Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About MetaMask
MetaMask is building a future where users can unlock the full product stack through a single, seamless identity experience, enabling access to all features with trust, safety, and minimal friction.
Today, identity verification is fragmented across several product and onboarding experiences. Users are repeatedly asked to verify themselves across different services, creating unnecessary friction, inconsistent outcomes, and degraded trust.
Universal KYC (UKYC) is a new initiative to solve this problem by creating a
single, reusable identity layer
across MetaMask. At the centre of this is
MetaMask Passport
, a product designed to enable users to verify once and unlock multiple experiences across the MetaMask ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of
platform and product experience
. You will define the primitives, standards, and user journeys that make identity verification seamless, privacy-conscious, and globally compliant.
What you’ll do
You will own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport, defining how a reusable identity layer unlocks the broader MetaMask product stack. You will build the underlying identity platform, creating scalable verification primitives and standards that can be adopted across products. In parallel, you will design a seamless, low-friction KYC experience that reduces time-to-first-transaction while maintaining compliance integrity. You will drive adoption across MetaMask by partnering closely with internal teams to integrate a consistent identity layer, while balancing privacy, trust, and global regulatory requirements. Throughout, you will lead execution end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience building or scaling
identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products
Strong background in
fintech
, ideally with exposure to
Web3
Hands-on experience working with
identity verification providers (IDV vendors)
such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity
Familiarity with
compliance workflows
, including KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence (CDD) processes
Track record of delivering
platform products adopted across multiple teams
Ability to operate across both
technical systems and user experience
What Success looks like:
Increased KYC completion rates and reduced onboarding friction
Reduced time-to-first-transaction across KYC-gated flows
Increased reuse of verified identity across products
Improved transaction success rate through consistent verification outcomes
Strong user trust with minimal friction and compliant execution
Attributes that will make you stand out
First-principles thinker with strong product judgment
Deep user empathy with a focus on reducing friction and cognitive load
Strong understanding of trust, privacy, and compliance trade-offs
Clear, structured communicator who drives alignment and momentum
High ownership and ability to operate in ambiguity
Why This Role Matters
Universal KYC is a foundational unlock for MetaMask, enabling users to move from fragmented, repetitive identity verification to a seamless, reusable experience across the entire product stack. It establishes a scalable, privacy-conscious identity layer that strengthens user trust while meeting global compliance requirements. This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of access, trust, and growth, critical to unlocking the next phase of MetaMask’s evolution.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager to advance our GTM strategy and drive global execution with our teams in Europe, North America, and APAC. Your mission is to shape and refine our global GTM strategy and take strategic priorities through execution to achieve results. You will define and implement the operations that will ensure we can continue to scale efficiently across all markets.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director (GTM) and working closely with regional VPs of Revenue, the wider adjoe leadership team, and our Product and Tech departments, you will act as a strategic partner and operational bridge across teams. You’ll help translate strategic goals into execution, ensuring alignment from planning to delivery. This role blends analytical and strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration—supporting high-impact initiatives, guiding teams through complex deals, and driving seamless execution from partner engagement to integration.
What You Will Do:
- GTM Strategy: Partner with our Managing Director (GTM) and regional VPs of Revenue (Europe, North America, APAC) to design and implement a scalable global GTM strategy, defining the end-to-end sales processes and operational cadence.
- Business Development: Actively support our Sales teams on high-priority, strategic accounts across all stages (deal, onboarding, and scaling). Support our Growth teams in strategic account development (e.g. new product upsell strategy).

- Reporting & Pipeline Management: Architect and build our global sales reporting framework to establish a single source of truth for pipeline health, forecasting, and performance KPIs.
- Sales Incentive Design & Execution: Design, model, and manage a motivating global sales commission plan, from initial hands-on creation to eventual strategic oversight as the team scales.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Product, and Tech teams, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability across markets.
- Future Growth - Team Development: Build and lead the foundation of the Revenue Operations function, establishing processes and a structure that can grow with the company’s expansion.
Who You Are:
- Strategic & Analytical: 2–3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting (MBB), high-growth Start-ups or Scale-ups, or VC/PE, with a strong record in strategy development and execution, ideally GTM oriented.
- Business Acumen: Experienced in formulation (and ideally execution) of commercial strategy and GTM motions. Solid understanding or strong interest in AdTech, including the key performance metrics and sales cycles common in the space.

About the Opportunity
As an Infra Product Manager focused on Algorithm and Search, you will be responsible for the deep, high-quality delivery of core Web3 Infra components — primarily the algorithm platform, search system, and related AI capabilities that serve Wallet, DEX, and other businesses. You will work closely with engineering, data, and data science teams to ensure that core problems are solved correctly, that products meet stringent performance, accuracy, and scalability bars, and that every release is reliable and production-grade. At Sensor Tower, you will own projects end-to-end. You will engage with product leadership to develop roadmaps, collaborate with our engineering team on execution, and partner with business and account leaders to better understand our customer’s needs. You are excited about the possibilities that AI unlocks in developing digital products and can talk about how you’ve categorized unstructured data, vibecoded rapid prototypes, or generated insights with AI. You are passionate about the space and can point to independent projects or notable successes in previous roles.
Salary range: 125,000 - 170,000 USD
What You Will Work On

What We Are Looking For
- 7-8 years of professional experience, preferably with SaaS company in data or in data roles at mobile or F2P gaming.
- Experience using AI in day-to-day operations or in shipping AI-native products.
- Familiarity with BI industry players like Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel.
- Experience using data to drive decision making- you are comfortable making complex SQL queries against our analytics data.
- College degree in Business or Computer Science, Master’s preferred.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a group of highly experienced engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend roughly half your time on technical contribution and half on people management, depending on the need. You’ll work closely with the team to set direction, remove blockers, and foster a strong engineering culture as they tackle complex systems challenges in distributed computing, large-scale data handling, and performance optimization.
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have at least 10 years of industry experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
- You’ve built high-performance distributed systems at a large scale
- You have a strong background in cloud infrastructure
- You have strong knowledge of low-level operating system foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, containers, etc.)
- You’re proficient in systems-level languages such as Rust, C, C++, or Java
- You’re an experienced engineering leader who thrives close to the work and enjoys building alongside your team when needed
- You earn trust through technical depth, communicate with clarity, and help great engineers move fast and make sound decisions
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are pragmatic, calm under pressure, and focused on impact

Track adjacent processes such as POs, invoices, export licenses, payments, logistics bookings, and required documentation.
Provide regular production status, risk updates, and decision points to stakeholders.
Drive issue resolution across planning, procurement, production, testing, logistics, delivery, and deployment.
Continious improvements after each production cycle. Improve ODM requirements, supplier expectations, internal processes, reporting, and tooling. Gather deployment and operations feedback and convert it into future production improvements.
We expect you to have:
Experience managing complex hardware production, manufacturing, supply chain, infrastructure, or datacenter delivery projects.

About The Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to join a team responsible for designing the industry's leading Crypto trading system, including Spot, Margin, Perpetuals, Futures, Options, and various risk control models such as simple account, single-currency margin, multi-currency margin, and portfolio margin.
This system supports daily trading volumes of over ten billion USD for both retail and institutional clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
The plumbing of the exchange.
Order management, matching, margin, risk engine, lending/borrowing — across both spot and derivatives. When you ship, millions of trades route through your work the same day.
Infrastructure that holds up where others can't operate.
You'll work directly with Legal, Compliance, and local market teams — not to check boxes, but to design systems that clear the highest regulatory bar in finance. That bar is our moat.
Outlearning the competition.
Talk to traders, take apart competing systems, and decide where we lead vs. fast-follow — across crypto and TradFi.
The instruments that show us the market first.
Build the data and monitoring layer that gives us situational awareness of our own stack and the broader industry. If something's drifting, breaking, or shifting — you know before anyone else.
The 3–12 month direction.
Decide what we build next, and when, based on product lifecycle, competitive landscape, and what our capacity actually is — not what makes the deck look good.
Shipping through.
From spec to launch, you're the person who gets it out the door — pulling engineering, design, ops, and marketing into alignment without becoming the bottleneck.
The AI harness and agent architecture for your domain.
Design and ship multi-step agent workflows — tool use, retrieval, evaluation, human-in-the-loop checkpoints — that power how Core Trading operates. Spec agents the way you spec products.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, physics or computer science major.
5+ years experience in building sophisticated backend systems in either crypto or Traditional Finance industry.
AI native skillset that allow you to ship at 10x because you automate the work flow first.
Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork, communication skills and be able to coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments.
You possess a strong interest in trading, blockchain and the financial industry.
You are proactive, enthusiastic and sensitive to customers' feedback from a product lens.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients / cross-teams).
Nice-To-Haves
Trading experience in sophisticated institutions.
Excel in quantitative research with various mathematics tools.
