✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the AMER or EMEA regions.
Role Summary
We are hiring a content marketing lead to set the company-wide direction for Oyster’s editorial narrative: the category story we tell about the future of work, the arguments our executives make in public, and the original research that HR, Finance, and Legal leaders cite when making decisions.
You will operate as an AI-first functional lead rather than a traditional editorial manager. There are no direct reports, deliberately. Your leverage will come from the AI systems and governance you design—research agents, brand-voice models, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, and evaluation—plus the senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts you mobilize.
We are looking for the person who wants to find out how much editorial ambition one exceptional operator with a well-built AI stack can carry, and who will set the standard for what an AI-native content function looks like. The scope is unusual for a single role: a live audience across our library, newsletter, and podcast; a leadership team that publishes and speaks; proprietary employment data from 180+ countries; and the mandate to build this function the way it should be built, not the way it has always been done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
Build company-wide AI content mechanisms
- Architect and govern reusable systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
- Define risk-based rules for where AI leads, where humans lead, and where specialist or executive approval is mandatory.
- Establish mechanisms and standards adopted across Marketing and relevant partner teams, not only within the content workflow.
- Measure leverage through throughput, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, and business impact; evolve the system each quarter.
Lead thought leadership and executive voice
- Set the operating model for executive publishing and advise leaders on the arguments Oyster should make publicly.
- Turn proprietary employment, salary, and hiring data into a durable original-research programme that shapes external conversation.
- Mobilize newsletter, podcast, events, PR, analyst relations, Product Marketing, partner/customer storytelling, and social around shared narratives.
Own business impact
- Connect editorial and narrative decisions to company growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
- Build reporting that enables executives and teams to make better portfolio and investment decisions.
- Identify emerging market shifts early and recommend company responses before they become obvious.
Mobilize the extended organization
- Set direction for senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, specialists, and subject-matter experts without relying on formal authority.
- Create decision rights, operating rhythms, and shared standards that enable multiple teams to execute consistently.
- Define the long-term roadmap and future organizational shape of the capability, including what remains expert-led, becomes a system, or requires hiring.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership of a brand narrative or thought leadership programme at a B2B technology company.
- Evidence of setting a company or category narrative that changed decisions, earned external authority, and was adopted across teams.
- A portfolio of work that earned attention on merit through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
- A demonstrated AI-first practice beyond drafting, including agents, custom workflows, evaluation, QA, governance, and adoption by others.
- Exceptional English-language editorial judgment, writing, editing, sourcing, and voice control.
- Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible arguments with business relevance.
- Experience making high-leverage trade-offs and setting direction across executives and multiple functions without formal authority.
- Proven ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and roadmaps that enable others to deliver consistently.
- Genuine motivation to operate as a high-autonomy IC with no direct reports and company-critical scope.
Bonus
- Domain background in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
- Experience with AI search visibility — optimising for how assistants retrieve, summarise, and cite sources.
- Multimedia range: video, podcast, or design fluency.
- Experience standing up an in-house newsroom or an original research programme.
- You have worked or lived across multiple markets, or speak more than one language.
This might not be right for you if...
- You want a people-management role now rather than a high-autonomy IC remit.
- Your AI experience is primarily prompting for drafts rather than building and evaluating systems.
- You prefer high-volume production to a small portfolio of high-conviction work.
- You are uncomfortable challenging vague, unsourced, or off-voice work—including work from senior stakeholders.
- You need a tightly defined execution plan rather than shaping a function under ambiguity.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to partner with Mistral's code and vibe research team - the researchers shaping how our models write, reason about, and play with code. You'll be their operational counterpart - the person who absorbs what the team is working on and makes it legible to the team, to leadership, and to adjacent teams.
This isn't a coordination role. It's a research partnership role - embedded with the team, fluent in what they're building, and operationally responsible for everything that isn't the science itself.
The ideal candidate is someone who is genuinely excited about code models. You play with them. You have opinions about what makes them feel good to use. You read the papers because you want to, not because you have to. A research background is a plus but not required - what matters is that you care about this domain and can hold your own in a room full of researchers working on it.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Research Visibility: Partner with the team to maintain a shared, accessible view of their ongoing work - what's in flight, where it's heading, what's ready to hand off. Make the research legible to adjacent teams and leadership without pulling researchers into status work.
- Operational Partnership: Be the team's operational partner. Handle the coordination, resourcing, and cross-team conversations that would otherwise sit on researchers' plates - so the team can stay focused on the science.
- Research-to-release: Own the operational path from research work to release candidate for code and vibe workstreams. Partner with the release function to ensure the team's work flows cleanly into Mistral's release machinery.
- Visibility & Communication Cadence: Code and vibe research connects to many other efforts across the organization. Keep these interfaces clean and high-signal, so the team's work integrates naturally with the wider science org.
- Strategic Communication: Translate the team's work into clear, well-timed updates for leadership and adjacent teams - what's being built, what matters, what's coming next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Genuine enthusiasm for code models and coding assistants - you play with them, push them, have opinions about them
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or research coordination
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping it into structure
- Ability to engage substantively with research work and build real credibility with technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical detail into clarity for different audiences
Nice to have criteria/ would be ideal if you have/are:
- Experience in research-heavy or ML/AI organizations
- Familiarity with code generation, coding agents, software engineering benchmarks, or related research areas
- Hands-on experience with modern coding tools - you're a user, not just an observer
- Track record of building systemic processes from the ground up
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments where priorities shift quickly
WHY JOIN US?
- Shape how frontier AI is built and released: You’ll design and operate the systems that connect scientific discovery to real-world deployment - ensuring our work scales with clarity, reliability, and speed
- Work inside the Science OS: Join a team building the operational backbone of Mistral’s science organization - where structure meets creativity and processes evolve through use, not bureaucracy
- Drive visible, high-leverage impact: Your work will sit at the intersection of research, engineering, and leadership - turning complexity into alignment and enabling confident, data-informed decisions across the company

About Core Products & Platform
Core Products & Platform is the foundation that powers the entire product — we build and maintain what every other direction at Fundraise Up depends on, and we directly secure the revenue that drives our mission. We own the full donation lifecycle: from the moment a donor lands on a checkout page to the financial flows behind every transaction, the integrations that connect our platform to the nonprofit's ecosystem, and the platform infrastructure that makes everything scale. Experiment velocity is our competitive DNA. 80%+ of growth experiments run through our products. We move fast, we measure everything, and we never break what matters.
The Role
We are looking for Product Managers to join Core Products & Platform and take full end-to-end ownership of a product domain that directly impacts donation volume, platform reliability, and nonprofit success. These are high-stakes, high-ownership roles. You will set strategy, define roadmaps, write specs that engineering can build from, and drive outcomes — not just ship features. You'll work in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success to turn complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions. You won't be handed a finished playbook. You'll help write it.
What You’ll Own
Product strategy and roadmap for your domain — with clear priorities and the reasoning behind every decision
End-to-end delivery from discovery through to launch and post-launch validation
Specifications that engineering can build from — with detailed requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria covered
Stakeholder alignment — keeping Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership informed and coordinated
Domain health — product metrics, reliability signals, and the right balance between new features, experiments, and technical sustainability
What You’ll Do
Define and own your domain's quarterly goals and success metrics
Run structured discovery: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel review, and data exploration
Write engineering-ready specs — clear, with edge cases covered and no open questions left
Partner directly with PM Growth on experiment design and high-velocity delivery
Collaborate with GTM (Sales, CSM, PMM) to resolve enterprise-critical issues and translate client needs into scalable product improvements
Track product health and understand what's driving changes — with clear attribution and causal reasoning
Use AI as a default tool across research, analysis, spec writing, and communication
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environment
Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Strong delivery track record: you ship complex features in high-pressure environments without dropping quality
Ability to write specifications engineers can build from — precise, with edge cases and acceptance criteria
Data fluency: you define metrics, interpret results, and drive decisions with evidence
Systems thinking: you see the product as a whole, understand dependencies, and anticipate the impact of decisions
Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is normal
Nice To Have
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial product flows
Experience in B2B SaaS platforms with API/integration complexity
Experience with A/B experimentation frameworks at high velocity
Familiarity with enterprise nonprofit or fundraising domain
AI at Fundraise Up
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool — not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.
Why work with us
A strong, collaborative product team that owns what it builds
Clear product vision and access to real customer feedback from global nonprofit leaders
Flat structure: no politics, just great work with great people
Transparent company culture—we share how we’re growing, where revenue comes from, and what’s next
Long-term focus: we offer equity options and value sustained, meaningful contribution
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation range: €5,600 - €6,100 gross. Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with requirements, and location.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
🤓
We’re looking for a
Senior Product Builder
who wants to own product problems, not just engineering tasks.
You’ll work across the full lifecycle of B2B initiatives:
understand → shape → build → ship → measure → iterate
This is not a frontend or backend-specific role. Our main stack is Ruby on Rails and React, but we care more about strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment and the ability to work across the stack when needed.
You won’t receive a perfectly specified backlog. You’ll be expected to help create the work: understand merchants and the business, challenge assumptions, work through ambiguity and decide with the team what is worth building.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Merchant Experience team
🧩
We build the B2B product experiences that help merchants manage and grow their business with seQura.
The team owns merchant-facing products and the platform behind them, including order management, analytics, self-service capabilities, growth initiatives and platform features used by other B2B teams.
We are a small team of senior Product Engineers and a Product Designer, with
no dedicated Product Manager by design
.
Engineers are expected to contribute beyond implementation: understanding problems, shaping opportunities, making product and technical decisions, shipping solutions and checking their outcomes.
Initiatives are led by engineers who take ownership of a problem, gather context, define the hypothesis and success criteria, shape the work, drive delivery and follow up after launch.
AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow. As implementation gets faster, we expect engineers to spend more of their judgment on
what to build, why it matters and what we learn from it
.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem understanding to outcome validation.
Act as Champion for initiatives: gather context, define hypotheses and success criteria, shape the work and drive it forward.
Work directly with merchants, business stakeholders, Product Design and other engineering teams when needed.
Build and operate production software across backend and frontend.
Make pragmatic product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
Use data, feedback and experiments to decide whether to iterate, change direction or stop.
Contribute to evolving Merchant Portal into a platform other B2B teams can build on.
Use AI throughout your workflow, including exploration, implementation, testing, debugging and learning unfamiliar systems.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
Learn the B2B domain, Merchant Portal, codebase and current initiatives. Shadow a Champion, meet key stakeholders and start contributing.
Month 2
Own a small initiative with support from the team, from understanding the problem to shipping it.
Month 3
Act as Champion for an initiative: frame the problem, define the hypothesis and success criteria, ship a solution and check the outcome.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
7+ years of experience building production software.
Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Experience owning work beyond implementation.
Comfortable working across backend and frontend when needed.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information.
Strong product and customer curiosity.
High autonomy, ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and other teams.
Experience using AI meaningfully in your software development workflow.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React.
Strong full-stack experience.
Experience building platforms or capabilities used by other teams.
Experience with product discovery, experimentation or success metrics.
Spanish fluency.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the systems that power a large-scale data collection operation, including the collection platform, operator tooling, data pipeline, and fleet infrastructure.
This is an engineering role. Day-to-day teleoperation is performed by a dedicated operator team that you direct — you build what they run on, and you own what comes out of it.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $105/hour
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain the software behind our data collection stations — teleoperation stack, multi-camera recording, and session tooling.
Deploy and upgrade that stack across the fleet without stopping collection; keep workstations, containers, and networking healthy.
Own the data pipeline end to end: automated validation, conversion into our dataset format, upload, metadata, and versioning.
Build the QA tooling that catches dropped frames, stream desync, bad calibration, and mislabeled episodes before data reaches training.
Direct a team of teleoperators — define task protocols and SOPs, onboard them on new tasks and embodiments, review session quality, and unblock them daily.
Own fleet reliability: calibration and firmware pipelines, sensor and end-effector integration, root-cause analysis of recurring faults, and vendor escalation.
Bring up new stations and new embodiments; report throughput, yield, and data health to the research team.
What we need to see
MS in CS, Robotics, EE/ME, or a related field (or BS with equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years building software for real robot systems — not simulation only.
A system you designed and shipped that other people depended on daily, and that you kept running.
Strong Python and Linux; Docker, git, CI, and SSH-based fleet administration.
Robot middleware and real-time multi-sensor recording — ROS 2 or equivalent vendor SDKs.
Experience supporting a data collection or teleoperation operation: you have built the tools operators depend on and owned throughput and quality numbers.
Comfortable around robot hardware — arms or humanoids, dexterous hands, RGB-D cameras, and the calibration that keeps them honest.
Able to lead operators without formal authority: you write clear SOPs, train people, and communicate status without being asked.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
XR teleoperation: Quest / PICO / Vision Pro, motion-capture gloves, whole-body retargeting.
Imitation-learning data tooling — LeRobot, HDF5/Zarr episode stores, dataset versioning, S3 at TB–PB scale.
Built internal dashboards or tooling for a production line or high-throughput lab.
Open-source contributions to robotics data or teleoperation tooling.
