ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a People Tech & Analytics Engineer on the People team, you will build the systems, data pipelines, and automations behind how Mistral runs People Operations. Reporting to the People Tech & Analytics Lead, you will turn the roadmap into reality: wiring our HR tech stack together, making data flow reliably between systems, and automating people processes with third-party tools as well as Mistral's own models, agents, and APIs.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who loves building. You will spend most of your time in the systems and the data, deep-diving into problems: connecting HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity, and finance tools, standing up the data layer behind our people metrics, and shipping automations that remove manual work from the People team.
If you are a data engineer or people technology specialist who wants to deliver meaningful automation outcomes at Europe's largest AI company, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and data pipelines across our HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity and finance), run data quality checks, and fix inconsistencies at the source.
- Implement and evolve the Metabase visualisation layer of our people data lake, build the dashboards and self-serve reporting managers and People partners rely on, and run hands-on analyses of workforce trends, retention and organisational health, supporting the move to conversational insights for leadership.
- Design, build, test and document automated workflows, mainly with Mistral's own models, agents and APIs, with human review wherever decisions affect people, monitor live automations with alerting, error handling, logging and runbooks, and prototype AI use cases on people processes, productionising the ones that prove their worth.
- Implement configuration changes across the HR tech stack (workflows, fields, roles and permissions, new countries and entities), support testing and rollout of system changes and integrations, and act as first-line troubleshooter for the People team, leading issue resolution through to production with a clear audit trail.
- Architect end-to-end HR workflows with key stakeholders in HR Operations, Business Partnering and Reward, and implement data governance in practice: quality standards, access controls, retention rules and audit trails for employee data.
- Provide clear enablement materials in Notion so the People team and managers can use our systems confidently, with strong tier-1 support via a bot.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or HR technology, ideally within an HR or People function or working closely with one as a stakeholder.
- Strong practical SQL and Python skills: you are comfortable building pipelines and transformations yourself.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Ashby, and integrating them with ATS, payroll, identity and finance tools via APIs, middleware and data pipelines.
- Real automation experience: you have built and maintained workflows in n8n or similar tools such as Make, Zapier, Workato or Langdock, and you are excited to do the same with Mistral's own models and tooling.
- Working experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery) and the modern data stack (dbt or similar), and with visualisation tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
- You are low-ego and team-spirited, and you take a prioritised problem and run with it in ambiguity: you would rather build a first version and iterate than wait for a perfect spec. You start from the HR need, not the technology, stay hands-on, and have a track record of building foundations in growing organisations without creating legacy.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

Our Story
Founded in 2009, we’re one of the world’s leading game studios, and proud of our extremely international team, consisting of more than 50 different nations. We are part of Playtika and the global leader in the category of Hidden Object Games. With June’s Journey, we’re providing joy for millions of players around the world every day.
How we work
Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
As a Mid-level Game Artist at Wooga, you will join the Content Creative team of June's Journey, Wooga's most successful title, and bring our features, events, and in-game offers to life for millions of players. Every campaign we run is a small piece of storytelling: a moment with June and her friends that invites players into a new event or feature. You will work closely with product marketing managers, monetization managers, UI artists, writers and the wider art team to turn briefs into striking in-game announcements that tell these stories at a glance.
Your canvas is the game's rich library of existing art - characters, isometric sets, hidden object scenes, key art - which you will recombine, repaint and compose into fresh, exciting campaigns. This is a role for someone who thinks like an illustrator, has a strong instinct for composition and moves at the pace of a live game.
Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Creating in-game announcements and campaign visuals for new features, live events and sales offers, from brief to final asset.
Telling the story of June and her friends in every campaign, so that announcements feel like a natural part of the game's world rather than an advertisement.
Recombining, adapting and painting over existing art assets to build compelling compositions that communicate a clear message and a clear emotion.
Applying strong composition, colour and visual hierarchy so that every announcement reads instantly and beautifully on mobile screens.
Working with monetisation and product marketing to understand the goal of each campaign and translating it into the right visual and narrative treatment.
Using AI-supported workflows as a natural part of your process to explore variations, speed up production and keep quality high.
Maintaining consistency with the established art style and visual grammar of announcements, while bringing freshness and creativity within it.
Reacting to late changes in offer composition quickly and accurately, ensuring every asset reflects what players will actually receive.
Contributing to templates, documentation and process improvements for the Content Creative team.
About You
You have a strong portfolio demonstrating illustration and composition skills, with a sense for character, mood and storytelling in a single image.
You have solid digital painting skills and an advanced understanding of Photoshop, and can seamlessly blend existing assets with your own paintwork.
You have a keen eye for composition, colour and visual hierarchy, and understand how to guide the viewer's attention.
You enjoy working with narrative and can translate a story beat or a character moment into an appealing visual.
You are open to and curious about AI tools, and willing to integrate them into your daily workflow as part of a modern production pipeline.
You thrive in a fast-paced live-ops environment, can manage several small tasks in parallel and are comfortable with quick turnarounds.
You have experience with and can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide and receive feedback from colleagues.
You embrace teamwork and can communicate both effectively and respectfully.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the yoga, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.

THE ROLE
As a People Tech & Analytics Lead on the People team, you will turn people data into better decisions at Mistral. You will own the roadmap for our HR technology stack, from the HRIS transformation to integrations and data architecture, and build the analytics, dashboards and models that help our leaders understand how we hire, grow, retain and reward our people, and act on what they learn.
You will do it the Mistral way: automating people processes with our own models, workflows and agents, and partnering with HR Operations, Business Partnering, Legal, Finance and IT to turn business needs into well-designed systems.

- Own the automation and AI roadmap for people processes: build agents and workflows with Mistral's own models and APIs, set the standards for how they're designed, tested and monitored, and lead cross-functional projects from scoping to rollout.
- Manage and mentor the People Tech & Analytics Engineer, set priorities, and grow the team as needs evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep experience in HR technology and people analytics, ideally in a high-growth tech company: expert in at least one, broad in both, and comfortable building from scratch.
- A strong product mindset: you turn complex business and employee needs into intuitive, practical solutions, starting from the HR need, not the technology.
- Experience with global HR tech platforms such as HiBob, Deel or Rippling, and the integrations, data architecture and governance connecting them to ATS, payroll, identity and finance.
- Strong workflow-automation experience (n8n or similar) and a real appetite to build with our own LLMs, agents and APIs, with the judgement to know where AI helps and where it doesn't.
- Solid analytics foundations (forecasting, visualisation, modern data stack such as Snowflake or BigQuery), experience building people analytics and data governance on workforce data, and working knowledge of GDPR as it applies to employee data.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders, turning data into clear, decision-ready recommendations, and managing or mentoring technical or analytical team members, with the hands-on pragmatism to prototype and review technical work yourself.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your mission: drive ARR growth by turning hundreds (soon thousands) of n8n agency partners into a demand engine through scaled marketing programs.
Our agency partner network includes automation specialists and small consultancies with most ranging from 1–50 people. They leverage n8n to help their customers automate and transform their business - they have technical skills and customer knowledge but most have limited marketing resources.
The goal for this position is to define, build and launch creative marketing programs that our agency partners can utilize to grow their business with n8n. This will include building scalable self-serve programs (one to many) as well as working with some of the larger agency partners on specific marketing programs (one to one). Here’s an overview of what this position will be responsible for:
Build the program portfolio - Drive adoption
- Work directly with the agency partner marketing managers to define the overall strategy - what playbooks, what investments, what markets etc.
- Ship ready-to-run programs: Event-in-a-Box kits for local workshops and seminars, email and social campaigns, industry-specific use-case campaigns, reusable customer stories and simple demand-gen playbooks.
- Make every program executable without help: clear steps, editable templates and localisable assets that work for a solo consultant and a 50-person agency, in any region.
- Drive awareness and adoption of the various marketing programs through scaled and creative communications.
Measure and multiply
- Track the full funnel from access to download, execution, customer opportunities and revenue — for partners and for n8n.
- Use partner feedback and performance data to decide what to scale, what to change and what to stop.
- Turn each working program into a repeatable model for the next one, and automate your own program operations with n8n where it saves time.
- Measure the overall business impact and growth from agency partner generated business.
Requirements
Must-have
- Partner marketing at scale: You've built one-to-many programs adopted by hundreds or thousands of partners, and can show adoption numbers
- Self-service program design: You've packaged marketing so non-marketers can run it (kits, templates, playbooks) and know what makes them get used rather than downloaded
- Small-business empathy: You understand how small consultancies work and design for their limited time, budget and marketing know-how
- Outcome-driven measurement: You measure execution and pipeline, not asset views, and you're comfortable stopping a program that isn't working
- Bias for action: You're happy as a first hire with limited design and development support; you ship a pilot quickly and improve it with real data
- Global mindset: You've run programs across several regions and segments, and know how to localise without rebuilding from scratch
Nice-to-have
- Strategic partner programs: You've also built custom marketing programs with large partners that ran over several months or quarters
- Channel or ecosystem background: You've worked on an agency, solutions-partner or reseller program at a software company
- Hands-on with automation: You've built workflows yourself — in n8n or similar tools — and can talk shop with technical partners
- Local events: You've designed field events or workshops that others delivered
- Languages: You work professionally in a language beyond English

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ ALAN PRECISION: WHY THIS EXISTS
Your body knows before you do. The signals are there years before symptoms. And yet, in 2026, the system around us isn't catching them.
50% of non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, many cancers) are preventable with lifestyle changes, and we're not capturing them. Western countries have seen healthspan flatline for years, meaning we live longer, but not better. 46% of Europeans report mental health issues. The kind of deep, personalised health reading that could change this has been reserved for the few who could afford a 3,000€ check-up, and built for filing reports rather than changing lives.
We don't accept that.
Alan Precision is our bet on advanced prevention as the new norm of care. We combine biology, wearables, medical history, and lifestyle context, read it all as a connected system with AI supervised by physicians, and turn the result into a personalised protocol the member actually executes across sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and supplementation. Then we retest, learn, and adapt. Health is a moving target. We move with it.
Our ambition: make Alan Precision the reference for advanced prevention in Europe by 2030.
⭐ THE FOUNDING GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Alan Precision is live, with fast week-over-week growth. Now we need to turn a new category into a habit: hundreds of thousands of customers in the coming years, and a measurable impact on their health. You will be the first growth and go-to-market person on the crew, accountable for two numbers: how many members subscribe to Precision, and how many stay, retest and renew.
The crew was launched by the founding team of ARO, acquired by Alan in 2026, to move fast and apply their learnings from building a preventive health company.
It is a unique playground. You get the means of one of France's biggest scale-ups (1M+ members reachable from day one, an ecosystem of products like Mo, Play and Clinic, and a brand carried by ambassadors like Kylian Mbappé) with the culture and pace of a fast-growing startup: small crew, short loops, everything still to invent.
🔭 SCOPE: THREE GO-TO-MARKET ENGINES
1. Direct-to-member: turn Alan's 1M+ members into Precision subscribers.
Offering paid services that members subscribe to by themselves inside Alan is a pretty new go-to-market for us, and you invent it.
- Build the CRM and lifecycle engine: segments, triggers, sequences, in-app moments.
- Use product data to decide who to push Precision to, when and where: which actions, traits or life moments make it relevant, and which do not.
- Position Precision inside the surfaces of other product crews (Mo, Play, Clinic, Shop), with their teams and push the right message at the right time.
- Own recurrence: activation after the first check-up, retests, renewals, reactivation. Acquisition without retention does not count.
2. B2B: get Alan's client companies to offer Precision to their employees.
Almost everything is to define: business model, offer format, pricing logic, sales motion.
- Work with our B2B Marketing team to understand the constraints of our Sales and Account Management teams, give them the right pitch and materials, and set the right targets with them.
- Meet HR buyers yourself to learn what makes them pay.
3. Beyond Alan: take Precision to the open market.
Once the internal engine runs:
- Apply the full B2C health and e-commerce playbook to acquire users that are not insured by Alan
- Your levers will be numerous, across paid acquisition, influence, partnerships, brand.
Across all three:
- Create demand in a market that is still being created. Talk to members every week, define the value proposition and the messages that make people want advanced prevention, and push for the product changes that go with them.
- Build a brand people want, and explain it simply. Make advanced prevention desirable and easy to understand, with our Brand team, without overpromising.
- Say what can be said. Health communication is regulated: medical biology, health claims, influencer rules, use of health data for targeting. You work with our medical and legal teams and turn these constraints into sharper, more credible messages.
- Measure and decide. Funnels, cohorts, holdouts, channel performance. Pick the next bet, cut what does not work, share what we learned.
- Own it end to end. From the idea of a strategy to the campaign live in production: you design it, write it, build it, ship it and iterate on it yourself. Sharp copywriting is a core part of the job.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent in French and English.
- You have grown a B2C product from its early days. Ideally as the first growth or go-to-market person, on a subscription in health, wellbeing or e-commerce. You can tell us which channels you picked, which ones you cut, and why.
- A creative Swiss army knife who prioritises. You can do a bit of everything and you find channels and angles nobody has thought of yet. You know the job is to pick the right one, execute it, measure it and move to the next.
- Lifecycle and CRM at scale. Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze or equivalent: segmentation, behavioural triggers, in-app moments.
- Analytical rigour. You read a funnel, build a cohort, set up a holdout and call a result. You measure success in subscribers, retention and revenue.
- Hands-on, and a great writer. You love taking an idea all the way to production yourself: the strategy, the copy, the campaign, the dashboard. You write well and fast, and you turn a complex medical topic into a clear, desirable promise.
- Customer-obsessed. You talk to members every week and you are just as comfortable in front of an HR director.
- Fluent with AI. You build with AI every day: assets, copy variants, segments, analyses and even building your own tools. You use it to go faster, and you keep your judgment on what ships.
- Driven by health, and rigorous about it. Health matters to you, and when something blocks, you find a way. You make people want to act with messages that hold up in front of a physician.
Nice to haves
- Experience with regulated health communication (claims, health data, medical services).
- B2B2C, employee benefits or HR tech.
- Paid acquisition and influencer marketing in B2C.
- Pricing and packaging of subscription offers.
- You own your own health: Whoop, Oura, blood tests, supplements are no secret for you.
🌍 HOW WE WORK

- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration.

If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs — a role that’s strategic, high-impact, and deeply collaborative. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for our Go-to-Market (GTM) org, partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to hire exceptional talent that drives our business forward.
This isn’t a conventional recruiter role — you’ll work alongside GTM Sourcers and hiring leaders to define role strategy, design world-class candidate experiences, and deliver outstanding hires across global markets. You’ll help shape what it means to build elite GTM teams in a fast-moving AI company.
If you’re energized by ownership, creative problem-solving, and building recruiting systems that scale — and if you care deeply about quality, speed, and candidate experience — this role is for you.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE
- Full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of GTM roles, from early-stage hires to strategic senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Partnering closely with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify key success signals that elevate quality of hire.
- Collaborating with GTM Sourcers to build and execute strategic sourcing plays, including market mapping, talent pools, and targeted pipelines across regions.
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines across global time zones with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and high-touch experience.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, role benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations.
- Representing ElevenLabs externally — every interaction with candidates is an opportunity to bring our brand and values to life.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, ideally in high-growth technology environments (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact > years). Specifically we’d like to see experience recruiting for quota-carrying roles, sales background a plus.
- A track record of closing high-caliber talent in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.
- Comfortable managing high volume, complex roles with multiple search priorities - while maintaining high quality and urgency.
- Strong partnership skills — you influence hiring leaders with clarity, data, and operational rigor.
- Exceptional communication — you craft compelling role narratives and maintain excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborates seamlessly across teams and time zones.
- You know what great looks like, whether from building Revenue teams at standout tech companies or from your own experience carrying a number and winning in sales
Bonus:
- We’re especially excited about candidates with regional specialization or experience recruiting in one or more of these high-growth markets:
- Middle East
- Having deep networks, language capabilities, and cultural fluency in these regions is a strong plus as we continue expanding our global GTM footprint.
- Additional bonus points for:
- Data fluency — tracking and improving recruiting metrics and operating with an analytics mindset.
- A builder’s mindset — you iterate, experiment, learn patterns, and refine GTM hiring playbooks.
- Arabic language is plus

As a Lead Strategy Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and front door to Exadel, where you'll work directly with senior client leaders, often at the C-suite level, helping them clarify their business goals, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define the outcomes that matter most. We believe great consulting doesn't begin with a predefined problem or solution. It begins with curiosity, asking the right questions, understanding what keeps clients up at night, and looking beyond their initial requests to determine what they are ultimately trying to achieve.
You'll help clients set strategies that evaluate the right combination of people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology to achieve their goals. This may involve improving business performance, developing new capabilities, addressing operational challenges, or enabling broader transformation.
And once the strategy is defined, you won't simply hand it off. You'll work alongside our broader delivery teams to help turn strategic direction into tangible outcomes, ensuring solutions work for the people and organizations they are intended to serve.
What You'll Do
Lead client engagements, shaping opportunities, Problems & Solutions
Own consulting workstreams and engagements end-to-end, accountable for quality, timelines, budgets, and client outcomes
Lead workshops, asking thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions to uncover what clients are truly trying to achieve, rather than simply accepting their initial problem statement or proposed solution
Identify underlying challenges, root causes, and opportunities that may not be immediately apparent, helping clients focus on the outcomes that will create the greatest value
Help clients define what success looks like and translate their goals into strategic priorities, actionable recommendations, and practical roadmaps
Develop Executable Strategies
Develop client strategies and own strategic roadmaps grounded in business realities and focused on measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and business performance
Evaluate strategic options across people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology, including AI where it can deliver meaningful value
Lead business case development, quantify opportunities, and confidently present investment recommendations to client leadership and finance teams
Work with Exadel's broader advisory, design, data, AI, and engineering teams to ensure strategies can be translated into tangible solutions
Build Client Relationships & Grow the Business
Build trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers, developing a deep understanding of their business, priorities, and evolving needs
Recognize emerging challenges and opportunities where Exadel can deliver additional value, helping shape new engagements and long-term partnerships
Support proposals, pitches, business cases, and solution development for new opportunities
Contribute to thought leadership that helps organizations navigate evolving business challenges, strategic opportunities, and the role of emerging technologies
Help Shape Our Consulting Practice
Contribute to the development and evolution of consulting frameworks, methodologies, and reusable approaches that strengthen our ability to deliver client value
Help build and scale our strategy consulting capabilities, influencing how we engage clients, shape opportunities, and deliver outcomes
Mentor and coach other consultants, strengthening their strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client leadership skills

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own.
That's where the
Forward Deployed Product Manager
comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too.
This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known.
What will I be doing?
Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately.
Run the full arc yourself.
Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag.
Be the AI expert in the room.
Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin.
Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D
so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race.
Turn what you learn in the field into product.
Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap.
Build the playbook as you go:
the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first.
Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin
. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here.
Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services.
What skills do I need?
Experience:
No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure.
Customer obsession:
Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results.
Communication & storytelling:
You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience.
Technical fluency:
You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups.
Evidence-based thinking:
You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story.
Cross-functional influence:
You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin.
Comfort with ambiguity:
You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
Operational rigor:
Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish.
Even better if you have:
Experience building product for enterprise customers
Startup or B2B SaaS experience
Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success

You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a technology company that makes it easy to discover and get the best of your city delivered to your door. Founded in Helsinki in 2014 and now part of DoorDash, we operate in 30+ countries, connecting customers with local restaurants, grocery stores and retailers through our app and delivering it all through courier partners.
Three groups make that marketplace work: the customers who order, the courier partners who deliver, and the merchants who sell. This role sits on the merchant side. Merchant Operations owns the support experience for our restaurant, grocery and retail partners, covering everything from onboarding and menu management to the day-to-day operational issues that come up while they're trading. That support is delivered through a combination of internal Wolt Operations teams and external BPO partners.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our Merchant Operations team, the Content, Training & Quality (CTQ) Manager plays a key role in making sure that the people who support our merchant partners know exactly how to do the work, and do it consistently. This is a global role: your audience is both our external BPO agents and our internal Operations team across 30+ Wolt countries.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Content Ownership:
Build and maintain the process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles behind Merchant Operations workflows. Consolidate what exists today into one coherent, findable, and trustworthy source, and keep it current as processes change.
Training Design & Delivery:
Organise, facilitate, design and/or deliver onboarding and upskilling programmes for internal operations teams and external BPO agents — live sessions, workshops, and self-serve modules in Cornerstone. You'll apply sound instructional design: define what someone needs to be able to do, build the shortest path to getting them there, and measure whether it worked.
Stakeholder Management:
Work across operations team leaders and process owners to understand how each process actually runs, align on what "correct" looks like, and drive adoption of new or updated ways of working. You will influence without direct authority, which makes this a core part of the role rather than an add-on.
Build the Quality Framework
: Establish our quality assurance approach from the ground up, together with the Operations team — defining what gets checked, how it's scored, and how often. Then close the loop by translating what the checks surface into the next round of content and training improvements.
Continuous Improvement & Scale:
Proactively identify where unclear process, content, or training is driving errors, rework, or long handling times, and close those gaps before they become escalations – staying close enough to the work, through quality reviews, agent feedback and performance data. You’ll design CTQ for reuse and consitency across 30+ countries and multiple delivery partners rather than rebuilding market by market, while leaving room for genuine local differences.
Our humble expectations:
Experience
: 3–5 years in operations, learning & development, process enablement, or customer support — preferably in a marketplace, e-commerce, delivery, or other fast-paced operational environment. We're open on background: what matters is that you've built content and training for people doing repeatable operational work.
Content & Training:
Demonstrated experience creating operational content (SOPs, process documentation, knowledge-base articles) and designing and delivering training to distributed, multicultural teams. Formal instructional design or adult learning knowledge is a strong plus.
Analytical Mindset:
Comfort working with quality and performance data to spot where processes are breaking down and prioritise what to fix first.
Ownership:
Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment, set your own starting point, and drive changes through to adoption without close direction. Mess doesn't paralyse you — you sequence a clean-up, make concrete decisions on the best available data, and get on with it.
Teaching Instinct:
You're a natural simplifier who'd rather write three clear pages than fifteen thorough ones, and you adapt how you teach to the audience in front of you — including stakeholders more senior than you. You build trust quickly with operational teams and can get busy people to give you what you need.
Bonus points
Experience with BPO or outsourced operations teams, or setting up a quality assurance framework from scratch.
What we offer
A blank page, not a maintenance job.
A global quality assurance framework doesn't exist yet — you'll build it from the ground up with the Operations team, and consolidate scattered documentation into something people actually trust and use.
Genuine global scope at IC level.
Your work reaches internal Operations teams and external delivery partners across 30+ countries, with exposure to the wider DoorDash network.
Measurable impact.
This isn't content that disappears into a wiki — you'll see handling times, error rates, and agent confidence move as a direct result of what you build.
Real autonomy.
You set the roadmap and decide where to start. No one looking over your shoulder.
Career growth in a fast-moving sector.
A dynamic environment at the centre of delivery and e-commerce, with room to grow as the function you're building matures.
Salary package and benefits
, plus discounts on Wolt orders.

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
In 2025 we doubled, from 95 to 200 people. Today we hire fewer roles, but more senior ones, and every single hire moves the needle. We have built a hiring system we believe in: a clear profile for every role, structured interviews, real-life cases and culture fit assessment on every final. Now we need recruiters who make it run every day, go out and find people who raise the bar, and close them fast.
You will own a portfolio of roles across Adapty, from engineering and product to marketing and sales, working directly with hiring managers and founders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own your vacancies end to end: from intake with the hiring manager to an accepted offer. Every search starts with a clear profile and ends with the right hire.
- Hire the best people, fast. Run a tight process and keep Time to Offer low without lowering the bar.
- Proactively bring top talent to Adapty. Map the market, run direct outreach and build pipelines instead of waiting for inbound.
- Partner with hiring managers and drive alignment. Challenge the brief when it's wrong, keep feedback loops short, and push back when the data says so.
- Run structured interviews and assess candidates against our values and the role's competencies.
- Keep ATS clean and data-driven: scorecards, rejection reasons and pipeline updates.
- Help improve how we hire: share what works, fix what doesn't, and make the process faster and better.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
- You have closed Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing, not only inbound or agencies.
- You think in numbers: hires, Time to Offer, funnel conversion and trial retention. You know your own and can explain what you did to move them.
- You are a strong stakeholder partner. You can run an intake, challenge a hiring manager and drive alignment.
- You move fast and own your results. When a role gets stuck, you are the first to know and you come with a plan.
- You write and speak fluent English and Russian.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience hiring for mobile, app economy, fintech or dev tools.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS, and with AI tools for sourcing and screening.
- Experience hiring across Europe and other remote markets.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
