You will help improve how players discover, evaluate, purchase, and engage with PlayStation products and services across the Direct to Consumer (D2C) business. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver measurable customer and commercial value. This role requires a commercially minded, data-savvy operator who can frame ambiguous problems, work hands-on with data, influence strategic choices, and translate insight into execution with pace and agility.
What You'll Be Doing:
Shape e-commerce and GTM strategy -
define the customer problem, identify priority segments, and shape the value proposition, market sequencing, channel approach, and commercial roadmap.
Drive analytical decision-making -

Build commercial cases and KPI frameworks
-
forecast and monitor outcomes including traffic, acquisition, conversion, basket size and average order value, purchase frequency, repeat purchase, LTV, and incremental revenue; use the evidence to guide investment and prioritization choices.
Embed experimentation and personalization
- partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Science to design A/B tests, apply segmentation and predictive insights, and improve customer relevance and conversion.
Own the full GTM lifecycle -
connect commercial strategy to launch planning, customer activation, market readiness, adoption, retention, learning, and continuous optimization.
Create performance visibility -
build dashboards, decision-ready reporting, and review rhythms that turn data into recommendations, owners, and measurable performance improvements.
Lead cross-functional orchestration and change -
align global teams around customer outcomes, commercial goals, decisions, risks, dependencies, and business readiness; influence stakeholders through clear analysis and compelling narratives.
Build scalable e-commerce playbooks -
codify repeatable approaches for segmentation, proposition development, launch, experimentation, adoption, optimization, and transfer into business-as-usual ownership.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, e-commerce, digital commerce, growth, product, or Go-To-Market; experience supporting transactional e-commerce, digital storefronts, Direct-to-Consumer, technology, games, or entertainment is strongly preferred.
Commercial modelling experience including opportunity sizing, forecasting, scenario analysis, business-case development, and assessing incremental revenue and customer value.
Strong hands-on analytical capability including working with SQL, Tableau or similar BI tools, spreadsheets, KPI modelling, segmentation, funnel diagnostics, and AI-enabled analytical tools to generate actionable insights.
Structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving with the ability to bring clarity to complexity, test assumptions, and make practical recommendations from incomplete information.
Experience with experimentation and optimization including A/B testing, test design, measurement, and using results to improve customer journeys and commercial performance.
Strong e-commerce and customer-lifecycle understanding including digital storefronts, merchandising, offers and promotions, acquisition, conversion, checkout, basket value, repeat purchase, and personalized customer experiences.
Proven ability to connect strategy to execution translating insight into clear choices, roadmaps, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.
Strong cross-functional leadership with the communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills to influence product and business decisions at all levels.
Experience leading business readiness and change for new digital capabilities, customer propositions, or commercial operating models.
Product management or agile delivery experience is a plus.

to react and adjust to changing customer and business needs.
Passion
for delivering measurable business and customer value.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sierra is growing fast, and product marketing sits at the center of how we go to market. You'll make sure customers and prospects understand what we build, why it matters to their industry and role, and why Sierra is the right choice. You'll own positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and content, working closely with product, sales, agent development and the rest of marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape how we tell our story. You’re a passionate product marketer, energized by messaging and positioning and skilled at building a message for a feature, product, industry or buyer. One day you may update web copy, the next you build an event session, craft a sales narrative, write a launch blog post, or create content for a campaign.
- Lead product launches. When a product or new feature ships, you lead how we go to market - the messaging, the assets, and the sales enablement. Sometimes this means translating to industries or buyers.
- Arm our sales team. You build and maintain the playbooks and assets our GTM teams use to sell including slide decks, landing pages, demos and more.
- Build with AI-first. You’re AI fluent, and your first instinct is to self-serve and improve how you work. You’ll help build the automations, templates, and systems that keep our work consistent across industries and workstreams.
- Go wide and deep. You flex across channels and activations, and you can go deep on one area, such as an industry vertical, a persona, or our web strategy. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace, and you like to build.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years of B2B or B2C product marketing experience.
- Expertise in positioning and messaging, leading product or feature launches, and building sales-facing and customer-facing assets for different audiences and industries.
- Strong operational instincts. You think in process, systems, and repeatable frameworks, and you’re comfortable building structure where none exists.
- Fluency with tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster and automate where it makes sense.
- A passion for storytelling and experience building presentations in Google Slides.
- Comfort being on a lean team that’s still being defined, and enthusiasm for shaping how it works.
SAMPLE PROJECTS
- Take a new product from roadmap to launch: positioning, messaging, sales assets, enablement, and demo.
- Go deep on an industry and understand how our product can help that segment, build messaging that resonates, and downstream assets.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software (1 in 3 of the world's leading banks use Sierra!), insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our financial services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle - the instant before a family learns whether they are pre-approved for a mortgage; the claustrophobic half hour after someone notices a fraudulent charge; the frustrating experience of losing a card and needing to order a new one.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling. Build new relationships with our enterprise customers and prospects to drive revenue, pipeline, and deployment capacity.

- Negotiating & closing complex deal cycles: Lead negotiations with existing and prospective customers, addressing objections and closing deals. Navigate contracts and agreements quickly and effectively, working closely with legal and finance stakeholders.
- Sales strategy & planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Craft tailored sales presentations and proposals that meet our enterprise customers needs. Collaborate with our marketing team to implement effective sales campaigns and presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with our broader GTM team, as well as our product, technical and operations orgs to deliver our industry-leading product.
- Operate as an AI-native seller: Leverage AI tools across the full sales cycle- account research, personalized outreach, call summarization, pipeline forecasting, and deal execution- to automate low-value tasks and reinvest that time into high-value customer relationships, while continuously adopting and experimenting with new tools to work faster and smarter than traditional methods allow.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect Sierra's most complex deals: Lead our largest multi-BU, multi-geo opportunities, designing sophisticated deal structures and managing risk with precision and conviction.
- Operate as part of the customer's team: Hold trusted relationships across the customer C-suite and working teams.
- Engage at the founder level: Be trusted to regularly engage and manage Sierra's co-founders in front of customers, pitching with co-founder-like conviction and expertise.
- Bring precision to everything: Operate with exacting craft in messaging, positioning, and timing across every interaction.
- Shape strategy: Influence how Sierra approaches its most important accounts and set the standard for the broader sales org.
- 10-12+ years of enterprise/strategic sales experience, owning the largest and most complex accounts.
- Demonstrated success closing multi-million-dollar, multi-stakeholder deals spanning business units and geographies.
- Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals.
- Deep, sustained C-suite relationships and the gravitas to be treated as a peer by executive buyers.
- Mastery of complex deal structuring, risk navigation, and pricing.
- Exceptional executive communication and a reputation for precision and trust.
EVEN BETTER...
- Deep familiarity with the AI landscape and the ability to speak credibly to technical and business stakeholders alike.
- Experience operating alongside founders/executives in front of strategic customers.
