About the Role
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll join the Middle East Partner Onboarding team and support new restaurant, ODC and retail partners from signed agreement to successful launch. Most support is provided through non-live channels, with calls or other contact used when preferred by the partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Own the onboarding journey for new restaurant, ODC and retail partners, from signed agreement through to launch.
• Complete partner admin setup and coordinate menu or catalogue creation, following up on missing information to keep each launch on track.
• Coordinate tablet delivery, installation and partner training with the relevant internal teams and partner contacts.
• Support partners with admin, menu and catalogue questions, using the communication channel that best suits their needs.
• Investigate complex onboarding issues, coordinate the right resolution and keep partners and internal stakeholders updated until the issue is closed.
• Work closely with Sales and Menu teams to resolve questions relating to newly signed partners, missing content and setup requirements.
• Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, complete a clear handover of live partners to the assigned NPX or Account Manager, and share best practices across the UAE and Kuwait.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
• Ability to manage partner onboarding or operational workflows independently and take ownership through to completion.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners at different onboarding stages.
• A service-focused and solution-oriented approach to partner questions, operational blockers and escalations.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing partner information and updating systems, menus, catalogues and trackers.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the judgement to adapt the channel and level of detail to each partner.
• Confidence working with Sales, Menu, Operations and account management teams across different markets.
• Ability to learn and use CRM, knowledge-base and telephony tools; previous experience with these systems is helpful but not essential.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Corporate Systems team runs the core collaboration platforms everyone here works in and builds the tooling and automation behind IT. That responsibility extends to the companies we acquire. Their people, devices, and systems have to come into Anthropic securely.
You'll own the IT side of Anthropic's acquisitions: due diligence, integration planning, and integration. Before close, you'll assess a company's IT environment and give the deal team a clear read on risk and effort. You'll define the technical integration plan and its requirements: what moves, where it lands, in what order, what has to be ready on day one, and how each security gap gets closed. After close, you'll carry out that plan and bring the company's people, devices, and systems onto our stack. This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll hold admin, write code, build automation, run the cutovers yourself and bring in other teams when the work calls for their expertise or support. You'll lead this work for IT Engineering and partner with Security, Corporate Development, Legal, People, and Finance at every stage.
M&A will be your primary focus and responsibility, but you'll be a full member of the Corporate Systems team; taking part in planning and reviews, using and contributing to the team’s tooling, and contributing to the roadmap. Early on, M&A will be most of your work, including using Claude to automate the repeatable parts of diligence and integration. As that automation matures, and when M&A load is light, you'll contribute to other parts of the team’s roadmap.
Responsibilities
Lead technical IT due diligence: assess a company's identity, applications, endpoints, and infrastructure, and brief the deal team on risk and effort before close
Find the gaps between an acquired environment and Anthropic's security model, rate them, and build the mitigations into the integration plan
Define the technical integration plan and its requirements: what moves, where it lands, in what order, and what has to be ready on day one
Run the integration: take over administration, migrate people, devices, and data, and retire what's no longer needed, with support from other IT Engineering teams as required.
Work with Business Technology, Client Platform, Corporate Network, IT Operations, and Security on their parts of each integration
Keep Corporate Development, Legal, People, Finance, and the acquired company's team clear on where IT stands
Build a repeatable IT M&A playbook and automate as much of it as possible with Claude
When M&A work is light, contribute to core Corporate Systems projects
You may be a good fit if you have
8+ years as a hands-on engineer in corporate IT. You have designed and shipped systems, carried out migrations or integrations yourself, and owned at least one area end-to-end, with experience supporting other areas: identity, applications, endpoints, or corporate infrastructure
Experience administering enterprise identity and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and an SSO provider, and working code in Python or similar against their SaaS APIs
Working knowledge of endpoint management and security concepts, enough to lead diligence on an unfamiliar fleet
A proven ability to understand an unfamiliar IT environment quickly and deliver a prioritized view of risk to non-specialists
A record of leading technical projects that span several teams and run to a fixed date, while doing much of the engineering yourself
Comfort working autonomously, with ambiguity and confidential information
Clear communication with executives, legal and corporate development teams, and engineers at acquired companies
Strong candidates may also have
Prior M&A, carve-out, or company-to-company migration experience
Experience across the full stack: endpoints, systems, applications, and infrastructure
Hands-on experience managing a device fleet or running an MDM
Experience working in or alongside a security team
A record of building tooling that replaces manual IT work
Using Claude or similar tools as a core part of how you work
Representative projects
Assess an acquired company's IT environment that nobody here has seen and produce a prioritized integration plan within days
Design a way to size integration effort and risk for a company of any shape or size
Automate bringing acquired people and devices onto Anthropic's identity and device management
Write the IT risk memo for a live deal and present it to Corporate Development and Security leadership
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team. Our goal is for Claude to close the loop on scientific discovery, and a significant part of this is helping Claude to drive scientific hardware and software. You'll help deploy the Model Hardware Standard (MHS) to labs doing the world’s most important research. You’ll scale what you learn in the field by contributing back to the standard, building scalable assets, and driving associated internal product and research direction.
Responsibilities
Work with labs to automate their experiments end-to-end with Claude - from advising, to prototyping, to writing production code.
Drive product, engineering and research direction based on field experience - e.g. building evals to measure limitations of our models in the physical world (capabilities and safety), developing new features on MHS, etc.
Scale your impact to the long tail of labs through reusable cookbooks, documentation, and other assets.
Be an EMEA ambassador for Claude in the lab - you’ll both inspire and build trust with scientific audiences, from small settings to large conferences.
This role will require significant travel
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
Hands-on experience connecting software to lab robots and instruments (liquid handlers, plate readers, scheduling software, LIMS), ideally in an automated lab.
Strong engineering skills: you can take an LLM-powered tool from prototype to production code, and write evals to measure its performance.
A scientist's instinct for how experiments work: you can spot what's worth automating, and where AI might fail or be unsafe in the physical world.
Experience working directly with external customers or partners in a technical role.
Clear written and verbal communication: you’ll write docs other labs can use without you and give talks that inspire and earn researchers' trust.
A scrappy mentality–comfortable wearing multiple hats, building from scratch, driving clarity in ambiguous situations, and doing whatever it takes to further the mission.

The Role
We’re looking for a QA Manager to own end-to-end quality across hardware, firmware, PlayOS, and game experiences for Nex Playground. This is a role for someone who enjoys hands-on testing and debugging while also shaping test strategy, release criteria, and the overall quality bar.
Your mission is to ensure every hardware revision works seamlessly with PlayOS and our games—delivering a stable, responsive, compatible, and delightful experience in real-world conditions. You’ll partner closely with the engineering team and game cells to identify risk, prevent regressions, and support confident release decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware compatibility & system validation
Own validation for hardware bring-up and ongoing compatibility across hardware revisions, PlayOS versions, and game builds.
Develop and maintain risk-based test plans across EVT, DVT, and PVT—or equivalent development stages—including:
boot, update, rollback, and recovery flows
input, tracking, peripherals, and connectivity
long-session stability, power cycles, and intermittent failures
storage integrity and save-data behavior
Maintain a clear compatibility matrix covering hardware revisions, PlayOS versions, firmware versions, and game builds.
Partner with engineering teams to isolate hardware–software issues and verify fixes.
Firmware quality & release gating
Own the test strategy for firmware and PlayOS updates, including upgrade and downgrade paths, interrupted updates, failure scenarios, sleep/wake behavior, backgrounding, resume, and recovery.
Define manual validation and integrate automated checks into OTA release workflows where appropriate, covering installation, staged rollout, rollback, interruption handling, and recovery.
Establish quality gates, entry and exit criteria, and evidence-based go/no-go recommendations for hardware and firmware releases.
Assess release risk, track critical issues, and ensure regressions are understood before rollout.
Performance, reliability & real-world readiness
Validate system compatibility across PlayOS and game releases, including input, tracking, performance, save data, and update-related regressions.
Define and validate measurable quality targets such as frame-rate stability, responsiveness, latency, memory usage, thermal behavior, and crash-free sessions.
Execute long-run, stress, and recovery testing to identify memory leaks, degradation over time, and intermittent failures.
Test representative user environments, including network variability, display configurations, device states, user flows, and edge conditions.
Automation & tooling
Build and maintain reliable automated regression coverage across device, firmware, OTA, system-integration, and game-compatibility workflows where appropriate.
Integrate high-value automated checks into release workflows and make failures easy to diagnose.
Develop lightweight tools and scripts that accelerate setup, validation, data collection, and troubleshooting.
Communication, vendor management & cross-functional leadership
Produce actionable bug reports with clear reproduction steps, environment and build details, logs, impact, and supporting evidence.
Drive defect triage and prioritization with engineering and product partners, particularly during release cycles.
Manage external vendors, including scope, capacity, priorities, deliverables, acceptance criteria, quality standards, and performance.
Communicate quality status and release risk clearly, helping teams make informed tradeoffs and decisions.
Champion consistent testing practices and raise the quality bar across teams through influence and collaboration.
Key Requirements
Strong hands-on QA experience in system-level testing, firmware or OS validation, or hardware–software integration.
Demonstrated ability to design risk-based test strategies and execute thorough exploratory testing.
Experience validating firmware or OTA update flows, including failure handling, rollback, and recovery.
Experience investigating performance, reliability, and intermittent issues using logs, traces, crash data, and other diagnostic evidence.
Ability to create maintainable automated tests, tools, or scripts in at least one programming or scripting language.
Experience coordinating external QA partners or vendors and holding deliverables to clear quality standards.
Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Nice-to-have
Experience with consumer electronics, hardware bring-up, EVT/DVT/PVT, or manufacturing test concepts.
Experience with game or platform QA, graphics and performance profiling, input or motion-tracking systems, or observability tooling.
Familiarity with Android or Linux debugging, ADB, CI/CD systems, device logs, traces, and crash dumps.
Experience building test infrastructure, managing device labs, or validating staged software rollouts at scale.
