ABOUT US
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.
We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and are continuing to grow, with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.
Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Scorewarrior, we're making a long-term investment in Building Blocks — a new generation of self-service internal products with clear interfaces, contracts, and documentation that game teams can adopt independently.
Localization Hub is the first Building Block.
Today, Localization Hub, together with Crowdin, powers localization workflows across Scorewarrior — from translation tracking, analytics, and reporting to automated translation quality checks and an AI-powered localization assistant.
Our next goal is to transform Localization Hub into the first fully self-service Building Block, enabling content teams to localize standard features independently while the lead focuses on high-level decisions.
The engineering team behind Localization Hub will establish the architecture, engineering standards, and practices that future Building Blocks will build upon.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to design and build the portal's micro-frontend platform and a shared component library. Localization Hub will be the first module.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design the micro-frontend platform architecture and defend the solution
- Develop the portal Core and the module contract
- Set up module delivery: template, CI/CD, documentation
- Migrate the current Localization Hub as the first module of the portal
- Build a shared component library based on Atomic Design and Storybook, contributing to its visual design as well
- Set standards for module teams and help them onboard to the portal
- Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews and documentation
- Own portal performance: loading time, bundle size budgets and rendering speed across modules
- Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks and degraded performance
- Collaborate with backend engineers, module teams and product to align on APIs, requirements and platform priorities
- Take part in planning and scoping the platform roadmap, and drive upgrades of shared dependencies across modules
- Mentor engineers and help improve team practices in frontend architecture, testing and performance tuning
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience
- Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Strong HTML and modern CSS skills, and the ability to build well-structured, reusable and responsive components
- Experience building a micro-frontend platform in production with React, TypeScript, Vite and React Router: Module Federation, Next.js Multi-Zones, import maps or similar, and independently versioned npm modules
- Frontend CI/CD experience: environment-based rollouts, CDN, versioned releases and rollbacks
- Experience creating or evolving a design system and Storybook
- Experience writing unit, integration and end-to-end tests (Vitest or Jest, Playwright)
- Understanding of performance, accessibility and web security
- Ability to justify decisions in writing (design documents, ADRs)
NICE TO HAVE
- Interest in design and basic Figma skills
- Experience migrating an existing application to micro-frontends without disrupting users
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience with state and data management in React: Zustand, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query
- Frontend observability: Sentry, per-module metrics
- GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes
WHAT WE OFFER
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary
- Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol)
- A modern, sunny office close to the sea
- Private health insurance for you and your family members
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children
- Lunch compensation
- A sports and fitness allowance
- Company-funded personal development opportunities (professional and language courses, books, etc.)
- Bonuses for outstanding results, years of service, marriage, and childbirth
- Friendly monthly office parties and epic annual offsite company birthday and Christmas celebrations

Founding GTM Engineering Lead (GrowthBricks)
Are you someone who likes to build GTM systems from the ground up? Have you built sales automations, signal-based workflows, account intelligence systems, or AI-powered GTM solutions yourself?
We’re looking for a
Founding GTM Engineering Lead
to build GrowthBricks with us, turning real GTM problems into working systems and using what we learn to shape the product itself.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems.
JetMinds is a new JetBrains-backed venture focused on AI-native GTM tools, and GrowthBricks is one of its new projects, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. It brings together business context that’s usually fragmented across CRMs, calls, documents, dashboards, and other tools, giving people and AI agents the context they need to make better decisions and execute effectively across the sales and marketing stack.
What you’ll do
You will own our early customer implementations and help the founding team shape the product around what actually works.
Working directly with customers, you'll figure out their GTM operations, identify where agentic automations can help, and build solutions around those needs. Alongside the product and technical founders, you’ll use what you learn from these implementations to shape GrowthBricks itself.
Day to day, you will:
Work directly with customers to understand their GTM workflows, systems, data, and bottlenecks.
Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
Help build signal pipelines, account intelligence systems, enrichment and qualification workflows, outbound and CRM automation, and agentic workflows using GrowthBricks.
Work hands-on with tools such as CRMs, enrichment platforms, sales engagement tools, APIs, automation platforms, and AI agents.
Connect GrowthBricks to customers’ existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding it.
Identify patterns across customers and turn them into reusable product capabilities.
Work closely with the product founder and engineering team to shape GrowthBricks, including building and shipping features yourself.
What you’ll bring
Clear communication across roles. You can work effectively with founders, sales and marketing teams, RevOps specialists, and engineers.
Comfort with ambiguity. You can take an unclear business problem and work toward a concrete solution.
Strong product instinct. You can recognize which customer problems should become part of the product.
A practical mindset. You value working systems over unnecessary complexity.
What you’ll need
A strong, practical understanding of modern B2B GTM operations.
Experience building sales automation, enrichment workflows, signal-based GTM systems, or similar infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling such as Clay, TheirStack, or FullEnrich.
Experience connecting multiple systems using APIs, webhooks, scripts, or custom integrations.
Practical experience using LLMs or agents for GTM research, qualification, personalization, and automation.
Experience implementing GTM systems across multiple teams or customers.
The technical ability to build and modify product features and working solutions yourself, rather than just specifying what others should build.
What success looks like
In your first six months, you will have taken several customer problems from discovery to working production workflows.
You will also have helped us understand where GrowthBricks creates the most value, identified patterns that repeat across customers, and turned those patterns into reusable product capabilities.
Success means building systems that customers actually use, producing measurable GTM outcomes, and making the product materially better with every implementation.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
*Some benefits may vary depending on location.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. That’s why we do our best to create an open and inclusive workplace.
If this sounds like a challenge you'd enjoy, we’d love to hear from you. Send us your CV or LinkedIn profile and, more importantly, show us something you’ve built: a GTM system, automation, agent, workflow, or customer implementation you’re particularly proud of.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About the job
As a member of our AI research team, you will drive innovation in model compression and efficient deployment for advanced multimodal AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Your work will focus on reducing model footprint and computational cost while preserving accuracy, enabling high-performance AI to run efficiently across resource-constrained edge devices. You will apply and advance compression techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, and pruning to streamline complex multimodal architectures that integrate text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in model compression methods and a strong background in multimodal model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel compression strategies that balance model size, latency, throughput, and accuracy. Your responsibilities include building robust compression pipelines, establishing performance and fidelity metrics, and addressing bottlenecks in production inference. The ultimate goal is to deliver scalable, low-memory, low-latency AI systems on edge devices (i.e., smartphones) that maintain high fidelity and tangible real-world value.
Responsibilities
Break down the key responsibilities in bullet points. It’s helpful to make them actionable and measurable. This could also be grouped into categories for more complex roles.
Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Research and hands-on experience with model pruning for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Solid understanding of neural network architectures and training processes – Including transformers (e.g., LLMs, VLMs), backpropagation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with C++ is a plus (especially for implementing low-level quantization kernels or inference optimizations).

About the role
We're looking for a Data Scientist to take ownership of the datasets and evaluation workflows that underpin our AI Safety work. You'll turn real-world product data into reliable, well-structured datasets for training and evaluating models, and help build the processes and infrastructure to continuously assess how those models perform in production.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of data science, ML, AI safety, and policy. You'll work closely with safety researchers, engineers, and policy specialists to translate complex safety requirements into practical data and evaluation systems - starting hands-on with collection, analysis, and labelling, then building the methodologies, contributor networks, and quality standards that let this work scale.
In this role, you will
- Own safety datasets end-to-end: collection, cleaning, labelling, quality control, versioning, and readiness for training and evaluation.
- Translate safety policy into clear, consistent labelling and evaluation criteria, working closely with policy specialists.
- Design and manage labelling processes, including sourcing, onboarding, and overseeing external contributors to a high quality bar.

- Strong grasp of what makes a good dataset: collection, cleaning, sampling, labelling, quality control, evaluation.
- Comfortable with Python and SQL for analysis and practical data workflows.
- Strong critical thinking and judgement - comfortable with ambiguity and nuance, and able to turn complex guidelines into consistent, scalable decisions.
- Autonomous and a clear communicator, able to work across disciplines (policy, engineering, research) in a fast-moving, still-forming environment.
Bonus points
- Experience in AI safety, trust & safety, content moderation, or fraud/abuse detection.
- Experience building datasets or evaluation frameworks, or with adversarial/safety-focused ML.
- Experience managing human-in-the-loop labelling processes, dataset versioning, or ML pipeline tooling.
- Experience operationalising guidelines with policy or legal teams.
Location
This role is based in London, where you'll work closely with our AI Safety and Policy teams.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
As an Account Development Representative (ADR) at Samsara, you will be trained, both on the job and with formal training programs led by a world-class team of sales professionals, to take on your next role as closing Account Executive. Drive pipeline through personalised outreach to prospects via phone, emails and LinkedIn.
