SignNow empowers over 28 million people at companies across the world to move fast with everything they need to send and eSign their documents. Increase productivity with document workflows, impress customers, and save money while maximizing ROI with SignNow.
About the role:
As a Senior Product Manager, Core Agreement Features, you will own and evolve the user-facing experiences at the heart of SignNow’s agreement execution journey. You will identify the biggest user pain points in core flows, simplify complex tasks through excellent UX, and use AI capabilities where they meaningfully improve clarity, confidence, and time-to-completion.
A key part of this role is helping users succeed in high-stakes moments where they may not fully understand what is required from a compliance perspective. You will design product experiences that guide users toward the right actions, reduce risk, and increase trust, without overwhelming them.
This role is highly outcome-driven. You will define hypotheses, run A/B tests, and drive measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, support, sales, and marketing, and operate with high ownership and independence.
What you will be working on:
Core user journeys.
Own and improve core agreement execution flows, ensuring they are intuitive, fast, and reliable.
User problem discovery.
Deeply understand user pain points through research, support insights, and behavioral data, then translate them into clear problem statements and priorities.
UX simplification.
Turn complicated tasks into simple, guided experiences through UX, product design patterns, and smart defaults.
AI-powered assistance.
Identify opportunities to use AI to reduce friction and improve user confidence, especially in moments where users are unsure what is required. Define guardrails and fallback behavior to maintain trust.
Compliance-guided UX.
Build product guidance that helps users make correct decisions in compliance-sensitive contexts, even when users are uncertain about what “right” looks like.
Experimentation and optimization.
Drive measurable business outcomes through A/B testing and iterative improvements. Define hypotheses, success metrics, and clear decisions based on results.
Cross-functional execution.
Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features, and collaborate with support, sales, and marketing to ensure strong adoption and customer outcomes.
Metrics and reporting.
Define and track KPIs, monitor funnel performance, and build learning loops that continuously improve the product.
What we expect from you:
5+ years of product management experience building user-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products.
Strong product craft and UX judgment, with a proven ability to simplify complex user journeys.
Deep user empathy and a consistent problem-solving approach, you start from user needs and outcomes, not feature delivery.
Experience building and optimizing end-to-end user flows, including onboarding, key task completion, and self-serve experiences.
Strong experimentation skills, including designing and executing A/B tests, interpreting results, and turning insights into impact.
Data-driven decision-making skills, comfortable defining metrics, building dashboards, and using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
Good intuition for where AI adds value in user-facing flows, and where it does not, including practical tradeoffs around quality, risk, and user trust.
Excellent communication skills, able to align teams and stakeholders across product, engineering, design, data, support, sales, and marketing.
Ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.
Ready to shape a product used by millions? We’d love to hear from you!

The role
This is a foundational role on Sierra's Operations team, sitting at the intersection of marketing and GTM. As Marketing Operations and Analytics Lead, you'll own two things: the measurement infrastructure that connects marketing programs to pipeline and revenue; and the operational processes that make the marketing engine run efficiently and at scale.
What you'll do
- Full-funnel attribution: Design and own Sierra's marketing attribution framework, connecting campaigns, events, content, and demand gen programs to pipeline generation and ultimately LTC conversions.
- Pipeline analytics: Partner with Marketing and Sales to analyze pipegen by vertical, region, and segment. Track conversion rates at each stage and surface where marketing programs are—and aren't—generating high-quality opportunities.
- Performance reporting: Build and maintain the marketing team's core performance dashboards—campaign ROI, event pipeline influence, channel mix, lead quality, and funnel velocity.
- ICP & account intelligence: Develop data-driven ICP scoring and account prioritization models to focus marketing investment on segments with the highest win rates and ASPs. Integrate signals from first-party and third-party intent sources to keep targeting sharp.
- Experiment design & optimization: Design rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across marketing channels. Establish the statistical standards the team uses to evaluate new programs; translate results into clear, actionable recommendations—not just p-values.
- Lead management & routing: Define and maintain lead scoring models, MQL thresholds, and routing logic from first touch to Sales handoff. Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality, minimize friction, and continuously improve conversion from MQL to pipeline.
- Campaign operations: Own the operational infrastructure behind campaign execution—email programs, landing page workflows, event lead capture, and list management. Build processes that let the demand gen and events teams move quickly without creating data debt.
- Cross-functional partnership: Serve as the analytical and operational bridge between Marketing, GTM Ops, Finance, and Sales leadership—ensuring marketing metrics are aligned with company PG, POC, and ARR targets; contribute to quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual planning with marketing-specific performance analysis and forecasts
What you'll bring
- 12+ years spanning marketing analytics and marketing operations
- Deep expertise in attribution modeling, multi-touch funnel analysis, and pipeline/revenue measurement in long, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles
- Hands-on martech stack experience—marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), Salesforce, lead routing, and third-party enrichment tools
- Strong SQL skills; fluency working with large datasets in modern data stacks (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar)
- Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- High attention to detail and a strong point of view on what "good" looks like—you've built this infrastructure before and know where the landmines are
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As one of the first members of the Business Development team in our London office, you will be focused on building Ramp’s presence in the European market. In this high-velocity, high-impact role, you’ll hunt sales opportunities and quickly qualify, prioritize, and convert expressed interest into high-quality pipeline. Strong execution is critical, but so is strategic thinking.
Our sales organization is looking for someone who is self-motivated and has a natural inclination for selling – a builder who can perform in ambiguity. As part of our early-stage team, you’ll act as the initial point of contact in prospecting and qualifying leads, and help design qualification frameworks that will scale with the team. If you’re eager to learn, embrace challenges and are passionate about playing a key role in defining Ramp’s presence in Europe and accelerating growth in this new market, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to and qualify high-volume inbound leads via multi-channel outreach with urgency and precision
- Source new business opportunities across the United Kingdom/Ireland through outbound prospecting and outreach
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand prospect pain points, priorities, and intent
- Partner closely with Account Executives to on opportunities and support deal expansion
- Maintain accurate and detailed activity, notes, and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Continuously refine talk tracks, objection handling, and discovery techniques based on performance data and feedback
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce
- Work closely with our GM Europe on highest priority GTM initiatives
What You Need
- Right to work in the UK is required
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Dedication to consistent self-improvement
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work 5x a week in office, in London, United Kingdom
Nice to Haves
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC, IB/PE, or other analytically intensive environments
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, business development, or inside sales role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
- Demonstrated ability to build or improve processes or workflows in a prior role
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll be Recruiting's dedicated people analytics partner — owning the data, shaping the strategy, and in the room where decisions get made. The core of the role is building trusted recruiting analytics infrastructure (funnel + stage conversion, pipeline aging, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, sourcing channel quality, and recruiter capacity) and making it self-serve for recruiters and leaders. You’ll own the stack end-to-end — from raw data in Ashby and Snowflake to clear insights that hold up in a pipeline review.
You're the person who turns workforce signals into recruiting strategy — bringing a point of view.
This role may be based in either our San Francisco or New York City offices. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own recruiting analytics end-to-end: Build and maintain the dashboards and reporting infrastructure Recruiting leadership relies on (funnel health, conversion rates by stage, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline aging, interview/interviewer effectiveness, and recruiter capacity) — real-time, self-serve, and trusted.
- Build headcount + velocity models: Translate hiring targets into pipeline math (volume needed by stage, ETA to close, roles trending behind plan) and tie it to recruiter capacity and prioritization — so leaders see issues early and know what to do about them.
- Make talent data decision-grade: Define core recruiting metrics and their definitions, document them, and build toward a single source of truth the team can align on.
- Bring signal to pipeline leadership reviews: Show up to pipeline reviews and QBRs with crisp analysis and a recommendation (where the bottleneck is, what changed, what to test next), not just a slide deck.
- Improve the recruiting system: Use data to spot where process, calibration, or prioritization is creating drag — and partner with Recruiting and Finance to fix it.
- Use AI as leverage in your first 90 days: Use AI to accelerate query iteration, metric QA, and insight narratives (e.g., draft + test SQL approaches, anomaly checks, and concise readouts) while keeping the underlying logic and definitions clean and auditable.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven ability to build analytics that gets used: You’ve shipped dashboards/models that teams rely on to run real weekly decisions — not one-off reports.
- Strong SQL + data modeling judgment: You can write complex queries, debug data issues, and build maintainable models/pipelines that other people can trust.
- Quantitative modeling for recruiting problems: You can translate hiring stages into clear funnel math and capacity views, and you know how to stress-test assumptions.
- Strategic partner instincts: You anticipate the questions leaders will ask, show up with the analysis, and can say what the data implies for decisions.
- AI-fluent, with good taste: You use AI as a daily multiplier (analysis, QA, drafting narratives) and know when to rely on it vs. when to go to first principles.
- Build in Notion: You’re comfortable structuring knowledge and workflows in Notion (databases, views, documentation) so your work is easy for others to find, trust, and build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $275,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands
About the Role
The company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Back Office & Integration squad. This is a dedicated people-management and hands-on technical leadership role — it is not a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer position. You will have direct line-management responsibility for a team of 4 to 8 engineers, taking full ownership of their performance, professional growth, and delivery.
The company develops a fast-growing travel management platform tailored specifically for the maritime, aviation, and energy sectors. Headquartered in Rotterdam with a team of ~200 people, the company builds mission-critical software that keeps complex global industries moving.
In this role, you will balance approximately 60% people management and delivery with 40% hands-on technical work, tackling complex architectural tasks and conducting code reviews.
Key Responsibilities & People Management
Line Management. Directly manage a team of 4–8 intermediate to senior engineers (7+ years of experience).
Performance & Growth. Conduct regular 1-on-1s, lead performance reviews, and foster career development within your team.
Hiring & Firing. Hold active input and decision-making responsibility for recruitment, team expansion, and offboarding.
Accountability. Take full ownership of your team's delivery and culture, standing by your team when challenges or mistakes arise.
Technical Contribution (~40%). Solve complex engineering problems, lead code reviews, and drive architecture decisions using modern .NET technologies.
Requirements
Must-haves
Recent People Management Experience. Active experience in a direct line-manager role within the last 3 years.
(Note: Mentorship, code reviews, or acting as a Tech Lead without direct people management do not qualify)

Strong, active commercial experience with C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, and SQL within the last 5 years.
Ability to work remotely initially with a mandatory agreement to relocate to the Netherlands after 4 to 6 months (Full visa sponsorship and relocation support provided), willingness to start on a fixed-term contract during the initial trial period.
Technical Evaluation & AI Expectations
During the technical selection process, candidate AI usage will be evaluated. While AI is welcomed as a productivity tool, using AI merely as a basic search engine/shortcut for fundamental engineering problems is considered a reject signal.
Self-Rejection Criteria (Please do not apply if):
You are primarily looking for an Individual Contributor (IC), Tech Lead, or purely advisory role without direct line management responsibilities.
You are looking for a permanent contract from Day 1 without an initial fixed-term/trial period.
You are unwilling or unable to relocate to the Netherlands within 4 to 6 months.

Who You Are:
Galaxy’s Digital Infrastructure Services (DIS) is the institutional backbone of our blockchain ambitions – spanning staking, validators, custody, DeFi, and tokenization – serving tier-1 banks, asset managers, and financial infrastructure providers. As Business Partner – Execution & Delivery, you will sit at the center of DIS as a high-agency execution and strategy partner to senior leadership. You will drive the organization’s highest-value work to completion: supporting internal transformation initiatives, owning delivery across complex cross-functional programs, building the client-facing materials that represent DIS externally, and showing up in institutional client rooms when it matters. This role requires someone equally at home in an org design conversation with DIS leadership and in a technical workshop with a tier-1 bank.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a direct execution partner to DIS leadership on internal transformation initiatives – org design, operating model changes, team structure, and cross-functional alignment
Develop materials that support leadership decision-making: frameworks, options analyses, org charts, decision memos, and structured recommendations
Track and synthesize the full picture of what’s happening across DIS – internal initiatives, external engagements, open gaps – so leadership is always informed
Help the organization stay ahead of capacity and staffing needs: understand what’s coming, what it requires, and where we need to hire, realign, or augment
Own delivery coordination for the most complex, cross-functional DIS initiatives – platform integration, institutional client programs, and strategic product buildouts
Translate strategic intent into structured delivery plans with clear owners, milestones, and accountability – and hold teams to them
Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, distribution, and external stakeholders – ensuring no handoff falls through
Stay deeply familiar with the active deal landscape – understanding where each engagement stands, what’s required to close or deliver, and where we have product, resource, or capability gaps
Build and maintain high-quality client-facing materials: pitch decks, capability presentations, proposal documents, and engagement readouts
Represent DIS in institutional client engagements as appropriate – including workshops, technical sessions, and implementation reviews with tier-1 banks, asset managers, and infrastructure providers
Proactively identify blockers, scope drift, staffing gaps, and resource conflicts – and bring them to the right people before they compound
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of DIS’s operating model – delivery cadences, cross-team rituals, and program tooling – and identify patterns across projects to build repeatable processes
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years in a strategy, business partner, operations, or execution-focused role – ideally within a fast-moving technology or financial services organization
Proven ability to support senior leadership on internal transformation: org design, operating model changes, team alignment, and cross-functional prioritization
Strong commercial instincts – able to understand a deal landscape, identify capability and staffing gaps, and connect the dots between pipeline and organizational capacity
Exceptional written communication and materials production – pitch decks, executive briefings, capability documents, and client-facing presentations that reflect well on leadership
Highly structured thinker with a bias for action – creates order in ambiguity rather than waiting for it
Comfortable operating across functions and org levels simultaneously – org design in the morning, a client session in the afternoon, an engineering status review by end of day
Low ego, high accountability – you own your work and say what you see
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or institutional financial services
Familiarity with custody, staking, DeFi, or tokenization products
Prior experience supporting or working alongside tier-1 financial institutions (banks, asset managers, custodians)
Background in post-acquisition integration, platform transformation, or org redesign
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Free daily snacks and weekly breakfasts/lunches
Employee Resource Groups
Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace

Who You Are:
The Member of Technical Staff, Forward Deployed Lead is the de facto CEO of their pod within Galaxy Edge — a small, senior team focused on one client engagement or one innovation bet. In this role, you will own product direction, technical standards, client relationships, and account growth, working alongside a dedicated Delivery Lead who handles timelines and execution. You will rotate between our two verticals — Forward Deployed Product & Engineering and R&D & Innovation — carrying hard-won market and technical context across the boundary. You will partner closely with Tier-1 financial institution stakeholders from engineers to C-suite executives, translating their needs in custody, settlement, tokenization, and trading into buildable roadmaps. This is a deliberately hybrid role requiring a hands-on startup CTO mindset combined with the commercial instinct to grow accounts and turn delivered trust into the next engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Own product and technical direction: translate institutional needs — custody, settlement, tokenization, trading, and regulatory context — into a buildable roadmap; set the technical bar, make hard design calls, and stay in the code when it matters
Drive commercial and account growth: run your account like a business, identify expansion opportunities, advise senior client stakeholders (CTO, COO, Head of Digital Assets), and convert delivered trust into the next engagement
Lead client and executive relationships: run discovery from engineers to the C-suite, define success in their terms (adoption, risk, cost, time-to-value), and navigate complex regulated organizations to alignment
Rotate into R&D and Innovation: lead 0-to-1 product creation on frontier blockchain and AI, and codify learnings into reusable components and playbooks that feed back into client delivery
Serve as the voice of the customer back into Galaxy’s product organization, translating delivered insights into what the firm builds next
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of owning outcomes end to end in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
Real technical depth — you’ve shipped production software and can lead engineers credibly
Commercial instinct — you’ve turned delivered work into expanded scope or revenue
Executive presence — fluent from a whiteboard to a C-suite briefing
Founder-grade agency and low ego — you find a path when none is obvious and care about the outcome, not the credit
Typically 6+ years across forward-deployed/solutions engineering, technical PM, and client-facing delivery; shape of ownership matters more than years
Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% of the time
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital assets or blockchain infrastructure
Prior delivery experience into Tier-1 financial institutions
Hands-on production LLM or AI agent experience
Technical founder or quota-carrying solutions architect background
Fluency in custody, settlement, payments rails, tokenization, or trading systems
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
