ENGINEERING MANAGER - APPLIED AI
THE ROLE AND ITS IMPACT
You will lead and grow the Internal AI Accelerator team as it expands from its current core to a fully formed engineering squad. You will own the strategy, delivery, and roadmap for how Xero designs and delivers agentic AI workflows that eliminate manual toil, speed up decision-making, and generate measurable productivity gains. This means working directly with business leaders across G&A, Finance, P&C, and IT functions to co-build reusable AI patterns and governance frameworks that last. You will shape how Xero thinks about AI delivery long after your tenure, building playbooks and reference architectures that other teams can pick up and run with.
What your engineers build goes into production and real people rely on it. One month you are partnering with finance, the next you are embedded in IT. You set the pace, you unblock the path, and you hold your team accountable to shipping.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
The Internal AI Accelerator team is a small, high-impact crew of engineers embedded across Xero's business units. They partner directly with product, engineering, and business teams to design and ship AI workflows in weeks, not months. The team operates with a direct line to senior stakeholders and a genuine mandate to move fast. Together, you are genuinely curious about what works and what doesn't, learning openly from every project and sharing what you discover.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
The team is expanding from a proof-of-concept phase into building at scale. You will focus on growing the engineering capability across multiple workstreams. Initially, your priorities will be:
- Scaling agentic AI delivery across multiple business domains (finance, HR, support, operations)
- Building reusable patterns, platforms, and governance frameworks that other teams can adopt
- Designing and implementing the technical architecture for enterprise AI deployments
- Establishing best practices for AI safety, evaluation, and operations at scale
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role is based in Sydney. You will work in a hybrid model with core collaboration days in the office. Xero supports flexible ways of working, and regular "boost days" bring our ANZ teams together for connection and planning.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You bring solid engineering credibility, ideally from shipping production software at scale, so you can make sound technical decisions and earn your team's respect without needing to code day-to-day.
- Your approach to strategy is pragmatic: you can move fast without all the answers, turning vague problems into clear scope, and pivoting when the situation changes.
- You will Go Bold in how you lead: giving your team ownership, pushing back on processes that slow you down, and creating space for innovation alongside delivery.
- You demonstrate genuine curiosity about your people and a commitment to coaching them up. You leave your team knowing more than when they joined.
- You show comfort bridging technical and non-technical worlds, translating between engineers and business stakeholders without losing nuance on either side.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

Today, CertiK supports thousands of enterprise clients and Web3 projects globally, with a distributed international team spanning North America, Asia, and Europe. The company is backed by leading investors including Coatue, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and Sequoia Capital, and has been recognized by organizations such as the World Economic Forum and CB Insights for its contributions to blockchain security innovation.
About the role
CertiK works with banks, regulators and regulated financial institutions that adopt digital assets. We build regulatory technology for these markets, and we are hiring a lead product manager to own what we build next for these clients.
You will gather client needs directly and through our client-facing consultants, turn them into a clear, prioritized roadmap, and present our products to clients, prospects and regulators in North America and, when needed, abroad. Inside the company, you represent the customer.
What you'll do
Run discovery with clients and prospects, on site and remotely, and work closely with the solutions consultants to set the agenda for what they learn in the field
Build and run a discovery channel of your own: a panel of compliance, risk and operations practitioners at banks, VASPs and regulators for structured (including paid) interviews, so requirements never depend on a single client
Convert client conversations and consultant findings into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions, with the reason behind each request documented, and defend the ranking to leadership
Present CertiK's products and services to client teams, prospects and regulators in demos, workshops and tender presentations
Join Business Development and consultants on key client visits, primarily in the US, with occasional travel to Europe, the Middle East and other markets
Own the roadmap conversation with the CEO, Business Development and Engineering
Requirements
5–8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software or at a regulated financial institution
Domain experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products, whether as a product manager or from inside a compliance function
Has led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain, with demonstrated ability to identify the underlying need behind a client's stated request and show how it changed what was built
Native or fully proficient English, with professional presentation skills to senior compliance, risk and regulatory audiences
Established prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features
Sufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and hold a position under pushback
Directs discovery through others as well as first-hand: part of the customer input comes via consultants, and the role sets their agenda
Regular travel within the US and international travel as required
Bonus points
Prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform
Familiarity with FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions or MiCA-type requirements as they apply to digital assets
Familiarity with US, UK or EU digital asset regulation
Experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders
This role must be performed outside the United States. We are unable to consider candidates who will work from within the U.S.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Partner Sales Director for the Indian and ASEAN market. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven professional who can accelerate revenue by driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales across the region.
This is a quota-carrying role responsible for working hand-in-hand with our field sales teams and strategic partners, including hyperscalers, system integrators (SIs), channel partners, and ISV/OEM partners, to identify, influence, and close new opportunities. You’ll also play a key role in expanding and deepening our partnerships (especially regional SIs), helping source new opportunities, develop joint solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales instincts, partnership acumen, and executive presence. We are looking for someone who can think strategically while executing rigorously to deliver incremental revenue and pipeline growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and deliver against a regional revenue quota for partner-sourced and partner-influenced bookings.
- Collaborate closely with the India & ASEAN field sales teams to integrate partners into key account strategies and deal cycles.
- Build and execute strong joint sales motions with hyperscalers, SIs, ISVs, OEMs, and channel partners to expand ClickHouse’s reach and accelerate pipeline.
- Serve as the primary partner sales interface for India and ASEAN, ensuring alignment between regional sellers, partners’ field teams, and global partner programs.
- Develop and execute joint account plans, campaigns, and demand-generation activities with priority partners.
- Drive joint forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting to ensure partner contributions are tracked and recognized.
- Identify, onboard, and develop strategic system integrator (SI) partnerships that can both source new opportunities and deliver successful implementations.
- Define joint GTM plays, delivery frameworks, and enablement paths to ensure scalable, repeatable customer success.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive SI delivery readiness and certification.
- Work closely with the global and regional Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of partner strategy, programs, and field execution.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions Engineering to support partner-led projects, and proof-of-concepts.
- Serve as the voice of the ASEAN/India partner ecosystem, providing feedback and insights to shape ClickHouse’s broader partner strategy.
- Maintain accurate partner pipeline data, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously refine partner engagement models based on data-driven insights and field feedback.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced Sales & Partnerships Professional: 10+ years in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances; ideally in cloud, data, or analytics space.
- Quota-Carrying Performer: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets through partner ecosystems.
- Partner-Savvy: Deep understanding of hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure), SI, and channel partner models — including co-sell, marketplace, and resale motions.
- Strategic + Tactical Operator: Can develop GTM strategy and also roll up sleeves to drive execution with field and partner teams.
- Strong Communicator & Influencer: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging both internally and externally at executive levels.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at navigating complex partner organizations, aligning incentives, and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Self-Starter with Grit: Operates autonomously, thrives in high-growth environments, and drives outcomes without heavy structure.

About Huzzle
Huzzle is an AI-talent marketplace. We place pre-vetted remote talent (sales, marketing, ops, finance, engineering) with VC-backed startups and fast-growing SMBs. We were ranked the 7th fastest growing company in the UK in 2026. The team is ~40 people across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
The Role
We run the business on internal tools we built ourselves with AI, and the whole team uses them every day.
These tools need an owner. Bugs come in and features get requested. Some of those requests are great and some would break three other things. We need someone who can tell the difference, fix what matters fast, and push back on what doesn't.
This is a product role as much as a building role. The code is the easy part now. What matters is knowing what to build, why it matters to the business, and making it something people actually enjoy using.
This is not a software engineering role. You'll build with AI tools, not write everything from scratch. But you need to understand what's happening under the hood well enough to know when a fix in one place will cause a problem somewhere else.
You'll work directly with our COO and CCO.
What you'll do
Own the bug and feature queue for our internal tools. Triage requests, prioritise by business impact, fix it, ship it.
Talk to the people using the tools to understand the actual problem before building anything.
Think about the user experience end to end. If something is confusing or slow to use, fix that too, even if nobody asked.
Fix bugs and ship small features using AI coding tools, and test properly before anything goes live.
Spot when a change could break something else, and flag it before it happens.
Keep things documented so the next fix is faster than the last one.
Over time, take on bigger projects that improve how the business runs.
Requirements
You have a business mind. You care about why something is being built and whether it moves a number, not just whether it works.
You have product sense. You think about the user first, notice bad experiences, and have opinions on how things should work and feel.
You've built things. A side project, an internal tool, an app, an automation, anything you can show us. Built with AI tools is fine, that's the point.
You understand the basics: how a database works, what an API does, how frontend and backend connect, what happens when you change a table someone else depends on.
You're careful. You test your own work and you don't ship things you don't understand.
Strong written English. Most of our communication is async on Slack.
Fast, proactive, high energy. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
1-3 years of experience. Background in engineering, product, consulting or a startup is a plus, not a requirement.
Experience with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Claude Code.
Worked in a startup or a recruiting/marketplace business before.
Benefits
Fully remote.
Direct exposure to the founders and how a fast-growing company actually runs.
Real ownership from week one. The tools you maintain are used by the whole company every day.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
The Products Team at Docker is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead components of Docker Sandboxes. You will own and drive this strategic product area from high-level concept design through delivery, adoption, and operation. You will help shape how developers and AI agents use fast, secure, isolated environments across local and cloud workflows. You will work closely with developers inside and outside of Docker, our customers, and our partners to expand our open ecosystem offering and provide value. As the company and ecosystem grow, you will help foster teams eager to continuously build, measure, and learn.
To thrive in this role, you will need experience working with developers, deep technical fluency in systems and developer infrastructure, and prior experience as a software engineer. You will need to understand containers, sandboxes/microVMs, virtualization technologies, hypervisors, the software development lifecycle, and how untrusted or agent-generated code can be safely executed and orchestrated. You will need a relentless drive to try new things and an eye for detail. Your long-term success will depend on your ability to own the product roadmap, earn the trust of the developer community, and scale reliable services. Most importantly, you will need to be comfortable taking ownership of big objectives with big goals, working with a cross-functional team, and maintaining a bias for action.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You own Docker Sandboxes, its long-term vision, roadmap, revenue, adoption, and results.
- You believe in and can succinctly articulate our customers, their workflows, and their pain points. You empathize with the world they live in and the security, performance, compatibility, and cost constraints they work through.
- You will engage deeply with developers building AI agents, coding environments, CI and testing systems, and other workloads that require secure, isolated execution, finding solutions for today while optimizing for tomorrow's vision.
- You enjoy building infrastructure products that are easy to adopt and use. You will turn complex tradeoffs across isolation, startup time, performance, density, networking, storage, and cost into simple product experiences.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and will guide product definition, feature prioritization, and scope in concert with engineering, design, security, operations, and go-to-market teams.
- You are a fan of iterative development, working with customers and cross-functional teams to hypothesize, measure adoption and impact, learn from releases, and continually improve the roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have deep empathy for the needs of developers and are obsessed with talking to your users.
- You have prior professional experience as a software engineer, ideally in systems, infrastructure, platform engineering, developer tools, or cloud.
- You have strong technical familiarity with sandboxes/microVMs, containers, virtualization technologies, and hypervisors, including the isolation and security boundaries each provides.
- You understand the building blocks of modern developer infrastructure, including Linux, container runtimes, orchestration, networking, storage, APIs, and cloud services.
- You have experience designing, building, or operating systems that execute customer-provided, untrusted, or agent-generated code at scale.
- You are comfortable interacting with a command-line interface and discussing APIs, SDKs, and technical architecture with engineers and developers.
- You have experience building B2B or SaaS products, or a background in public cloud and developer infrastructure.
- You understand software supply chain and software security concerns, including multi-tenant isolation, identity, secrets management, observability, and reliability.
- You can break down complex technical problems into small, releasable, user-valuable features.
- You can explain complex ideas simply and communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and visually across diverse stakeholders.
- You can analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, define success metrics, and prioritize investments.
- You have a collaborative approach, experience running products from greenfield to scale, and the ability to work with fast-moving, distributed, cross-functional teams. You are a doer as well as a strategist; we are small and need all hands on deck.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Get to know Docker: our vision, mission, and values.
- Understand the Docker Sandboxes team's mission, product strategy, and technical architecture.
- Meet the team along with peers across the business unit and company.
- Work closely with designers, researchers, engineers, security partners, and customers to understand user needs and current pain points.
- Work with your manager and team to review and create quarterly goals.
- Understand the product roadmap, key technical and business tradeoffs, and the data available to make data-driven decisions.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Understand the company's and business unit's product vision and how Docker Sandboxes contributes to it.
- Provide clarity on product vision, target users, priority use cases, and how the team contributes to the overall success of Docker.
- Develop a deep understanding of our developers and customers, how they use isolated environments, and why they choose Docker.
- Shape the team roadmap and product strategy in close collaboration with design, engineering, security, and go-to-market peers.
- Lead the definition of team OKRs and success metrics for the quarter, and provide clear progress reports.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Lead product initiatives across cross-functional teams that make secure, isolated execution simple and valuable for developers and AI agents.
- Drive the long-term direction of Docker Sandboxes, including improvements to adoption, ecosystem integration, reliability, scale, unit economics, and ARR.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
