Who we are: Action1 is an autonomous endpoint management platform trusted by thousands of organizations, including many Fortune 500 companies. Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes—it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party patching with peer-to-peer patch distribution and real-time vulnerability assessment without needing a VPN, it eliminates routine labor, preempts ransomware and security risks, and protects the digital employee experience. In 2025, Action1 was recognized by Inc. 5000 as the fastest-growing private software company in America. The company is founder-led by Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who previously founded Netwrix, a multi-billion-dollar cybersecurity company.
Introduction: Action1 is transforming endpoint security for modern IT teams. As we continue our evolution from SMB to enterprise, we are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise organizations in the United States. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle role focused on landing and expanding mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will engage directly with IT Directors, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, and executive stakeholders to position Action1’s patch management and endpoint security platform as a strategic solution. We’re looking for someone who understands how enterprise cybersecurity buying works — longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, technical validation, procurement navigation — and who thrives in a high-growth, remote-first SaaS environment. If you’ve successfully sold cybersecurity or adjacent IT solutions into enterprise accounts and enjoy building pipelines as much as closing, this role is for you.
What you'll do
Drive Mid-Market to Low-End Enterprise Revenue Growth: Own a defined territory and meet or exceed enterprise quota targets through disciplined pipeline generation and deal execution.
Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead opportunities from prospecting through close — including discovery, stakeholder mapping, value alignment, proof-of-concept coordination, negotiation, and contract execution.
Sell to IT & Security Leaders: Engage IT Managers, Directors of Infrastructure, CISOs, and technical buying committees with credibility and consultative expertise.
Build & Maintain Strong Pipeline Coverage: Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and strategic account planning. Maintain disciplined forecasting and opportunity hygiene in Salesforce.
Navigate Complex Buying Processes: Manage multi-threaded sales cycles, security reviews, procurement workflows, and competitive displacement strategies.
Partner with Solutions Engineers: Collaborate closely with pre-sales/technical resources to ensure strong technical validation and alignment with customer requirements.
Execute Account Expansion Strategy: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within enterprise customers to drive expansion revenue and long-term retention.
Stay Market-Aware: Maintain strong knowledge of cybersecurity trends, endpoint management landscape, and competitive positioning.
Operate with Ownership: Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership to provide feedback from the field and refine messaging.
Requirements
3–7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure solutions
Proven success in consistently owning deals with a minimum average of $30k value
Proven success selling into mid-market or enterprise organizations
Experience engaging IT buyers (IT Directors, SysAdmins, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams)
Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals
Strong forecasting discipline and Salesforce hygiene
Experience navigating longer, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills
Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
We are seeking candidates who can start as soon as possible due to business needs.
Bonus: SLED experience
Benefits
A collaborative environment encouraging you to own your domain and implement best practices
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for promotion.
Friendly and professional peers, eager to help and help you grow.
A multitude of interesting challenges and opportunities.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Support Engineering at GitLab isn’t just a title - you will be embedded within the Engineering department and will truly operate in an environment where Support and Engineering meet. You’ll interact with customers daily as they encounter the difficult edge cases of running GitLab in complex environments. In the space of a day, you might be doing behind the scenes work of a Linux administrator troubleshooting performance problems by using strace on a particular process, interacting with the Product team to ensure that steps in a bug report are reproducible, or interacting with the Engineering team itself by diving deep into our codebase and putting together a merge request to actually fix a customer issue.
That’s not all though - you’d equally be invited to contribute to the source code, improve our documentation, and help build out more efficient support processes in our issue tracker. We want to live in a world where everyone can contribute, and as a member of the support team, there are no barriers to using your skills to improve the experience of our users and customers.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to automatically check a GitLab Omnibus install for known issues

A functionality to
ChatOps
to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com
What you’ll do
Support a mix of Self-managed and GitLab.com (SaaS) customers and resolve their issues via Zendesk tickets, merge requests, email and video conferencing
Collaborate with our

)
Participate in regular rotations for weekday and weekend on-call coverage (daytime only), providing emergency support to our Self-managed and SaaS customers, or working with our SaaS Production team to coordinate incident communications
Participate in our hiring processes by reviewing applications and assessments, and by participating in interviews.
What you’ll bring
Experience in, and passion for managing customer facing cases throughout the entire support lifecycle from initial customer inquiry to triage and reproduction, writing bug reports for hand off to the development team, and case resolution
Excellent Linux systems administration knowledge (LFCE or RHCE equivalent knowledge)
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash), and MVC frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails)
Experience with Git and CI/CD
Expertise in writing support content
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and coworkers of varying technical skill level

Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we're constantly looking for ways to make our Support organization smarter, more efficient, and more scalable. As part of our SSC (Shared Service Center) Support Development team, you'll play a key role in shaping how Support operates across multiple countries by leading strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, operational performance, and the way our teams work.
You'll partner with stakeholders across local and global teams to turn ideas into action — using data, structured project management, and continuous improvement to deliver meaningful impact at scale. Whether you're an experienced specialist or a seasoned lead, you'll have the opportunity to influence how Support evolves across our organization.
What you'll be doing
As an Operational Excellence Team Manager, you'll own initiatives from concept through implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges and improve the way we support our customers.
In this role you will…
Lead multiple strategic projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
Define project scope, build work plans, manage timelines, and coordinate delivery across teams.
Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.

Design, test, and validate new processes and ways of working through pilots before wider rollout.
Drive implementation of new initiatives while ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate impact and identify further improvement opportunities.
Help standardize processes, improve operational efficiency, and share best practices across markets.
Review post launch performance of initiatives - identifying opportunities to improve further and course correcting in a timely manner.
Facilitate customer feedback on projects following launch - ensuring feedback loops are developed to pass information back to relevant teams.
Own deep dives on specific topics and leading updates with executive and senior stakeholders on specific issues (e.g. performance gaps, project updates).
Our humble expectations
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in collaborative environments, and gets excited about turning ideas into measurable improvements.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience managing projects, programs, or change initiatives in a fast-paced operational environment, with
hands-on experience in contact center operations
.
At least manager-level leadership experience
, including leading teams and driving operational improvements.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions, with (preferable) experience building dashboards and working with Cursor, Looker, and Snowflake.
Confidence using KPIs and operational metrics to identify opportunities and deliver continuous improvement.
A structured approach to planning, prioritization, and execution.
Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
Right to work in the country.
The following expertise is a big plus:
Experience working with AI-enabled solutions, tooling, automation, or platform implementations.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
Ownership of technology-driven or operational transformation initiatives.
Exposure to global or multinational organizations.
What we offer
This is an opportunity to work on initiatives that have a real impact across Wolt's Support organization. You'll collaborate with talented colleagues across multiple functions and countries, help shape how Support operates at scale, and see your ideas translated into meaningful improvements for both our teams and customers.
You'll join a collaborative environment where data, experimentation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work—and where you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow your skills, expand your scope, and influence the future of Support operations.
Next steps
If qualified, our recruitment process begins with an initial screening conversation conducted by the Talent Acquisition team, followed by a role-specific interview to assess your experience and problem-solving approach.
If you progress to the next stage, you will receive a take-home assignment. You will then present your assignment in a follow-up meeting with the Hiring Manager and a Subject Matter Expert, where we’ll discuss your approach, reasoning, and recommendations in more detail. We aim to keep the process transparent, structured, and focused on giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills and thinking.
If you are service-minded, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in an environment where you proactively identify solutions rather than wait for direction — we’d love to hear from you! 💙

We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing
- Proven track record running joint go-to-market with technology and ISV partners, cloud providers, or system integrators, and shipping campaigns that generated real pipeline

- Strong storyteller who can craft a joint narrative that is crisp, differentiated, and credible to buyers and executives on both sides
- Full-funnel campaign operator fluent across webinars, events, ABM, content, and digital, comfortable executing hands-on rather than only directing

- Excellent relationship builder who can be trusted while representing Perplexity's interests to partners
- Autonomous self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds the playbook rather than waiting for one, and operates with urgency in a high-growth environment
