgement and the ability to use data, customer insight and operational evidence to challenge assumptions and make decisions.
Experience translating complex problems into scalable product, policy or operational solutions.
Strong people leadership, with evidence of developing talented individuals and creating teams that operate effectively with increasing autonomy.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn complex analysis into clear executive-level recommendations.
Experience with refund abuse, customer claims fraud, payments fraud, marketplace abuse or adjacent fraud domains would be valuable, but deep expertise in refund fraud itself is not essential. We are equally interested in leaders who have demonstrated the ability to quickly understand a complex risk domain and build the strategy and organisation required to improve it.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will have built a clear and widely understood C&R Fraud strategy, established measurable outcomes and guardrails, and focused the organisation on a number of high-impact priorities.
You will have materially improved our ability to prevent and respond to refund abuse while protecting genuine customers, created a scalable control and monitoring framework, and influenced the product investments required to address systemic vulnerabilities.
You will have built a team capable of owning complex problems independently — creating an organisation that anticipates risk and continuously improves rather than reacting to the fraud we see today.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

Mentor Professional Services and partner consultants by contributing documentation, delivery kits, and training materials, and by leading enablement sessions on how to deliver and position service offerings.
Maintain and improve delivery automation assets with an emphasis on code cleanliness, maintainability, and appropriate unit/integration testing.
Support scoping and Statement of Work (SOW) creation with Professional Services Engagement Managers, stay current on monthly GitLab releases, and help Regional Delivery Managers with technical vetting and staffing assessments while maintaining a 55% billable utilization.
Review and provide input to Professional Services training materials and presentations
Develop case studies, presentations, design documentation, and best-practice methodologies
Work closely with customer project teams to ensure accurate task-level articulation of work required
What you’ll bring
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead technical discussions with customers and partners and communicate risks/trade-offs clearly in an asynchronous environment.
Prefer location in PST, MST or CST timezone alignment.
Comfortable with up to 30% travel at times.
Demonstrated experience delivering two or more of the following consulting services: source code management migration, cloud architecture, DevOps engineering, or continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) consulting services.
Enterprise software development experience, with the ability to translate requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
Progressive DevOps platform experience, including designing and implementing reliable, scalable systems with clear performance and security trade-offs.

Ability to write clean, maintainable automation/integration code (e.g., Terraform modules, Ansible roles, scripts) and validate changes with appropriate testing and code review.
Experience performing migrations to GitLab, including using Congregate or similar migration tooling.
Working knowledge of data consistency and integrity concepts (e.g., ACID properties) and how they impact migration design and performance trade-offs.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment, using documented decisions (e.g., issues, proposals, and runbooks) to keep work unblocked across time zones while collaborating effectively across GitLab team members, partners, and customer stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience
About the team
The Professional Services Technical Architect is part of GitLab's Professional Services organization. We partner with customers who are transitioning to GitLab, expanding how they use an existing GitLab installation, or planning complex upgrades to their infrastructure and processes. Our team brings a diverse set of skills across GitLab deployment, maintenance, and day-to-day usage, along with deep technical knowledge of adjacent tools and platforms. Working closely with Engagement Managers, partner consultants, and customer stakeholders, we focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, sharing best practices, and helping customers realize faster time to value from their GitLab investment. We operate in GitLab's remote, asynchronous environment and rely on clear documentation and transparent communication to collaborate effectively.
This role models skills and behavior aligned with GitLab Values and typically reports to the Regional Delivery Manager. As a Professional Services Technical Architect, you will work more independently than an associate consultant, leveraging deep technical expertise to drive customer outcomes.

An overview of this role
Credit-based and consumption-based offerings are becoming central to how GitLab monetizes. The systems that meter, rate, and bill that consumption sit underneath all of it. You'll own the backend usage billing pipeline and its product direction while supporting the Monetization Platform and Infrastructure team as it modernizes the foundations underneath it.
When another GitLab team launches a credit-consuming capability, you'll help them make it billable across GitLab.com, self-managed, and GitLab Dedicated. This is a technical, systems-oriented product role: success means building a monetization platform other teams can launch on quickly and correctly, rather than shipping customer-facing UI.
What you’ll do
Own the product direction for metering, aggregation, and rating in GitLab's usage billing pipeline, including the Zuora and CustomersDot integrations that turn usage into invoiced revenue.
Make onboarding a new credit-consuming capability a repeatable process rather than a bespoke project each time.
Partner with product teams on what to instrument, how to meter and price usage across GitLab.com, self-managed, and GitLab Dedicated, and what it takes to be billable on launch day. Stay ahead of their roadmaps so billing doesn't delay launches.
Prioritize pipeline scalability, performance, and reliability as consumption grows, balancing those investments against new capability enablement.
Own billing defect detection and remediation so errors surface before they reach a customer's invoice and billing outcomes remain auditable.
Support the Monetization Platform and Infrastructure team by framing problems, explaining the value of platform investments, and prioritizing them against operational risk.
Define and track measures of billing accuracy, pipeline reliability, cost to serve per capability, and time to monetize so teams can make informed pricing decisions.
What you’ll bring
Experience owning the product direction of consumption- or usage-based billing systems.
Experience with Zuora or a comparable billing and revenue platform, and an understanding of how product and finance systems interact.
Experience with prepaid, commitment, or credit-drawdown pricing models (balances, reservations, overage, expiration) and the edge cases they create in billing and revenue.
Experience launching new products or pricing models while coordinating across engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance and go-to-market teams.
Ability to bring together teams you don't manage around work their launches depend on.
Experience defining problems for platform or backend teams whose users are often other teams.
Clear written communication in an all-remote, asynchronous environment; you'll use issues, epics, and direction pages to lead.
Familiarity with developer tooling, financial audit or revenue recognition, or an engineering background can help, but isn't required.
You use AI tools as part of how you work: prototyping, analysis, spec writing, and investigation.
About the team
In Monetization, we coordinate across engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance and go-to-market on new products and pricing models. Our remote, asynchronous work uses written issues, and epics to keep decisions visible.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture!
Talent Acquisition at Honeycomb builds the teams behind our observability platform. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll run a full desk of priority R&D searches and act as the talent advisor Hiring Managers call before they open a req, not after. You'll report to the Head of TA, partner directly with R&D leadership, and own how hiring gets done on your desk from intake to accepted offer. We're remote-first and give you real trust and autonomy from day one, so you'll shape how we hire as we scale.
What you’ll do in the role:
Own full-cycle searches for R&D/ Technical focused roles, from intake to offer acceptance, and deliver diverse, well-vetted slates on target timelines.
Manage a full desk of priority reqs, keep candidates moving within our hiring SLAs, and keep Greenhouse data clean without being chased. This includes sourcing, interviewing, reviwing applicants, scheduling etc.
Advise Hiring Managers on search strategy and leveling, using market data, pipeline analytics, and compensation benchmarks to shape decisions rather than only carry them out.
Build lasting advisory relationships with your Business Unit leaders: align stakeholders on a shared plan, guide debate to a decision, and explain the reasoning once it's made.
Partner with the Head of TA to turn approved headcount into recruiting plans, and flag risks early with a proposed fix.
Own the implementation of our competency-based hiring process by building Greenhouse scorecards, running interviewer kick-offs, and facilitating structured debriefs.
Use DEI sourcing tactics that broaden representation and improve quality of hire.
Analyze funnel metrics in Greenhouse and Gem, share what you learn with stakeholders, and improve the process, including cross-functional TA projects like interviewer enablement and candidate-experience NPS.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech, with a track record of filling senior engineering IC and first-line manager roles.
Experience running a full desk of concurrent reqs while holding to clear SLAs and quality standards.
A history of acting as a talent advisor, where you turned funnel and compensation data into recommendations that changed hiring decisions.
Hands-on experience with structured interviewing and ATS (scorecards, reporting, scheduling workflows).
Measurable results from DEI sourcing and fair-assessment practices.
Crisp written updates, plus experience facilitating productive kick-offs, debriefs, and pipeline reviews.
Comfort having direct, kind conversations with Hiring Managers about candidates, leveling, or process, in line with Honeycomb's values of Ownership, Feedback Is a Muscle, and Kind Candor.
Experience in a remote-first, fast-changing environment, and a habit of mentoring peers and improving process as you go.
