You’re a Great Fit With:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within cycling, sporting goods, outdoor, mobility, or another product-driven industry with heavy consumer touchpoints (MANDATORY).
- Proven experience bringing physical products to market and coordinating complex cross-functional launches by building and project managing a world-class product launch engine.

Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Assistant Vice President
About the Role
iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deliver production-grade AI systems that drive measurable business outcomes across the firm. This role is expected to bring sound judgment on technical approach, a bias toward delivery, and able to translate ambiguous business needs into well-scoped, well-executed solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on engineer with a track record of shipping complex AI systems end-to-end and someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong cross-functional partnership, architectural judgment, and able to operate as a force multiplier for the team. This individual will own AI projects and defined workstreams, contribute to system design and technical decisions, partnering directly with business stakeholders, and ensuring that AI capabilities are built to production-grade standards of reliability, scalability, and measurability.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver production AI systems, including document intelligence (IDP), intelligent knowledge systems, agentic orchestration, conversational AI, and generative AI applications, to power internal and external business processes, digital experiences, and workflow automation at scale.
Own AI projects end-to-end, from problem scoping and stakeholder alignment through solution design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, delivering tangible business outcomes with a track record of consistent, high-quality delivery.
Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions for the team, including API design, system decomposition, evaluation strategy, and infrastructure patterns, following and contributing to team engineering standards across the AI/ML platform.
Develop and apply robust evaluation frameworks for AI systems, defining statistically sound, problem-specific metrics, curating benchmark datasets, and enforcing strict versioning to ensure reproducibility and continuous improvement.
Partner directly with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Product, Operations, Legal, and Business teams, to identify AI opportunities, translate requirements into technical plans, and communicate tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations clearly.
Support and mentor junior engineers on the team through code review, design review, pair problem-solving, and knowledge sharing, acting as a technical role model and raising the overall capability of the group.
Identify systemic problems and propose solutions, proactively improving team processes, tooling, and infrastructure to reduce technical debt and increase development velocity.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing and deploying production AI/ML systems, including cloud-native solutions on AWS or similar platforms, with a proven track record of delivering complex applications from design through production
Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices, including source control, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and the development of scalable, maintainable software
Deep expertise building production AI solutions, including LLM applications, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), conversational AI, document intelligence, and agentic workflows, with hands-on experience using modern AI frameworks and tooling
Experience designing, deploying, and operating end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including model training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement in production environments
Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, data quality, and AI system evaluation, with experience developing benchmarks, defining performance metrics, analyzing errors, and optimizing systems for accuracy, reliability, scalability, cost, and latency
Experience contributing to technical architecture and design discussions, conducting code and design reviews, and mentoring or supporting the growth of other engineers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical solutions, partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in financial services or FinTech, particularly within document-heavy, regulated, or compliance-sensitive environments is preferred
Contributions to open-source projects, technical publications, conference presentations, patents, or other demonstrated thought leadership in applied AI and machine learning is preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our team, Consolidation, owns the first mile of the Wealthsimple relationship: onboarding, the homescreen + first layer of the app, and our Tiers program (Premium and Generation). Our job is to get new clients in the door, funded, and consolidating more of their financial life with Wealthsimple.
Our fastest-growing segment this year were high-net-worth clients. We're seeing real organic pull, and continuing to grow net deposits at the rate we have means winning larger, more complex relationships. Clients who today are typically served by private bankers and expect a level of service, product depth, and recognition that we need to meet and then beat.
That's the mandate for this role: continue to expand Wealthsimple’s growth upmarket. It means evolving our Tiers program into something a high-net-worth client would choose over their bank, and it means using what we know about a client to make a sharper, more personal case for bringing the rest of their financial life here. Convincing millions of Canadians to consolidate their financial lives at Wealthsimple is the mission we've been on for over 10 years, and we're looking for someone who can lead the next phase of this work and own it end to end.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help define the product vision and strategy for how Wealthsimple wins and serves high-net-worth clients, and own the roadmap to bring it to life.
- Lead the planning, development, launch, and iteration of a step change in our Tiers program. The service, product depth, and recognition that makes a client choose us as their primary financial institution.
- Build the personalized experiences that compel clients to consolidate: understanding a client's current financial life and making the case, in-product, for moving it to Wealthsimple.
- Working across the funding and consolidation funnel end to end, from a client's first session through to a fully consolidated relationship. Crafting the right incentives, onboarding journey, and product experiences along the way.
- Support a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists as we collectively explore new ways of working.
- Partner deeply with other product teams and departments across the company (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Client Experience, Legal and Compliance, and more). You'll own a meaningful piece of this directly and influence a much larger piece through others.
- Help elevate the Product Management practice at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive and supportive team culture.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- Years of shipping products people actually love — across both customer-facing and platform work. You've owned a product (or a big chunk of one) and know how to lead complex, cross-functional projects without losing momentum.
- A bias to ship. We don't do endless debate. The fastest way to know if something works is to put it in front of clients — so we ship, learn, and iterate.
- Enough technical fluency to keep up with engineers — you can talk architecture and tradeoffs, and you're hungry to learn what you don't know yet so you can make better calls.
- A real belief in financial inclusion — you want to build things that give more people access to financial freedom, not fewer.
- Bonus: Experience building, shipping, iterating and growing products from 0 to 1 over multiple years. We know building new client experiences that client love will require a sustained multi-year effort.
WHO YOU ARE
- A systems thinker. You can take a messy pile of use cases and distill them into one simple, elegant solution.
- A strong technical partner. You work hand-in-hand with engineering to turn a logical design into a real technical architecture.
- Comfortable in the grey. You can take raw, messy data (qualitative or quantitative) and pull out the actual problem, the real insight, the requirement that matters.
- A rigorous thinker. You don't skip steps. You work through problems systematically, and you know the difference between a good answer and a fast one.
- Scrappy, and happy to wear different hats. Sometimes that means building a business case. Sometimes it's mapping a workflow. Sometimes it's sitting across the table from a vendor or regulator and negotiating the details.
- A clear communicator. You can take something complicated and make it simple, without losing what matters.
- A collaborative, empathetic leader. You know how to work with a wide range of stakeholders and make sure everyone's voice actually gets heard.

SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Why PlayStation? Why San Diego Studio?
We are the team behind MLB The Show, a critically acclaimed AAA sports franchise developed for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo platforms. Our focus is on delivering innovative, high-quality gaming experiences – and we’re looking for a Sr Programmer to help build, package, and ship the game on every platform we support.
The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving abilities, sharp attention to detail, and thrives both independently and in collaborative, cross-functional teams. They are a versatile generalist who is as comfortable owning a build and data-packaging pipeline as they are bringing the engine up on new hardware or diving into low-level systems to track down a crash or reclaim memory. They enjoy the planning side of the work: scoping infrastructure changes, sequencing a platform or SDK migration so the team is never blocked, and modernizing tools and systems that have grown over many years. Not only does this person have a strong understanding of how large codebases are built, shipped, and maintained, they are also comfortable with the system-level aspects of the target hardware they’re working on when transitioning to new platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, optimize, and maintain the cross-platform build and data-packaging pipeline that turns our game into shippable products across all our supported platforms, current and future.
• Bring the engine up on new platforms and drive platform SDK upgrades, resolving the low-level and system-level issues that come with them (toolchains, file systems, memory and address-space behavior, boot and packaging requirements).
• Identify and resolve crashes, out-of-memory conditions, and stability issues across a broad range of hardware, from high-end consoles to memory-constrained mobile devices.
• Build, package, harden, and release our mobile (Android and iOS) products, and keep the associated build automation healthy.
• Own and evolve the studio’s internal tools – data packaging, memory tracking, metrics and profiling – that the wider team relies on every day.
• Plan and lead the modernization of long-lived build systems, toolchains, and infrastructure.
• Manage branch integration and keep builds flowing across mainline, staging, production, and patch branches in collaboration with engineering, QA, and production teams.
Required Qualifications
:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience programming in C++ with a focus on performance-critical and system level application.
• Strong experience with development and release of one or more AAA titles.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across many unfamiliar systems rather than within a single specialty.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills on hard, intermittent, and low-level issues (memory management, crashes, toolchain and SDK behavior).
• Experience with build systems, packaging and deployment pipelines, and build automation (e.g. Jenkins, MSBuild, gradle, and shell/batch scripting).
• Comfort at a low level: memory management, pointers and address spaces, compiler and linker flags, and optimization behavior.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Perforce, and other standard development tools.
• Working proficiency in C# for tools and pipeline development.
Preferred Qualifications
:
• Experience developing and shipping on console platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, and/or Nintendo Switch), including platform SDKs and certification/packaging requirements.
• Experience shipping mobile titles (Android/iOS): NDK, app-bundle and store submission, code obfuscation and app hardening, and crash reporting.
• Experience developing internal developer tools with graphical front-ends (e.g. C#/WinForms).
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python is a plus.
• Exposure to graphics/rendering concepts, in particular how rendering features fit within platform memory and performance budgets (desired but not required).

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
The Field CTO role is one of Mistral's senior external technical voices; a role for someone who has earned genuine credibility in the AI field and can engage enterprise boards, CIOs, and CTOs as a peer. You will shape how strategic accounts think about their AI strategy, represent Mistral at major industry events, and publish thought leadership that reflects a real point of view on where AI is going.
You will work closely with regional sales leadership across your territory and bring what you learn from executive conversations back into Mistral's product direction. This is an externally-facing, influence-driven role. The output is measured in relationships built, content published, and executive conversations that move.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Executive engagement
Run Mistral's Executive Briefing Center with your regional VP; a selective program for C-level stakeholders at strategic accounts. Build and sustain trusted-advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and VP Engineering across your territory.
Thought leadership
Publish regularly: articles, whitepapers, and analysis of where enterprise AI is heading. Brief Gartner and Forrester on Mistral's roadmap and market position. Track frontier research and bring it into customer conversations.
Conference and event presence
Represent Mistral at major industry events through keynotes, panels, and roundtables. Build a public presence that generates inbound interest from enterprise executives and the wider AI community.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrable credibility in the AI field. A public track record in AI: published papers, articles, or talks that reflect a clear, defensible position. Your work should read as credible next to Mistral's technical brand.
- A stated position on open-weight models and what they change for the enterprises adopting them. Your existing public positions should sit comfortable next to Mistral's.

About the role
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to help build GitLab Duo Agent Platform, the agentic orchestration layer that runs AI agents and flows across the entire software lifecycle.
Principal Engineers at GitLab are recognized experts across multiple technology domains and represent the senior technical leadership within their organization. In this role you will set technical direction for a significant part of the Agent Platform, working across several teams to turn agentic capabilities into something engineering organizations can actually depend on: predictable, observable, governable, and fast enough to sit in the critical path of real development work.
The Agent Platform is not a single service. It spans agent execution and orchestration, flow definition and event-driven triggering, the AI Catalog through which customers discover and manage agents, model routing and evaluation, and the governance surface that decides which agents may act where and under whose identity. It runs on GitLab.com, GitLab Dedicated, and Self-Managed installations, including deployments that use self-hosted models to meet compliance requirements. You will work on the parts of that system where the hard architectural questions live, and you will do it hands-on.
This role reports into the VP of the AI Engineering organization and works closely with Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, Product Management, Infrastructure and Security.
What you'll do
Define the technical direction for a significant area of Duo Agent Platform across several teams, and partner with Engineering Managers and Product to turn it into a roadmap with a six-month horizon.
Build the orchestration layer that makes agents and flows reliable: session lifecycle, tool invocation, context assembly, concurrency, retries, timeouts, and failure modes that degrade gracefully instead of stalling a developer's workflow.
Hands on work on driving topics throughout the whole organisation from POC level, architecture to full implementation.
Participate in Incident Management on-call rotation, to help meet availability goals for GitLab.com.
Strong product builder and ownership mentality. Understanding of product strategy, technical strategy, delivering customer value and iteration towards a successful product
Write clear, opinionated design documents, architecture narratives, and decision records that let other teams make aligned decisions. Ensure the architecture holds across multi-tenant GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments, including self-hosted model configurations, and respects data governance boundaries in each.
Use the platform on our own work, find where it falls short of what we claim, and feed that back through improvements into the product.
Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers, and raise the bar for experimentation rigor and cross-team collaboration.
Work across the whole platform on different projects, features and teams. This reaches across:
Design the extensibility surface so customers can build custom agents and flows, connect their own tools and internal systems, and bring external agents such as Claude Code and Codex into GitLab workflows without weakening the platform's guarantees.
Drive down the cost and latency of agentic requests, and work with Product on how model selection, routing, and credit consumption behave as usage grows.
Define the evaluation practice for the platform: offline benchmarks and online experiments that measure task completion, correctness, tool-call accuracy, latency, and cost per task, and that catch regressions before customers do.
Build the governance and safety surface with Security and Compliance: policy-driven controls over which agents and models may run where, permission and identity semantics that align to existing roles and group structure, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, traceability of every flow session, and audit that stands up to enterprise review.
Complete Interview Training and participate in hiring for the department as a technical interviewer or panel member.
What you'll bring
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years at Staff, Principal level or equivalent senior technical leadership.
Hands-on production experience building on large language models: agent loops, tool calling, context management, retrieval, prompt and model evaluation. Experience shipping this to real users, not only prototyping it.
Strong background in distributed systems, including service decomposition, fault tolerance, observability, and operational resilience under multi-tenant load.
A track record of defining evaluation frameworks and using benchmark and experiment results to make architecture decisions, rather than shipping on intuition.
Experience designing human-in-the-loop controls, safety guardrails, and responsible AI practices for systems that act on a customer's behalf.
Ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security on problems that start out ambiguous.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and shaping technical direction across multiple teams without direct authority.
Comfort working in one or more of Ruby, Go, Python, or TypeScript, and willingness to work across the stack the platform spans.
Excellent written and asynchronous communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed organization.
About the team
The AI engineering organisation is building the product and infrastructure that make GitLab an effective environment for running agents across the software development lifecycle. We’re distributed across the world and partner with teams throughout GitLab to help the GitLab Duo Agent Platform become the backbone of GitLab's AI features. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering for AI and especially work together with all the teams, the engineering management and other principal engineers in the AI department. This is an opportunity to lead a consequential group as AI changes how software is built.

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Lead, Credit Card Growth to own how we acquire new Credit Card clients and deliver against ambitious growth targets.
You’ll own the growth model, projections, roadmap, and execution across every acquisition lever at our disposal. A major focus of the role will be building and scaling our offer engine — testing and optimizing sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth.
You’ll partner closely with Product on product-led growth opportunities and with channel leads across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, and other acquisition channels. Where there isn’t an owner, you’ll build and run the channel yourself.
We’re looking for someone analytical, highly hands-on, relentless about results, and willing to find or invent new ways to grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the growth plan: Build and maintain the model for how we’ll hit Credit Card new-client targets, and translate it into a clear, prioritized growth roadmap.
- Build the acquisition engine: Own the plan for delivering new clients across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, partnerships, and new channels — partnering with channel owners where they exist and directly owning execution where they don’t.
- Own the offer engine: Develop and optimize sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth efficiently. Run a high-velocity experimentation program to continually improve performance.
- Obsess over the funnel: Know the acquisition and application funnel inside and out, identify the biggest opportunities to improve conversion, and work closely with Product to prioritize the product growth initiatives that will have the greatest impact.
- Deliver the number: Be accountable for hitting Credit Card new-client targets. Know where growth is coming from, where we’re behind, and what needs to change to close the gap.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A track record of building 0→1 growth playbooks, owning ambitious targets, and exceeding them.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible growth, not just develop strategy or manage programs.
- A highly analytical, hands-on approach to growth, experimentation, forecasting, and execution.
- A relentless, channel-agnostic mindset: you’ll use any channel that works — and build a new one if you need to.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive results through Product and channel teams without directly owning them.
Nice to have
- Experience in credit card growth
- Experience building or optimizing incentive offer programs
- Experience with credit card affiliate programs
- Comfortable using SQL to analyze performance and uncover growth opportunities

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Growth Manager to own performance and lifecycle marketing for our active trader and crypto business. This role runs the programs that grow our self-directed trading and crypto segment - acquiring high-intent traders and crypto investors through the channels they live in, converting them into funded active traders, and deepening engagement through lifecycle across the trades, products, and benefits that drive volume and revenue.
You'll own paid media and lifecycle end-to-end, from media buys on trader and crypto-native channels through in-app journeys that turn a new account into an active, funded trader. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales/BDR, and Analytics; operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy; and be accountable for funded active-trader and crypto engagement outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own active trader and crypto demand generation across the channels traders and crypto investors live in — paid social (X/Twitter, Cashtags), trading platforms (TradingView), finance and crypto media (Yahoo Finance), trading and crypto newsletters, SEM, and influencers/community — measured through to funded accounts and sustained trading activity, not clicks.
- Own the media buys end to end — plan and manage budgets, negotiate placements and rates with vendors, run creative and landing-page testing, and diagnose what's working (reactivation vs. acquisition, channel vs. landing page) rather than just reporting spend.
- Own the trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product — activation, first-trade, funding, and "nearly active" re-engagement journeys across Braze content cards, AT status screens, and rewards. Bring performance and LCM best practices to how these journeys are built, even where you're not hands-on-keyboard for every send.
- Drive go-to-market for active trader and crypto products and benefits — options, futures, margin, USD, and crypto (spread pricing, coin selection, staking) — coordinating paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces into a single launch, and owning the brief end to end.
- Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader and crypto funnel — first touch through sign-up, funding, first trade, and retained trading value. Partner with Analytics on incrementality and true lift, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
- Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
- Actively embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
- Contribute to the quarterly plan alongside other Growth leads, then own delivery against it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand and optimizing it through to downstream value.
- Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic, negotiated with vendors, and optimized for downstream value rather than cost per click.
- Lifecycle marketing depth — you've built or owned activation, onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and understand how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate. Hands-on with a lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) is strongly preferred; at minimum you bring the best practices and can direct the work.
- Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences who know the product and compare it closely to alternatives — you understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative shift for that kind of buyer.
- Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Product and Analytics (segment definitions, funnel diagnosis, incrementality) and Product Marketing (messaging, GTM briefs), and made those relationships an advantage.
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — creative at scale, research and enrichment workflows, faster insight from data. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change, not just report on results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Personal or professional familiarity with self-directed investing, active trading, or crypto — options, margin, futures, high-frequency trading, or digital assets — and the platforms and communities traders live in (X/FinTwit, TradingView, trading and crypto newsletters, YouTube).
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.
