We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. ABOUT THE TECH, MEDIA & TELECOM TEAM
- We work with some of the world's most influential and recognizable companies, from global telecommunications providers and leading media brands to technology platforms that power businesses worldwide.
- We build agents for the moments that matter, helping our customers rise to the occasion when service disruptions, major product launches, or global events like the World Cup https://www.linkedin.com/posts/claybavor_at-sierra-we-are-very-proud-to-have-partnered-activity-7491200203899760641-I27d?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAABYjELMBZfjrg-wrv53M1tVXGe93FF3eTww drive millions of customer interactions.
- We bring Sierra’s Horizon https://sierra.ai/product/horizon vision to TMT by building agents that transform the entire customer relationship:
- Telecommunications: Turn one of the most frustrating customer experiences into one of the most personal, with agents that understand each subscriber, optimize their plan and savings, anticipate opportunities to add value, and earn their loyalty over time.
- Media: Turn every subscription into an ongoing, personalized relationship, with agents that help each subscriber get the most from their experience through the right content, offer, plan, and support from their free trial through retention.
- Technology: Bring the white-glove customer experience traditionally reserved for the largest enterprise accounts to every customer, helping them adopt the product, discover new ways to get value, expand their usage, and successfully renew.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. - Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.

- Build agents that troubleshoot deeply integrated telecommunications and connected-device experiences, reasoning across account, billing, network, and device systems to diagnose issues and take the actions needed to resolve them.
- Experiment with new voice experiences and Voice Personas https://sierra.ai/blog/introducing-voice-personas tailored to each brand, customer, and moment, bringing the right empathy, energy, and conversational style to everything from navigating a frustrating telecom billing issue to helping someone discover their next favorite show or find the plan that's right for them.

Our customers rely on us to not only deliver standout customer experiences, driving stronger growth in their business.
- Our TTH team is constantly pushing the bounds of what is possible within this industry and beyond. We help support our customers in the moments that matter — whether that’s proactively encouraging new bookings to prepare for exciting events, or helping guests rebook their flights or stays during times of distress. We help our customers maximize the lifetime value of their guests and build products to delight guests at every touchpoint.
- We’re a small and scrappy team, and we support each other with any deliverables we have to meet. Every engineer on TTH is also a product-led thinker; every PM on TTH is tinkering and developing tangible prototypes; and every strategist on TTH is capable of owning an agent end to end. As a part of this team, you’ll set the standard on what it means to go beyond your role, and help build the travel industry of the future.

ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our Financial Services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle—the hours after a family discovers their home has been damaged by a wildfire and begins filing a claim; the difficult conversation following the loss of a loved one as beneficiaries navigate a life insurance claim; the frustration of dropping a phone, shattering the screen, and trying to quickly understand coverage and arrange for a repair or replacement.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR TEAM
- Sierra recently received FedRAMP High https://sierra.ai/blog/certified-fedramp-high certification, enabling us to bring our industry-leading technology to partners in the US public sector. We’re now building our founding public sector team to redefine the relationship between the government and its citizenry.
- Today, our agents already enable citizens to access social services, report fraud, and understand complex government systems. Simultaneously, they empower government officials to better hear the concerns and inquiries of their constituencies.
- We are explicitly nonpartisan and committed to empowering public servants to leverage AI to advance their important missions.
- In our journey, we are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.

ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software (1 in 3 of the world's leading banks use Sierra!), insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our financial services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle - the instant before a family learns whether they are pre-approved for a mortgage; the claustrophobic half hour after someone notices a fraudulent charge; the frustrating experience of losing a card and needing to order a new one.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Directorate of Maternal, Child, Adolescent and Youth Health (DSM/E/A/J) is responsible for implementing public health policies related to maternal and child health. Its core mandate is to reduce maternal, neonatal, infant morbidity and mortality. Infant and neonatal mortality remain a constant concern in the country despite ongoing efforts by the government and its partners. Continuous availability of medicines and inputs for maternal, neonatal, and child health is a fundamental pillar for reducing maternal, neonatal, and infant morbidity and mortality.
In recent years, the national supply chain management system has undergone significant evolution characterized by:
The progressive strengthening of quantification and supply planning mechanisms
The increasing use of logistics data generated from DHIS2
The progressive reinforcement of the Quantification Analytics Tool (QAT) as the national reference tool for forecasts and supply planning

Provide technical support to DSM/E/A/J in the overall management, operational monitoring, and strategic optimization of the supply chain for maternal and child health medicines and health products—from needs planning to last-mile delivery.
Quantification and Review:
Provide technical support for annual quantification exercises for maternal and child health products using the QAT tool and lead periodic revisions based on actual consumption data and available stocks.
Order Management and Follow-Up:
Coordinate with partners on order management and ensure rigorous monitoring of delivery timelines to prevent stockouts
Strengthen strategic use of logistics data for decision-making
Support the institutionalization of QAT as the national reference tool for forecasting and supply planning
Develop mechanisms for validation, triangulation, and quality control of logistics data
Support performance monitoring of warehousing and distribution carried out by ONPPC
Develop dashboards and supply chain performance indicators
Develop SOPs, guidelines, and standardized tools
Support the formalization of processes
Organize capacity-building sessions
Contribute to the progressive autonomy of national teams
Document achievements and institutionalized mechanisms.
Expected Results
Through this support, DSM/E/A/J aims to achieve:
Sustainable improvement in the quality of logistics data
Better capacity to anticipate stockouts
Institutionalization of QAT as the single source for logistics data management and quantification
Development of a data-driven management culture
Strengthened supply chain performance monitoring
Improved visibility of logistics risks
Progressive strengthening of national technical autonomy.

About the Role
Location: Brazil, Sao Paulo
Our Strategic Account Executives are expert storytellers and problem-solvers. In the LATAM region, you will help crypto-native organizations (exchanges, Web3, DeFi) and large-scale enterprises confidently and securely adopt blockchain technologies. As the digital asset landscape evolves rapidly across Latin America—driven by institutional interest, the growth of Web3 ecosystems, and evolving regional regulations—you will be at the forefront of helping these organizations execute their cryptocurrency strategy.
Strategic Account Executives are experienced in high-stakes new business creation and deep account management. They are market specialists who understand the unique cultural and business nuances of the LATAM region. They establish trust and build long-term customer relationships within their target market, tailoring their sales approach to the specific economic drivers of the region and evangelizing Chainalysis solutions in a compelling, approachable way. Success is measured by the attainment of assigned quota, new logos, and the strategic expansion of our footprint within the region’s most influential accounts.
In this role, you’ll:
- Drive Regional Growth: Exceed your quota and substantially increase our foothold in the LATAM Enterprise and Crypto-native markets through aggressive prospecting, pipeline development, and expansion of existing accounts.
- Strategic Account Planning: Create and execute sophisticated go-to-market plans for the LATAM territory that result in predictable, increasing quarterly forecasts and long-term partnerships.
- Build Executive Trust: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to build relationships with CXOs and Founders based on trust and transparency, positioning Chainalysis as a critical partner in their growth.
- Market Intelligence: Help us develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to LATAM market trends, such as the rise of DeFi, Web3 innovation, and regional enterprise adoption drivers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (Solutions Architects, Product, and Marketing) to provide expert advice to prospects regarding technical concepts, product roadmaps, and solutions implementations.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting through disciplined use of enterprise sales methodologies.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Regional Expertise: A deep understanding of the LATAM business landscape and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of doing business across different Latin American countries.
- Bilingual/Trilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a significant advantage.
- Proven Sales Excellence: 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically selling complex software to large-scale enterprises or high-growth technology companies.
- Strategic Mindset: A strong understanding of enterprise sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) and the ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: An articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communicator who can convey complex blockchain and technical concepts concisely to the CXO level.
- Blockchain Passion: A genuine interest in cryptocurrency, Web3, and the potential for blockchain technology to disrupt traditional business models.
- Adaptability: The ability to bridge high-level technology to a customer’s desired business outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Mobility: The ability to travel throughout the LATAM region as needed to build face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders.
Nice to have experience:
- You don’t have to be a blockchain expert yet, but you are insatiably curious and a fast learner.
- Experience selling solutions related to data analytics, cybersecurity, risk management, or complex cloud infrastructure.
- An existing network of contacts within the innovation or technology departments of major LATAM-based enterprises.

BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organizations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
As we grow our US business, we’re building our SDR team in Boston and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organizations in the US. This isn’t about maximizing email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY N8N?
🚀 Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
📈 Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
✏️ Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
🤖 Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
⚡Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalize outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer- but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic US accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalized messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting into mid- market or enterprise accounts
- Strong sales track record against your targets
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalization and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Boston office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales- giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s US enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.
You care about diversity and inclusion? We do too! . We grew revenue 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the US-based business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences.
NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea: travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to eliminate friction from the travel experience — from seamless organization and easy access, to tracking, connectivity, and protection.
Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences.
Across both brands, we're building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We're looking for builders who want autonomy, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale.
The Opportunity
Nysonian is hiring a Head of Paid Media to own acquisition performance across NOBL and Flo, personally managing paid channels at scale and driving profitable growth. This role reports to Daniel (Co-CEO) and works closely with the performance creative and data teams.
What You'll Own
Hands-on media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and AppLovin; Launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and making spending decisions daily across all brands.
Landing-page creation and testing: turning campaign insights into page variants tailored to specific ads, audiences, and offers. You'll execute this yourself, not request it from others.
Deep account analysis: connecting ad performance to landing-page behavior, conversion data, and funnel dynamics to diagnose what's working and what's broken.
Hypothesis development and testing: forming your own theories about platform dynamics and account optimization, then running live tests to validate them.
Scaling strategy and execution: determining how much incremental spend each channel and campaign can absorb, where to redirect budget, and when to cut or consolidate.
Performance monitoring and autonomous decision-making seven days a week. Accounts need attention on weekends, and you won't hand off buying responsibility because it's Saturday.
Skills & Qualifications
Recent, hands-on media-buying experience: you personally launched, analyzed, and scaled campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. A management title or big brand on your résumé doesn't count—we need evidence you did the actual work.
Personally managed at least $1 million per month in media spend that you controlled directly.
Direct-response copywriting and landing-page creation: you've written hooks, offers, objections, and proof points, and built and tested landing-page variations yourself.
Deep Meta knowledge and obsessive attention to platform dynamics, including original thinking about campaign structure, targeting, and scaling approaches.
Strong analytical foundation: you understand CAC, new-customer ROAS, attribution limits, and how to move beyond "ROAS is down" to diagnose root causes.
Ability to connect acquisition performance to creative, offers, funnels, and landing pages—you see the full customer journey, not just ad-account metrics.
AI workflow already in active use: you have a demonstrated, concrete workflow showing how AI helps you analyze, write, build, or test faster.
Comfort with autonomy and influence: you propose the next move, don't wait for us to decide it.
This Role Is Not a Fit If
You've never personally created and tested landing pages yourself, or you treat landing-page, copy, and offer improvements as someone else's responsibility.
You stop analyzing at "ROAS is down" and can't dig through the ad, page, and conversion process to identify the likely problem and recommend a specific change.
You wait for direction on what to test or where to adjust spending instead of proposing priorities yourself and expecting to execute on your own call.
You won't personally manage the accounts on weekends or you view this as a nine-to-five role where account coverage ends Friday.
Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The expected total compensation range for this role is: USD $200,000 to $250,000. This role also offers a performance-based bonus tied to business impact (OTE $300-350k).

ABOUT OPENAI
OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company committed to ensuring that artificial general intelligence (AGI) benefits all of humanity. We push the boundaries of AI capabilities while prioritising safety, responsible use, and human needs. Our mission requires a team that represents a diversity of perspectives, voices, and experiences.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Like every team at OpenAI, the Marketing team contributes directly to our mission of responsible and widespread AI adoption.
The EMEA B2B Marketing team translates global priorities into regionally relevant programmes that drive awareness, consideration, pipeline, adoption, and long-term customer trust. We partner closely with Sales and GTM, Product Marketing, Developer Marketing and Relations, Field and Executive Marketing, Content, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Comms, Creative, Media, Marketing Operations, and regional leadership.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an FTC B2B Influencer Marketing Lead, EMEA to build and scale OpenAI’s influencer marketing capability across knowledge workers (KW), business decision-makers (BDMs), and developer audiences.
You will own the strategy and hands-on delivery across multiple European markets (working closely with in-market comms & marketing team), with the UK, France, and Germany as the first priorities. You will develop local creator networks, translate regional and global priorities into market-relevant programmes, and build a portfolio that balances sustained creator relationships with high-impact moments around products, campaigns, and events.
This is a zero-to-one builder role as much as an ecosystem and operating-model role. You will create the capability from the ground up: building on the early foundations we have in place, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, securing internal alignment, building the creator and agency network, establishing the operating model, and proving what works before scaling it. You will work with existing agencies, identify and onboard new specialist partners where we have capability or market gaps, partner with PHD to amplify the strongest influencer content, and create the goals, processes, reporting, and success measures needed to run the programme with speed, quality, and accountability. You will partner closely with the B2C influencer lead to define and evolve the measurement framework.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own the EMEA B2B influencer marketing strategy across KW, BDM, and developer audiences, setting clear audience, market, channel, investment, and outcome priorities.
- Build a credible bench of developer creators, technical educators, open-source voices, AI builders, and community leaders across Europe, and design programmes that genuinely help developers learn, evaluate, and build.
- Develop differentiated creator plans for the UK, France, and Germany, balancing regional consistency with local language, culture, platform behaviour, regulation, and audience expectations.
- Source, evaluate, and build durable relationships with creators who have genuine authority with our priority audiences. Own outreach, briefing, negotiation, contracting, content development, activation, and relationship management.
- Design curated creator programmes and high-value experiences that deepen relationships over time—such as briefings, product access, learning sessions, roundtables, community moments, and co-created formats—turning the strongest creators into long-term strategic partners rather than one-off campaign participants.
- Build an always-on creator portfolio alongside launch, event, and campaign activations, choosing the right mix of tutorials, product demonstrations, thought leadership, executive content, social posts, newsletters, podcasts, video, and community formats.
- Work with existing influencer and marketing agencies to raise the quality and pace of delivery. Identify capability gaps and lead the selection, onboarding, and management of new specialist agencies, including developer-native and market-specific partners.
- Partner closely with our media agency to build paid amplification strategies for high-performing creator content, including audience targeting, usage rights, creator whitelisting where appropriate, testing, optimisation, and clear organic-versus-paid performance readouts.
- Partner with our Performance Marketing and Growth teams to develop bespoke influencer content that drives measurable performance and business growth.
- Operationalise the end-to-end influencer process across intake, creator discovery, due diligence, brand-safety review, scopes of work, contracting, approvals, disclosure and compliance, content calendars, asset management, localisation, paid rights, and post-campaign learning.
- Set programme and campaign goals upfront. Build a measurement framework that connects creator activity to meaningful audience and business outcomes rather than relying on vanity metrics.
- Define and report a balanced scorecard by audience and objective, including qualified reach, audience relevance, engagement quality, content completion and saves, traffic, product education, developer activation, adoption signals, and pipeline influence where measurement is appropriate.
- Establish regular reporting and performance reviews with clear recommendations on which creators, formats, platforms, markets, and investments to scale, improve, or stop.
- Manage budgets, agency scopes, creator fees, usage rights, and production investment, making disciplined trade-offs and improving efficiency over time.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Developer Marketing and Relations, Comms, Creative, Legal, Privacy, Brand, Media, regional marketers, and GTM teams to ensure content is technically accurate, locally relevant, compliant, and useful to the audience.
- Bring creator and community insight back into OpenAI, helping teams understand emerging voices, platform shifts, audience questions, content opportunities, and risks across the European influencer ecosystem.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- OpenAI has a strong, trusted network of B2B and developer creators across Europe, with meaningful depth in the UK, France, and Germany.
- Priority creators progress from individual activations into sustained, mutually valuable partnerships, supported by curated programmes and experiences that increase trust, product understanding, and advocacy over time.
- Developer influencer marketing becomes a repeatable growth and education channel, supported by a healthy pipeline of credible creators and technically valuable content.
- Teams and agencies use a clear, efficient operating model with defined ownership, faster approvals, strong compliance, reusable tools, and fewer one-off processes.
- Organic creator programmes and PHD-led paid amplification work as one system, with transparent performance, learning, and investment decisions.
- Leadership has a reliable view of goals, spend, creator health, market coverage, results, and the programme’s contribution to audience and business outcomes.
YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, B2B content, developer marketing, or an adjacent discipline, including substantial ownership of influencer programmes.
- Are deeply plugged into the European creator economy and bring an existing network of relevant creators, agents, managers, platforms, and specialist agencies—particularly in technology, AI, SaaS, developer tools, or adjacent categories.
- Have a proven track record of building influencer programmes for developer or highly technical audiences. You understand the difference between broad technology reach and genuine developer credibility.
- Have taken an influencer or creator programme from zero to one, moving from an ambiguous brief to a working strategy, partner ecosystem, operating model, measurement framework, and repeatable programme.
- Have built curated creator programmes and experiences that develop long-term strategic partnerships, with evidence that sustained relationship-building improved content quality, creator loyalty, audience trust, or business impact.
- Can also develop effective creator strategies for knowledge workers and business decision-makers, matching the creator, message, format, and platform to the audience and commercial objective.
- Have operated across multiple European markets and understand how to adapt strategy and execution for the UK, France, and Germany. Fluent English is required; French and/or German is a strong advantage.
- Have directly managed agencies and creator partners, including selection, onboarding, briefing, negotiation, contracting, production, usage rights, paid amplification, and performance management.
- Understand the mechanics and economics of organic and paid creator distribution, and can partner effectively with a media agency to turn strong content into scaled, measurable campaigns.
- Are analytically strong and comfortable setting goals, designing measurement approaches, reading performance data, and making clear recommendations when attribution is imperfect.
- Combine strong editorial and technical judgement with operational rigour. You can protect creator authenticity while maintaining accuracy, brand safety, compliance, and message integrity.
- Are both strategic and hands-on: comfortable setting the direction, building the system, finding the creator, improving the brief, resolving an approval issue, and getting the programme live.
- Build trust quickly across creators, agencies, marketers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders, and communicate clearly when priorities, evidence, or trade-offs are contested.
- Are energised by AI and motivated to help developers, businesses, and knowledge workers across Europe understand and adopt transformative technology responsibly.
