OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
As Head of Legal, you will serve as Niantic Spatial's primary legal advisor and build the legal function from the ground up. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, People, Security, and the executive team to negotiate strategic commercial agreements, advise on legal and regulatory matters, and establish practical processes that enable the business to move quickly. We are looking for a strong business partner who helps accelerate the company while managing risk.
This is a foundational role. You will set the legal operating model, own our most complex commercial relationships, and be a trusted voice at the leadership table — balancing legal rigor with the practical judgment a fast-moving company requires. Reporting to our CEO or President and COO, you will shape both the legal strategy and the organization that executes it as Niantic Spatial scales.
What You'll Do
Serve as the Company's Legal Partner
- Advise executive leadership on legal, strategic, and business matters.
- Provide practical, risk-balanced guidance that enables informed business decisions.
- Partner across every function to embed legal thinking into day-to-day operations.
Lead Commercial Contracting
- Own the negotiation and execution of enterprise customer, partner, supplier, reseller, technology, licensing, and data agreements.
- Partner with GTM to accelerate contract execution while protecting the company's interests.
- Develop standard agreements, negotiation playbooks, fallback language, and contracting best practices that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Support strategic partnerships and complex commercial transactions.
Guide Corporate & Strategic Matters
- Manage corporate governance, Board support, and corporate records.
- Act as legal lead on corporate matters, including financing transactions.
- Support acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships, and other corporate initiatives as the company grows.
Drive Compliance & Risk Management
- Advise on privacy, AI governance, intellectual property, export controls, data licensing, and emerging regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Security, Engineering, and Product to address customer compliance obligations and public sector requirements.
- Develop practical legal policies, approval frameworks, and governance processes that scale with the business.
Build the Legal Function
- Establish the legal operating model, including processes, systems, templates, and outside counsel management.
- Create scalable legal operations that improve speed, consistency, and visibility.
- Manage wide-ranging patent and trademark portfolios to protect company intellectual property.
- Help define the long-term legal strategy and organization as Niantic Spatial continues to grow.
Manage Legal Disputes
- Respond to formal and alleged disputes initiated by third parties using cost-effective counsel.
- Drive litigation strategy.
- Provide risk assessments and status updates to the C-suite.
What You'll Bring
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar, or the ability to register as in-house counsel in California.
- 8+ years of combined law firm and in-house legal experience, with meaningful exposure to high-growth technology companies.
- Significant experience negotiating complex enterprise technology and commercial agreements — including software licensing, SaaS, AI, data, and technology transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a broad range of legal matters with sound business judgment and without requiring extensive outside counsel support for routine matters.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory frameworks relevant to AI and technology businesses.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization — including executive leadership and the Board.
- A practical, collaborative approach that balances legal risk with business objectives and earns trust as a partner, not a gatekeeper.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, robotics, geospatial, cloud infrastructure, or developer platform companies.
- Experience with government contracting, public sector procurement, or defense customers.
- Familiarity with global privacy laws, AI governance frameworks, and international commercial transactions.
- Experience building or leading a legal function within a startup or scaling technology company.
In Your First Year
Within your first year, you will have:
- Become a trusted legal advisor to the executive leadership team and a credible voice at the leadership table.
- Meaningfully reduced commercial contract cycle times through improved processes, templates, and negotiation playbooks.
- Established scalable legal operations, including systems, policies, and governance frameworks, that enable business growth while managing risk.
- Built strong, trusted partnerships across Sales, Product, Finance, Security, People, and Engineering.
- Developed an effective outside counsel strategy that delivers high-quality legal support while managing spend.
- Created a legal function that is viewed as a business enabler - known for accelerating decisions, not slowing them down.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $270,000 –$340,000 per year. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office with a minimum of 4 days per week in office.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives in the top of the funnel. This is a hands-on, sourcing-first role focused on building and owning talent pipelines across the US, LATAM, and APAC — with the heaviest emphasis on APAC, where our fastest hiring growth is happening and where deep market knowledge is hardest to buy.
You will spend the majority of your time proactively identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent — not processing inbound applications. You will map markets, build long-term talent communities, and become the person hiring managers come to when they need to know who’s out there. If you are energized by outreach that actually lands, by knowing a market better than anyone else in the room, and by building pipelines before the req even opens, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactive Sourcing (Core Focus):
Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, Maimai, BOSS Zhipin, referrals, alumni networks, and crypto-native communities.
APAC Pipeline Building:
Serve as the sourcing engine for APAC hiring. Develop deep talent maps across key hubs — Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, and India — and build region-specific outreach strategies that account for local platforms, languages, notice periods, and compensation norms.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
Produce competitor org maps, talent availability reports, and compensation benchmarks by region. Translate market data into practical guidance that shapes role scoping, level calibration, and hiring plans.
Candidate Engagement & Conversion:
Write and test outreach that gets replies. Own the candidate experience from first touch through handoff, running screens that assess motivation, mobility, and fit while keeping candidates warm through long hiring cycles.
Pipeline Ownership & Nurture:
Build and maintain evergreen pipelines and talent communities for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Keep silver-medalist and passive-candidate pools active so we are never starting from zero when a req opens.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional HR teams across time zones. Run intake and calibration sessions, share pipeline reviews, and set realistic expectations grounded in market reality.
Sourcing Data & Reporting:
Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics — outreach volume, response rate, screen-to-submit, submit-to-onsite, and pipeline health by region. Use the data to redirect effort toward the channels that convert.
Employer Brand in Market:
Represent OKX to passive talent. Support regional recruiting events, meetups, and community engagement, and help position OKX as the destination employer in crypto across every market you cover.
What We Look For In You
3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing experience, with a demonstrable track record of building pipelines from scratch rather than working inbound applicant flow.
Hands-on APAC sourcing experience strongly preferred — you have hired into at least one major APAC market and understand its platforms, candidate behavior, and hiring norms.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions and time zones, ideally including US and LATAM alongside APAC.
Advanced sourcing toolkit: Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portfolio platforms, and region-specific channels. Comfortable finding talent where it is not looking for you.
Strong written outreach skills — you can craft personalized, high-response messaging at volume.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing CRMs; disciplined about data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
crypto, Web3, or fintech recruiting experience; additional language capability relevant to APAC markets (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa); experience building talent communities or running sourcing jams and hiring events.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.
You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our San Francisco headquarters, working standard US business hours.
What you'll do
Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
What you need
4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
Bonus if you
You’re located within San Francisco Bay Area (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture. This role primarily works on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Infrastructure team is seeking a Data Center Energy Lead, based anywhere in the EU, to secure power capacity and accelerate energy delivery for our rapidly expanding AI compute footprint across the region. This is a multi-country role: from a single EU base, you'll cover several EU jurisdictions. You'll work at the intersection of energy markets, physical power, project development and AI infrastructure needs, leading multi-hundred megawatt procurement efforts and building strategic relationships with TSOs, DSOs, and regulators across multiple European jurisdictions. This role is essential to ensuring Anthropic can scale compute capacity efficiently while navigating the complex dynamics of the EU internal electricity market, national wholesale and capacity markets, and Europe's evolving energy regulatory environment to achieve the speed and scale required for frontier AI development.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative and novel means of energy deployment - grid connected, behind-the-meter/fence, etc. that drives fastest timelines to energization, while maintaining social license
Lead energy procurement and markets strategy to secure multi-hundred megawatt power capacity for AI infrastructure across EU wholesale electricity markets and national capacity mechanisms, structuring utility partnerships and commercial agreements that prioritise speed-to-energisation and scale
Own utility and regulatory stakeholder management across multiple European jurisdictions, building strategic relationships with TSOs, DSOs, national regulators, and ACER to accelerate connection timelines and unlock constrained capacity
Drive energy markets and policy strategy for AI compute facilities, monitoring EU network codes, national grid codes and regulatory developments and engaging policymakers to address grid capacity challenges and expedite approval processes for critical infrastructure
Partner with engineering and delivery teams to translate energy market dynamics and network constraints into actionable capacity acceleration strategies that align procurement schedules with aggressive project timelines
Develop deep market intelligence on regional power availability across target European markets, transmission constraints, and connection queue dynamics to inform site selection and deployment strategy
Structure innovative commercial frameworks and partnership models — including PPAs, network use of system arrangements, and behind-the-meter solutions — that enable faster power delivery and mitigate grid capacity risks across Anthropic's European datacentre portfolio
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 15+ years of experience in energy procurement, utility development, or power markets for large-scale infrastructure projects, with substantial exposure to European energy markets across multiple jurisdictions
Have deep expertise in EU electricity markets (day-ahead, intraday and balancing markets), national capacity mechanisms, network connection processes, and transmission system planning (including ENTSO-E Ten-Year Network Development Plans and national network development plans)
Have experience securing 100+ MW of power capacity and navigating complex network connection agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), or other offtake agreement structures in Europe
Are proficient in analysing energy market dynamics, regulatory frameworks (EU network codes, national grid codes and jurisdictional instruments), and grid constraints to inform strategic decision-making
Have strong stakeholder management skills and experience building relationships with TSOs, DSOs, national regulators (such as BNetzA, CRU, ACM, CRE, and others), ACER, policymakers and critical equipment vendors
Have excellent communication skills and can translate complex grid and regulatory dynamics into actionable business strategies for technical and non-technical audiences
Strong candidates may also have some of the following:
Past experience with energy procurement specifically for datacentres, high-performance computing, or AI/ML infrastructure
Familiarity with hyperscale infrastructure requirements and the unique power demands of large-scale AI training and inference workloads
Experience with regulatory affairs, energy policy advocacy, or engagement with national regulators, TSOs, ACER, ENTSO-E, and the European Commission (DG ENER) and national energy ministries
Background in transmission planning, grid connection studies (including grid code compliance and connection agreement processes), or grid capacity analysis under EU network codes and national grid codes
Understanding of emerging grid technologies (battery energy storage systems, demand response, virtual power plants, distributed energy resources) and how they can accelerate capacity delivery across European markets
Track record of structuring creative solutions to overcome grid constraints and compressed timelines in competitive power markets, including EU renewables acceleration areas / go-to areas and congested bidding zones and network regions

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, our Mobile team builds the next generation of observability tools for developers worldwide — processing over a billion events every single day. We're looking for a technical Senior Product Manager, Mobile to bring clarity and context to the team and help us create a delightful Sentry experience for mobile developers across the globe.
At Sentry, product managers, engineers, and engineering managers work together to help shape the roadmap and decide what to build next – with the engineering manager ultimately owning the decision. Your role will be to make sure the team deeply understands its users, the market, and how the product performs in the real world, including where it delights and where it creates friction, so the right decisions happen naturally. This position reports to the Director of Engineering..
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn scattered signal into clear context: Build and run a system that continuously gathers insight from everywhere it lives — users, customers, GitHub, our own product data, and the wider market (competitors, ecosystem trends, and industry shifts) — and turn it into well-framed problems, opportunities, and tradeoffs that inform the Mobile roadmap and guide prioritization. Draw out the people closest to customers (Sales, Support, Solutions) who are often acutely aware of the features we're missing, especially the ones about to cause customer churn
- Be the developer's voice: Talk to developers and engineering leaders on a steady cadence, represent them when internal decisions get made, test ideas quickly and cheaply before committing engineering, and use what you learn to keep us aligned on the top priorities for this persona
- Elevate the end-to-end mobile developer experience: Together with the Engineering Manager & Mobile engineers you will influence and improve the full user journey, from catching and surfacing a mobile issue in Sentry to resolving it automatically — across native (iOS, Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, KMP) developers alike
- Connect the dots and build trust: Partner closely not just with the engineering team, but also various internal stakeholders across the company — earning trust over time by delivering on your commitments and communicating clearly with people inside and outside the company
- Use AI to go faster and deeper: Apply strong judgment about where AI adds real leverage in discovery, synthesis, and analysis, and build it into repeatable systems rather than one-off prompts
- Measure outcomes, not output: Commit to measurable objectives tied to real customer and business value, track the metrics that matter across usage and revenue, and turn what you see into hypotheses and action
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are relentlessly curious about users: you love talking to developers and customers, digging into data, structuring what you learn, and turning it into sharp hypotheses, problems, and bets
- Genuinely care about developer experience: you love mobile platforms and sweat the details of a great end-to-end UX
- Are technical enough to earn developers' trust: you know how software gets built, because you built or still build mobile applications yourself
- Are a high-agency self-starter who organizes their own work: you don't wait to be told what to do — you find the problems that matter and bring them to a solution
- Lead through context & collaboration, not control: energized by making a team smarter and letting them own priorities, rather than dictating the roadmap yourself
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as a Mobile developer — you don’t solely rely on empathy when representing this persona, but speak from your own experience as well
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with B2B SaaS and observability products for mobile platforms — backed by a background in mobile software engineering (Apple, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
- Experience talking to customers directly and running continuous product discovery — you let evidence, not opinion, shape decisions
- Strong business and product judgment with an affinity for data and metrics — you turn signals into clear hypotheses and actions
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than authority — building alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders through evidence and a clear narrative
- Fluent with AI in your daily workflow — you use it to work faster and sharper across your PM craft, and know where it doesn't help
- You live in the Vienna area or are willing to relocate
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
