About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
About the Role
We are looking for product focused full stack engineers to work on Teleport itself. You will build the user interfaces and backend APIs to implement them for all parts of Teleport. You will work on the full product lifecycle from working with customers to understand their problems, writing RFDs for your proposed design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
Teleport is an open source project and most of the code you will write will be open source and written in Go (or Rust), TypeScript, React.
What You'll Do
- Making Teleport more efficient by adding server-side pagination and filtering capabilities https://github.com/gravitational/teleport/blob/master/rfd/0055-webui-ss-paginate-filter.md
- Making Teleport easier to use by designing experiences that guide the user through the setup and onboarding process.
- Building user interfaces that support our passwordless https://github.com/gravitational/teleport/blob/master/rfd/0052-passwordless.md vision.
What We're Looking For
- Go experience
- TypeScript and React experience
- Strong understanding of web security https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Security
How We Hire
- You will join 30 minute intro call and we will walk you through the compensation, interview process and requirements.
- You will join a 30 minute call with the hiring manager, and we will walk you through the take home exercise and help answer questions
- You join a Slack channel and submit a coding challenge in Go and TypeScript https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/fullstack/challenge.md using GitHub.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

About this role:
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer (main back end focus) to work on our advertising analytics platform. What you will do in a typical day:
- Tackle interesting performance and scalability challenges.
- Meticulously refactor bunches of reports decimating code size and run time while preserving results.
- Intelligently manage tech debt while simultaneously delivering new features for the business.
- Code in SQL and C# (and occasionally js) in a mixed environment (Windows and Linux but mostly Windows) utilizing AWS, SQL Server, Redshift, Mongo, EntityFramework and ASP.NET http://asp.net/ Core.
- Participate in a Kanban/Devops dev process with fluid requirements, weekly scrums, and potentially be on-call w/Pagerduty

Our Engineering Culture
We believe that "Simplicity is a prerequisite for reliability." We are looking for engineers who align with our core values:
- Simplicity: We avoid over-engineering. We prefer the tools we already have and the most straightforward solutions over "shiny new toys."
- Quality: We write code that is a pleasure to read because we know code is written once but read many times. We don't cut corners, and we polish to a high level before shipping.
- Extreme Ownership: We don't just do the minimum. We expect you to understand the "why" behind your work and own the ultimate goal of fixing problems at their root cause, avoiding temporary band-aids.
- Prioritization: We focus relentlessly on what is important, not just what is urgent.

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets, including tokenized stocks and ETFs. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
Our Front-End / Web team is focused on building web applications and APIs enabling people to access and interact with complex investment products across multiple blockchains (ex. Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana, Sui, Aptos). The team works on a wide breadth of Ondo products (ex. Onboarding, Mint/Redeem experience for USDY & OUSG (Yield Assets), Tokenized Stocks and ETFs (
Ondo Global Markets
), Portfolio Experience, Bridge, Flux Finance).
