**Travel to Office expectations**
For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.
For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.
Position Summary:
The Sr. Director, HR Technology and AI Enablement, delivers PointClickCare's HR technology roadmap and leads the shift to an AI-first, agent-enabled model of HR service delivery. Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, the role executes the platform and AI strategy the pillar sets, redesigns HR workflows and AI-human handoffs ahead of the SAP SuccessFactors-to-Workday migration, and operationalizes the data governance and responsible-AI controls that make automation safe in a healthcare context. Partnering closely with the Sr. Director, HR COEs, SDO, Procurement and OCIO, the role leads a team through significant platform and ways-of-working change, turning pillar strategy into a working technology capability for PCC.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Technology Roadmap Execution & Platform Sequencing
Co-develop with the Workforce Intelligence and HR Technology Leader and execute the multi-year HR technology roadmap Evaluate, select, and sequence platforms and agentic AI across the ecosystem (Workday, Moveworks, ServiceNow Now Assist, Payfactors, Power BI, Qualtrics) against business outcomes
Operating-Model & Workflow Redesign (ahead of Workday configuration)
Partner with the HR COEs and the four-zone workflow classification to redesign HR workflows and AI–human handoffs before Workday is configured, so Zone 1 and Zone 2 automation is built natively pre-go-live rather than retrofitted. This sequencing is the highest-leverage lever for FY27 and prevents PCC from hardcoding today’s inefficiency into the system for years.
Platform Migration, AI Agent & Automation Delivery (SuccessFactors → Workday)
Lead end-to-end delivery of the Workday migration and the deployment of conversational and agentic AI (Moveworks, Now Assist), owning project plans, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. Define which workflows are automated versus human-led, monitor agent performance and quality, and manage vendors and budget. Close partnership & collaboration with Procurement, OCIO & SDO through all phases required. Final budget and contract decisions made with partners and Sr. Director
Data Governance, Privacy & Responsible AI
Build and safeguard the data foundation for AI.": an HR data quality audit ahead of migration, operationalizing the data governance policy that defines what AI systems can access, and Workday as the single source of truth. Advance People Analytics maturity and the skills taxonomy that underpins workforce planning.
Team Leadership, Adoption & Employee Experience
Lead and develop the HR technology team, reskilling it as work shifts from configuration to AI orchestration. Apply product and user-experience thinking, and drive adoption and change management so employees and managers experience HR technology as fast, intuitive, and trusted.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive HR technology / HRIS experience, including 5+ years leading and developing teams, and prior experience operating at a leader level or equivalent scope.
Demonstrated experience leading an enterprise HCM platform implementation or migration (e.g., Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors).
Experience redesigning HR processes and workflows for automation — mapping current state, eliminating waste, and designing AI–human handoffs ahead of system configuration.
Hands-on experience deploying or operating enterprise AI and automation tools — conversational and agentic AI and AI-enabled service management (e.g., ServiceNow / Now Assist, Moveworks).
Strong AI literacy: a working understanding of large language models, AI agents, prompt design, and responsible/ethical AI, data governance, privacy, and security.
People analytics and data fluency — able to turn HR data into insight and design trusted reporting and dashboards.
Proven project and change management skills, delivering across cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors on time and on budget.
Demonstrated experience owning technology vendor relationships and negotiating contracts at a half million threshold or above
Product- and outcome-oriented mindset — frames technology investments in terms of business and employee-experience outcomes.
Preferred Experience:
Workday certification(s) and/or ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Experience establishing AI governance, human-in-the-loop frameworks, or classifying workflows by AI impact.
Experience with integration architecture (APIs, iPaaS) and enterprise HR data governance.
Experience with data privacy and security in a regulated or healthcare environment (e.g., PHI / HIPAA).
Experience leading and developing a technical HR / HRIS team.
Familiarity with UX and service-design methods applied to employee-facing technology.
Relevant certifications (PMP, Prosci / change management, HRIP, CHRP / SHRM).

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth PM to own data and growth experimentation across the full funnel, from landing page through to in-app and pricing. ElevenLabs drives significant paid and organic traffic across self-serve, developer, and enterprise funnels; your job is to turn more of it into subscriptions, pipeline, and revenue.
You'll own the experimentation engine end to end: uncovering opportunities through funnel and product data, building and prioritizing the testing backlog, designing and evaluating experiments, and owning the tracking and reporting that turns results into decisions. Your scope runs deeper than conversion optimization: you'll drive experiments across onboarding, activation, and pricing, and align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around one optimization roadmap.
The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst, strategist, and operator: someone who finds revenue hiding in funnel and product data, ships a high-velocity testing program, and communicates results in terms of subscriptions and pipeline, not just conversion rates.
REQUIREMENTS
- A track record of running high-velocity experimentation programs end to end - hypothesis, prioritization, test design, and analysis - with measurable revenue impact
- Experience running experiments beyond the marketing site: in-product (onboarding, activation) and pricing or monetization
- Deep analytics fluency: comfortable living in product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, GA4) to diagnose funnel drop-off, segment traffic, and attribute outcomes across multi-domain journeys
- Strong statistical literacy: you know how to size tests, avoid false winners, and choose the right success metric (revenue and subscriptions over clicks)
- A cross-functional operator who can align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around a shared optimization roadmap
Bonus
- Working front-end web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to build test variants without waiting on engineering
- Experience optimizing PLG/self-serve funnels alongside sales-assisted (demo/contact-sales) funnels

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement team. You will own strategic sourcing for critical cloud infrastructure and AI providers, helping Vercel secure the compute, storage, and infrastructure capacity we need as we scale. You will develop commercial models that balance competitive economics with flexibility, avoiding commitments that constrain growth while creating transparent pricing that improves as our usage scales. Vercel's spend and revenue are scaling fast, and our sourcing motion has to scale with it — you'll know when to move fast versus when to hold the line on process, partnering closely with Legal, FP&A, and Security to get deals done without unnecessary friction. This role reports to the Head of Procurement.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Lead sourcing strategy and commercial negotiations with cloud infrastructure providers and hyperscalers.
Structure complex IaaS, compute, storage, and capacity agreements that balance committed spend, consumption growth, flexibility, and long-term unit economics.
Design pricing structures (tiered, committed-volume, usage-based) that reflect how Vercel actually consumes vendor services, and that scale with our growth trajectory.
Own strategic sourcing for emerging AI infrastructure and hyperscaler relationships, including commercial models supporting high-volume or customer-facing AI workloads.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other teams to forecast demand, understand technical requirements, evaluate suppliers, and translate Vercel's growth into sourcing leverage.
Analyze provider pricing, consumption patterns, contract structures, and market dynamics to identify opportunities to improve economics and reduce commercial risk.
Build and maintain AI-powered sourcing tools and playbooks (leveraging Claude, v0, etc.) for redlining, negotiation prep, benchmarking, and vendor reporting — raising throughput and deal quality across the team.
Help define what an AI-native sourcing function looks like at Vercel as spend and deal volume continue to climb.
What you need
Strong analytical skills — rate/unit-cost analysis, TCO modeling, pricing model design — able to find the real economics underneath a vendor proposal.
Comfortable operating at pace: high deal volume, ambiguity, imperfect information, and a bias toward execution over perfection.
Clear, direct communicator with executives, both internally and across the negotiating table.
You have significant strategic sourcing experience owning cloud infrastructure deals, including direct experience negotiating with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, or comparable infrastructure providers.
You understand cloud infrastructure commercial models, including IaaS, compute, storage, consumption-based pricing, committed spend, discounts, and capacity agreements.
You have led complex, high-value negotiations where rapidly changing consumption makes forecasting and long-term commitments challenging.
You can evaluate the tradeoffs between commitment, flexibility, unit economics, pricing transparency, and negotiating leverage as infrastructure usage scales.
You have experience partnering with technical and financial stakeholders to translate infrastructure requirements and forecasts into sourcing and negotiation strategies.
You have experience managing strategic supplier relationships and contracts through negotiation, execution, consumption monitoring, and renewal.
Bonus if you
Have experience sourcing AI/ML infrastructure, data services, or technical services for an engineering-heavy organization.
Have negotiated directly with AI hyperscalers or providers of large-scale AI compute and inference infrastructure.
Have experience sourcing SaaS and other enterprise software alongside infrastructure.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

You will join a growing security team where you can take meaningful ownership of the practices and policies you help develop. You will work closely with backend engineering and other departments to integrate practical security requirements across the company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Security Engineer, you'll cover a broad range of operational and strategic security work rather than a single narrow specialty. In your first few months, you'll focus on learning Eneba's tech stack and understanding how our services and systems fit together. That foundation is essential before you can secure those systems effectively.
Day-to-day, you can expect to:
- Hands-on coding and security implementation work make up the largest part of the role today, alongside incident response and threat-hunting responsibilities.
- Review and triage security submissions and incident reports.
- Evaluate and respond to bug bounty reports, including remediation follow-through
- Build, operate, and improve incident response and remediation processes.
- Write and maintain security policies and documentation.
- Communicate security requirements and risks clearly to non-technical departments
- Review application monitoring and logs to catch and investigate anomalies
- Support access governance and permission-management processes.
ABOUT THE TECH
The tech stack is the same one our backend teams work with. You're not expected to know all of it on day one, but you should expect to be learning how to use most of it within your first 3 months, and you'll also be working across other languages and systems used throughout the company as your role demands.

- Solid PHP knowledge
- Security knowledge, or a clearly demonstrated interest in security (bug bounties, CTFs, security blogs, following the security community)
- A background in IT, backend engineering, or a related technical field
- Self-sufficiency - comfort taking ownership of tasks and making progress without constant guidance.
- Ownership mentality and strong problem-solving skills
- Openness to learning and working across multiple systems, languages, and technologies rather than staying in one lane

- Experience with monitoring tools and application monitoring
- Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10

An overview of this role
As a Backend Engineer on the Plan: Spec-Driven Development team, you'll help build GitLab's intent-to-code loop: agentic workflows that turn a stated intent into a refined work item, an implementation plan, and verified, mergeable code. You'll own early-stage backend work across the flows, application programming interfaces, data models, and evaluation systems behind this experience, using Ruby on Rails, Python, PostgreSQL, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
You'll join a small, distributed team working on one of GitLab's highest-visibility product bets, collaborating with design partners toward a public beta. In your first year, you'll lead major features from an unclear problem through release, help shape scope with product and users, mentor other engineers, and influence technical decisions across agent workflows and evaluation methods.
What you’ll do
Lead backend features from early product discussions through technical design, implementation, rollout, and post-launch learning.
Build the flows, application programming interfaces, and data models behind agent-generated work items, implementation plans, durable specifications, and mergeable code.
Develop evaluation and benchmarking systems that measure workflow quality, token cost, and success rate.
Use Ruby on Rails and Python to build reliable production systems, with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, representational state transfer, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
Collaborate directly with product, design, engineers, design partners, and users to shape scope and make practical trade-offs.
Coordinate multi-person projects across the team and communicate decisions clearly in GitLab's asynchronous, all-remote environment.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical direction across the Plan group and related artificial intelligence initiatives.
Work in short iterations, share progress through demos, and use results and user feedback to guide what comes next.
What you’ll bring
Strong Ruby on Rails experience in a large production codebase and production experience with Python.
Experience driving substantial projects with several engineers over multiple months, with clear user or business outcomes.
A product mindset and experience owning features end to end, including shaping scope, making trade-offs, engaging with users, and learning from adoption after launch.
A full stack background with a current focus on backend engineering, plus the ability to read modern frontend code and design effective APIs.
Strong application programming interface design and structured query language fundamentals.
Experience exploring artificial intelligence-assisted development.
The ability to work independently, collaborate across functions and regions, and support others through technical leadership and mentoring. Experience with GraphQL, PostgreSQL performance at scale, or building and evaluating large language model or agent systems is helpful but not required.
We welcome candidates with different backgrounds and transferable experience. If you're excited about the role but don't meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
About the team
We are a team of four engineers, with two backend and two frontend engineers across Canada and Europe. You'll work in an all-remote, async-first environment with weekly sync calls, retrospectives, demos, and short iterations. This is early-stage work with broad ownership, space for creativity, and a fast pace. For more about our team and its work, see

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Mid-market sales experience. You have experience selling technical products to technical buyers at mid-market organizations (500–2,999 employees).
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
- Native or bilingual-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Staff Software Engineer on the GTM AI Engineering (Claudification) team, you will build the agents and AI systems that run Anthropic's own go-to-market work. Our sellers already work alongside agents every day. You will take things to the next step and build agents that run complete autonomous motions across areas like inbound, outbound, and pipeline management. In addition, you’ll build eval frameworks that prove those agents are ready for customer-facing work and are driving value. This is a senior role where you’ll drive technical direction for agents and evals across our team.
Working closely with sellers, RevOps, and our platform engineering partners, you'll own projects from first prototype through production operation. You'll combine full-stack engineering (MCP servers, agentic systems, web applications, etc.) with hands-on evaluation work (behavior benchmarks, production monitoring, ROI measurement), and help architect the shared platforms that builders from across our go-to-market org contribute to. You've worked in cultures of analytical rigor before, and you're eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing AI engineering function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate autonomous agents that run go-to-market motions end to end, across areas like inbound, outbound, pipeline management, and customer engagement
Design the human oversight for each motion: approval gates, handoffs, and escalation paths that keep sellers in control
Develop evaluation frameworks for agent behavior, and run them in development and in production
Instrument model and tool calls in production, and build the observability and measurement that ties agent actions to pipeline and revenue
Ship MCP servers, agent skills, and web applications that connect to systems like our CRM, communication tools, and data warehouse
Set the technical direction for how we build, evaluate, and operate agents across the team
Architect shared codebases that builders from across go-to-market contribute to, setting the conventions and review practices that keep quality high
Work directly with sellers to ground agent designs in real workflows, and iterate based on what you observe
Identify repeatable patterns and contribute insights back to Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and evaluation techniques
Minimum qualifications
Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript, with experience building and operating production applications
Production experience with LLMs, including context engineering, agent development, MCP development, tool use, and evaluation frameworks
Experience using evals and transcript analysis to find and fix real problems in an LLM system
Working fluency with data, including SQL
Ability to navigate ambiguity and ship without a spec, finding simple solutions to complex problems
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI, and care for the people who use what you build
Preferred qualifications
8+ years in roles such as software engineer, ML engineer, or forward deployed engineer. Former technical founders are encouraged to apply
Experience with the Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK
Experience with go-to-market systems (CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, conversation intelligence) or time working closely with a revenue team
Experience growing a codebase that many people contribute to, inner-source or open-source
Applied ML and experimentation background: A/B testing, propensity models, recommendations, or causal analysis
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners with low ego
Representative projects
(Illustrative of the kind of work, not a project list.)
Build an agent that takes a routine sales workflow from first signal to a drafted, human-reviewed action
Stand up the eval suite for an agent: seed scenarios, scoring rubrics, and regression runs on every change
Ship an MCP server that gives sellers and their agents governed access to a core revenue system
Design a shared repository where go-to-market builders publish agents and skills, with the tests and review rules that keep it healthy
Build a predictive model that explains itself, so an agent can tell a seller why it suggests an action
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

We are growing our support team at ClickHouse, and we're looking for a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer, Federal, to serve the specific needs of our U.S. public sector customers, federal agencies, and the contractors and integrators who support them. This role sits within our global Support Engineering team but has a dedicated focus to deliver the same excellent, technically deep support our commercial customers rely on, while meeting the compliance, security, and operational constraints that federal environments require.
You'll be the primary technical point of contact for customers operating ClickHouse in government-authorized environments, triaging and resolving support cases, guiding customers through secure deployment and operational best practices, and partnering closely with our Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to make sure ClickHouse's platform meets the bar federal customers require.
This is a U.S. Persons-only role. Because of the export-control status of the data, systems, and customer environments involved, all candidates must independently qualify as U.S. Persons before being considered. This applies regardless of visa sponsorship status, work authorization, or physical location within the U.S. Beyond this requirement, you'll also need to be prepared to work within the access, communication, and documentation controls that federal engagements demand.
What you will be doing:
- Serving as the primary technical support contact for ClickHouse's U.S. federal and public-sector customers, across cases, chat, Slack, and meetings, consistent with applicable federal communication and data-handling requirements
- Developing solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source, and sharing them with federal customers and internal teams via documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal runbooks tailored to government deployment patterns
- Guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting within government-authorized environments, including AWS GovCloud-adjacent infrastructure where applicable
- Working closely with our global Support Services, Engineering, Security/Compliance, Product Management, and Go-To-Market teams to represent the requirements of federal customers and help prioritize the roadmap accordingly
- Supporting technical aspects of federal POCs, security questionnaires, and Authority to Operate (ATO)-adjacent evaluations in partnership with Go-To-Market and Security teams
And of course:
- You will deliver excellent customer service as a technical engineer and representative of ClickHouse to our federal customer base. Our Support Engineers provide professional response, on-call coverage, and guidance within required SLAs on technical cases opened via the ticketing system, email, Slack, chat, and/or phone
- You will build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners, including government program stakeholders and the systems integrators and resellers who support them
What you bring along:
- Required: U.S. Person status, as defined above and verified during the interview process prior to any offer
- Technical breadth and depth in ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud, or in domains relevant to ClickHouse, such as SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, and distributed systems
- Previous technical experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Consultant, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, and/or Systems Engineer
- Proven experience developing familiarity with the operational and compliance realities of federal IT environments (e.g., FedRAMP, DOD IL, AWS GovCloud, air-gapped or sovereign-cloud deployments)
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment around sensitive data handling
- A mindset of teamwork, empathy, and solving challenging problems under the additional rigor that government customers require
- You are self-driven, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow
Bonus points:
- Prior experience supporting federal, state/local/education (SLED), or other public-sector customers in a technical support, TAM, or solutions engineering capacity
- Experience with FedRAMP-authorized services, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent sovereign/air-gapped cloud environments
- An active or recently active U.S. government security clearance (not required, but a plus for future-facing work with more sensitive agencies)
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience with OSS and open-source technologies, as a user, community member, or contributor
- Experience with data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, RabbitMQ, or others
