WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Notion’s product surface expands, we need a builder-teacher who can turn new capabilities into technically accurate education that helps customers confidently build with Notion. In this role, you’ll explore Notion’s newest capabilities, teach by showing, and ship as the product evolves. You’ll be the technical face of Notion Academy: leading workshops, recording walkthroughs, and building implementation guides.
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Expand Notion’s technical education library. Author technically rigorous Academy content, implementation guides, and Help Center resources that make our most complex capabilities easier to understand and adopt.
- Become a trusted voice for Notion Academy. Teach customers through video, live webinars, and workshops, demonstrating real workflows and solving problems in real time.
- Build with Notion’s newest capabilities. Get hands-on with new product features, use customer insights to identify high-value use cases, and determine top priority workflows for education to focus on.
- Reimagine learning with AI. Experiment with adaptive, contextual learning experiences that respond to what customers are trying to build and where they need help.
- Prove and scale the impact of technical education. Use product adoption signals to measure impact and improve what we teach, then build reusable standards to help the team deliver effective technical learning faster.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Builder mindset: You learn new product features by getting hands-on, experimenting, and building until you understand.
- Comfort navigating technical content: you don’t need to write code, but you can read a technical architecture doc, identify what’s outdated, and work with engineers to fix it.
- Customer-facing credibility: You’re comfortable teaching, building, and troubleshooting in front of customers.
- AI experimentation: You actively use AI to build, learn, and teach technical proficiency.
- Product expertise: You can quickly understand a new feature, identify where it creates meaningful customer value, and turn that into practical use cases.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Notion product expertise
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical enablement
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $180,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our team, Consolidation, owns the first mile of the Wealthsimple relationship: onboarding, the homescreen + first layer of the app, and our Tiers program (Premium and Generation). Our job is to get new clients in the door, funded, and consolidating more of their financial life with Wealthsimple.
Our fastest-growing segment this year were high-net-worth clients. We're seeing real organic pull, and continuing to grow net deposits at the rate we have means winning larger, more complex relationships. Clients who today are typically served by private bankers and expect a level of service, product depth, and recognition that we need to meet and then beat.
That's the mandate for this role: continue to expand Wealthsimple’s growth upmarket. It means evolving our Tiers program into something a high-net-worth client would choose over their bank, and it means using what we know about a client to make a sharper, more personal case for bringing the rest of their financial life here. Convincing millions of Canadians to consolidate their financial lives at Wealthsimple is the mission we've been on for over 10 years, and we're looking for someone who can lead the next phase of this work and own it end to end.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help define the product vision and strategy for how Wealthsimple wins and serves high-net-worth clients, and own the roadmap to bring it to life.
- Lead the planning, development, launch, and iteration of a step change in our Tiers program. The service, product depth, and recognition that makes a client choose us as their primary financial institution.
- Build the personalized experiences that compel clients to consolidate: understanding a client's current financial life and making the case, in-product, for moving it to Wealthsimple.
- Working across the funding and consolidation funnel end to end, from a client's first session through to a fully consolidated relationship. Crafting the right incentives, onboarding journey, and product experiences along the way.
- Support a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists as we collectively explore new ways of working.
- Partner deeply with other product teams and departments across the company (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Client Experience, Legal and Compliance, and more). You'll own a meaningful piece of this directly and influence a much larger piece through others.
- Help elevate the Product Management practice at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive and supportive team culture.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- Years of shipping products people actually love — across both customer-facing and platform work. You've owned a product (or a big chunk of one) and know how to lead complex, cross-functional projects without losing momentum.
- A bias to ship. We don't do endless debate. The fastest way to know if something works is to put it in front of clients — so we ship, learn, and iterate.
- Enough technical fluency to keep up with engineers — you can talk architecture and tradeoffs, and you're hungry to learn what you don't know yet so you can make better calls.
- A real belief in financial inclusion — you want to build things that give more people access to financial freedom, not fewer.
- Bonus: Experience building, shipping, iterating and growing products from 0 to 1 over multiple years. We know building new client experiences that client love will require a sustained multi-year effort.
WHO YOU ARE
- A systems thinker. You can take a messy pile of use cases and distill them into one simple, elegant solution.
- A strong technical partner. You work hand-in-hand with engineering to turn a logical design into a real technical architecture.
- Comfortable in the grey. You can take raw, messy data (qualitative or quantitative) and pull out the actual problem, the real insight, the requirement that matters.
- A rigorous thinker. You don't skip steps. You work through problems systematically, and you know the difference between a good answer and a fast one.
- Scrappy, and happy to wear different hats. Sometimes that means building a business case. Sometimes it's mapping a workflow. Sometimes it's sitting across the table from a vendor or regulator and negotiating the details.
- A clear communicator. You can take something complicated and make it simple, without losing what matters.
- A collaborative, empathetic leader. You know how to work with a wide range of stakeholders and make sure everyone's voice actually gets heard.

About the role
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to help build GitLab Duo Agent Platform, the agentic orchestration layer that runs AI agents and flows across the entire software lifecycle.
Principal Engineers at GitLab are recognized experts across multiple technology domains and represent the senior technical leadership within their organization. In this role you will set technical direction for a significant part of the Agent Platform, working across several teams to turn agentic capabilities into something engineering organizations can actually depend on: predictable, observable, governable, and fast enough to sit in the critical path of real development work.
The Agent Platform is not a single service. It spans agent execution and orchestration, flow definition and event-driven triggering, the AI Catalog through which customers discover and manage agents, model routing and evaluation, and the governance surface that decides which agents may act where and under whose identity. It runs on GitLab.com, GitLab Dedicated, and Self-Managed installations, including deployments that use self-hosted models to meet compliance requirements. You will work on the parts of that system where the hard architectural questions live, and you will do it hands-on.
This role reports into the VP of the AI Engineering organization and works closely with Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, Product Management, Infrastructure and Security.
What you'll do
Define the technical direction for a significant area of Duo Agent Platform across several teams, and partner with Engineering Managers and Product to turn it into a roadmap with a six-month horizon.
Build the orchestration layer that makes agents and flows reliable: session lifecycle, tool invocation, context assembly, concurrency, retries, timeouts, and failure modes that degrade gracefully instead of stalling a developer's workflow.
Hands on work on driving topics throughout the whole organisation from POC level, architecture to full implementation.
Participate in Incident Management on-call rotation, to help meet availability goals for GitLab.com.
Strong product builder and ownership mentality. Understanding of product strategy, technical strategy, delivering customer value and iteration towards a successful product
Write clear, opinionated design documents, architecture narratives, and decision records that let other teams make aligned decisions. Ensure the architecture holds across multi-tenant GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments, including self-hosted model configurations, and respects data governance boundaries in each.
Use the platform on our own work, find where it falls short of what we claim, and feed that back through improvements into the product.
Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers, and raise the bar for experimentation rigor and cross-team collaboration.
Work across the whole platform on different projects, features and teams. This reaches across:
Design the extensibility surface so customers can build custom agents and flows, connect their own tools and internal systems, and bring external agents such as Claude Code and Codex into GitLab workflows without weakening the platform's guarantees.
Drive down the cost and latency of agentic requests, and work with Product on how model selection, routing, and credit consumption behave as usage grows.
Define the evaluation practice for the platform: offline benchmarks and online experiments that measure task completion, correctness, tool-call accuracy, latency, and cost per task, and that catch regressions before customers do.
Build the governance and safety surface with Security and Compliance: policy-driven controls over which agents and models may run where, permission and identity semantics that align to existing roles and group structure, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, traceability of every flow session, and audit that stands up to enterprise review.
Complete Interview Training and participate in hiring for the department as a technical interviewer or panel member.
What you'll bring
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years at Staff, Principal level or equivalent senior technical leadership.
Hands-on production experience building on large language models: agent loops, tool calling, context management, retrieval, prompt and model evaluation. Experience shipping this to real users, not only prototyping it.
Strong background in distributed systems, including service decomposition, fault tolerance, observability, and operational resilience under multi-tenant load.
A track record of defining evaluation frameworks and using benchmark and experiment results to make architecture decisions, rather than shipping on intuition.
Experience designing human-in-the-loop controls, safety guardrails, and responsible AI practices for systems that act on a customer's behalf.
Ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security on problems that start out ambiguous.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and shaping technical direction across multiple teams without direct authority.
Comfort working in one or more of Ruby, Go, Python, or TypeScript, and willingness to work across the stack the platform spans.
Excellent written and asynchronous communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed organization.
About the team
The AI engineering organisation is building the product and infrastructure that make GitLab an effective environment for running agents across the software development lifecycle. We’re distributed across the world and partner with teams throughout GitLab to help the GitLab Duo Agent Platform become the backbone of GitLab's AI features. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering for AI and especially work together with all the teams, the engineering management and other principal engineers in the AI department. This is an opportunity to lead a consequential group as AI changes how software is built.

Facilitate Dependency Mapping & Risk Management:
Facilitate stakeholder coordination and dependency mapping across cross-functional teams, resolving operational blockers at the working level and escalating critical decisions to senior stakeholders. Maintain the program's risk and compliance register and drive a regular cadence for regulatory-readiness governance and mitigation.
Build Account Intelligence:
Maintain deep, current knowledge of each ecosystem's goals, tech stack, governance, roadmap, and funding landscape. Anticipate client needs and surface opportunities before they are asked for.
Grow the Account:
Partner with Sales, Secure Development, Security Services, and Growth to identify upsell opportunities, build compelling renewal narratives tied to value delivered, and contribute directly to the business unit's recurring revenue and subscription targets. Coordinate on target-state and go-to-market use cases, monitoring GTM execution and flagging slippage to program leadership.

You have
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Engagement Management, Solutions Architecture, or a closely related customer-facing technical role.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical delivery on time and within scope, and managing a book of business with renewal and expansion responsibility.
Technical background sufficient to review code at a high level for estimation and to hold credible conversations about smart contract architecture. You do not need to write Solidity, but you should not be lost in a code review.
Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, L1/L2 infrastructure, and the dynamics of open-source business models. Genuine passion for the space.
Solidity or Rust reading proficiency, or hands-on cybersecurity experience.
Exceptional relationship-building skills. Clients call you first because they want to, not because they have to.
Strong commercial instincts: experience managing renewal cycles, negotiating change orders, and building account expansion narratives.
Superb organization and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements concurrently across many stakeholders and time zones.
Advanced English; excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to a CTO and a CFO in the same meeting.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Deployment Manager on the Beneficial Deployments team, you will guide customers from a signed contract into a live, governed, and adopted deployment so that customers achieve tangible impact rather than simply incremental improvement with Claude. You'll guide organizations from contract signature to production deployment across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and our API products, fundamentally changing how they work and deliver on their missions.
You'll be the technical hands that switch Claude on. Before any organization can drive adoption, before any champion can ship their first workflow, someone has to connect Claude to the customer's identity provider, get the right people provisioned into the right workspaces, and walk their CISO through how it all comes together. That's your work. You turn "we've signed the contract" into "our employees can log in, with the right access, under the right policies, the way our security team expects."
This is a high-leverage role where you'll pioneer scalable activation methodologies that enable hundreds of nonprofit customers to unlock transformative use cases and realize measurable outcomes at unprecedented speed. You won't just follow playbooks. You'll design the frameworks and repeatable processes that can be deployed consistently across diverse customer environments, and you'll shape them into programs that reach customers we could never serve one at a time.
You'll operate at the intersection of technical deployment, enablement, and program design. Some days you'll be in the weeds with a customer's IT team debugging a SAML assertion; other days you'll be stepping back to ask how the last ten deployments should change the next hundred. Your systems-thinking approach will directly shape how we activate customers, and your strategic management will ensure every customer achieves meaningful outcomes within their first 90 days. By identifying patterns across activations, you'll build replicable approaches to organizational change while maintaining the agility to customize solutions for each customer's unique transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
Own the complete activation journey from contract signature to production deployment, orchestrating cross-functional resources and customer teams to ensure rapid time-to-value across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API products.
Deploy Claude inside customer environments. Configure and troubleshoot SSO (SAML), SCIM and JIT provisioning, MCP connectors, admin policy templates, and seat-assignment logic across Okta, Entra ID, Ping, and Google Workspace. Deliver informative transitions to Support for deeper issues that require investigation or engineering support.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer CISOs and CTOs on governance and enterprise setup. Bring a clear point of view on best practices, help security and IT leadership make the design decisions that determine whether a deployment holds up over time
Light up the capabilities that make Claude valuable. Enable and govern MCP connectors to the customer's systems, ensure Skills, Projects, and other capabilities are turned on and configured for their use cases, and work with their IT team on the approvals and OAuth consent this requires, so that day one feels ready
Design and scale activation frameworks by identifying patterns across deployments and building templated playbooks that balance standardization with customization for breakthrough outcomes.
Turn playbooks into programs. Package what works into repeatable, increasingly self-serve motions (deployment checklists, admin enablement sessions, onboarding cohorts, Claude-powered guidance) so that activation quality no longer depends on you being in the room.
Drive organizational transformation by developing change management strategies, rollout plans, and Train-the-Trainer programs that build internal AI champions and catalyze adoption across customer organizations.
Define and track success metrics across activation rate, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, using data to continuously optimize the motion.
Channel customer insights back to Product, Support, and Security teams, serving as voice of the customer so that repeat deployment blockers get solved once.
You may be a good fit if you have:
5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as implementation management, technical account management, technical onboarding, solutions consulting, or customer success, with a track record of running multiple concurrent enterprise deployments with documented handoffs.
Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations. You've worked with (or inside) them and you understand how they differ from commercial enterprises.
Hands-on, sustained ownership of enterprise identity integration work. SAML, OIDC, SCIM v2, and JIT provisioning across at least two major identity providers (Okta, Entra ID, Ping, Google Workspace). You can debug a broken SAML assertion or a misconfigured SCIM attribute map without escalating, and you know when a Support handoff is the right call.
Experience advising CISOs, CTOs, or IT leadership on enterprise governance and setup for a SaaS or AI platform, with an informed point of view on org topology, access models, RBAC, and OAuth.
Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR) sufficient to anticipate what a customer's security review will ask, and to know when to bring in our AI Security Specialist.
You've designed, shipped, and measured programs that serve many customers at once: onboarding cohorts, enablement series, admin academies, lifecycle or engagement motions. You naturally ask "how might we scale this?", turn 1:1 moments into 1:many programs, and instrument what you build so you know what's working.
Hands-on fluency with AI in your own workflow. You've prototyped, generated content, analyzed accounts, or replaced internal processes with LLMs, and you can talk concretely about what worked, what didn't, and what's next. You don't wait for AI tooling to arrive; you build it.
Organizational change and enablement experience including developing rollout strategies, navigating stakeholder resistance, building internal champions, and designing programs that drive adoption at scale.
Comfort building in ambiguity. This is a new role on the team, and what you build becomes the template. You'll thrive creating structure where none exists, adapting quickly as the business evolves, and learning continuously.
Data-driven and metrics-oriented. Experience setting and tracking success metrics from day one, using data to optimize approaches, and demonstrating impact to diverse stakeholders.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
Descript's script-based editing features are at the heart of why creators trust us for their highest-stakes content. Product launches. Client interviews. Marketing campaigns. Content that represents them to their audiences.
As Lead Product Manager of the Narrative Editing team, you'll own how users capture, edit, and perfect their stories. You'll shape the script-first editing that makes video as simple as a document, the recording and writing tools that let users create without leaving Descript, and the AI regeneration features that make edits feel seamless and natural.
This is an opportunity to shape features that professional creators depend on while working with cutting-edge AI, a product users love, and a small, collaborative team where your impact is immediate and visible.
What you’ll do
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their creative goals, and the evolving AI video landscape — and use those insights to guide the editor roadmap
Bring Descript's taste for great video into interactions and defaults, so creators naturally produce polished, professional work
Continuously expand our editing capabilities with frontier AI technology by partnering with our AI Research team, launching features like video regeneration and automatic speaker identification
Own the recording, script generation, and translation flows that help users achieve their end-to-end video workflows directly in Descript
Ensure Descript scales reliably for larger teams and more complex workflows
Who you are
You’ve built deceptively powerful tools:
You have 5 or more years of product management experience shipping creative tools or workflow products that feel simple enough for everyone, but scale to handle sophisticated use cases. You are a systems-minded product thinker who excels at designing intuitive experiences for complex, end-to-end workflows.
You start with the customer
: Plenty of “AI products” start with the technology and they all suck. You care deeply about understanding customers, and have experience in doing customer discovery and defining features that solve real problems.
You are a fog sculptor
: There are aspects to our editor and its design that do not have real competitors yet. The product intuition and design conventions have not been decided. You are attracted to ambiguous problems, know how to ask smart questions, and translate ideas into action.
You care about craft:
Our product is not a hype machine that runs on empty promises and vaporware. We think our product will be successful because people love to use it. That means you sweat the details. But without the sweat, because you aren’t stressed out.
You are funny, creative, maybe kind of weird
: Ok, this isn’t a hard requirement but Descript is kind of a quirky place and the people who love it tend to
like
that about working here. So, just want to drop a hint early on. Also, the sense of humor is important because even though we take our work seriously it’s still just, like, video creation and editing. We aren’t flying rockets into space so let’s all have a good time.
The base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $290,000. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above.

Benefits include a generous healthcare package, 401k matching program, catered lunches, and flexible vacation time.
Our headquarters
are located in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. We're hiring for a mix of remote roles and hybrid roles. We do believe there are valuable and serendipitous moments of discovery and collaboration that come from working together in person.
Descript is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE HEALTHCARE TEAM
- Our healthcare agents already reach over 50% of U.S. families. We partner with leading health plans, providers, and healthcare platforms to deliver AI agents that handle some of the most sensitive and high stakes conversations in any industry. From helping members understand their benefits to resolving billing questions with empathy, our healthcare agents are transforming how patients and policyholders interact with the healthcare system.
- Our healthcare customers include major health insurance networks, nonprofit providers, multi-site primary and urgent care practices, healthcare diagnostics companies, and healthcare financial platforms.
- Join us to transform the patient experience across the healthcare system—and help build technology that makes care more accessible, more human and more affordable for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design integrations grounded in real healthcare workflows. Translate customer requirements into clear recommendations on interfaces, data flows, and EHR configuration. Identify assumptions, tradeoffs, and limitations so engineering teams have an actionable implementation plan.
- Resolve customer-specific EHR complexity. Understand how each organization configures and operates its EHR, including scheduling rules, patient identity, permissions, and workflow dependencies. Work with customer analysts, vendor teams, and Sierra engineers to investigate unexpected behavior and resolve integration blockers.
- Guide integration readiness through go-live. Define customer setup requirements, dependencies, and validation criteria. Guide EHR and IT teams through application registration, access provisioning, environment setup, and workflow testing, partnering with engineers to verify that integrations behave as intended.
- Bring EHR expertise to customer discovery. Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Agent Development to assess feasibility, explain integration requirements, and scope achievable projects. Make clear what Sierra supports today and what requires additional configuration or development.
- Shape Sierra’s healthcare integration roadmap. Evaluate vendor capabilities, integration programs, and emerging customer needs. Recommend where to invest, distinguishing reusable platform capabilities from customer-specific configuration and implementation work.
- Make each implementation easier than the last. Turn deployment experience into reference designs, implementation guides, and internal training. Help teams apply proven approaches and recognize when a customer’s requirements call for a different design.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare interoperability or EHR implementation, with direct responsibility for designing or delivering integrations at an EHR vendor, health system, healthcare technology company, or implementation consultancy.
- Deep expertise in at least one major EHR ecosystem, such as Epic, athenahealth, Oracle Health, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH, or similar systems. You understand its integration options, configuration model, and implementation processes, and can investigate unfamiliar capabilities independently.
- Practical knowledge of patient-access workflows, such as scheduling, registration, or referral management. You can explain how operational rules and customer configuration affect what an integration can do.
- Technical fluency in healthcare integrations. You can read API documentation, interpret requests and responses, and troubleshoot data and configuration issues. You have hands-on experience with relevant approaches such as FHIR, HL7v2, vendor APIs, or file-based exchange, and can explain when to use them.
- A track record of taking third-party integrations through deployment. You have worked through application registration, authentication and permissions, test and production environments, workflow validation, and go-live dependencies.
- Clear communication and independent judgment. You can lead discovery with EHR analysts and operational teams, turn incomplete information into an implementation plan, and explain recommendations to software engineers and business stakeholders. You know when to validate an assumption before committing to an approach.
EVEN BETTER...
- Epic certifications in areas such as Bridges, Cadence, Prelude, or Interconnect, or comparable expertise in another EHR ecosystem.
- Experience across multiple EHR vendors or health systems, particularly integrating third-party products into patient-access or contact-center workflows.
- Experience using SQL, scripts, or code to investigate integration issues, or working with teams building AI agents for healthcare.
- Hands-on software development experience, including building or extending integrations with EHRs or other healthcare systems.
- Comfortable contributing directly to integration code, including implementing API calls, troubleshooting failures, and writing tests. Experience with TypeScript, Go, or Python is a plus.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.

We're looking for a Growth Manager to own performance and lifecycle marketing for our active trader and crypto business. This role runs the programs that grow our self-directed trading and crypto segment - acquiring high-intent traders and crypto investors through the channels they live in, converting them into funded active traders, and deepening engagement through lifecycle across the trades, products, and benefits that drive volume and revenue.
You'll own paid media and lifecycle end-to-end, from media buys on trader and crypto-native channels through in-app journeys that turn a new account into an active, funded trader. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales/BDR, and Analytics; operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy; and be accountable for funded active-trader and crypto engagement outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own active trader and crypto demand generation across the channels traders and crypto investors live in — paid social (X/Twitter, Cashtags), trading platforms (TradingView), finance and crypto media (Yahoo Finance), trading and crypto newsletters, SEM, and influencers/community — measured through to funded accounts and sustained trading activity, not clicks.
- Own the media buys end to end — plan and manage budgets, negotiate placements and rates with vendors, run creative and landing-page testing, and diagnose what's working (reactivation vs. acquisition, channel vs. landing page) rather than just reporting spend.
- Own the trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product — activation, first-trade, funding, and "nearly active" re-engagement journeys across Braze content cards, AT status screens, and rewards. Bring performance and LCM best practices to how these journeys are built, even where you're not hands-on-keyboard for every send.
- Drive go-to-market for active trader and crypto products and benefits — options, futures, margin, USD, and crypto (spread pricing, coin selection, staking) — coordinating paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces into a single launch, and owning the brief end to end.
- Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader and crypto funnel — first touch through sign-up, funding, first trade, and retained trading value. Partner with Analytics on incrementality and true lift, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
- Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
- Actively embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
- Contribute to the quarterly plan alongside other Growth leads, then own delivery against it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand and optimizing it through to downstream value.
- Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic, negotiated with vendors, and optimized for downstream value rather than cost per click.
- Lifecycle marketing depth — you've built or owned activation, onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and understand how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate. Hands-on with a lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) is strongly preferred; at minimum you bring the best practices and can direct the work.
- Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences who know the product and compare it closely to alternatives — you understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative shift for that kind of buyer.
- Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Product and Analytics (segment definitions, funnel diagnosis, incrementality) and Product Marketing (messaging, GTM briefs), and made those relationships an advantage.
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — creative at scale, research and enrichment workflows, faster insight from data. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change, not just report on results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Personal or professional familiarity with self-directed investing, active trading, or crypto — options, margin, futures, high-frequency trading, or digital assets — and the platforms and communities traders live in (X/FinTwit, TradingView, trading and crypto newsletters, YouTube).
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.
