Tempo is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, born from Stripe’s experience in global payments and Paradigm’s expertise in crypto tech.
Tempo’s payment-first design provides a scalable, low-cost predictable backbone that meets the needs of high-volume payment use cases. Our goal is to move money reliably, cheaply, and at scale. Our north star is simplicity for users: fintechs, traditional banks, merchants, platforms, and anyone else looking to move their payments into the 21st century.
We're building Tempo with design partners who are global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services: Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.
We’re a team of crypto-optimists, building the infrastructure needed to bring real, substantial economic flows onchain. We like to move fast and swing for the fences — join us!
Tempo is building the future of enterprise payments on-chain, and we need someone to own the success of our partners after they sign. As our Technical Account Manager, you’ll manage a book of enterprise customers as their primary point of contact—from onboarding and integration through launch and ongoing growth.
This is a founding role. You’ll build trusted relationships with your partners while defining the playbooks, processes, and feedback loops that turn early design partners into long-term anchors of our ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Account Management

- Build deep knowledge of each partner’s use case, architecture, and business goals, translating them into clear account plans and success milestones
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to track progress, address risks, and identify opportunities for deeper adoption alongside the Partnerships team
Onboarding & Technical Success
- Own the handoff from GTM and guide partners through onboarding, integration, and production launch
- Work with partner engineering teams to define integration scope, resolve blockers, and establish production readiness
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues, coordinating with engineering and product and keeping partners informed through resolution
- Provide ongoing technical guidance as partners scale their implementations and adopt new Tempo capabilities
Ecosystem & Scale
- Develop repeatable playbooks for onboarding, account management, and integration support across enterprise and ecosystem segments
- Establish account health metrics and success frameworks to proactively identify adoption gaps and partner risks
- Act as the voice of your partners internally, translating feedback into actionable product, engineering, and documentation improvements
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in technical account management, technical customer success, or a similar role at a blockchain, API-first, or fintech infrastructure company
- Experience managing a book of partners or customers, carrying relationships from signed agreement through scaled production deployment
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and infrastructure; comfortable troubleshooting alongside developers and engineering teams
- Comfortable working across business and technical stakeholders, connecting implementation details to business outcomes
- High EQ and strong ownership; partners trust you as an extension of their team, and you follow through on commitments
- Experience with payments, blockchain infrastructure, or validator operations is a strong plus
ATTRIBUTES
- Scrappy and hands-on—you’ll dig into a complex integration without being asked
- Proactive and anticipatory; you identify risks before they become partner problems
- Organized and dependable, balancing priorities across a growing portfolio
- Clear communicator who translates technical complexity into business value
- Energized by ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage company
- Deeply curious about payments, blockchain infrastructure, and the ecosystem being built around stablecoins

An overview of this role
As a Senior Developer Advocate at GitLab, you'll help technical audiences understand and use our intelligent orchestration platform where teams and their AI agents ship secure software faster. You'll go deep on the product, especially GitLab Duo Agent Platform and our newer capabilities, and continuously discover real-world workflows that teams care about. You'll turn that hands-on knowledge into demos, blog posts, videos, and presentations, and bring what you learn from customers and the developer community back to GitLab.
This role focuses on showing the product in action and building relationships with customers and the community. You'll help cover events and work across U.S. and Canadian time zones.
What you'll do
Deeply understand GitLab's platform, especially our AI agent capabilities, and continuously find productive, real-world use cases worth showing.
Create product content, including videos, blog posts, presentations, and social clips that show key use cases for GitLab in the user interface and terminal.
Produce video content end to end: script, record, and edit product walkthroughs and demos, and collaborate with GitLab's video team on longer or higher-production pieces.
Deliver product demos and participate in analyst briefings.
Engage with customers through webinars, customer meetings, and other conversations.
Participate in the developer community by engaging on the GitLab forum and Discord, following the conversations happening on social platforms, in newsletters, and at events, and making sure GitLab has a voice in the ones that matter.
Answer technical questions that come through the sales team, and partner with support, sales, and product on developer-facing educational content.
Use hands-on product experience to share feedback with product teams and test new features.
Contribute to technical research and analysis of the developer tools landscape.
Travel requirement up to 20% for events and customer meetings.
What you'll bring
Hands-on technical experience. You understand how software gets built, with a focus on everything that happens after code is written, and can talk about it credibly with engineers.
Understanding of artificial intelligence and its use in software development, from coding all the way to production. You have built and operated agentic systems and infrastructure.
The ability to explain technical products clearly. You can demo a product, record a walkthrough, or speak at a conference without it feeling forced.
Fluency in developer social platforms. You know what's interesting to the people we're trying to reach and can participate in the conversation with credibility.
Curiosity and self-direction. You're already finding the next thing worth talking about, following the right people, and noticing opportunities.
Experience engaging with customers, developers, or technical communities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, engineering, product, and other teams.
About the team
The Developer Advocacy team creates content that shows GitLab in use, engages with customers and the developer community, and brings hands-on product feedback to GitLab teams. The team also contributes technical research and analysis, while partnering with other groups to share its findings.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Consumer Trading is a full-stack team behind the Consumer experience in Kraken mobile and web applications. Our flagship product allows our clients to instantly buy, sell, convert any combination of stocks, cryptocurrencies and cash. We are constantly working on extending the product suite with new features and improvements.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the connective tissue between marketing and product at Kraken Consumer — a remit with real scope to shape how millions of people discover and return to our products.
- Build something from the ground up: the roadmap, the intake model and the standards for how marketing and product work together are all yours to define.
- Sit at the centre of the acquisition funnel, where small improvements in conversion compound into meaningful growth.
- Unlock new acquisition channels by building the product surfaces they depend on — paid social, search, affiliates and offline campaigns.
- Shape a fast-growing mobile acquisition motion, including in-product social, creator partnerships, community and friend-referral mechanics.
- Own both halves of the lifecycle: bringing new users in, and giving existing users compelling reasons to come back.
- Work in one of the most competitive corners of consumer fintech, where conversion craft and product quality genuinely decide who wins.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Own the marketing product roadmap end to end, and build the process that turns campaign ideas into shipped product work.
- Design and launch tailored campaign experiences — the in-app and web journeys users land in from push, email, social and paid.
- Raise the bar on lifecycle messaging so push and email feel useful rather than noisy, and convert accordingly.
- Own the incentives layer for new and returning users: offers, referral mechanics, recurring deposits and earn-led campaigns.
- Apply user psychology and sharp UX thinking to find where the funnel leaks, then run the experiments that close the gaps.
- Improve landing page and search performance, and build the product foundations that make paid and offline channels measurable and worth the spend.
- Partner with marketing, design, engineering and data as the single point of ownership for growth enablement.
- Define the acquisition and reactivation metrics that matter, and report on them honestly — including when an experiment doesn't land.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

Drive the full sales cycle in large, complex enterprises, including prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing new opportunities across your assigned accounts.
Provide strong account leadership and direction in both the pre-sales and post-sales process to ensure customers realize value from GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform.

What you'll bring
A true desire to see customers achieve meaningful outcomes and long-term value from their investment in GitLab.
Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with large enterprises, ideally in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS solutions.
Proven success selling into large, strategic organizations, with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Able to provide a high degree of account management and control, working under minimal supervision on complex opportunities while maintaining clear communication and alignment.
Ability to generate new business and expand existing accounts through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions that result in sustainable, long-term partnerships.
Experience collaborating with strategic channel partners to develop opportunities, co-sell, and support successful customer adoption.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with effective written and verbal communication that influences internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred experience with Git, software development tools, application lifecycle management, or security/application security tools.
You share our values and work in accordance with them, use GitLab in your daily work, and are able to travel if needed while following GitLab’s travel policy.

About the role
Customer Experience Operations is building out the foundation needed to grow and support Professional Services at GitLab. We are looking for a Staff Professional Services Operations Lead to establish scalable operations across PS, supporting planning and resource management, operational tooling and cadences, delivery operations, financial performance, systems partnership, and go-to-market alignment.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience Operations, you will be a strategic and hands-on partner to PS leadership. You will help move the organization from manual, disjointed processes to connected, reliable, and increasingly automated ways of working. Your work will give leaders better visibility into pipeline, capacity, staffing, delivery economics, and growth and will ensure our teams have what they need to successfully deliver.
What you’ll do
Mature the PS operating cadence, including forecasting & planning alignment, business reviews, performance reporting, and executive readouts.
Establish connected capacity, utilization, and resource management practices across billable and non-billable roles, including skill-based staffing and hiring planning.
Improve visibility and deliver insights into project economics, including rate cards, fully loaded costs, burden rates, project margin, fixed-fee budgets, utilization, and revenue recognition.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, CX Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Delivery to improve PSA, time-tracking, CRM, reporting, and related tooling.
Define requirements and lead process improvements, automations, and efficiency drivers across Professional Services, Operations, and newly integrated services teams.
Improve go-to-market alignment by tracking PS attach, connecting PS planning to account and renewal timelines, and enabling earlier PS involvement in deal strategy and account planning.
Partner cross functionally to deliver improvements in service catalog, pricing and packaging, SKU governance, and partner or channel delivery models.
Document processes, clarify roles and decision rights, and partner with Analytics to build self-service reporting that reduces dependencies of PS leadership for day-to-day execution.
What you’ll bring
10+ years’ experience in Professional Services Operations, Services Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function in a technology or subscription business.
Deep understanding of PS business models, including time and materials, fixed-fee, and blended engagements.
Experience owning and developing forecasting and planning processes that connect sales pipeline to delivery capacity, staffing, bookings, and revenue.
Experience with resource management, utilization, project margin, delivery operations, PSA systems, or services go-to-market operations.
Experience leading process and systems improvements across evolving organizations.
Strong analytical, business judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A pragmatic, hands-on approach to solving ambiguous operational problems.
Hands-on experience with Kantata or a comparable Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.
Ability to translate business requirements into system workflows, data definitions, reporting requirements, and automation opportunities.
Deep familiarity with revenue recognition processes and the systems partnership required between Professional Services and Finance.
Nice to have
Experience integrating two or more services organizations, operating models, or systems or driving operations transformation and maturity.
Experience improving PS attach, deal structuring, account planning, or services participation in the sales cycle.
Experience with partner, channel, or customer-funded delivery models.
Experience working in a distributed or all-remote organization.

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE SECURITY PLATFORM TEAM
The Infrastructure Security team provides and supports the primitives that enable engineering to securely build applications and meet compliance obligations, while abstracting away the underlying complexity for the best possible developer experience.
Our work centers on workload identity and authorization: how internal applications authenticate to each other and to the services they depend on, and how that access is granted and enforced. We're replacing static secrets with short-lived identity credentials, bringing identity-based authentication to the services engineers use every day, and unifying how authorization is managed across the company.
We're a platform engineering team with a security mission. We measure success by the security outcomes we enable and by how much engineers enjoy building on what we ship — the secure path should be the easiest path.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A platform builder. You love building infrastructure that other engineers rely on every day, and you sweat the developer experience details that make adoption effortless.
- Fluent in service-to-service auth. You know authentication and authorization deeply: JWTs, X.509 certificates, and when to reach for each.
- A systems thinker. You reason carefully about bootstrapping, circular dependencies, availability, and failure modes, especially for infrastructure that everything else depends on.
- A pragmatic migrator. You know that shipping the primitive is half the job. You can drive adoption across many teams, meet them where they are, and retire the legacy path.
- A strong partner to engineering. You build trust with engineers by understanding their priorities and making security frictionless.
- Excited about AI. You're embracing AI and automation to scale platform work and reduce toil.
- Curious and humble. You ask the basic questions, enjoy untangling complex systems, and bring others along with you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build workload identity infrastructure. Make short-lived identity credentials a default part of every application's runtime environment, in partnership with application platform owners.
- Bring identity-based authentication to internal services. Work with the owners of major internal dependencies to support identity certificates, make them the golden path for newly onboarding applications, and drive migration of existing ones.
- Eliminate static secrets. Replace all static passwords and service tokens with short-lived identity credentials, and build identity-authenticated egress proxies and API abstractions that inject and automatically rotate managed secrets for the external dependencies that still require them.
- Unify authorization. Build a single interface and framework through which authorization policies are centrally managed and enforced.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on security-related platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
- Strong working knowledge of secrets management, fine-grained authorization, and workload identity systems.
- Familiarity with the Kubernetes ecosystem and authentication/authorization technologies such as JWTs, X.509 certificates, PKI, cert-manager, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and OPA.
- Experience building and operating production infrastructure that other teams depend on, with attention to availability and failure modes.
- Proven ability to drive cross-team adoption of platform capabilities or lead large-scale migrations.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.

OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
