- Partner with Product, Commerce and Engineering to shape solutions that unlock sustainable business growth
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team with ambitious standards, strong ownership and a relentless focus on results
- Stay close to the business and the team, coaching, challenging decisions and removing obstacles to accelerate performance
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-growth marketing channels that delivered significant business impact
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, including acquisition, attribution, experimentation, CAC, LTV and other core growth metrics
- Deep expertise in influencer marketing, affiliate programs and strategic partnerships, with a strong understanding of how these channels scale
- Experience growing businesses across multiple international markets
- Experience defining strategy, building high-performing teams, setting clear KPIs and leading organizational change
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and making high-impact investment decisions
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify new growth opportunities and turn them into measurable business results
- Data and AI driven, with a passion for experimentation, continuous improvement and challenging conventional thinking
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a bias for speed, ownership and execution
- Strong cross-functional leader, able to influence and align Product, Commerce, Engineering and Marketing teams around shared business goals
- Hands-on enough to challenge ideas, coach experienced teams and confidently dive into the details when needed

Workplace: Hybrid
- Senior Backend Software Engineer (Tactical Access)
- Business Automation - Engineering
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Reports to: Engineering Lead of Tactical Access squad
- Contract type: Permanent
- Hybrid, 3 days per week in the Espoo office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
THE MISSION OF THE SENIOR BACKEND SOFTWARE ENGINEER
You will own the backend systems that let customers plan and manage satellite tasking through Tactical Access, ICEYE's tactical customer access product.
Tactical Access is customer-facing on two fronts, API and web, so this role sits at the intersection of backend engineering rigor and product ownership. You will design and operate the services and data models that power satellite tasking for real customers, and you will be trusted to make API design and reliability decisions that customers depend on directly, not just internal consumers.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, and the US. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES & REQUIREMENTS
Outcomes
- Own end-to-end delivery of at least one significant Tactical Access backend capability, from API design through production operation, with documented tradeoffs
- Reduce production risk in owned services through improved observability (metrics, traces, alerting) and demonstrated root-cause fixes, not just symptom patches
- Ship API changes that account for client/customer impact (versioning, backwards compatibility) with no unplanned breaking changes to integrators
- Collaborate directly with product managers, customers, and other engineering teams to turn business needs into the right technical tradeoffs
- Contribute full-stack when end-to-end delivery requires it, without backend ownership slipping as a result
- Actively raise the engineering bar in code review and architecture discussions for the team, not just their own PRs
Role-specific Competences
- Production backend engineering experience in Go (or a closely comparable typed language) building and operating APIs and backend systems in production
- API design and lifecycle ownership: versioning, backwards compatibility, and reasoning about customer impact of changes
- Cloud (AWS) and container/orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform); on-prem environment awareness is a plus
- Data and messaging experience: PostgreSQL for storage, NATS for event-driven communication
- Observability experience: building and maintaining dashboards and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry; comfortable distinguishing metrics, logs, and traces during a live incident
- Treats testing, documentation, and code review as core engineering practice, not overhead
- Applies security and quality best practices in a production, customer-facing system
- Good experience in AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Devin, or similar)
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization standards (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT) and geospatial data (PostGIS, GeoJSON)
KEY COMPETENCES
In addition to the requirements above, we evaluate candidates on these key qualities throughout the hiring process:
Intellectual Firepower: Rapidly comprehends, structures and synthesizes complex information, draws accurate conclusions, and communicates them with clarity.
Passion & Work Ethic: Brings sustained motivation, resilience, and high personal standards to every challenge.
Ownership & Action: Assumes full accountability for outcomes, acting decisively, and ensuring commitments are delivered.
Team Player: Works collaboratively across teams, contributing to shared success, and engaging in constructive debate.
Integrity & Growth Mindset: Operates with transparency and humility, learns from setbacks, and actively seeks opportunities to grow.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100, and the largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar, it is whether admins, legal, and programme owners can actually stay in control.
You'll own that layer end to end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open.
WHY THIS ROLE NOW
AI video has crossed from experiment to standard tooling inside the world's biggest companies. The next phase of growth is won or lost on whether we can make that scale safe and manageable. That is your remit.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Owning the end-to-end roadmap for content lifecycle, governance, and the operational layer that keeps enterprise deployments running - from workspace setup through compliance controls
- Getting close to enterprise customers: understanding how IT admins, legal teams, programme managers and content owners think about governance, and what "in control" actually looks like at scale
- Translating that into clear product direction, what to build, in what order, and why, and keeping engineering and design aligned to it as the strategy evolves
- Working closely with the engineering manager and designer in the team; writing clear specs, making good calls on trade-offs, and providing the context that helps engineers build the right thing first time
- Partnering with Solutions, CS, and Legal on complex enterprise deals. These features are frequently deal-critical and the commercial loop matters
- Defining the metrics that tell us whether this layer is working: adoption of admin tooling, compliance feature usage, reduction in support escalations related to governance gaps
WHO YOU ARE
You've excited by the challenge that comes with untangling the inherent complexity of enterprise platform products. You understand that governance and compliance work isn't glamorous, but you know it's the difference between a proof of concept and a seven-figure renewal.
You can hold a conversation with a CISO and with a content creator, and understand what each of them needs from the same system.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU BRING
- Significant experience owning a critical product domain - setting strategy, not just executing it
- A track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results: ARR, retention, expansion, or equivalent
- Comfortable working across a broad surface area. You can prioritise ruthlessly and make the case for what gets built next
- Strong written communication: PRDs, strategy docs, and customer insight summaries that others can act on without a follow-up
- Ability to ramp quickly on to the complexity of enterprise buying motions. You'll be close to the commercial team on complex deals and that context matters
- Based in London or open to regular travel; the team is London-anchored and in-person time matters
We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every point above. Strong candidates rarely match a list exactly, and we'd rather hear from you.
OUR CULTURE
At Synthesia we’re passionate about building, not talking, planning or politicising. We strive to hire the smartest, kindest and most unrelenting people and let them do their best work without distractions. Our work principles serve as our charter for how we make decisions, give feedback and structure our work to empower everyone to go as fast as possible. LOCATION
Flexible, hybrid role based from our London office or remote from Europe.
GLOBAL BENEFITS:
- You will be compensated well with a generous salary and equity.
- You get 25 days of annual leave + local holidays.
- Regular team offsites where you’ll get to collaborate with the product & engineering team in person.
- Work from home budget
- Work from anywhere policy of 60 days per year
- Generous referral scheme
- Enhanced parental leave - maternity leave includes 16 weeks at full pay, and paternity leave includes 5 weeks at full pay (if your country’s government scheme offers more generous support, you receive whichever is greater—our enhanced policy or the local statutory benefit)
BENEFITS SPECIFIC TO UK:
- Private healthcare via AXA for you with a discount for dependants

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you have a strong interest in the evolving AI landscape, stay closely attuned to industry trends and developments, and are curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Native or bilingual level fluency Japanese and business-level English proficiency across speaking, listening, and reading, including the ability to support team members with global communication
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management
- Experience in a shared account ownership model—able to navigate the SC/CSA hand-offs and hold the commercial arc across the full customer lifecycle
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sierra is growing fast, and product marketing sits at the center of how we go to market. You'll make sure customers and prospects understand what we build, why it matters to their industry and role, and why Sierra is the right choice. You'll own positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and content, working closely with product, sales, agent development and the rest of marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape how we tell our story. You’re a passionate product marketer, energized by messaging and positioning and skilled at building a message for a feature, product, industry or buyer. One day you may update web copy, the next you build an event session, craft a sales narrative, write a launch blog post, or create content for a campaign.
- Lead product launches. When a product or new feature ships, you lead how we go to market - the messaging, the assets, and the sales enablement. Sometimes this means translating to industries or buyers.
- Arm our sales team. You build and maintain the playbooks and assets our GTM teams use to sell including slide decks, landing pages, demos and more.
- Build with AI-first. You’re AI fluent, and your first instinct is to self-serve and improve how you work. You’ll help build the automations, templates, and systems that keep our work consistent across industries and workstreams.
- Go wide and deep. You flex across channels and activations, and you can go deep on one area, such as an industry vertical, a persona, or our web strategy. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace, and you like to build.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years of B2B or B2C product marketing experience.
- Expertise in positioning and messaging, leading product or feature launches, and building sales-facing and customer-facing assets for different audiences and industries.
- Strong operational instincts. You think in process, systems, and repeatable frameworks, and you’re comfortable building structure where none exists.
- Fluency with tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster and automate where it makes sense.
- A passion for storytelling and experience building presentations in Google Slides.
- Comfort being on a lean team that’s still being defined, and enthusiasm for shaping how it works.
SAMPLE PROJECTS
- Take a new product from roadmap to launch: positioning, messaging, sales assets, enablement, and demo.
- Go deep on an industry and understand how our product can help that segment, build messaging that resonates, and downstream assets.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US

ABOUT THE RETAIL TEAM
- Sierra is partnering with a large and growing number of retailers - spanning apparel and beauty, grocery and big-box, home and auto, consumer services, marketplaces, and consumer technology. - Retail is also where AI agents go beyond support to generate revenue. The successful candidate is responsible for providing independent oversight, objective evaluation, and compliance challenges regarding the efficacy of the firm's Transaction Monitoring framework.
Acting as a Second Line Subject Matter Expert (SME), the individual defines the regulatory envelope, assesses TM risk coverage, and reviews the governance, methodologies, and documentation underpinning detection mechanisms. This role does not own control execution or technical solution design; instead, it provides independent assurance to ensure that the firm’s monitoring practices remain aligned with defined risk appetite, internal policies, and global regulatory expectations (AML/CTF/CPF).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Oversight in Risk Assessment & Horizon Scanning
- Independent Review: Lead the ongoing 2LoD evaluation and challenge of the Compliance Risk Assessments (including EWRA and Product Risk Assessments) to ensure they accurately reflect current transaction data, typologies, and product utilization trends.
- Regulatory Surveying & Horizon Scanning: Proactively monitor, survey, and analyze shifts in the global regulatory landscape, financial crime trends, and regulatory enforcement actions to ensure the firm's TM Compliance risk assessment framework remains comprehensive and defensible.
- Gap Assurance: Evaluate the mapping of financial crime typologies against active transaction monitoring coverage to independently identify and escalate potential tracking gaps to senior management.
2. Independent Compliance Challenge & Assurance Framework
- Segmentation & Calibration Challenge: Provide independent, 2LoD challenge to data-driven customer segmentation methodologies executed by the First Line (1LoD), verifying alignment with merchant risk profiles.
- Compliance Oversight in Tuning & Optimization: Review and evaluate the methodologies, statistical testing parameters, and documentation for periodic "Below-the-Line" (BTL) and "Above-the-Line" (ATL) testing performed by the First Line to ensure robust governance.
- Residual Risk Opining: Formulate independent compliance opinions regarding residual risk acceptance, providing formal advisory input to governance forums and the Global MLROs.
3. Governance, Risk, & Reporting
- Model Risk Governance: Participate in the compliance review of TM systems and model validation exercises, independently assessing the transparency, logic, and regulatory defensibility of detection models against applicable guidance (e.g., FCA guidance on model risk management).
- Strategic Alignment: Provide regulatory compliance support to the Head of TM to assist in aligning roadmap initiatives with the compliance maturity framework.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across lines of defense to communicate compliance requirements and support the adherence to established TM standards.
- Governance & Escalation Paths: Support the enhancement of the TM compliance governance framework to facilitate the structured, independent escalation of risk metrics to senior management.
- Metrics & KRI Oversight: Assist in the production of 2LoD Management Information (MI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to track the effectiveness of the compliance oversight posture for the Head of TM and Global MLRO.
3. Data Integrity & Alert Lifecycle Assurance
- Data Lineage Assurance: Review documentation regarding data lineage, integrity, and completeness for feeds ingested into the monitoring architecture to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lifecycle Evaluation: Evaluate the end-to-end alert workflow governance, risk scoring frameworks, and prioritization mechanics to ensure high-risk alerts adhere to compliant escalation paths.
- Feedback Loops: Analyze high-level alert outcomes and disposition trends to provide compliance feedback loops to technical teams, supporting iterative improvements in the quality of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: Typically 5+ years of experience within Financial Crime Compliance, with a specific focus on the independent oversight, assurance, or evaluation of Transaction Monitoring frameworks within a regulated PSP, FinTech, or financial institution.
- 2LoD Competency: Proven experience operating within a Second Line of Defence capacity, demonstrating the ability to independently challenge technical teams, data models, and threshold tuning documentation objectively.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK Money Laundering Regulations (MLRs), JMLSG Guidance, and international FATF standards.
- Systems & Data Literacy: Familiarity with data analysis methodologies, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), or basic query languages (e.g., SQL) sufficient to independently evaluate data testing outputs, methodologies, and audit trails.
- Education & Professional Certifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Criminology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Professional certifications from recognized bodies (e.g., ICA International Diploma in AML, ACAMS) are highly regarded.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive high-impact security and infrastructure initiatives end-to-end. Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning cloud infrastructure, platform security, identity and access management, detection and response, vulnerability management, and secure software delivery from problem definition through execution and sustained outcomes.
- Own execution, planning, and program health. Be accountable for sequencing work, managing dependencies, tracking risk, and ensuring delivery of Sierra’s most critical security programs, with clear milestones and outcomes.
- Help shape Sierra’s security strategy. Partner with security and engineering leadership to define priorities, investment areas, and execution plans that align risk reduction with platform growth, customer trust, and long-term scalability.
- Build and strengthen security foundations. Drive programs that establish durable security primitives such as identity boundaries, access controls, logging and detection baselines, incident readiness, and secure defaults that future teams and features can confidently build on.
- Translate ambiguity into clear execution. Decompose loosely defined security, risk, and compliance challenges particularly in emerging AI domains into structured programs, prioritized workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead communication and alignment. Provide clear updates to leadership on program health, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs; surface issues early and drive cross-functional alignment.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As an AV Production Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day operation of the event technology behind how Anthropic communicates — the all-hands, the executive presentations, the live broadcasts. You are the owner of these productions: accountable for their technical outcome from the moment a request arrives through to the follow-up after the room clears, and the technical partner our executives, events team, and communications partners rely on to make them land.
This is an operations role with engineering depth behind it. You'll work across the same technology stack as our broadcast engineering practice with your center of gravity in execution and service. You'll keep our event spaces in a state of readiness through preventative maintenance, and be the calm, capable presence that executives, comms partners, and event producers learn to trust. Your work directly enables the collaboration and transparency that advance our AI safety mission.
Responsibilities
Live Event Production & Run-of-Show
Own the technical execution of live and hybrid events, from small executive presentations to company-wide all-hands broadcasts reaching thousands of participants
Serve as technical director for live productions across the full range, up to and including executive presentations and company-wide broadcasts Operate production systems during live events including video switchers, audio consoles, camera systems, playback, and streaming encoders
Build and run the technical run-of-show: cue sheets, source lists, rehearsal schedules, and backup plans
Direct contractors and onsite technicians during productions, delegating clearly under time pressure
Troubleshoot and escalate complex production issues with clear diagnostic context
Communicate status, risk, and resolution to non-technical stakeholders in clear, calm, jargon-free language
Handle confidentiality and access requirements for sensitive sessions, including recording and streaming controls
Event Intake, Scoping & Scheduling
Own the event technology intake process end-to-end: request triage, technical scoping conversations, and staffing
Right-size production approach to event type, translating stakeholder goals into an equipment and staffing plan that fits the constraints and scope of our team’s SLA
Take on genuinely novel events and leave a repeatable standard behind — a template, runbook, or gear list that makes the next one easier than the first and repeatable by the team
Maintain the event technology calendar and coordinate coverage across the AV Operations team
Partner with Events, Internal Communications, and Workplace teams on lead times, expectations, and readiness
Support Operations & Room Health
Execute preventative maintenance programs and recurring room sweeps across event spaces and conference rooms
Maintain and test inventory of equipment including wireless microphones, cameras, and portable production gear pre event, following event production framework
Contribute to runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation
Surface recurring operational pain points to AV Engineering as candidates for systemic fixes
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, live event production, or technical event support
Have owned the technical side of live productions end-to-end — not just operated a single position
Bring working fluency across event audio, video, camera, and streaming systems, with enough depth to diagnose problems rather than only report them
Are energized rather than drained by being the front-facing technical partner to executives and event producers
Bring structure to ambiguity by building systems for repeatable events
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Technical direction for corporate broadcasts, conferences, or multi-camera productions
Q-SYS DSP platform, including reading and reasoning about existing audio/video routing and control designs
PTZ and professional camera systems, camera control units, and multi-camera workflows
Video conferencing platforms and hardware including Google Meet, Zoom Rooms, and hybrid meeting technologies
Live streaming workflows including encoders and encoding settings, contribution and delivery protocols (RTMP, SRT, HLS)
Network fundamentals for AV-over-IP including multicast, VLANs, QoS, and bandwidth management
Ticketing and workflow systems such as Jira, and building intake or request workflows within them
Coordinating AV contractors, integrators, and labor for event coverage
Role Specific Location Policy:
This role will be based in our San Francisco HQ
This role is expected to be in office 5 days per week
Occasional evening and early-morning coverage is expected around major events

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As Marketing Counsel, you will be an essential legal partner to OnePay’s fast-growing marketing organization — turning ambitious, creative go-to-market ideas into launches that are compliant, ddefensible, and fast. This role will impact OnePay’s vision by providing the legal foundation for a marketing function that is a sophisticated, high-velocity engine for growth and brand awareness.
You will be the go-to counsel across a wide range of subject matters, advising the business in real time while partnering with legal teammates to draft and negotiate the agreements that make marketing run. You will work closely with the Marketing, Brand and Design, Paid Media, and Product teams.
It is well-suited for a strategic legal operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can navigate intensity, ambiguity, and imperfect processes with steady judgment.
This role is responsible for
- Advising across the marketing lifecycle. Serve as the primary legal partner to marketing, brand, design, paid media, and product teams, providing practical, real-time counsel that keeps creative and campaigns moving.
- Ad tech, privacy, and consumer data. Guide the responsible use of advertising technology, tracking, and consumer data — advising on the state privacy law patchwork (CCPA/CPRA and beyond), PII, targeting, and required disclosures across the ad stack.
- Social media, creators, and influencers. Structure and paper creator, influencer, and brand-collaboration relationships, advising on FTC endorsement and disclosure rules, usage and content rights, and platform terms.
- Rewards, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions. Design and review rewards programs, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions, including official rules, registration and bonding, and multi-state regulatory compliance.
- Affiliate marketing. Advise on and paper affiliate and partner-marketing programs, including disclosures, tracking, and payout structures.
- Production and content development. Support production and content development end to end — talent and releases, music and licensing, rights clearances, and production and vendor agreements.
- Claim development. Partner with marketing and product on claim development — substantiation, puffery, comparative claims, and disclaimers — to keep messaging both compelling and defensible.
- Scaling with AI and better systems. Bring hands-on fluency with AI tools to accelerate contract review, marketing review workflows, knowledge management, and issue-spotting, while maintaining appropriate controls and confidentiality. Build lightweight, stage-appropriate processes and self-serve guidance that let marketing move fast and stay compliant as volume and complexity grow.
- Additional duties as assigned by your manager.
You bring
- J.D. and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
- 8+ years of legal experience, including at a leading law firm and/or in-house, with at least 6 years focused on marketing, advertising, and/or ad tech law.
- Deep, hands-on command of the marketing-legal landscape: advertising and consumer-protection law (FTC Act, UDAAP), promotions and sweepstakes, endorsement and influencer rules, affiliate marketing, and advertising-related privacy (CCPA/CPRA, the state privacy patchwork, PII, and ad tech/tracking).
- A demonstrated history of working directly with C-suite and other executive leadership — influencing decisions, earning trust, and communicating clearly at the highest levels.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across agency, vendor, talent, and marketing-partnership agreements, with a strong eye for detail.
- AI-forward: proficient with AI tooling and genuinely excited to use it thoughtfully to improve the team’s velocity and quality.
- An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.
- A practical, business-first mindset with the ability to weigh legal risk in the context of product, brand, and commercial realities, and to drive toward creative, business-oriented results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Clear, concise communication across creative, technical, and non-legal audiences, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels.
- Intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity and risk, and energized by dynamic change. Low ego, high ownership, and strong collaborative instincts — no task is too big or too small.
Preferred
- Prior tech, fintech, or financial services experience, and familiarity with marketing in a regulated industry.
- In-house experience at a high-growth consumer brand or platform.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

Software Engineer, Platform Engineering (L2)
About the job
This position is an engineering role within Twilio Platform Engineering, suited to an engineer who is building hands-on experience with highly available, large-scale distributed systems.
Our systems regularly process more than 12 billion emails during peak events like Black Friday, and our throughput requirements continue to scale rapidly. As an L2 engineer, you will help build and operate backend services at scale, working alongside more senior engineers on our dual-cloud infrastructure spanning Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. You'll get hands-on with Kubernetes, contribute to Terraform-based infrastructure automation, and write production code to help keep distributed systems healthy under real production load, using modern AI-assisted tooling to move faster and ramp up your skills.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
WEAR THE CUSTOMER'S SHOES:
Help design, build, and operate services and automations that support Kubernetes clusters at scale, under the guidance of senior engineers. Work with product management and technical leadership to turn well-scoped tasks into working code.
BE AN OWNER (CODE QUALITY):
Participate in code reviews and follow established patterns and testing standards (unit and integration testing) across the team and platform.
BE AN OWNER (INFRASTRUCTURE & OBSERVABILITY):
Support cloud configurations across AWS and Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Help maintain observability coverage, including metrics, alerts, and basic distributed tracing, across core data pipelines.
CHAMPION ENGINEERING HEALTH:
Build awareness of clean architectural practices. Flag technical debt, bugs, and small-scale system issues to your team as you encounter them.
GROW AND COLLABORATE:
Actively seek feedback and mentorship from senior engineers, participate in sprint planning, and share what you learn with peers as you grow into a more senior role.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
Experience:
1-2+ years of professional software engineering experience, including some exposure to building or operating backend services using Kubernetes. Familiarity with basic Kubernetes operations (deployments, pods, services) is expected; deep production-scale cluster-upgrade experience is not required.
Modern Development Workflow:
Practical experience with, or strong desire to learn, AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to help write code, automate testing, and support debugging workflows.
Deployment Orchestration:
Some exposure to GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Harness or an equivalent platform); willingness to learn our specific tooling on the job.
Language Proficiency:
Working knowledge of at least one of Shell, Terraform, YAML, or Go (Golang), with a willingness to build proficiency across the rest.
Cloud Infrastructure:
Some experience with cloud environments, ideally basic exposure to AWS core services (such as EC2, S3, EKS) or their Microsoft Azure equivalents (such as Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, AKS). General familiarity with networking concepts (VPC/VNet basics) is a plus.
Infrastructure as Code:
Basic familiarity with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
Distributed Systems:
Foundational understanding of distributed datastores, caching layers, or asynchronous event streaming (e.g., Kafka or similar queuing systems), through coursework, projects, or professional experience.
Systems Mindset:
Solid computer science fundamentals and data structures knowledge, with an eagerness to learn how to build self-healing cloud architectures.
Desired:
Some exposure to containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) in coursework, internships, or professional projects.
Curiosity about advanced deployment strategies (canary, blue/green); prior hands-on experience not required.
Interest in policy-as-code tools such as OPA/Gatekeeper.
Interest in OpenTelemetry or distributed tracing concepts.
Any exposure to network topology, proxy layers, or mail transfer agent (MTA) protocols.
Coursework or personal projects involving distributed datastores, caching, or event streaming (e.g., Kafka).
Interest in multi-cloud environments and a desire to build that experience over time.
