The Global Tax Team is looking for an experienced
Senior Tax Specialist
to anchor our direct income tax compliance and US GAAP tax reporting from India. Working closely with our US-based Senior Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager, you will own the data, calculations and documentation behind the group's quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740, and support the corporate income tax compliance cycle for our legal entities worldwide.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role at the centre of the group's tax reporting cycle. You will work across a large multinational footprint, coordinate with external preparers and local finance teams in multiple regions, and help build a reporting process that is accurate, auditable and increasingly automated.
Key Responsibilities
US GAAP tax provision (ASC 740):
Prepare the quarterly and annual income tax provision for group legal entities — current and deferred tax, deferred tax proofs, effective tax rate reconciliation, valuation allowance assessments and return-to-provision true-ups.
Uncertain tax positions:
Support the identification, measurement and documentation of uncertain tax positions (ASC 740-10 / FIN 48), including the roll-forward and supporting memoranda.
Direct tax compliance:
Coordinate the end-to-end corporate income tax compliance cycle across our entities — data gathering, validation against the general ledger, instructing and managing external preparers, technical review of draft returns and book-to-tax reconciliations, and approval of advance/estimated tax payments.
India compliance support:
Support Indian direct tax obligations for the local entity, including corporate income tax returns, TDS/withholding compliance, tax audit requirements and related filings.
Account reconciliation:
Reconcile current and deferred income tax accounts, maintain tax payable and tax receivable schedules, and track withholding tax credits and foreign tax credits across jurisdictions.
Reporting & disclosure support:
Prepare inputs for income tax disclosures and supporting schedules, and support data collection for Pillar Two / GloBE and country-by-country reporting.
Audit & controls:
Support statutory auditors and local tax authority reviews by preparing documentation, reconciling positions and drafting responses. Maintain evidence of tax process controls in line with SOX readiness requirements.
Legislative monitoring:
Track direct tax law changes in key jurisdictions and assess their impact on the provision, the effective tax rate and compliance obligations.
Calendar management:
Maintain the global direct tax compliance calendar and provision timetable, and drive adherence to close deadlines.
Process improvement:
Identify and implement improvements to tax data collection, provision workpapers and reporting — reducing manual re-keying, strengthening data integrity and shortening the close cycle.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
Certification:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified, or CPA / Master's in Taxation or equivalent. Strongly preferred.
Experience:
6+ years of direct tax experience in an international company or a Big 4 / large consulting firm, with a substantial portion dedicated to income tax accounting and corporate income tax compliance.
US GAAP provision:
Demonstrable hands-on experience preparing income tax provisions under
ASC 740
— current and deferred tax, effective tax rate reconciliation, valuation allowances, return-to-provision and uncertain tax positions. Experience supporting a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction provision is a strong advantage.
Direct tax compliance:
Proven track record managing corporate income tax compliance cycles, including reviewing returns and workpapers prepared by external firms and reconciling them to the financial statements.
Indian tax:
Working knowledge of Indian direct tax — corporate income tax, TDS, tax audit and related filing requirements.
International tax awareness:
Familiarity with the modern international tax landscape — BEPS, Pillar Two / global minimum tax, withholding taxes, double tax treaties and transfer pricing documentation requirements.
Technology stack:
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday or comparable) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience with tax provision software (e.g. ONESOURCE Tax Provision, Longview) or data tools (Alteryx, Power BI) is highly desirable.
Controls:
Exposure to SOX or comparable internal control environments, and comfort documenting and evidencing tax process controls.
Soft skills:
Strong analytical and project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work to a fixed close calendar across time zones.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Tax Specialist to support the execution of our tax agenda across the EMEA and APAC regions. Based in Cyprus and working closely with our International Tax Leads for EMEA/APAC, you will play a hands-on role in delivering regional projects, keeping a fast-growing multinational footprint compliant, mitigating tax risk, and enabling new market and product launches.
This is a broad, high-exposure role: you will work across corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding taxes, permanent establishment risk and transfer pricing, in both mature EU markets and complex emerging-market jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Project support:
Support the International Tax Leads on EMEA/APAC projects — new market entries, product and payment flow launches, intercompany restructurings and entity rationalisation. Coordinate with external advisors, local finance teams and Accounting to ensure timely, accurate filings and reconciled tax accounts.

Assist with local file and documentation gathering, review of intercompany agreements, intercompany invoicing and recharges, and monitoring of local transfer pricing compliance and filing obligations.
Audit & controversy support:
Support local tax audits, information requests and authority queries by preparing documentation, reconciling tax positions and drafting responses alongside external advisors.
Tax accounting:
Support current and deferred tax computations, uncertain tax position assessments and provision inputs for the group reporting cycle.
Process improvement:
Identify opportunities to standardise and automate tax data collection, compliance tracking and reporting through ERP reporting, tax compliance management platforms and e-invoicing readiness.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a closely related field. A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ADIT, CPA or local equivalent) is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of dedicated tax experience in a multinational or Big 4 environment, with a strong EMEA and/or APAC focus. Hands-on experience with Cyprus tax (corporate income tax, IP Box, Cyprus VAT) and with emerging-market jurisdictions across Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia or South/Southeast Asia is a significant advantage.
Technical knowledge:
Solid grounding in international tax concepts — withholding taxes, permanent establishment, double tax treaties, transfer pricing — together with practical indirect tax experience across EU and non-EU regimes, including non-resident digital services VAT/GST registrations. Familiarity with Pillar Two and platform reporting obligations (DAC7 and equivalents) is welcome.
Language skills:
Professional fluency in
English
is essential.
Russian
and/or
Greek
is a strong plus; an additional EMEA or APAC language is welcome.
Systems:
Prior experience with NetSuite, Workday or comparable ERP systems is a plus, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Exposure to tax compliance management platforms (e.g. Loctax) is a plus.

We're looking for a Senior FP&A Specialist to act as a finance partner to our business units and support decision-making across the company.
In this role, you'll work directly with department heads on their budgets, projects and performance. You'll consolidate the company budget from department inputs, manage the monthly forecasting process, build long-term financial models with a five-year horizon, and calculate the economics and KPIs of department projects. You'll also track variances between plan and actuals, prepare management reports and presentations on financial performance, and participate in the automation of the planning process.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the finance business partner for a group of departments across the full cycle of their initiatives — from early idea, to budget approval, to post-launch review
Join department planning discussions and business reviews as the finance voice in the room, and translate their roadmaps and operational plans into financial outcomes
Challenge business assumptions and cost drivers, and propose alternatives when the numbers do not support the plan
Give departments the financial context and trade-off analysis they need to prioritize between competing initiatives
Own the annual budget for your departments: collect and challenge department inputs, consolidate them into the company budget, and ensure the data is accurate and complete
Run the monthly forecasting process: update the outlook for actuals and flag deltas to the full-year plan early
Build and maintain long-term financial models with a five-year forecast horizon, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
Prepare business cases for department projects — unit economics, ROI, payback and break-even
Define and calculate the financial KPIs of department projects, and track delivered performance against the original business case
Explain variances between plan and actuals in business terms, and what they mean for the full year
Prepare management reporting and financial performance presentations for leadership reviews, and own the numbers in them
Reconcile financial data across sources for consistency and accuracy
Automate the budgeting process and build self-serve reporting so departments can track their own budgets between planning cycles
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience as an FP&A Specialist, Finance Business Partner, or in a similar role, including direct partnering with non-finance departments and not only preparing reports
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
Experience building long-term financial models and project business cases, and confident use of financial modeling and reporting tools
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Proactive approach: you identify issues early and come with proposed solutions
Ability to hold a position in a discussion with a non-finance stakeholder and support it with analysis
Experience using AI tools to build reports and dashboards and to increase personal productivity
Experience with budgeting software and ERP systems is a plus; hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is a strong advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (Google Sheets, Google Presentation)

We are looking for a Senior AdOps Specialist to architect and scale the advertising ecosystem for our global multi-vertical platform. This role is not just about trafficking; it is a growth-focused, technical leadership position designed for a professional who has managed massive scale at "Big 5" holding companies and top-tier publishers. You will bridge the gap between our Real-Time Deal (RTD) marketplace mechanics and a sophisticated Mobility Media Network (RMN), ensuring every ad impression delivers measurable incremental value.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise-Scale Campaign Operations
End-to-End Orchestration: Lead the launch and pacing of complex, multi-market campaigns across inDrive’s core ride-hailing and urban services verticals.
Platform Mastery: Manage high-volume inventory using Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM360), ensuring precision in segmentation, targeting, and delivery.
Retail Media Integration: Implement “digital shelf” strategies to optimize both on-site (in-app) and off-site (social/DSP) conversions.
Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous "Big 5" agency-standard QA protocols to ensure 100% accuracy in tracking, brand safety, and creative rendering.
Technical Implementation & Automation
Workflow Engineering: utilize Python, SQL, and Scrapy to automate manual reporting tasks and audit partner revenue-share models for maximum profitability.
Stack Management: oversee the integration of mobile monetization tools and coordinate technical needs with engineering teams for custom ad-product launches.
Data Architecture: build advanced dashboards in Looker Studio and Redash that translate raw event data into actionable growth insights.
Performance & Yield Optimization
Strategic Experiments: execute continuous A/B testing on creative assets and landing pages to improve CTR and user behavior metrics across high-budget campaigns.
Yield Management: monitor supply-side health, including fill rates, eCPM, and floor pricing, to maximize revenue without compromising the user experience of the inDrive app.
Growth Consulting: act as an internal consultant for new product launches, adapting funnel structures for B2B AI startups or retail partners within the inDrive ecosystem.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in digital advertising, working with leading DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Meta, TikTok) or publishers (500k+ DAU).
Deep familiarity with marketplace-led advertising and last-mile conversion metrics.
Strong business-oriented mindset, with understanding of the full campaign lifecycle, from commercial agreements and IOs through to campaign delivery, reporting, and post-campaign reconciliation.
Strong understanding of web and app technologies (JavaScript, Flutter) with hands-on experience in ad tag implementation (GAM, GPT, native ads, HTML5 creatives).
Experience with the ad request lifecycle, rendering, and click tracking.
Experience debugging and troubleshooting ad delivery issues, including working with network logs, browser developer tools, and proxy tools such as Charles Proxy. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting. SQL is a plus.
Google Ad Manager (GAM360) certification.
Nice to have:
Experience with mobile ad integrations (Android/iOS) using SDKs (e.g., Google Mobile Ads SDK).
Hands-on experience independently implementing ad integrations across both web and in-app environments.
