In this role, you will lead a unit of five product teams and manage a team of five Product Managers. You will define the vision and strategy for Core Wrike going forward, balancing three critical forces: increasing product power, preserving ease of use, and evolving the experience to be suitable for the AI-native future.

Your Impact:
Set the Core strategy: Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for Wrike’s Core unit, ensuring the product remains powerful, scalable, easy to use, and ready for AI agents collaboration as well as for human.
Lead a multi-team product area: Manage five Product Managers across five teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality across the unit.

Enable AI-native R&D: Contribute to building the processes, tooling, and mindsets needed for the R&D organization to scale output and outcomes by 10x with AI-native ways of working.
Develop the PM team: Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers, helping them to achieve the next level.
Your Qualifications:
Product leadership experience: Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
Enterprise SaaS experience: Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management.
Strategic prioritization: Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction.
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership.
People management skills: Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers.
Excellent UX judgment: Ability to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences.
Standout Qualities:
Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity area
Practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows.
Visionary mindset and ability to redefine complex products vision
Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders.
Our Work Style:
Core product impact: You will shape the foundational Wrike experience used by customers every day to manage work at scale.
Strategic complexity: The role requires balancing power, simplicity, customer demand, technical depth, and AI-readiness in one of Wrike’s most important product areas.
People leadership scope: You will directly develop a team of five PMs and influence the product culture of a larger R&D unit.

Specializing in cutting-edge generative technology, the team develops sophisticated AI digital twins for high-level business owners, coaches, and consultants. Candidates will join a results-oriented, forward-thinking environment that thrives on innovation, technical excellence, and high-impact digital transformation for a diverse range of international industries.
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-caliber Client Success Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a rapidly growing creative agency. Our team is at the forefront of the AI revolution, producing hyper-realistic digital clones for high-profile business owners to scale their social media presence. As we expand, we need a seasoned professional to take full ownership of the client journey. If you are an experienced CSM who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and is excited by AI-driven content, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary, proactive point of contact for all clients via WhatsApp, Slack, and email, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, setting clear expectations and establishing trust from day one.
Manage high-volume content delivery schedules, coordinating between internal virtual assistants, editors, and copywriters to meet deadlines.
Perform rigorous quality control on all AI-generated video outputs to ensure brand consistency and technical excellence before delivery.
Oversee social media scheduling across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Identify operational bottlenecks and create SOPs to move the business toward a more mature, scalable infrastructure.
Proactively monitor account health, identifying and resolving potential retention risks before they escalate.

Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Delivery Manager, specifically within a marketing or creative agency.
Exceptional professional English (written and spoken) with the ability to manage client expectations with authority and empathy.
High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.
Technical comfort and curiosity; you must be willing to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate client concerns independently.
Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.
Experience working directly with founders in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
Background in personal branding or social media strategy for professional sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Medical, Finance).

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who owns delivery - not tracks it, not reports it, owns it.
You'll be responsible for a specific area: games, features, or platform work. From the first conversation about a requirement through to production - you're on the hook for the whole thing.
This isn’t a coordination-only role. We need someone with previous hands-on software engineering, DevOps, release engineering, or similar technical experience who can actively improve and automate the way software is built, tested, and released.
You set the timeline, track it, and communicate changes before people start asking questions. If there's a blocker, you've already seen it. If a release isn't ready, you say so - clearly and early.
You'll look at how work flows through your area and fix what's broken. Not just follow whatever process exists. You'll design something that actually works, iterate on it, and make it better over time.
A key part of the role will be identifying manual steps, bottlenecks, and failure points in development and release workflows, and then building practical automation to remove them. This may include improving CI/CD pipelines, automating release checks, connecting tools through APIs, and developing scripts or lightweight internal solutions.
Quality is yours too. Not QA's problem alone, not the tech lead's problem. You own release readiness: is it tested, is it documented, does anyone know the operational risk. If the answer is no, it doesn't ship.
You'll work closely with product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams, keep them aligned, and report directly to the VP of Delivery.
What we expect from you
First 30 days
- Understand how delivery actually works in your area - not how it should work, how it actually works
- Map where work gets stuck, what the recurring blockers are, and who the key people are
- Meet everyone who matters: product owners, tech leads, QA, release managers, client teams
- Write up what you found and share it with the VP of Delivery
First 60 days
- Take ownership of delivery tracking for your area
- Pick the biggest workflow problem you found and start fixing it
- Show you can catch a blocker before it causes a delay - at least twice
First 90 days
- Own and communicate a delivery forecast that stakeholders actually trust
- Ship at least one release with no last-minute surprises - quality gates passed, documentation done, everyone aligned
- Present your view on how delivery should work in your area going forward
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in an engineering delivery, software delivery leadership, or similar role where you owned outcomes, not just process
- Previous hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Release Engineer, Build Engineer, Developer Productivity Engineer, or in a similarly technical role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including builds, automated testing, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and rollback.
- You catch problems early. Not because you're lucky, but because you know what signals to watch
- You've worked across engineering, product, and QA and you know how to keep them moving together
- Strong communicator - you can give a clear, honest delivery update to a VP without needing a slide deck
- You care about quality beyond closing tickets - release readiness, testing coverage, operational risk are things you think about naturally
- You're genuinely interested in the product you're delivering, not just the process around it
- You actively look for repetitive manual work and replace it with reliable, maintainable automation.
Nice to have
- Background in iGaming, gaming, or another regulated product environment
- Experience in a B2B or multi-operator delivery model
- Familiarity with incident management and post-mortems
- Experience working with external studios or third-party development partners
- OKR-based planning and how it connects to delivery cadence
- Jira or similar tooling - configuration, not just usage
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive Salary
- Quarterly Bonuses
- Unlimited Paid Time Off
- Unlimited Paid Sick Leave
- Remote & Flexible Working
- Private Medical Insurance
- Financial Support for Life Events
- Professional Development Budget
- International Exposure
- Regular Company Events
*Benefits may vary depending on location and contractual agreement

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll lead the Mobile AI engineering team, responsible for making Notion AI genuinely useful on phones and tablets. Mobile is where AI needs to work in the moment: when users are capturing ideas, catching up between meetings, asking questions, or trying to move work forward away from their desk.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Define and evolve the roadmap for Notion’s core mobile AI surfaces, including chat, capture, agent workflows, workspace Q&A, and lightweight creation flows.
- Take new mobile AI ideas from exploration to shipped product, using prototypes, user feedback, and product data to decide what to build next.
- Improve the production quality of mobile AI by identifying instrumentation gaps, reliability risks, and performance bottlenecks before they become user problems.
- Help the team build the right technical foundations for fast iteration across mobile, web, and server boundaries.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Engineering leadership: You have 2+ years managing engineering teams and have helped teams ship high-quality products at scale.
- Hands-on technical leadership: You stay close enough to the code to guide architecture, performance, reliability, and release-quality decisions — and can make small contributions when it helps the team move faster.
- AI product curiosity: You don’t need to be an AI researcher, but you are hands-on with AI tools and curious about how AI changes product development, engineering workflows, and user expectations.
- Execution through ambiguity: You can turn open-ended product bets into clear strategy, sequencing, staffing, and delivery.
- Cross-functional leadership: You work well with across different functions to define problems and ship polished outcomes.
- People leadership: You recruit, coach, and grow engineers, build an inclusive team, and communicate clearly through disagreement.
NICE TO HAVES
- You’ve led teams building AI product experiences involving streaming UX, tool use, voice or multimodal input, evaluation loops, or reliability guardrails.
- You’ve managed teams through 0→1 product development or fast iteration on new product surfaces.
- You have experience with mobile platform concerns such as offline resilience, realtime collaboration, rich-text editing, app performance, or release quality at scale.
- You’ve led teams delivering end-to-end product experiences across mobile, web, and server boundaries.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
