Location: Paris; Warsaw; London ABOUT MISTRAL Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. As a Research Engineer on the Orchestral team, you will help build the agentic platform we use to train and evaluate our models. Orchestral is the system our researchers rely on to run training and evaluation at scale — from the rollout engine that powers agentic workflows to the infrastructure that keeps their workloads running reliably. What you build becomes the foundation the whole science team works on. Your work will span the platform's core: the library, tooling, abstractions and rollout engine — including new capabilities like long-running tasks, subagents and RL features — and the machinery that runs data and jobs at scale, with a focus on resiliency, routing and request handling. You will own significant pieces end to end, from design to production. This is a software engineering role rather than an ML or infrastructure-operations one: RL or PyTorch experience is not required, and you will spend your time building the platform, not operating it. You will be building a distributed RL system, with the scientists as your users. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Design and build the core of the Orchestral platform: the library, abstractions and tooling researchers use to train and evaluate models. - Build and evolve the rollout engine, shipping new capabilities such as long-running tasks and subagents. - Run Orchestral as a production system: keep training and evaluation workloads reliable at scale. - Improve how data and jobs flow through the platform as usage grows — scheduling, routing and request handling. - Treat researchers as your users: understand their workflows and turn recurring needs into robust, shared tooling. - Raise the bar on engineering quality across the platform: testing, code review, CI/CD, observability and documentation. - Contribute to open-source rollout-engine and agent-infrastructure projects where it benefits the platform. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience directly building and debugging complex distributed systems at scale, with an emphasis on reliability and scalability. - Strong Python skills and solid software-design instincts: testing, code review, CI/CD. - A builder mindset: you have constructed systems from the ground up, not just operated polished ones. - A track record in small teams running complex systems at scale — for example in finance, crypto or ad tech. - Self-starter, low-ego and collaborative, with a product mindset toward your users. - Curiosity about ML and RL — this experience is not required, but a desire to learn is. NICE-TO-HAVES - Hands-on experience with Ray or similar distributed-computing frameworks. - Open-source contributions, especially to rollout-engine or agent-infrastructure projects such as SLIME, verl or PrimeRL. - Experience building or working with agentic workflows and environments. WHAT WE OFFER We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks. For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link. Location: United States About Nebius: Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. EASTERN & CENTRAL TIMEZONES ONLY Location: Open to candidates living near New Jersey, Kansas City, Oklahoma or the Minneapolis area. Hands-on work is within a reasonable commute or drive of your home base Nebius is building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI — and we're scaling fast. In line with our values, we're committed to an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, and we're looking for an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to set the direction, standards and capability that keep our expanding operations safe, compliant and sustainable. This is no ordinary role. We need a decisive, credible leader who owns the regional EHS agenda — someone who can set strategy, build a high-performing team, and act as the trusted voice of EHS at leadership level, while staying close enough to the detail to guide, challenge and support when it matters most. This is a genuine opportunity to shape how EHS operates as Nebius scales. You'll have real autonomy to set priorities, build capability across your team and sites, and influence decisions at a regional and business level — backed by strong support from senior stakeholders and a growing global EHS function. You'll be accountable for the performance, maturity and culture of EHS across your region — leading through others, setting the standards your team and sites work to, and stepping in personally when situations demand calm, experienced judgement under pressure. Above all, you'll help make sound EHS practice a source of competitive advantage for Nebius, not a compliance exercise. What you'll do Set and own the regional EHS plan , turning policy and legislation into clear priorities and controls for your sites. Translate the global EHS strategy into everyday practice across your region, making sure teams are well supported and equipped with the toolkit to advance site EHS performance. Lead, manage and develop local teams — setting objectives, building capability, and owning outcomes. Act as the senior EHS voice with regional and site leadership — advising on risk and holding the business to account. Own regional governance and assurance — audits, inspections, and the quality of your team's risk assessments and controls. Take personal command of major incidents and crises — leading investigations, building a learning culture, and reporting to executive level with composure under pressure. Set the standard for construction, commissioning, operations and other high-risk activity, equipping specialists to manage risk on the ground. Own the regional EHS performance narrative — turning data into insight that drives decisions and accountable action plans. Review EHS data and performance metrics regularly, acting on trends and insights to drive continuous improvement across the region. Support the wider environmental and sustainability agenda, partnering with teams to embed it across your region. Represent Nebius with regulators, industry bodies and partners, protecting its credibility on EHS. Champion Nebius's culture and values, embedding EHS as core to how the business operates. What we're looking for Credible, decisive, and people-focused. You'll bring: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field, plus 6+ years' Environmental, Health & Safety experience, including experience leading or managing a team. Deep working knowledge of country and regional legislation, with a track record of shaping policy and standards, not just applying them. A genuine subject-matter expert — able to go deep on technical detail when needed, while spending most of your time enabling others to deliver. Proven experience supporting incident response and investigations, including in high-pressure, high-consequence situations, with the composure to make sound decisions under stress. A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and holding them to account. Experience coaching and developing teams and capability. Strong commercial and organisational judgement — able to balance risk, cost and pace. Excellent communication skills, with the gravitas to advise, challenge constructively, and represent EHS externally. A continuous-improvement mindset and the ambition to build a function, not just run a programme. Preferred 8+ years' experience, including international or multi-site regulatory environments. Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure, construction, engineering, commissioning or other high-risk environments. Chartered status or equivalent: CMIOSH, GradIOSH working towards Chartered, NCRQ Level 6, or equivalent senior EHS qualification. Experience managing regional budgets and cross-site resourcing. Why Nebius? Lead with impact — set the direction for EHS as Nebius scales. Build something lasting — grow a team and a function, not just deliver a programme. Operate at leadership level — advise, influence and be accountable alongside the business. Be backed — join a growing global EHS function with real investment behind it. Grow with us — build a lasting career as Nebius continues to scale. Our approach Environmental, health and safety isn't something we do separately — it's how we do the job. Strong outcomes come from partnership, trust, collaboration and shared accountability. As Manager, your role is to set the standard, build the capability, and create an environment where leaders and teams are equipped to make good decisions, manage risk effectively, and speak up, learn and improve. If you want to lead a function where your judgement is trusted and you can genuinely shape how we work, we'd love to hear from you. Join Nebius. Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Enterprise is central to Anthropic's mission. The organizations that could benefit most from Claude often have the most demanding needs, with rigorous requirements around end-user experience, procurement, security, and permissions. We believe earning their trust is essential to ensuring AI benefits the world broadly. We're looking for a Staff+ Full Stack Engineer for our Enterprise pillar—the team that makes Claude enterprise-ready at scale. When a Fortune 500 company rolls out Claude to 100,000 employees, the admin, governance, and management experiences you build are what their IT leaders, security teams, and end users touch every day. This is a high-agency role where the product questions are as open as the architecture ones: you'll help decide what these products are, not just how they're built, and you'll see your work land with real teams at the world's largest enterprises. What you'll do Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing products end-to-end across the stack—from admin consoles and governance surfaces to the APIs and data models behind them Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to turn enterprise customer workflows into shipped product, not just execute against a spec Set technical direction and standards for your team: architecture, code quality, and how the team builds Work directly with enterprise customers, admins, and sales during key conversations, translating what you learn into engineering priorities Build the primitives that let the world's largest organizations deploy, govern, and get value from Claude at scale Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the team, working with influence rather than authority You may be a good fit if you Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level Have led the design and delivery of complex customer-facing products across the full stack Have built enterprise SaaS products and understand what IT admins, security reviewers, and procurement teams need to say yes Are comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and translating what you learn into technical decisions Have built products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments, and can set technical direction with limited precedent to lean on Drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work, with influence over authority Strong candidates may also have Experience with enterprise identity, permissions, and administration surfaces (SSO/SCIM, RBAC, audit, usage and spend visibility) Experience building AI products and turning model capabilities into applications people actually use Experience as startup founders or early-stage employees The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 — $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. For roles performing work in California: We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
