About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Join Our Team and Make an Impact in the World of Digital Advertising
We're growing our Limassol team and looking for a hands-on Campaign Manager / User Acquisition Manager to own and optimize advertising campaigns across some of the world's most impactful platforms, TikTok, Meta, X, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, and more. You'll manage a portfolio of clients end-to-end, from strategy through execution to reporting, and be the go-to expert your clients rely on for results.
This is a true multiplatform role, no single-platform silos, working with an international client portfolio with strong ties to Eastern Europe and the CIS region, so fluent Russian is essential alongside English.
What You'll Do:
Launch, monitor, and personally run advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, this is a hands-on role, not an oversight or agency-management position.
Own a portfolio of clients on average, working either in a fully-managed capacity (strategy, execution, reporting) or as a strategic consultant depending on the account.
Manage relationships with high-value clients, offering strategic recommendations to maximize performance.
Build advanced audience segmentation using 1st- and 3rd-party data and implement top-tier retargeting strategies.
Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for campaign wrap-ups and client billing.
Collaborate with internal creative, analytics, and client success teams to deliver seamless service.
Contribute to strategy for new ad formats, emerging media, and innovative campaign tactics.
Serve as an in-house expert on ad platforms, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
What you need for this role:
2-3+ years of hands-on experience
actually running and optimizing campaigns yourself, in your own ads accounts, not just briefing or overseeing an agency. Backgrounds as a User Acquisition Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or Ad Operations Specialist (in-house or agency-side) are all a great fit.
Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Microsoft Ads, or Yandex.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and social media dynamics.
Experience with pixel setup, mobile tracking, and app marketing analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
Fluent English and Russian (written and verbal).
Comfortable working from our
Limassol office
full-time (this role is on-site only).
What will make us really love you:
You bring energy, positivity, and a team-first mindset.
You're curious, coachable, and eager to continuously learn and grow.
You communicate confidently with clients and colleagues alike.
You consistently deliver high performance and exceed expectations.
What you'll love about us:
Global Impact:
Work with world-renowned brands and fast-growing businesses across international markets.
Collaborative Culture:
Join a team that celebrates knowledge sharing, creativity, and open feedback.
Growth Opportunities:
Take ownership, expand your skillset, and accelerate your career.

Be part of a company that embraces change and bold ideas.
Compensation:
Competitive salary and benefits package, including quarterly performance bonuses.
Supportive Team Vibe:
Work alongside talented, passionate colleagues who genuinely want to see each other succeed.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 32,000.

Our customers include the world's leading public cloud and silicon providers, and industry leaders in many sectors. The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1200+ colleagues in more than 80 countries and very few roles based in offices.
The company is founder led, profitable and growing. We are hiring a

This executive role requires outstanding coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting and management. It is a fast-paced and complex operation in the tech industry.
We coordinate large-scale company events which involve travel for hundreds of people from 80+ countries. We run such events four times a year, a significant investment in our ability to shape culture, teamwork, execution plans and strategy. Together these responsibilities amount to tens of millions in operational costs and a significant number of tactical and operational decisions.
Our team also provides traditional 'EA' services for company leads, though they do this across departments and as a consistent service rather than as personal assistants; they set and deliver to expectations on specific kinds of work. They schedule meetings, coordinate monthly reports, handle delegated approvals for travel and expenses, work across teams, coordinate with suppliers, and run small projects or initiatives.
Location: Worldwide, home based, except in locations where we have an office, such as London, Taipei and Beijing

This team has a direct impact on every team at Canonical. It is important for them to have excellent judgment and interpersonal skills, the confidence to hold people accountable and defend positions of policy, and the work ethic to move quickly through a large volume of work. It is also essential that the team participate in every company event, from the planning and venue selection stages to scheduling, operations and safety reviews, to ensure that they establish personal relationships with team leaders and can ensure these events run smoothly.
As a manager, your team would be responsible for
Travel approvals, logistics and operations
Expense review in line with policies
Planning of complex company events four times a year
Company offices that provide executive briefing and operational facilities
Our global duty of care, health and safety programs with comprehensive policies and practices
