ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE DESIGN TEAM
Experience Design at OnePay shapes how millions of people interact with their money. The product touches saving, spending, borrowing, and growing wealth – often for people the traditional financial system has underserved. That weight raises the bar on what we ship and how we ship it.
We’re a small, senior team with roots at Apple, Meta, Ford, Airbnb, and leading fintechs – low ego, high craft, and genuinely collaborative. AI is a baseline part of how we work, not a future we’re talking about.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Design Engineer to help define what modern design-to-code looks like at OnePay. This is a first-class engineering role with design fluency. You’ll generate production-ready components directly, use AI coding tools aggressively, and help push the team past traditional spec-based handoff. You’re not executing the current model – you’re shaping what comes next.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You ship in code. Figma is part of how you communicate, but you’re most fluent in the codebase. You generate production-ready work, not just specs.
- You’re AI-native at production velocity. Cursor, Claude Code, v0, similar tools – they’re already how you move. You ship more in a day than most teams do in a week.
- You’re rethinking handoff. The traditional model is breaking down, and you’re excited to define what replaces it.
- You translate fluently. You speak both languages. Designers trust you, engineers trust you, and you make the gap between them disappear.
- You sweat the implementation. A two-pixel drift in production matters to you. So does a token that doesn’t quite map. You catch what others miss.
- You operate in motion. Process is fluid here, and you help shape it as you ship.
TOOLS WE USE
We use Node and TypeScript on the server, leveraging the NestJS framework within a microservice-oriented architecture running on Kubernetes and AWS. On the client side, we build and ship product features for iOS, Android, and web platforms using React Native. We also embrace AI-assisted development, so engineers have their choice of Claude Code or Cursor to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
YOU BRING
- Fluency in both Figma and code (React Native or React).
- Active use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or similar) at production velocity.
- Fluency in design tokens, component architecture, and how design systems map to code.
- Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap.
- Strong communication across both disciplines.
- A track record of operating in fluid environments and helping define how teams work.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview
- Offer!
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
To build technology and products that are used and loved by people and solve real-world problems, we need to build a team with many different perspectives and experiences. We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Applicants in need of special assistance or accommodation during the interview process or in accessing our website may contact us at talent@onepay.com.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports To: Director of Product Management, Platform
Location: Remote US
Compensation: $190,000 to $220,000 base plus bonus and equity
About The Role:
We are building a product management organization to own and drive our product strategy, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to own a new team focused entirely on Security tooling for the Huntress SOC.
Our SOC is the cornerstone of the Huntress Security Platform, serving SMB and mid-market clients through MSP/MSSP and Reseller channels. It delivers premium, human+AI services at a scale most companies can't match — Rapid Response, Tactical Response, and Hypercare together accounted for roughly 150 engagements in a single recent month. Much of that delivery still runs on an internal SOC platform that does not match analysts' current needs - this includes spreadsheets, Slack threads, and per-engagement documents. Our analysts work on a surface that has never had a first-class experience.
You will own the internal security experience: the surface our SOC works in every day, the tooling that makes our response services repeatable, and the shared investigation and evidence model the rest of the SOC platform is built on. This is the delivery engine behind the margin thesis — the work that enables us to grow the business without growing SOC headcount linearly. It is also the foundation layer, so the interfaces you publish are consumed by our agentic automation team and our partner-facing product team.
Your users are professional security analysts, and they are down the hall. You will get direct, immediate, unfiltered feedback on everything you ship from people who do this work for a living.
You will work closely with SOC leadership, engineering leaders, support, and other Product Managers. To be successful in this position, you need real fluency in how a SOC actually operates — how analysts triage, investigate, escalate, and report — and the judgment to tell the difference between a workflow that needs product support versus not. You will be building internal-facing systems where the return is measured in analyst throughput and time-to-close rather than ARR, and you will need to make that case clearly to executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Work with the Director of Product, the Head of SOC, and other relevant stakeholders to set the SOC tooling vision and strategy, and clearly articulate the business value so that everyone understands where we are headed
Own the roadmap for analyst UX, Rapid Response and Tactical Response tooling, product support and operations, and SOC platform
Serve as the primary steward of the shared investigation and evidence model — canvas, queues, triage package — and publish the interface adjacent product teams build on
Partner with SOC leadership, analysts, and Tactical Response to turn manual, out-of-product processes into standardized, automation-first internal workflows
Take ownership of the Portal Enhancement Kit and drive analyst-built improvements into the native product so the best of internal tooling becomes the best of product
Demonstrate an ability to decipher and articulate potentially ambiguous operator needs and mold them into successful, innovative solutions
Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories that will be used to shape product specifications and architecture
Participate as a key contributor in all phases of product development, from discovery to launch
Protect a capacity floor for resiliency and technical debt, and hold the line on it against feature pressure
Serve as the intermediary between engineering and senior management and other non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to break down and translate highly technical information into layman's terms and vice versa
Work with design and engineering teams to produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to assess the validity and strength of a new capability
Define and report operational metrics — time-to-close, throughput per analyst, repeatability of delivery — to track and evaluate the success of the strategy
What You Bring To The Team:
5+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for cybersecurity products; bonus for MDR or SOAR products
Direct experience working in a SOC and building SOC tools and products
Demonstrated experience building internal-facing or operator-facing tooling where the users are professionals doing skilled work, not consumers
Strong working knowledge of analyst workflows, incident response, and investigation lifecycles - Excellent UI/UX and design skills
Prior experience as a security analyst, incident responder, security engineer, or software engineer, or equivalent hands-on depth
Experience owning shared services or platform interfaces consumed by other product teams
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
Comfort with operational metrics and the ability to make an investment case that is not denominated in new revenue
Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes
Strong creative and critical thinking abilities
Mid-market and MSP or MSSP experience is a significant benefit
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a software engineer who ships fast without dropping quality. You'll own features end-to-end with support from senior engineers, learn how AI systems behave in production, and see your work reach customers within days rather than quarters. The Bengaluru team is product engineering, so everything you build is customer-facing.
What You'll Do
- Development & Implementation - Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-powered features using TypeScript/Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms.
- Collaboration & Learning - Work closely with senior engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical and architecture discussions.
- Product Integration - Partner with Product, Design, and Customer Success to translate requirements into robust, customer-facing solutions.
Specifically, you'll:
- Build and ship features end-to-end, from backend services to customer-facing interfaces.
- Work on AI-powered workflows: prompt design, evaluation, and the systems that make LLMs reliable in production.
- Build integrations with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and third-party communication tools.
- Fix real customer problems, often with a short loop between report and fix going live.
- Write comprehensive tests, add monitoring, and take ownership of what you ship after it ships.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to ensure system reliability.
- Take loosely defined problems, ask the right questions, and drive them to done with minimal hand-holding.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Hybrid, based in Bengaluru - regular office presence expected for collaboration and team coordination.
- Some overlap with US business hours may be needed for client coordination and project work.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally full-stack, including at least 1 year in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
- Strong programming skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP and modern deployment practices.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and understanding of service-oriented architectures.
- Comfort working with SQL databases at scale.
- A track record of fast, high-quality execution - you move quickly and your work holds up.
- Self-driven: you unblock yourself, chase down context, and don't need work broken into small pieces.
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing requirements in a fast-moving startup.
- Curiosity about AI and LLMs - direct experience is a plus, appetite to learn is required.
- Low ego, high energy, and a bias toward shipping.
Bonus Points
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, or conversational AI systems.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Previous startup experience or exposure to rapid scaling.
- Contributions to open source or active developer community participation.
- Experience with real-time systems, or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Docker/containerization and orchestration tools.
Why Avoca
- Compensation in line with industry standards and above.
- Direct impact - your code powers thousands of businesses and millions of customer interactions.
- Accelerated learning - work on cutting-edge AI technology with experienced mentors.
- Clear paths for advancement as the company and team scale.
- A fast-moving, collaborative culture built for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.

We launched in April 2026 with a full lineup across road, gravel, city, fitness, e-bike, and soon mountain categories, with validation from the highest and most demanding levels of the sport through the XDS Astana Team and a rapidly growing network of dealers.
Our ambition is not simply to sell more bikes. It is to make great bikes more integrated, more accessible, and better supported through the independent shops and communities that grow cycling and bring in new riders.
That is what makes this moment exciting.
Joining X-LAB means shaping a company with unmatched production scale, real engineering R&D depth, and the confidence to earn trust… one rider, one dealer, one product, and one market at a time.

THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager, Strategic Services to partner with strategic customers as they implement, expand, and mature their use of ClickUp. This role sits within Professional Services and is ideal for someone who can blend customer leadership, workflow design, technical problem solving, and practical change management.
You’ll help customers move from fragmented processes to scalable ways of working in ClickUp. That means leading complex implementations, guiding adoption across multiple stakeholder groups, identifying opportunities for automation and AI, and helping customers realize measurable business value from the platform.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
LEAD STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATIONS AND CUSTOMER TRANSFORMATIONS
- Own complex customer engagements from discovery through rollout, enablement, and ongoing optimization.
- Diagnose current-state workflows, identify friction points, and design scalable future-state solutions in ClickUp.
- Guide customers through governance, architecture, process design, and rollout planning across multiple teams or business units.
- Help customers recover momentum when implementations stall, priorities shift, or stakeholder alignment breaks down.
DRIVE ADOPTION, VALUE REALIZATION, AND ACCOUNT HEALTH
- Partner closely with customer stakeholders to define success measures, adoption milestones, and practical next steps.
- Translate customer goals into clear execution plans that improve adoption, stakeholder engagement, and long-term platform value.
- Use usage signals, customer feedback, and business context to identify risks early and build recovery or acceleration plans.
- Support strategic business reviews and customer conversations with a clear point of view on progress, opportunities, and priorities.
DESIGN SCALABLE SOLUTIONS, AUTOMATION, AND AI USE CASES
- Turn complex business needs into thoughtful ClickUp solutions using workflows, structure, automations, reporting, and process best practices.
- Recommend when to standardize, when to keep flexibility, and how to balance technical ambition with customer readiness.
- Identify practical automation and AI opportunities that improve customer outcomes instead of creating unnecessary complexity.
- Help customers operationalize new ways of working by pairing solution design with enablement, change management, and adoption support.
PARTNER ACROSS TEAMS TO SOLVE COMPLEX CUSTOMER PROBLEMS
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer admins, operators, and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and other internal partners to keep customer work moving.
- Escalate thoughtfully, communicate clearly, and maintain ownership even when multiple teams are involved.
- Bring customer feedback and recurring pain points back to internal teams to improve product usage, delivery patterns, and customer outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a customer-facing post-sale role such as Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Implementation Consulting, or a closely related function.
- Proven success leading complex SaaS implementations, customer transformations, or strategic enablement programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong workflow and process design instincts, including the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions.
- Excellent customer communication skills, including confidence with both hands-on operators and executive stakeholders.
- Strong judgment in ambiguous environments, with the ability to prioritize, simplify complexity, and keep momentum through change.
- A clear ownership mindset and track record of driving outcomes rather than operating reactively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with work management, workflow automation, collaboration, CRM, ITSM, or adjacent SaaS platforms.
- Comfort recommending or deploying automation, reporting, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise customer relationships where adoption, governance, and value realization mattered as much as configuration.
- Exposure to change management, customer enablement, or consulting-style discovery and solutioning.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
LOCATION
- This role is approved for hiring in Ireland.
- Please confirm any remote, hybrid, travel, or time-zone expectations during the hiring process.
WHY THIS ROLE IS COMPELLING
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer strategy, technical solutioning, and execution. You’ll help strategic customers transform how they work, while shaping scalable delivery patterns inside a fast-moving environment where adoption, workflow design, automation, and AI all matter.

- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n’s most strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories by embedding on-site, solving real customer problems, and building reusable automation patterns that shape our product.
To do so, you’ll work directly with customers, Deployment Strategists, and Product to make every engagement high-impact, scalable, and repeatable:
Drive high-impact enterprise deployments
Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements, arriving with a hypothesis and leaving with production workflows in place.
Partner closely with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities, stakeholder needs, and adoption goals.
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders by turning complex customer environments into clear, actionable solutions.
Build production-grade automation solutions
Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to each customer’s environment and scalable beyond the initial use case.
Extend existing n8n nodes or add missing functionality where needed to unlock high-value enterprise use cases.
Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete automation designs that prioritize real customer value over technical complexity.
Work across industries and tech stacks, getting productive quickly in new environments.
Bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a reusable node improvement, product feature, or platform capability.
Create a clear feedback loop with Product and Engineering by documenting technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, custom nodes, and integration patterns to an internal playbook library.
Turn customer learnings into product and playbooks
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a core product feature and document it clearly for Product.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, and patterns to an internal playbook library.
Help ensure every engagement makes the next one faster, stronger, and more productized.
Keep engagements focused and scalable
Deliver time-boxed customer engagements with clear outcomes, rather than open-ended professional services work.
Build solutions that customers can own and operate themselves.
Know when to build, when to simplify, and when to push back to avoid unnecessary complexity.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
🧑💻 Strong engineering background: You have solid full-stack or backend engineering experience and have built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
🧩 Integration-building expertise: You can create custom nodes, extend existing integrations, and work confidently with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
🔧 Product-minded technical execution: You can distinguish between a one-off customer workaround, a reusable node improvement, and a product feature worth escalating.
🤝 Customer-facing confidence: You’re comfortable working directly in customer environments and can build trust with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders.
🗺️ Solution design skills: You can take a messy operational problem and turn it into a clean, practical technical design.
⚖️ Strong technical judgment: You know when to build, when to push back, and how to avoid gold-plating solutions that should stay simple.
✈️ Willingness to travel: You’re open to travelling roughly 30-50% of the time for on-site engagements.
⚡ Speed to productive: You can quickly understand new industries, tech stacks, and customer environments without needing everything to be neatly defined.
Nice-to-haves
🔁 Workflow automation experience: You have familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
🏢 Enterprise deployment experience: You’ve worked with strategic enterprise accounts in complex technical environments.
🧱 Node or connector development: You’ve built custom nodes, connectors, plugins, SDKs, or reusable integration frameworks.
🚀 Forward deployed experience: You’ve worked in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or similar role at a product-led technical organization.
📣 Product feedback experience: You’ve helped turn customer learnings into clear product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specifications.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll be the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, helping define how we turn our largest enterprise deployments into long-term, referenceable success stories. Your work won’t sit in a demo environment — you’ll build production workflows with real users, influence our product roadmap, and create the playbooks that shape how this function scales.
You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a moment of huge momentum, working with a remote-first team that values autonomy, speed, experimentation, and direct customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE USER RESEARCHER ROLE ⭐️
At Alan, research is not a checkpoint. It's a compass. Our User Research team sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, making sure every decision is grounded in what our members actually need, feel, and experience.
As a User Researcher at Alan, you will gather and prioritize the most important questions from across the company, and design the right research to answer them. That means running interviews, diary studies, surveys, and usability sessions throughout the full product cycle, not just at the end. You'll then turn those findings into insights that are clear, compelling, and genuinely useful to the teams who need them.
You'll work hand in hand with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, and collaborate closely with our analytics and data science teams to tell a complete story about our product. You'll also help grow research culture across Alan, sharing your craft and mentoring teammates along the way.
At Alan, great research drives great product. If you love figuring out what people truly need and translating that into decisions that matter, this role is for you.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- 4+ years of experience as a product/user researcher in a tech environment, with strong hands-on expertise in qualitative methods: interviews, diary studies, think-aloud usability testing, and direct observation
- Solid quantitative research skills: you're comfortable with survey design, sampling, crosstabs, and core statistical concepts
- Sharp critical thinking: you quickly identify what research is worth doing, scope it efficiently, and deliver insights that are focused and actionable
- A strategic mindset: you know how to partner with product stakeholders, communicate the value of research, and tie your findings to concrete business impact
- Compelling communication skills: you turn complex findings into clear narratives that resonate with any audience
- Experience mentoring junior researchers or non-researchers, with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback that helps others grow
- You're close to AI. Either you've built AI products, or you follow the space closely and have a clear view on where to leverage and how LLM systems behave in production.
- You care about healthcare. Alan's mission has to genuinely matter to you. For us this is essential, not a nice-to-have.
- English fluency, written and spoken
- (As a plus) Fluency in French, Spanish, or another European language
For this role, we hire within the D-E level range.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Based in (or within commuting distance of) one of our hubs (Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona), with the ability to work onsite twice per week.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Keeping Platform Stability Front and Center for 770M+ Users
On the frontier of adjoe's most critical publisher relationships, the Product Operations team moves fast, cuts through complexity, and keeps our entire platform running. Operating across the full adjoe stack—backend services, SDKs, catalog, and integrations—we unblock strategic launches, build custom integrations, and resolve critical issues in production.
We act as the safety net for our product teams and the first line of defense for enterprise publishers like Venmo and PayPal. Beyond immediate troubleshooting, we build and scale high-impact diagnostic tooling to automate root-cause resolution across client-side and microservice architectures. Combining cross-stack technical depth with rapid execution, Product Operations ensures seamless performance wherever enterprise growth meets global scale.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years in Go, built for scale. You have 3+ years building production Go services and know how to profile and optimize applications under real traffic, not just identify bottlenecks, but eliminate them. You've worked on large Go applications with considerable daily request volume.
- Distributed systems are your default context. You design and operate microservice architectures using Kafka and SQS/SNS for reliable asynchronous communication, and are responsible for collecting and aggregating billions of daily API events into Kafka streams queryable from the data lake in seconds.
- Data performance matters at every layer. You work with Druid, MySQL, Redis, and DynamoDB, optimizing queries and data access patterns to deliver few-millisecond response times. You know the tradeoffs between different storage solutions and when each one is the right tool.
- Bridge product and Data Science. You collaborate directly with Data Scientists to integrate ML algorithms that optimize ad delivery: translating complex mathematical solutions into production-ready backend services.
- Partner-facing data ownership. You support partners through well-documented open APIs, providing raw or aggregated data transparently based on their business needs.
- Infrastructure fluency is part of the job. You have hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, and serverless infrastructure, owning services end-to-end from development to production.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

The Role
Nex is seeking a
Localization Project Manager
based in Europe to support its game and cross-functional localization programs across European markets. This role will provide dedicated project management support to Localization Program Manager and, over time, independently manage a defined set of localization projects from intake through delivery. Text translation, graphic localization, voice-over localization, and LQA will be performed by an external localization vendor; this role is responsible for managing that vendor rather than executing the localization work directly.
The ideal contractor has hands-on localization project management experience, strong communication and tracking skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple localization workflows across games, marketing assets, vendors, linguists, and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Manage the external localization vendor responsible for text translation, graphic localization, voice-over localization, and LQA, including tracking progress, coordinating handoffs, maintaining schedules, and following up on open items.
Assist Localization Program Manager with localization project planning, execution, and status reporting.
Gradually take ownership of approximately 10 to 20 localization projects end-to-end under Nex’s localization structure and process.
Manage localization requests from teams across Nex—including Marketing, Packaging, PlayOS, and other functions—including intake, prioritization, scheduling, stakeholder communication, handoffs, and delivery tracking.
Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation in Notion and other agreed systems.
Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and outstanding action items.
Serve as the primary operational contact between internal teams and the external localization vendor, coordinating requirements, deliverables, reviews, feedback, and issue resolution.
Work closely with the vendor to improve localization quality by setting quality expectations, reviewing feedback and LQA findings, identifying recurring issues, and driving corrective actions and process improvements.
Prepare weekly status reports summarizing progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
Maintain a localization request log and timesheet for approved hours.
Escalate timeline, quality, scope, or dependency risks in a timely manner.
Deliverables
Weekly localization status report
Project schedule tracking
Risk and blocker list
Cross-functional localization request log
Approved timesheet
Other project tracking documents as reasonably requested
What You Bring
Experience managing localization projects, ideally for games, entertainment, software, or digital products.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with localization workflows, including text translation, graphic localization, voice-over localization, review, LQA, handoffs, and delivery management.
Experience managing localization vendors, including schedules, deliverables, quality expectations, feedback, and escalations.
Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
Comfortable using Notion, Slack, spreadsheets, and localization platforms or project management tools.
Detail-oriented approach to schedules, deliverables, file tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
Fluency in English plus German, French, Spanish, or Italian is preferred.
Candidates should be based in Germany, France, Spain, or Italy and be familiar with European localization workflows and market requirements.
Reporting / Point of contact
This role will report to and coordinate primarily with Localization Program Manager, who will provide overall localization direction, priorities, and process guidance. The hiring manager will be based in Japan.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on migrations to join our growing team in India. You will help deliver complex, production-grade data migrations, integrations, and automations for customers across APAC.
This is initially an internally focused, hands-on engineering role. You will partner closely with regional Forward Deployed Engineers, who own customer discovery, solution architecture, stakeholder communication, risk management, and final customer validation. You will own the behind-the-scenes technical execution layer from feasibility assessment and implementation through testing, production rollout, QA, reconciliation, reporting, and operational handoff.
You will work across multiple customer environments and source systems, often with incomplete requirements, imperfect data, and real-world constraints. Success requires strong engineering fundamentals, sound judgment, careful validation, and the ability to turn one-off delivery work into reusable tools and repeatable playbooks.
As a founding engineer in India, you will help build a new regional engineering capability from the ground up. You will create migration infrastructure, standards, and reusable tooling used by FDEs across APAC, while establishing practices that can scale globally. The role offers an opportunity to become a technical authority for production migration delivery, shaping how Notion approaches reliability, validation, and operational quality across complex customer environments. As the team grows, the role may also expand toward customer-facing FDE work, technical leadership, or a deeper engineering path, depending on business needs and demonstrated capability.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the technical execution layer after customer requirements, scope, and solution architecture have been established with the regional FDE. Contribute to feasibility assessment, estimation, implementation planning, and risk identification while the regional FDE remains accountable for customer discovery, scope, architecture, stakeholder communication, and final acceptance.
- Apply a repeatable migration lifecycle covering source inventory and sampling, scope and pruning decisions, compatibility and degradation assessment, transformation design, pilot or dry run, user acceptance testing, production cutover, reconciliation, remediation, hypercare, and documented handoff.
- Translate approved customer and regional FDE requirements into clear technical designs, implementation plans, test strategies, runbooks, and delivery estimates.
- Build production-quality migration utilities, backend services, data pipelines, integrations, and automations using Python, SQL, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Investigate source-system behavior, data quality issues, permissions, rate limits, authentication constraints, and edge cases, then recommend practical solutions.
- Design and validate permissions, ownership, and inheritance mappings against the approved migration plan. Make unsupported or ambiguous access requirements explicit, obtain the required decision or approval, and preserve evidence of validation.
- Design migrations for reliability, scale, security, observability, idempotency, failure recovery, and safe reruns.
- Execute migrations only through approved environments, devices, accounts, and tooling. Follow least-privilege access, customer-specific security and data-residency requirements, and approved handling procedures. Do not store customer data in unmanaged local or external systems, and escalate privacy, security, or sovereignty concerns before execution.
- Build validation and reconciliation frameworks that provide clear evidence of migration completeness, accuracy, and exceptions.
- Debug failures across application code, infrastructure, customer data, third-party systems, and the Notion platform, then drive issues through resolution.
- Manage multiple implementation workstreams, dependencies, and priorities while communicating scope, progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
- Surface scope changes, unsupported requirements, timeline risks, and material effort increases early. Document assumptions and trade-offs, and escalate with options and a recommended path rather than silently absorbing additional work.
- Maintain an auditable record of scope, decisions, risks, approvals, validation evidence, and customer acceptance criteria in the agreed shared workspace or channel.
- Convert repeated delivery patterns into reusable components, automation, documentation, and playbooks that improve speed, quality, and cost over time.
- Bring field learnings back to Notion's Product and Engineering teams as actionable platform feedback and technical requirements.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in backend engineering, data engineering, integration engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on Python development experience.
- Working experience with Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience owning a production migration, integration, or technical implementation through mapping, transformation, testing, rollout, validation, and handoff.
- Experience taking a technical problem from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production operation.
- Experience with Git, code review, automated testing, release practices, and production deployment.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills across code, data, infrastructure, and external systems.
- Evidence of working on production systems, not only prototypes or proof-of-concept projects.
- Clear written and verbal English communication, with the ability to explain technical decisions, constraints, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High agency and ownership. You are comfortable making progress with incomplete information, challenging assumptions, and escalating with options and a recommendation.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, job orchestration, or infrastructure automation.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with message queues, event-driven systems, distributed-system patterns, retries, concurrency, and rate limits.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, or other observability tools.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS applications, professional services, or large-scale customer implementations.
- Experience migrating large volumes of content or structured data between enterprise platforms.
- Experience with AI or LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, or agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with MCP, tool calling, Notion Workers, Custom Agents, or similar extensibility platforms.
- Experience working with distributed global or APAC teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
In your first 90 days, you will:
- Learn Notion's migration and implementation ecosystem, engineering standards, and APAC delivery model.
- Establish a productive working rhythm with regional FDE partners.
- Contribute to at least one migration or integration workstream through production delivery.
- Leave behind clear technical documentation, validation evidence, and an operational runbook.
Within your first six months, you will:
- Independently own production migration or integration workstreams from technical design through rollout and handoff.
- Deliver measurable improvements in migration turnaround time, validation quality, delivery cost, or regional FDE execution hours through reusable engineering.
- Help establish repeatable quality controls, code review practices, runbooks, and observability patterns for the India team.
- Demonstrate effective prioritization and communication across multiple concurrent APAC engagements.
- Turn at least one repeated delivery pattern into a reusable tool, component, or playbook that is adopted by a subsequent engagement.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
