Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Role
As a Program Manager for our Operational Support team, you will lead the design and delivery of large-scale programmes across the SMB Hub — from structured engagement frameworks to communications and change initiatives — that keep the Hub's commercial priorities moving and measurable. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with Sales, New Partner Experience (NMX), Account Management and Partner Support leads to ensure the right initiatives land at the right time, applying a recognised delivery methodology to keep programmes on track.
This is an ideal role for an individual with strong project and time management skills who can manage multiple concurrent programmes end-to-end, while also designing long-term frameworks that drive lasting change across a large, fast-moving operation.
The Team
The SMB Hub brings together our commercial teams — Sales, New Partner Experience (NPX), Account Management and Partner Support — responsible for Deliveroo's relationships with thousands of independent restaurant and retail partners across Europe, supported through our in-house contact centre in Manchester and third-party providers.
The Operational Support team is the glue that holds the Hub together. Within the team, we own workforce management (WFM), commercial excellence, tooling and automation — and this role is central to delivering change, ensuring effective communication throughout the Hub, and driving commercial excellence for our partners and the Hub as a whole.
Core Responsibilities
Programme & Change Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SMB initiatives — from scoping and governance through to sign-off, communications and reporting — so senior teams can track commercial impact.
Apply a consistent, recognised methodology (PRINCE2 or Six Sigma) to give initiatives clear milestones, risk management and quality control.
Design and embed a structured engagement framework for the Hub, defining how initiatives are prioritised, resourced and measured.
Strategic Planning
Translate Hub priorities into actionable delivery plans that support commercial objectives, such as Ad revenue growth and partner adoption of Ads and Offers.
Monitor delivery and engagement metrics (e.g. Peakon, adoption rates) and use the insight to adjust plans, manage risk and support decision-making.
Collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, NMX and Account Management to align delivery capacity with Hub priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Own the SMB communications strategy — channel ownership, sequencing and accountability — to improve clarity and consistency of key messages.
Produce clear, structured reporting that translates operational detail into decisions for senior stakeholders.
Act as the conduit between Sales, NPX, Account Management, Partner Support and Ops, keeping a wide stakeholder group aligned and informed.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading delivery of the Hub's structured engagement framework, defining how initiatives are prioritised and measured.
Designing and implementing strategic communications and change initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and coaching teams to embed new ways of working.
Applying PRINCE2 or Six Sigma to bring rigour, clear milestones and risk management to SMB programmes.
Delivering the Hub's career pathway and capability-building initiatives, connecting development and learning to progression.
Championing change and identifying new ways of working with Sales, NPX and Account Management to ensure agents have the right tools and content.
Partnering with the commercial excellence and central teams to build robust plans that drive change through better engagement, improved efficiency or increased capability.
Linking delivery directly to commercial outcomes, such as Ad revenue growth and partner adoption of Ads and Offers.
Identifying risks and inconsistencies before they affect delivery, escalating and problem-solving with appropriate autonomy.
What You'll Need to Thrive
This is a delivery-focused role that will require an individual who can manage a number of competing priorities across a live, fast-moving Hub while keeping sight of the bigger picture. The successful candidate will be structured, comfortable applying a recognised delivery methodology, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
The required skills include:
Strong project and programme management skills, ideally with a PRINCE2 or Six Sigma qualification (or clear demonstrable working knowledge)
Excellent time management — able to prioritise, sequence and protect delivery quality across multiple workstreams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to flex style for different audiences, including senior stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and deliver complex plans against deadlines, with a clear prioritisation model
Comfortable working with data and metrics to track and evidence impact, not just activity
A collaborative approach; able to bring the right people together across functions and build trust quickly
The desired experiences include:
Typically 3+ years' experience in project or programme delivery, operations, or a comparable environment
Is either Six Sigma or Prince2 methodology (or equivalent) certified (Preferred)
Experience delivering communications, engagement or change initiatives at scale
Experience working within a commercial or contact-centre operating environment

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Analytics organisation sits at the heart of Deliveroo powering decision-making across our 3 sided marketplace.
We’re looking for an
Analytics Engineering Manager
to join our London team. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week on-site. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Analytics Engineers embedded in a key business domain, owning the pipelines, models and metrics that power day-to-day decisions and building the data foundations your stakeholders rely on.
About the Analytics Engineering Org
Analytics Engineering is a core pillar of Deliveroo’s Analytics organisation, alongside Data Science. With over 70 Analytics Engineers across the UK and India, we are embedded directly within product and business domains, owning the pipelines, models and metrics that power decision-making at scale: from self-serve AI-enabled analytics and experimentation through to executive reporting and strategic planning.
The discipline is evolving fast. With new tooling changing how we work, we are shifting from building data pipelines to building AI first data products, developing rich semantic and data context layers and empowering self-serve data users. This role leads that work across a defined business domain, directly managing a team of Analytics Engineers and helping shape AE standards, culture and direction across the wider org.
What You'll Be Doing
Directly lead a team of Analytics Engineers embedded in a defined business domain, owning their performance, development and wellbeing
Own the AE roadmap for your domain, identifying the highest-leverage investments, prioritising competing requests, and building the case for them with your business and product stakeholders
Drive a data products mindset across your estate: clear ownership, SLAs, observability and data contracts built into how your team works by default
Maintain strong technical involvement: reviewing data models and SQL, guiding architectural decisions, and stepping in hands-on when your team needs unblocking
Contribute to AE-wide decisions on tooling, standards and process, helping shape how Analytics Engineering works at Deliveroo beyond your immediate team
Build a high-performing, inclusive team culture by giving regular and actionable feedback, handling performance and motivation challenges, and running effective rituals
Partner with Recruiting to hire strong, diverse AE talent into your team
What You'll Need to Thrive
Essential
Experience in an Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, or Data Engineering role, with strong, hands-on SQL foundations you still draw on regularly
Proven experience managing a team of ICs, with a track record of developing people, giving hard feedback, and handling typical team situations independently
Demonstrated ability to own a technical roadmap for a domain area and deliver against it with measurable business impact
Strong grounding across the modern AE stack (cloud data warehousing, transformation tooling, data modelling, and data quality practices), with the ability to engage credibly on technical decisions and unblock your team
Comfortable engaging and influencing at senior business and product level, with experience aligning analytics investment to domain priorities
Nice to Have
Experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, grocery or retail analytics context
Familiarity with semantic and metrics layer tooling, or Python for data automation and pipeline work
Exposure to AI for Data, including agentic AI methods, semantic layers, or AI-assisted analytics workflows
Experience contributing to analytics ways of working: documentation standards, peer review processes, onboarding, and knowledge sharing

Location: Germany; Portugal; France; Spain; Italy; The Netherlands
Workplace: Remote
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
You can be based in Europe; we're mainly remote and invite you to the Berlin office 3-5 days every two months.
We expect significant travel across the Europe, with occasional travel to other regions when the audience quality justifies it. The exact cadence will change with the event calendar, but you should expect travel to be a meaningful part of the job.
WHY THIS ROLE?
Langfuse has grown mostly through product-led, open-source adoption. We built a strong product, wrote useful docs and examples, stayed close to users, shipped in public, and helped developers understand how to build better AI applications.
However, many of the highest-signal moments happen in person: hallway conversations, workshops, meetups, dinners, conference demos, and technical talks.
We want someone who can own that motion end to end; put Langfuse in the right AI engineering rooms, make the product clear to technical audiences, and turn in-person conversations into durable marketing momentum.
The goal is not to do every event. The goal is to make the right events excellent, scalable, and measurable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Represent Langfuse at conferences, meetups, workshops, customer events, partner events, and community gatherings across Europe
- Run live demos and technical sessions on tracing, evals, prompt management, datasets, metrics, and related LLM engineering workflows.
- Build and maintain field-ready material: demo flows, workshop runbooks, talk abstracts, event landing pages, follow-up emails, signup flows, and conference-in-a-box assets.
- Organize Langfuse-hosted meetups, workshops, dinners, and smaller technical gatherings around the highest-quality audiences.
- Partner with ClickHouse field marketing, sales, solutions, product marketing, and engineering teams where it helps Langfuse show up well.
- Turn event learnings into useful artifacts: better messaging, better demos, better docs, better talks, better customer stories, and sharper product feedback.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have worked in DevRel, product marketing engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, developer advocacy, or technical community roles.
- You have spoken at developer conferences, meetups, workshops, webinars, or technical customer events.
- You already create technical content, demos, videos, talks, open source projects, or educational material.
- You should be excited to travel, give talks, run demos, host events, talk to developers and technical leaders, and bring what you learn back into the company.
- You care about developer experience, open source, AI engineering, and the quality of the rooms you spend time in.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can independently decide what to do before there is a mature playbook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A strong plus:
- You are a former engineer, or deeply technical operator who can credibly explain software to experienced developers.
- You can write code well enough to build, debug, and maintain demos or workshop material.
- You are deep in AI engineering, LLM observability, evals, agents, or developer tools.
- You have original opinions that experienced developers value.

WHY PRODUCT ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work will have an outsized impact.
Everything you build is open source (MIT-licensed) and immediately visible. Langfuse has 35,000+ GitHub stars and our SDKs are downloaded more than a hundred million times per month. When you ship a new feature the community notices in GitHub issues, on X, and in our community channels.
Product engineers at Langfuse are the people who deliver new features end-to-end to our users. You own the product thinking from understanding the user problem to deciding what to build to shipping the solution.
You will also have direct exposure to how cutting-edge LLM applications are built. The users you serve are some of the best and most ambitious software engineers leveraging Langfuse to improve their applications. Deeply understanding the problems they solve will help you design the best possible product and along the way makes you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Own features end-to-end: from talking to users, to writing the spec, to shipping the code and docs, to writing the changelog post https://langfuse.com/changelog with your name on it. To give you a sense: recent features a single engineer owned include the Langfuse for Agents https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-11-05-langfuse-for-agents release (new trace views, agent graphs, semantic span labels), the TypeScript SDK v4 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-08-28-typescript-sdk-v4-ga rewrite on OpenTelemetry, and managing dashboards via API/CLI/MCP https://langfuse.com/changelog/2026-07-17-dashboard-and-widget-operations-in-api.
- Work across the full stack: and we mean full. Our surface area is wide: React frontend, Next.js backend, ClickHouse analytics, Python and TypeScript SDKs, public docs, Terraform modules, and more. You'll touch whatever the feature needs. One week you might be writing a new ClickHouse query for cost analytics, the next you're designing an SDK API, the next you're building a new rust worker for faster data processing.
- Talk to users constantly: jump on calls, respond in community channels, and route support requests. At Langfuse, support is how we build conviction about what to build next. Our handbook says it best: support by engineers is a core value proposition.
- Write public documentation about the features you own. At Langfuse, docs are product.
- Ship publicly during Launch Weeks: we've run four Launch Weeks https://langfuse.com/blog/2025-10-29-launch-week-4 so far, dropping a new feature every day for a week. Engineers present the features they built to the community.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Someone who has built features or even entire products from scratch end-to-end
- Experience building and shipping user-facing products end-to-end, ideally in TypeScript/React and with exposure to data-intensive backends
- Someone who can manage projects themselves. You know how to develop strong conviction about what to build and how to ship it.
- Taste for great developer experience: you care about API design, UI details, and clear documentation
- Interest in open source software and genuine excitement about talking to developers about their problems
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus points:
- Experience with ClickHouse, analytics databases, or building complex data visualizations
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Contributions to popular open source projects
- ML/AI background or familiarity with the LLM framework ecosystem
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.

WHY BACKEND ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work will have an outsized impact.
Langfuse ingests terabytes of AI tracing data per day. When a Fortune 50 company instruments their application with Langfuse, they hit the infrastructure you built. Everything you ship is open source and immediately visible.
The core of your role is making Langfuse fast and affordable at scale: owning the ingestion pipeline, optimizing ClickHouse data models and queries so dashboards load instantly, and building the backend abstractions that let product engineers ship data-heavy features without reinventing the plumbing each time.
You will also make sure Langfuse runs everywhere. You’ll operate Langfuse Cloud across multiple production environments, and make self-hosting effortless. You will support a single Docker Compose setup to enterprise-grade Helm chart deployment.
You won’t be solving these problems alone. Langfuse is now part of ClickHouse, which means the people who built the database you’re optimizing are one channel away. Few backend roles give you that kind of access to the internals of your core datastore.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Own and optimize our ingestion pipeline: Langfuse ingests massive volumes of tracing data through a pipeline that flows from our API to ClickHouse. You'll work on throughput, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency at every stage of this pipeline.
- Make ClickHouse fast: our tracing data lives in ClickHouse. You'll design schemas, optimize merge strategies, tune batch inserts, write and review analytical queries that power dashboards and the UI. You'll become an expert on ClickHouse internals — and you'll have the ClickHouse database engineering team one channel away.
- Build new infrastructure-heavy features: things like LLM-as-a-Judge (where we post-process large volumes of ingested data asynchronously), alerting at scale, client-code execution, or batch dataset operations. Build the foundation and, if you like, dip your toes into the frontend for those.
- Test with real data in production: when evaluating a new ClickHouse schema, migration, or query optimization, you'll run load tests against production data to validate that changes actually improve things. We don't guess at performance. We prototype new table designs, run them in parallel on real traffic, and compare before committing.
- Scale for what's next: we're growing fast and new product directions like complex long-running agent observability and real-time evaluation push the infrastructure in new ways. You'll be thinking ahead about what breaks at 10x scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong backend engineer who gets excited about database internals, query optimization, and distributed systems
- You get excited when working with a ton of data
- Experience with analytical databases, data pipelines, or high-throughput event processing. ClickHouse experience is a big plus but not required
- You organize yourself. You have strong opinions about what to build and how to ship it
- Comfortable reading and writing TypeScript (our backend) and SQL
- Interest in open source software and genuine enjoyment talking to users about their scaling challenges
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus points:
- Experience with ClickHouse, other OLAP databases, or observability infrastructure
- Former founder
- Background in building data-intensive systems at scale

About the Team
The Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio spans the connected workflows that carry a resident from referral through care delivery to payment: including, acute and payer care collaboration on the National Care Collaboration Network and Audacious platforms, Secure Conversations across our customer segments, practitioner EHR solutions, SNF admissions and managed care workflows, and SNF revenue cycle and reimbursement optimization.
The Outbound Product Management team within this portfolio is the bridge between strategic customer relationships, go-to-market execution, and product direction. The team is remote and hybrid across the US and Canada, and works shoulder to shoulder with inbound Product Management, Engineering, and every GTM function.
Position Summary:
This role owns product delivery and growth for the Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio, carrying accountability for how validated offerings reach the market and convert into adoption, revenue, and reference customers. The VP defines and drives end-to-end go-to-market strategy across the portfolio, co-owns roadmap and investment decisions with inbound Product Management, and owns the commercial model — pricing, packaging, and monetization — for new and AI-enabled capabilities.
The VP leads the portfolio's Outbound Product Management function, building and developing the team that runs launch, enablement, and early adoption. They represent PointClickCare’s product function externally as a market figurehead with SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute customers and across the industry, and internally as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Product Management and the GTM leadership team.
Success is measured in growth outcomes: revenue and adoption attainment against portfolio targets, speed from launch to first reference customer, and the repeatable sales motions that turn early wins into scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy & Portfolio Growth:
Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the portfolio from launch through scale. Define the growth thesis for each product line, set adoption and revenue targets with Sales and Revenue Operations, and drive cross-functional accountability for attainment.
Commercial Model & Monetization:
Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for new and AI-enabled capabilities, including usage-based pricing, tiered access, and enterprise licensing. Partner with Pricing, Finance, and Revenue Operations on scalable models that protect margin.
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Partner with inbound Product Management leaders to shape portfolio direction, translating customer feedback, competitive signals, and adoption data into roadmap and investment recommendations. Serve as the commercial voice in portfolio planning and trade-off decisions.
Executive Customer Engagement & Market Leadership:
Build executive relationships across strategic SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute accounts. Lead beta and co-development programs that generate real-world proof points, and represent PointClickCare with customers, industry bodies, and analysts.
Organizational Leadership & Talent Development:
Lead and grow the Outbound Product Management function, including leaders of teams. Hire, coach, and develop talent, establish operating cadence and standards aligned with the product development lifecycle and go-to-market model, and foster accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Portfolio Performance & Market Insight:
Define and track portfolio, customer engagement, and go-to-market KPIs. Lead competitive analysis, customer research, and thought leadership, and partner with legal, compliance, and governance teams to support responsible deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including 5+ years leading teams at the Director level or above.
Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes beyond launch execution.
Proven success building commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including pricing, packaging, and monetization, with fluency in ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
Executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Professional Services.
Experience leading leaders, including hiring, developing, and scaling teams through organizational change.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using qualitative and quantitative signals to set priorities and make defensible trade-offs.
Ability to travel regularly to strategic customer sites and industry events, with occasional travel to PointClickCare offices.
Preferred Experience:
Background in post-acute care, senior care, or payer-provider collaboration models.
Experience taking AI-enabled products to market, including generative AI, large language model, and agentic capabilities.
Familiarity with interoperability, care transitions, and referral and authorization workflows.

Turn Data into Product Insights
Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior. Go beyond what happened to explain why it matters and what teams should consider doing next.
Build Analytics for Scale
Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation that make recurring questions easier to answer and help teams use data more effectively.
Partner with Product Teams
Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings clearly, challenge assumptions when needed, and help teams make evidence-informed decisions.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context
Ability to validate data and assumptions and recognize limitations in evidence
Ability to balance analytical depth, speed, and business needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity, with a critical approach to validating outputs.

Who Is Wrike and Our Culture
We’re a team of innovators and creators who solve the complex work problems of today and tomorrow.
Hybrid work mode
Wrike is our people, not a place. With 1,000+ employees collaborating across nearly every time zone, we support talent through 10 global hubs — Australia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, France, India, Ireland, Japan, and the United States — offering flexible ways of working that include remote work, hybrid environments, and co-working spaces across many locations.
While flexibility looks different across teams and regions, employees located near certain hubs — particularly in Prague (CZ), Nicosia (CY), Bangalore (IN), and Rennes (FR) — are generally expected to collaborate in person around 2–3 days per week, balancing the flexibility of distributed work with opportunities for in-person collaboration and connection.
Our persona
💡 Smart:
We love what we do, and we’re great at it because this is our domain. Our combined knowledge in this space is unmatched.
💚 Dedicated:
We get up every day focused on helping our customers win. We’re committed to helping our teammates win, too!
🤗 Approachable:
We're friendly, easy to get along with, considerate, and helpful.
Our culture and Values
🤩 Customer-Focused
We care about our customers.
We understand the customer journey, experience, and value derived from Wrike. Decision-making and action-taking are done with the customer in mind.
🤝 Collaborative
We work as one and win together,
each bringing unique strengths that contribute to diversity of thought for better outcomes. Leveraging our own work management platform, we foster an environment of creative collaboration and shared achievement.
🎨 Creative
We strive to succeed through continuous innovation.
It’s our pursuit of novel concepts that helped us create a market category. We continue to cultivate a workplace that fosters creative thinking as a means of transcending conventional boundaries and empowers us to break new ground to deliver extraordinary work management solutions.
💪 Committed
We believe in ownership at all levels of the organization,
by owning workflows from start to finish. Each member of our team is an integral part of this commitment, establishing work as a platform for personal growth and transformation, as well as collective success and growth.
