ClickHouse is the open-source, real-time analytical database behind a lot of today's AI. More than 4,000 companies build on ClickHouse, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Tesla and Meta.
As a TAM Architect, you're the named technical lead for a small group of our largest customers. You carry the context of how they run ClickHouse, guide them from their first design decisions through production and growth, and make sure the rest of ClickHouse shows up for them when it matters. Your job is to keep them healthy, help them get more out of ClickHouse, and spot the next use case.
You'll work inside our Support organisation and own escalations for your accounts, working closely with our support engineers. The role is based in Israel, close to some of our biggest customers in EMEA.
Large enterprises are moving onto ClickHouse fast, and we're building out how we look after them. People joining now have a real say in how this role works.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a regular cadence with 4 to 8 strategic accounts (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the project), plus quarterly health checks and business reviews, on site where it helps
- Lead onboarding, where the decisions that are hardest to reverse get made: schema and data modelling, table engines, ingestion, migration and query design
- Once customers are live, keep performance and cost on track as they grow, and help them onto new use cases
- Work closely with Support: own escalations for your accounts, with regular case reviews and a direct line into L3 engineering
- Work with the right people for each piece of work: partner with Solutions Architects on new use cases and proof of concepts, and bring in Consulting Engineers for hands-on projects
- Write it down: documented setup and configuration, knowledge base articles and reference architectures that help other customers too
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role after the sale, whether your title was TAM, solutions architect, professional services, senior support or something else
- Specialist depth in data modelling, query performance and integration on distributed or analytical databases
- Hands-on SQL. You regularly write complex queries from scratch, and tune and debug them yourself
- Experience owning a small book of high-touch enterprise accounts, where you know each customer's architecture in depth
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure)
- You've run distributed systems, such as distributed databases, in production
- You explain technical trade-offs clearly, to engineers and to executives
- Fluent English and Hebrew
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ClickHouse, or with other analytical databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Druid
- Involvement in open source, as a user, contributor or community member
- A working knowledge of Kubernetes
GOOD TO KNOW
- You'll be based in Israel. Travel to customer sites is part of the job, up to 35% of your time, within Israel and throughout EMEA
- You'll join our EMEA Support Services team, where Support Engineers, Consulting Engineers and TAM Architects work as one team
- You'll be part of the on-call rota, about one week a quarter, with time off in lieu if you're paged at a weekend
HOW WE HIRE
- A 30-minute call with our recruiter
- A conversation with the hiring manager
- A take-home exercise, designed to take four to five hours, with three working days to complete it
- A 90-minute technical interview with the team: you'll walk us through your take-home, then join a working session where you write and tune SQL live
- A final conversation with our VP of Support Services
- References, then an offer
The working session is without AI tools, so make sure you're comfortable writing queries from scratch. Download open-source ClickHouse and practise: it's free, easy to install, and great preparation.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are looking for an Intermediate Developer to join the Device Trust team and help us improve the reliability and operational excellence of the systems behind the Device Trust authentication service. This is a software engineering role with a strong reliability focus. You will write and maintain production code, improve how our services are operated, and help make a critical applications path safer, more observable, and easier to evolve.
Device Trust authentication is an important component of our customers’ authentication flows, helping organizations make device posture part of their access decisions. Because it sits directly in that path, reliability is a first-class engineering concern. The service is already relied upon by customers every day, and in this role you’ll help us continue raising the bar through stronger resilience, observability, operational practices, and safe evolution of the system.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience working with backend services, application programming interfaces (APIs), distributed systems, or other software where reliability and availability matter.
- Take ownership of scoped problems from investigation through implementation and follow-up.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (Rails).
- Use observability tools to understand system health and investigate issues; experience with Datadog is valuable.
- Care about testing, maintainability, and clarity in both code and documentation.
- Communicate clearly by sharing progress, raising blockers early, and helping stakeholders understand outcomes.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with or exposure to Kubernetes.
- Experience with Datadog.
- Experience with Terraform.
What you can expect:
- Build and improve the services that power Device Trust.
- Improve the reliability, observability, and operability of production systems through software, automation, and thoughtful engineering practices.
- Work across application code, service dependencies, cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment systems, and operational tooling.
- Help establish safer ways to make and validate changes to critical systems.
- Participate in incident response and post-incident learning, turning operational lessons into lasting improvements.
- Partner with engineers across Device Trust, Platform, Security, and other teams to identify risks, reduce operational friction, and improve the customer experience.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $172,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $111,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, including system configuration, workflow design and ongoing maintenance. If vendor selection is still open when you join, lead its final stages with stakeholders to confirm scope, modules and implementation approach
Own the design of core ERP configuration areas such as financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, master data, and integration with adjacent systems
Manage the ERP implementation partner or systems integrator, holding them to scope, quality, timeline and budget
Establish change control, testing and release processes for ERP from day one, and own the post-go-live support model (L1 to L3, vendor SLAs, release cadence)
Document system configuration, data flows and integration points so no single person is a dependency
Own IT general controls, segregation of duties design and monitoring, and audit evidence for corporate systems, supporting compliance certification and SOX-style financial controls where they apply
Own disaster recovery, backup and resilience for corporate systems, and work with Security on access policy, device trust and approved or blocked software
Partner with the Data team: Enterprise IT owns platforms, integrations and access controls, while Data keeps reporting, analytics, pipelines and data governance
Set the approach to AI tools across corporate functions (tooling, access and safe-use guardrails), with functions owning day-to-day use
Build the Enterprise Applications team: define roles, then hire and develop the first leads (2 to 3 additional hires expected over time)
Define the roadmap and Buy / Hold / Sell decisions for bringing additional corporate technology (HR, finance, CRM, collaboration and other SaaS) under Enterprise IT, backed by a lightweight governance model: application inventory, ownership matrix and lifecycle approach
Own vendor, licence and SaaS renewal management for in-scope systems, consolidating duplicate tools and spend, along with Enterprise IT’s budget and headcount plan
Lead the change from function-owned tools to centrally governed systems without taking process ownership away from the business, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on application strategy, cost and risk
Must-haves:
Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business, including managing managers
Led our ERP implementation from the owner’s side, including managing a systems integrator
Owned a business system end to end (configuration, support and continuous improvement), rather than only overseeing third parties
Experience running IT operations (service desk, endpoint and MDM, identity and SSO) in a SaaS-first estate
Experience building and operating IT controls (ITGC, SoD, audit) in a finance-critical environment
Experience leading organisational change, moving functions to shared ownership models while keeping their trust
Comfortable operating without a large existing team or established playbook, and able to set up processes, documentation and governance from scratch
Strong stakeholder management, working directly with finance, operations and other business functions as primary ERP users
Strong commercial and vendor management skills
Strong communicator who can translate between technical configuration detail and business outcomes
Pragmatic about control: balances compliance with team member experience, without blocking people or pushing them into workarounds
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience configuring and administering a major ERP platform (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar), ideally including financial consolidation, budgeting or forecasting modules, and relevant platform certifications
Experience of an ERP vendor selection process, including RFP evaluation, demo scenarios or business-case development
Experience in an ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 or SOX environment
Exposure to wider enterprise application categories beyond ERP (HRIS, CRM, collaboration, identity and access management)
Experience building or growing a small technology team, including hiring and role design
Experience deploying AI tooling across corporate functions
Experience leading remote or distributed teams
Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or newly scaling business

You’ll join a close-knit team working with partners across Finance, R&D, go-to-market, Legal, Security, and beyond. The team takes on high-priority work across the business, often creating structure where approaches are still taking shape, and helps teams align and move change forward. This role offers broad exposure to Chainalysis and the opportunity to help shape how the company operates through its next stage of growth.
In this role, you’ll:
As a Senior Business Operations Analyst at Chainalysis, you will be a strategic operator and connective tissue across leadership and functions - helping translate company priorities into clear plans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to improve how the business plans, makes decisions, and executes.
You’ll support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end to end: framing ambiguous problems, developing analyses and recommendations, aligning stakeholders, establishing milestones and governance, and driving follow-through. You’ll help run planning and business review cadences, build KPI reporting and insights, improve processes and systems, and support change initiatives such as pricing and packaging, go-to-market readiness, product launches, and organizational or operating-model changes.
You will also:
- Identify friction in cross-functional workflows and design scalable processes, tools, and operating mechanisms.
- Prepare clear, data-informed recommendations and executive-ready materials.
- Manage multiple work-streams and facilitate alignment across stakeholders, balancing speed, rigor, and effective change management.
We are looking for candidates who have/are:
- 3–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, program management, or a related field—ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights, recommendations, and decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready narratives and materials.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Strong project and program management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with business intelligence, data, and collaboration tools; experience with Jira, Confluence, Databricks, spreadsheets, SQL, and/or AI-powered tools is a plus.
- Ability to drive clarity in ambiguity, influence without authority, and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn quickly, challenge assumptions, and make the company and team better.
Nice to have experience:
- Business Operations or Strategy & Operations experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Supporting annual or quarterly planning, operating cadences, business reviews, resource allocation, or strategic planning processes.
- Establishing KPIs, building performance dashboards, and using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Supporting pricing and packaging, go-to-market or commercialization initiatives, product launches, or broader change-management efforts.
- Applying agile, lean, or other process-improvement methodologies to scale how teams work.
- Interest in and general knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency, including key players and market dynamics.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we’ve become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Ensuring Authenticity for Billions of Daily Rewards
Industry reports suggest 25 percent of global mobile ad spend is lost to fraudulent activities like click farms, fake installs, SDK spoofing, and emulator farms. At adjoe, we define our platform through trust and proactive engineering. We build high-performance defenses that guarantee accurate reward attribution, ensuring every interaction is authentic. This creates a sustainable value exchange that empowers our partners to grow with confidence.
The Anti-Fraud team develops systems that detect and prevent malicious activity at scale. Our custom Android and iOS SDKs analyze device integrity for modifications like Xposed frameworks, Magisk modules, and jailbroken devices. Supporting these, Go microservices and DynamoDB deliver millisecond-level responses, while Kafka and SQS process billions of daily events in real time. This infrastructure protects publisher margins and ensures a trustworthy platform for all users.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- AdTech Domain & Anti-Fraud Core Requirement
You bring a solid foundation in the AdTech ecosystem (publishers, advertisers, SDK attribution, monetization) and direct exposure to cheating in mobile games. Joining our Anti-Fraud Operations unit, you will act as the primary technical PoC for Support, Sales, and BI teams, owning complex fraud escalations and translating business edge cases into technical fixes.
- Investigative Mindset & Root-Cause Analysis
You possess eagle-eyed curiosity and an investigative, hacker mindset. When publisher margins drop, external platforms (iOS/Android) shift, or campaigns misbehave, you won't wait for step-by-step instructions—you will connect messy clues, reproduce exploit scenarios, and trace non-obvious fraud patterns to their source.
- AI-Empowered Big Data Interrogation
You will leverage AI tools alongside Trino SQL, ScyllaDB, and DynamoDB to rapidly query and analyze billions of daily telemetry events. You will direct AI to accelerate complex data analyses, build models, and surface bad actors in real time without getting bogged down in manual query assembly.
- Observability, Profiling & Microservice Debugging
You will monitor platform health and debug system anomalies using Kibana, Grafana, and Go profiling tools like Pyroscope and pprof. You will trace real-time pipeline bottlenecks and API glitches across Kafka, SQS, and Go microservices to catch bugs or platform misconfigurations.
- Cross-Functional Fraud Mitigation & Pragmatic Engineering
You bring a functional software development background in backend engineering (preferably Go) alongside experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, allowing you to comfortably navigate backend code logic. Collaborating with Backend, Mobile, and Data Science teams, you will use AI to draft clean code fixes, propose new detection rules, and take full responsibility for deploying verified mitigations that protect publisher margins.
🌎 WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM TALENT WORLDWIDE AND PROVIDE RELOCATION SUPPORT TO HAMBURG, GERMANY FOR THOSE READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Software Engineer, Backend to support our mission.
This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Team
Our team builds the insights and analytics experiences creators rely on to understand and grow their business on Patreon, along with the infrastructure that keeps those numbers accurate and trustworthy. We partner closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Design to turn creator and fan data into features creators use every day.
About the Role
As a Backend Engineer on the team, you will build and own the services, APIs, and data flows behind creator insights. You will bring a strong backend foundation and the curiosity to work in the data layer: designing data models, building and maintaining pipelines and jobs, and making sure the data creators see is correct, fast, and reliable. You will work across the stack from ingestion to the product surface, and take on work that today depends heavily on Data Engineering.
In this role you will:
- Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs that serve creator insights at scale.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, jobs, and models that feed insights features, in partnership with Data Engineering.
- Improve data quality, monitoring, and performance so creators can trust what they see.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to turn ambiguous questions into well-scoped solutions.
- Drive technical design, write well-tested and maintainable code, and mentor teammates.
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years or 5+ years of experience in backend software development, building production services and APIs.
- Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language, with good engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring).
- Strong SQL skills and experience designing and optimizing relational data models (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with data-intensive work, such as batch or streaming pipelines, scheduled jobs, event logging, or serving analytical data (e.g. Airflow, Spark, Kafka / Kinesis, dbt, a data lake or warehouse).
- Care about data accuracy and reliability, including idempotency, backfills, and handling late or duplicate data.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable partnering with product, design, and data teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with data quality, lineage, or observability tooling.
- Experience building customer-facing analytics, reporting, or insights features.
- Familiarity with metric design and data modeling for analytics and experimentation.
- Familiarity with Elastic Search or OLAP
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.
About Patreon
Patreon powers creators to do what they love and get paid by the people who love what they do. Our team is passionate about making this mission and our core values come to life every day in our work. Through this work, our Patronauts:
- Put Creators First | They’re the reason we’re here. When creators win, we win.
- Build with Craft | We sign our name to every deliverable, just like the creators we serve.
- Make it Happen | We don’t quit. We learn and deliver.

About Peec AI
AI search is changing how brands are discovered and chosen. People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers what they used to search for, and AI assistants increasingly shape the journey from discovery to purchase. Winning customers now means winning over the AI systems that influence their decisions.
Peec AI is an AI search platform that helps marketing teams understand and improve how their brands are discovered, represented, and recommended. We show them where they stand, what’s shaping it, and where to act. Since launching in January 2025, Peec AI has passed $20M ARR and 4,000 paying customers. We’re a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, with 100+ people across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
About the role
We're looking for a Visiting Brand Designer to join our team for a minimum 3-months internship and get hands-on with real design.
From week one you'll ship real assets across our website, social, campaigns, and events, and quickly grow into someone the team relies on for sharp, on-brand design.
A big part of the role is being a design partner to people across Peec AI: helping teammates turn ideas into polished, on-brand presentations (internal and external), and tackling the everyday design tasks that keep a fast-moving startup looking sharp. You'll learn how a brand actually gets built and maintained day to day, working side by side with our designers and marketers, and walk away with a portfolio full of real, shipped work.
If you love clean visual craft, exploring different art directions, and iterating your way to something great, and want to learn fast in a high-energy team, this one's for you.
What you'll do
- Design on-brand assets across marketing channels, social content, campaign visuals, event materials, and web graphics
- Become our go-to for amazing presentations: transforming internal and external decks into polished, persuasive, on-brand stories
- Support stakeholders across the company with day-to-day design tasks, helping everyone communicate visually and stay on-brand
- Work inside our design system and help keep things consistent, scalable, and cohesive
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, and GEO teams, learning how great brand work comes together end to end
What we're looking for
- A growing portfolio (university projects, freelance, personal work, all welcome) that shows a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, and ideally some Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Confident presentation design skills, turning information into something clear, structured, and beautiful
- Detail-obsessed, with the instinct to make things look right, not just done
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B and worked in a startup environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Hands-on internship or studio experience, ideally in a B2B or startup environment
Bonus points
- A strong interest in software products, AI, and emerging tech
- Experience with motion, animation, or prototyping (After Effects, Lottie, Framer)
What we offer
- Real ownership and shipped work from week one
- Close mentorship from experienced brand and growth designers
- A collaborative, high-energy in-office environment in the heart of Berlin
- A front-row seat to building a brand in a brand-new market category
- Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin
Location: Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland, Romania, Uzbekistan

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually
Creating solutions that run on 13% of the world’s smartphones
The Mobile Integrations team builds the core technology that turns advertising from an interruption into a rewarded experience for 770 million users. We own the robust, lightweight, integration layer between our ad engine and the global mobile ecosystem, ensuring our technology operates with minimal overhead while reaching a massive portion of the smartphone market.
On the client side, our technology performs smoothly across 20 million daily SDK initializations. We build native Swift and Kotlin SDKs optimized for ms initialization and minimal binary overhead, with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers that provide a unified API across the entire mobile ecosystem. Behind the scenes, a high-throughput Go and DynamoDB architecture handles the real-time state synchronization of millions of concurrent sessions. When your code runs on nearly one out of every seven smartphones on Earth, every millisecond of execution and every byte of memory counts.
What you Will Do:
- Own and prioritize the Mobile SDK product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical requirements, and engineering capacity.
- Translate product and developer needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable priorities for the engineering team.
- Drive feature delivery from discovery and planning through development, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation.
- Work closely with Android, iOS, Backend, QA, and other stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, developers, and internal teams to identify integration pain points and opportunities to improve the SDK and developer experience.
- Support SDK releases and rollouts, including release planning, documentation, adoption tracking, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Use product data, SDK telemetry, and feedback to measure outcomes, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the Mobile SDK platform.
Who You Are:
- You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. (Bonus points if you have a background in ad-tech or Mobile/SDKs)
- You aren't expected to write code, but you are right at home discussing SDK architecture. You grasp the fundamentals and differences between iOS and Android, empowering you to have meaningful debates with the development team and properly weigh technical debt against business value.
- You have a proven track record of leveraging A/B testing and experimentation to drive product strategy. You know exactly how to define clear success metrics, analyze KPIs, and confidently pivot based on what the data tells you.
- You are a digital native who speaks the language of both business and engineering fluidly. You excel at closing the gap, aligning what the business envisions with what the technology can actually execute.
- You take deep ownership of your product. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, working independently, and making the objective calls needed to balance incoming business requests with the long-term technical integrity of the platform.
- You possess concise, direct communication skills. You know how to align, motivate, and guide interdisciplinary teams, cultivating a thriving and collaborative environment even as project requirements evolve.
