Category Labs (formerly known as Monad Labs) is a team of systems engineers and researchers on a mission to design and build at the frontier of decentralized technology. We strive to deliver significant improvements over existing blockchain solutions. After raising $225M in series A funding, led by Paradigm, we are growing our team.
We’re the team behind Monad, a high-performance, EVM-compatible Layer 1 whose public mainnet is now live. We write the core software that runs it: a parallel-execution EVM https://github.com/category-labs/monad, a custom state database, and a BFT consensus client https://github.com/category-labs/monad-bft, all developed in the open.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an exceptional compiler engineer to work on challenging greenfield projects that accelerate bytecode execution. For example, you will you will work on a bytecode execution graph builder which will enable speculative pre-execution of potential control flow paths. Your work will require intensive research and engineering and will help accelerate a platform securing billions of dollars in value. Experience with crypto is not expected.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work on greenfield performance-oriented projects in a fast-moving startup environment
- Research ideas for accelerating EVM bytecode execution
- Design and implement performant production systems
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven track record in compiler design and system architecture
- Strong background in software engineering principles principles
- Experience with industry-standard compiler technologies
- Good understanding of testing and benchmarking
- Industry and/or academic experience working on compilers for parallel architectures
- Strong C++ programming skills
- Knowledge of type theory is a plus
WHY WORK WITH US
- Challenging problems: You’ll work on extremely challenging problems with massive impact. See our Blogs https://www.category.xyz/blogs and Publications & Talks https://www.category.xyz/papers-talks for a flavor of the problems we are solving in the real world.
- Huge opportunity: The Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) standard is ubiquitous, but existing EVM-compatible chains are very slow. Monad’s core innovations offer developers the best of both worlds (portability and performance) and are a game-changer for mass user adoption in crypto.
- The right team: You’ll be part of a small, exceptional team (engineers and researchers make up 90% of the team).
- Open by default: Our core software is public on GitHub. You’ll build in the open, and your work ships where the whole ecosystem can see it.
- Culture: We’re a lean team working together to achieve very ambitious goals. We are united in our culture of collaboration, low ego, and high-quality output. As an early member of our team, you’ll help to shape our culture.
- Compensation: You’ll receive a competitive salary and equity package.
- Resources and growth: We’re well-capitalized, with backing https://x.com/monad_xyz/status/1777687376136982767 from leading venture funds like Paradigm, Electric Capital, Greenoaks, Dragonfly, and Coinbase Ventures. We keep a lean team, and this is a rare opportunity to join. You’ll learn a lot and grow as our company scales.
HOW WE USE AI
We’re an AI-native team, and we expect engineers to use coding agents and keep up as the tooling evolves. A few things we believe:
- AI is leverage, not a crutch. Review what it generates with the same scrutiny you’d give a teammate’s PR, and own every line you ship.
- Judgment is what matters, not how long you typed by hand. We won’t ask for “N years of [tool].” The stack turns over every few months, so what matters is that you pick up new tools fast and know where and when they apply.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
The base salary range for this role is $180,000 – $250,000. This reflects the minimum and maximum range across US locations. It does not include benefits, token, or equity incentives. In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join one of our delivery units. Each unit is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This organizational framework provides SDRs with technical assistance, yet you will remain fully responsible for managing campaigns, verifying setups, HubSpot reporting, and daily outreach. We’ve designed this to eliminate manual friction, such as lead research, so you can focus on calls, reply handling, and securing booked appointments.
You will work across multiple client projects simultaneously, running high-volume cold calling via a power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns.
Things You’ll Be Doing:
Cold Calling
Running outbound calling campaigns through a power dialer (
Koncert
) across
multiple (3-6) client projects simultaneously
- not one account, several, at once.
Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script.
Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern, not after.
Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
Personally owning
every reply
that comes in from automated email
(Reply.io / Inbox AI)
and LinkedIn
(Expandi)
campaigns, not just monitoring the inbox.
Responding within
4–8 working hours
and nurturing prospects until they're ready to book.
Handling objections in writing, pushing for a next step, and converting replies into confirmed meetings.
Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
Keeping CRM hygiene tight in
HubSpot
and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.
What You Bring:
2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling background
.
Confident, error-free written English
for handling email and LinkedIn replies - this is half the role, not an afterthought.
Fluent spoken English,
comfortable working across
US and European time zones
.
Strong understanding of outreach tools:
You’re comfortable working with CRM and automation platforms and understand the key technical elements behind cold outreach. You can support campaign setup, identify potential issues, and work with the right teams to resolve technical blockers.
The ability to run
multiple client projects in parallel
without losing quality or pace on any one of them.
Self-starting:
there are no fixed hours here, and the work doesn't get done unless you make it happen.
How We Hire:
Recruiter Interview
(~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
Practical Task
(~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
Hiring Manager Interview
(~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
Final Interview
(~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
Offer & Onboarding
— if it's a yes, we move fast.
*We may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process. Final decisions are made by humans. Contact us for information on data processing.
At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you're most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.

About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional GRC hire. The Tech G
overnance
Office is looking for someone who combines the governance judgment of a seasoned compliance professional with the drive of a forward-deployed engineer — someone who closes gaps by shipping solutions, navigates ambiguity without hand-holding, and operates with the urgency of a startup and the rigour of a regulated financial institution.
You will own complex cross-functional workstreams independently — coordinating across Engineering, Legal, Product, and Finance — while managing external auditors and regulators. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin is a meaningful advantage in this role. AI tooling is not optional; it is how you work.
Who You Are
Self-directed driver
— You run cross-functional workstreams without being managed. Ambiguity is a starting point, not a blocker.
AI-native operator
— You already use AI to do more, faster — and you raise the floor for the teams around you.
Clear communicator
— You earn trust across regulators, auditors, and C-suite through precision and consistency — in any room.
Culture Fit
Pace
Standards
Startup velocity
— Decisions move fast. Priorities shift. You ship, iterate, and adapt — without waiting for perfect conditions or top-down direction.
Financial institution rigour
— Audit trails matter. Regulators scrutinise. The bar for accuracy, documentation, and accountability is institutional-grade — always.
> The tension between these two is not a bug — it is the job. We are looking for someone who holds both without compromise.
What You’ll Be Doing
Independently lead audit remediation programmes — assess gaps, develop structured plans, and drive verified closure across engineering, product, legal, and operations without escalation dependency.
Own cross-functional governance workstreams — set milestones, coordinate accountability, and remove blockers across departments with limited management oversight.
Conduct IT security and architecture governance reviews — assess whether systems and processes meet applicable standards, and issue findings with clear ownership and remediation timelines.
Build and maintain the policy estate — draft, refine, and operationalise IT governance policies and procedures; translate regulatory requirements into implementation-ready guidance for first-line teams.
Lead regulator and auditor engagement — serve as the primary coordination interface for external audit and regulatory correspondence, representing the Tech G
overnance
Office with credibility and precision.
Deploy AI to accelerate compliance operations — prototype and scale AI-assisted workflows for evidence collection, control monitoring, audit response, and policy generation; drive team-wide adoption.
Deliver Tech G
overnance
-level reporting — produce governance dashboards and executive briefs on remediation status, risk exposure, and regulatory posture, independently and to publication standard.
Track the regulatory horizon — monitor evolving requirements across active jurisdictions, translate changes into prioritised internal action, and brief senior leadership proactively.
What We Look For In You
AI Adoption & Application — Must Have
Active daily use of AI tools to accelerate compliance and governance work — demonstrated practice with measurable output impact, not theoretical awareness.
Ability to identify, build, and scale AI-assisted workflows within a Tech G
overnance
office context — evidence automation, policy generation, audit response, or control monitoring.
Working knowledge of AI governance and risk — sufficient to contribute to internal AI oversight frameworks and assess AI-related compliance obligations.
Independent Cross-Functional Leadership — Must Have
Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams independently — setting direction, coordinating accountability, and delivering outcomes without management escalation.
Track record of influencing without authority across engineering, legal, finance, and operations in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable operating under ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining institutional-grade standards for accuracy and documentation.
Experience
8+ years in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or security governance
3+ years leading governance programmes at a large-scale internet, financial services, or crypto firm
Exposure to IPO-readiness or high-scrutiny regulatory examination programmes preferred
Frameworks & Standards
ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, PCI-DSS, COBIT, NIST — deep working knowledge
GDPR and APAC data protection regimes
Crypto and blockchain-specific compliance risk awareness a strong asset
Engineering Sensibility
Able to read and interpret code, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents without engineer-translation dependency
Familiarity with cloud environments (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP) and associated security tooling
Communication
Executive-level written and verbal communication in English — board-ready governance briefs, regulator responses, and Tech G
overnance
-level reporting produced independently
Proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is a strong advantage for APAC regulatory and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Professional security or governance certification:
CISA · CISSP · CRISC · CISM · CCISO · Agentic AI
Experience building AI-powered compliance tooling — audit automation, continuous control monitoring, or policy-to-control mapping
Prior involvement in SOX ITGC, SEC Reg S-K Item 106, or equivalent listing-authority tech governance programmes
Crypto-native compliance exposure — Proof of Reserves, SAB 121, Travel Rule, AML/CFT programme governance
Active regulatory footprint across MAS, VARA, FCA, HKMA/SFC, or equivalent
Why This Role
OKX operates across 50+ jurisdictions with live regulatory programmes. The Tech G
overnance
Office is building infrastructure-grade compliance capability — not checkbox compliance. This is a rare opportunity to shape how that work gets done: independently, at pace, and with AI at the centre of the method.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About Codex
Codex is building the infrastructure for stablecoin-based cross-border payments — moving money faster, cheaper, and more transparently than the legacy financial system. Backed by Circle, Coinbase, Dragonfly, we're a small team solving hard problems at the intersection of crypto and global payments.
The Role
As a Sales Lead at Codex, you'll own the end-to-end commercial relationship with institutional clients and fintech partners in your region — from first outreach through to signed contracts and live trading.
This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role. You'll be managing a live pipeline, attending conferences, and regularly interfacing with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to unblock deals and get clients trading.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Outbound
- Own your regional pipeline from top of funnel to close — sourcing leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate deal records
- Run targeted outbound across various platforms in coordination with the Marketing function, and follow up on inbound leads generated by the website and conferences
- Identify and attend high-value industry conferences and side events in your region to generate new relationships and accelerate deals in progress
Deal Execution
- Run discovery calls and commercial negotiations with prospects across your region
- Identify client use cases, volume profiles, and corridor requirements — and translate these into pricing proposals in coordination with the Trading, Treasury and Account Management team
- Escalate pricing blockers, compliance queries, and onboarding blockers with clear context so they can be resolved quickly
- Manage deals involving complex structures with appropriate rigour and cross-functional coordination
Client Onboarding & Activation
- Own the handoff from signed deal to live trading — coordinating with internal teams on KYB, account setups, and spread configurations
- Stay close to newly onboarded clients during their ramp-up period, following up on first trades and resolving any friction in their early experience
- Surface client feedback on product gaps, pricing, SLAs, and rail coverage to the relevant internal teams
Account Management & Reactivation
- Monitor the health of your client book — tracking volume trends, flagging at-risk accounts, and proactively engaging clients who have gone quiet
- Lead reactivation efforts for dormant clients in your region, understanding why they churned and what it would take to bring them back
- Build deep relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted commercial partner rather than a transactional sales contact
Market Intelligence
- Stay current on competitor pricing, product capabilities, and market positioning in your region, and share intelligence with the team regularly
- Identify emerging client segments, use cases, or geographies that represent commercial opportunity for Codex
What This Role Requires
- Sales experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services — ideally selling to institutional or business clients
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, stablecoins, and the FX dynamics of your target region
- Comfortable discussing pricing, compliance requirements, and product capabilities in the same conversation
- Highly organised with a disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-up
- Able to work across time zones and build relationships with clients who operate in fast-moving, operationally complex environments

Who are you?
You have at least 7 years of professional experience in web-focused software engineering, ideally with meaningful experience in one or more of game development, animation, or interactive media.
You’re motivated by building robust, maintainable, AI-interoperable software systems that drive user and business outcomes.
You believe in using the right tool for the job — even when it’s an unfamiliar one, and especially when it's a boring one.

Our Engineering Team
Brilliant's engineering team is small, elite, and AI-enabled. We believe in moving fast, fixing faster, and optimizing for outcomes over outputs. Our team is full of former founders, early employees, and engineering leaders turned ICs whose collective drive, judgement, and standards generate a palpable sense of momentum every day. The norm on this team is doing the very best work of our careers, and we both support and challenge each other every day to do exactly that.
Compensation and Benefits
We use a systematic compensation framework: salary scales are set each year for each job vertical, managers level folks on their team, and those levels are mapped directly to our compensation scales. A location-based adjustment is applied outside of SF and NYC (typically 5-10%) - feel free to ask us about your location!
Given the systematic approach, we always make First and Best offers - there is no negotiation (for new hires nor our existing teammates). This ensures people are paid based on their expected contribution, not their negotiation skills.
We offer top-notch health care plans, with 100% of the premiums covered for medical, dental, and vision for employees.
We offer flexible PTO, with a norm of taking off about 6 weeks per year (including federal holidays). We also provide home office equipment, a professional development stipend, and free food at our offices.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
As a Solutions Architect at Niantic Spatial, you’ll own technical solutioning from early customer discovery through commercial structuring and delivery. This role serves as the primary technical partner to Business Development, Sales, and strategic customers. We welcome candidates from backgrounds in Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, or technical pre-sales roles. As the primary technical counterpart for strategic commercial customers, you’ll lead discovery and align development to reusable, platform-aligned capabilities rather than one-off builds — translating operational needs into architectures that integrate cleanly into existing enterprise systems, field workflows, and robotic platforms.
You’ll partner closely with Product Management so customer requirements shape the roadmap, and you’ll be central to developing, closing, and implementing new business across priority verticals — with a focus on Energy and Industrial — leveraging Niantic Spatial solutions such as Intelligent Field Operations, Reconstruction, Semantics, and Robotics.
What You’ll Do
Customer architecture & technical leadership
- Own the technical relationship and technical success for assigned commercial and strategic accounts from discovery through implementation, with priority focus on Energy customers leveraging Intelligent Field Operations and Semantics.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures (logical and physical) covering deployment, scaling, reliability, safety, and security across cloud, edge, and device environments.
- Lead technical workshops to capture operational objectives, requirements, and success criteria, and translate them into implementation-ready designs tailored to field environments.
Solution development & commercial proposal support
- Provide technical inputs to customer proposals, pilots, statements of work (SOWs), and commercial agreements.
- Lead technical solution documentation — architecture diagrams, integration approaches, deployment models, security considerations, and implementation plans.
- Partner with Sales/BD on technical differentiators, value narratives, demonstrations, and scoping assumptions aligned to customer ROI and operational impact.
Integration into enterprise & operational ecosystems
- Ensure solutions integrate into customer environments — identity systems, data platforms, GIS/geo services, robotics stacks, enterprise integration patterns, observability, and device constraints.
- Define integration patterns, APIs, and data flows across cloud, edge, and on-device systems; document operational runbooks and deployment/upgrade strategies suited to distributed field operations.
Product feedback loop
- Communicate customer needs, gaps, and technical requirements to Product Management and Engineering, influencing roadmap and prioritization with structured feedback from engagements, pilots, and deployments.
- Provide structured input on emerging use cases across Intelligent Field Operations, Semantics, and Robotics.
Delivery partnership
- Collaborate with delivery teams and partners to ensure architectures are implemented as designed; support escalations, performance optimization, field validation, and post-launch adoption.
- Support pilots and early deployments, ensuring measurable operational outcomes and scalable production transitions.
- Maintain a set of repeatable demos for commercial prospects; use demo feedback to inform proposals and the product roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering or Systems Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles supporting enterprise or industrial customers.
- Demonstrated experience developing solution architectures and contributing to commercial proposals, pilots, or customer-facing technical documentation.
- Strong architecture fundamentals across cloud and hybrid deployments, edge computing, networking, identity, security controls, and operational monitoring; enterprise integration (APIs, data pipelines, event-driven systems); and edge/device-constrained, distributed systems operating in real-world field conditions.
- Experience supporting customers in at least one of: Intelligent Field Operations (utilities, energy, telecom, logistics, asset inspection, industrial automation); robotics platforms (mobile robots, drones, autonomy stacks, perception/localization); or geospatial, mapping/GIS, spatial computing, or AI-driven perception systems.
- Ability to translate operational needs into implementable architectures and explain tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication, with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into Energy verticals, and Oil & Gas specifically.
- Experience with robotics software stacks (e.g., ROS/ROS2), autonomy systems, SLAM/localization, or sensor fusion.
- Experience deploying AI/ML or perception systems in real-world operational environments.
- Familiarity with safety, reliability, and operational constraints in industrial or field-based systems.
- Prior experience partnering with Product Management to turn customer requirements into roadmap outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
$171,000 - $215,000 · annual bonus · equity · comprehensive benefits
Location & Work Model
San Francisco Bay Area or Houston, TX (remote). If in San Francisco: Hybrid — at least 3 days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don’t always tick every box. If you’re excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed — you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

The Role
The Garment Technician & Pattern Maker is a key role within our client's Design team. Your mission is to own the product development process end to end — from initial sketch through to final, production-ready sample — bringing complete mastery of garment construction, pattern making, and sample development management. Working closely with the Design & Development Lead and the wider Design team, you will be the technical backbone of the development team — leading fitting sessions, pattern making and grading, technical documentation, and manufacturer coordination across all stages. You will play a key role in improving fit consistency, product quality, and communication with manufacturers. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, technically minded, and passionate about garment construction, fit, and product development within a purpose-driven and sustainable brand.
Location: Canggu, Bali
Employment Type: Full-time / On-site
Reports to: Head of Design
Creative Reporting Line: Co-Founders (Final creative sign-off)
Key Responsibilities
Technical Development & Garment Construction
Own sample development independently, start to end, from sketch to final sample.
Create and/or oversee pattern making with a full understanding of garment construction.
Critically analyse fit comments and translate feedback into clear, technical action points.
Diagnose construction or fit issues and propose durable technical solutions, not just quick fixes.
Lead fitting sessions: taking measurements, technical notes, and deciding on the adjustments needed.
Bring strong technical knowledge of woven, jersey and activewear fabrics.
Bring strong technical knowledge of knitwear (gauge, stitch structure, finishing, shrinkage, shaping).
Bring technical knowledge of intimates/lingerie construction (elastic engineering, cups, support structures).
Carry out or coordinate fabric testing (shrinkage, stretch & recovery, colorfastness, pilling) to validate performance before bulk production.
Pattern Making & Grading
Create digital patterns from sketch or brief with a complete understanding of drape, ease, and movement.
Apply a critical, analytical eye to grading, identifying areas for continuous improvement across the size range.
Adjust key points of measurement based on fit feedback and production considerations.
Technical Documentation & Accuracy
Create, update, and maintain techpacks and spec sheets with accuracy and consistency.
Ensure all documentation (fitting notes, revisions, BOM) is complete, organised, and up to date.
Communicate clearly and effectively with manufacturers on technical comments, corrections, and updates.
Sample Development & Production Coordination
Track sample development across all stages, ensuring timelines and revisions are followed closely.
Coordinate with manufacturers with a real understanding of production constraints (MOQ, technical feasibility, construction complexity).
Estimate fabric consumption and support costing discussions with manufacturers.
Prepare samples for fittings, meetings, and production handover.
Leadership & Team Support
