The role focuses on turning ambiguous business needs into structured execution plans, business cases, governance frameworks, and operational launches. Success requires strong stakeholder management, an ownership mentality, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct managerial authority - but with strong C-level support and dedicated resources from Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Payments, Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics assigned to each initiative.
This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who can independently drive initiatives from idea to operational launch and build frameworks to make future launches faster and more predictable.
Responsibilities
1. Business Case Development & Strategic Planning:
Build and structure business cases, ROI assessments, and operational models for market expansion initiatives.
Turn ambiguous business requests into actionable implementation plans, decision-making frameworks, and launch criteria - in close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product and Business stakeholders.
Prepare and present business cases and initiative proposals to C-level stakeholders - including structured storytelling, trade-off framing, and recommendation of go/no-go decisions.
2. End-to-End Initiative Execution:
Lead market expansion and localization initiatives from planning to operational launch.
Coordinate cross-functional implementation across Product, Finance, Legal, Payments, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Manage timelines, dependencies, escalations, and execution accountability across parallel workstreams.
3. Governance, Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
Drive alignment across senior stakeholders with competing priorities.
Maintain governance structures, execution tracking, and transparent reporting.
Establish scalable project documentation, decision logs, and post-launch performance monitoring.
Requirements
4–8+ years of experience in strategic project management, business operations, transformation, or other cross-functional execution roles - with a strong track record of personally leading and delivering complex initiatives end-to-end.
Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments across multiple stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Payments, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, C-level).
Strong ownership mentality, structured thinking, and ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
Business and operational mindset with high attention to detail and execution quality.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data, reporting and collaboration tools.(our stack: Confluence, Miro, Gantt, YouTrack, Slack, Tableau, Trino).
Benefits
Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely;
Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together;
Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities;
Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences;
Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world;
Corporate prices on hotels and travel services;
MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Enterprise AI Products team builds products that make AI part of how teams work together, not just a tool people use on their own. We bring Perplexity Computer into Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and MCP server with helping teams collaborate with agents and automate work across conversations, documents, and business systems. That includes workflows that start from a message or business event, carry out multiple steps, and bring people in for decisions and approvals.
You’ll build new products from the ground up, working directly with customers to understand their problems and shape what we build next. You’ll combine applied AI engineering with product judgment, moving quickly from prototypes to reliable products that solve recurring problems across many organizations. Ownership extends beyond launch: you’ll use customer feedback and product experiments to improve the experience, grow adoption, and make Computer something teams depend on in their daily work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build AI-powered experiences in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and the MCP server bringing Computer into the tools where teams communicate, create, and coordinate work.
- Build workflow and automation products that let teams delegate recurring, multi-step tasks to agents, including scheduled and event-triggered execution, human approvals, and visibility into progress and results.
- Build shared agent experiences that let teams delegate work, review results, and build on each other’s workflows, with clear ownership and handoffs between people and agents.
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to identify high-impact problems, validate ideas through rapid prototyping, and turn successful use cases into scalable, reusable products.
- Own products end to end, from problem definition and technical design through full-stack implementation, launch, and production reliability.
- Measure and improve activation, repeat usage, and workflow completion, using customer feedback and product experiments to drive sustained AI adoption.
- Partner with Product, Design, Sales, and engineering teams to turn customer needs and emerging AI capabilities into reliable product experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping production products end to end.
- Hands-on experience shipping applications with LLMs or AI agents, with good judgment about their capabilities and limitations and experience improving product quality through evaluation and user feedback.
- Strong software engineering and system design skills, with proficiency in Python or Go and the ability to work across backend services and user-facing applications.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into simple, effective product experiences for users with different levels of technical expertise.
- Comfort working directly with customers, moving quickly between discovery and implementation, and owning problems without a fully defined specification.
- Experience with enterprise, growth, or collaboration products is a plus.
If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed above.
