1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We're looking for a Staff Data Analyst to be the senior analytical partner to our Marketing organization. You'll define how Marketing understands its own performance, influence investment decisions at the leadership level, and shape the data foundations that underpin our AI and automation capabilities. Sitting within our centralized analytics function, you'll work closely with Growth Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering bringing strategic thinking, deep marketing expertise, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that move the business forward.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years in marketing analytics and data strategy within complex B2B SaaS environments
- Deep marketing domain expertise, including attribution, funnel analysis, forecasting, KPI development, and lifecycle measurement
- Proven experience partnering directly with senior marketing leaders and executive stakeholders
- Experience leading attribution modernization or marketing measurement transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, statistical modeling, or predictive techniques in a business context
- Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar)
- Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt
- Experience working with Marketing and GTM platforms: Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, and related martech
What you can expect:
- A greenfield opportunity to shape the data foundations, measurement frameworks, and analytical standards that Marketing and 1Password's broader AI capabilities will depend on
- Deep partnership with Marketing leadership across planning cycles, investment decisions, and performance measurement
- Ownership of complex marketing domain work across attribution, funnel measurement, forecasting, and lifecycle analysis in a fast-moving SaaS environment
- A seat at the forefront of how AI gets applied in Marketing analytics, building the trusted, governed data foundations that every AI initiative will depend on
- Cross-functional partnership across Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Data teams with the opportunity to mentor analysts and raise the bar on analytical standards
- An environment where there's a lot to build and your fingerprints will be on it. This is a role for someone who thrives with ownership and ambiguity, not a playbook to follow
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $149,000 USD and $216,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $131,000 CAD and $175,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.

About the Role
As the Account Management Lead you'll lead a team of experienced Account Managers across the Western Europe region. You'll balance people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact - driving excellence in post-sales outcomes and ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable value to customers and the business.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing AM team, owning team and regional NRR performance, customer retention, and expansion goals.
- Act as a player-coach: directly manage priority accounts, join key customer conversations, and model best-in-class success practices.
- Lead by example in complex post-sales and renewal cycles, unblocking issues, driving adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Set strategic direction for the team, aligning account manager initiatives with company goals and market trends.
- Monitor and optimize delivery quality across all accounts, ensuring consistency, excellence, and predictability in customer outcomes, implementing scalable processes that improve accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement repeatable playbooks for renewals, upsells, and adoption; automate workflows and tools to scale team impact.
- Own the ongoing development and optimization of best practices for Commercial and Scale playbooks, ensuring consistent execution, measurable impact, and continuous refinement as the business evolves.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across priority accounts, serving as a strategic advisor and customer advocate in internal and external forums.
- Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, influencing roadmap, operations, and revenue strategies.
- Partner with Europe GTM & cross functional leadership to align organizational objectives, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure cohesive execution across customer success, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in account management or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally some of this within Western Europe accounts.
• Demonstrated technical acumen with the ability to upskill and enable the team — fostering confidence in navigating product capabilities, integrations, and data insights to strengthen customer outcomes.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience — managing AMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for developing people and building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability, learning, and customer impact.
• Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing key accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding renewal, expansion, and NRR goals through effective customer engagement and strategic account management.
• Expertise in CS methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling, executive alignment).
• Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimise workflows, and forecast outcomes.
• Strong builder mindset - you thrive in building from scratch, redefining processes and playbooks, and operating with an AI-first mindset
• Bonus: Hands-on with tools (Salesforce, Gong, Sigma, Pylon) and capable of improving data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.
• Proficiency in German or French is required.
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere within Europe. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, Dublin or Paris.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About the Role
The Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) is a hybrid role at the intersection of engineering, business analysis, and customer success. Acting as the bridge between product teams and enterprise clients, FDEs ensure smooth deployment of AI-driven solutions, workflow automation, and SaaS integrations. They combine technical expertise with business acumen to translate client needs into production-ready solutions that drive measurable impact.
Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Discovery: Conduct structured workshops with client stakeholders to capture workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical workflows, automations, and integrations.
Deployment Execution: Configure, test, and deploy solutions, ensuring seamless go-live and adoption.
Workflow Automation: Build and customize automations using APIs, scripts, or low-code platforms.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose integration issues, resolve blockers, and iterate based on client feedback.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the technical expert during onboarding and beyond, ensuring long-term customer success.
Feedback Loop: Provide insights from deployments to product and engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience shipping production integrations.
4–8 years in a customer-facing technical role where you personally wrote and owned the code (Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar).
Strong coding ability (Python, Java, Go, or similar) — able to build and debug real integration logic, not just configure a UI.
Deep familiarity with SaaS systems, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, SSO basics).
Experience with workflow automation platforms, CI/CD, and basic observability/monitoring tools.
Comfortable with SQL and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Superset) for validating data and demonstrating impact.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, loosely-scoped situations and drive to a working solution.
Excellent communication skills — able to run a discovery workshop, explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical stakeholder, and write clear documentation.
Strongly Preferred
Hands-on experience with LLM/agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar) and applying them to real workflow or data problems.
Experience with RAG pipelines, prompt/eval design, or AI observability and guardrails.
Prior experience embedded on-site with enterprise clients during implementation.
Nice to Have
Background in consulting or early-stage startup environments (frequently correlates with FDE success due to comfort with ambiguity and ownership).
MBA preferred.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enforcement Analyst focused on Bio Harms, you will play a critical role in protecting against the misuse of AI systems for biological and related CBRNE harms. You will enforce our Usage Policy with a specific focus on detecting and mitigating bio risks, investigating potential violations, and help continuously strengthen our safeguards. The work sits at the intersection of biosecurity threat analysis and platform enforcement: you will read real model interactions and make fast, well-reasoned calls about whether activity is benign research or a credible attempt at harm.
This role is a fit for someone who understands the dual-use nature of biology and enabling technologies well enough to separate the benign from the malicious. You will own and continuously improve the enforcement monitoring workflows for the bio-harms area, and you will work closely with Policy, Threat Intelligence, Data Science, and Engineering cross-functional partners to accomplish tasks at scale. Safety is core to our mission, and your work will directly protect individuals, communities, and critical systems.
Important context for the role: In this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including material of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. The role also carries a shared on-call responsibility across the Policy and Enforcement teams.
Key responsibilities
Enforce Usage Policies with a specific focus on detecting and mitigating potential bio risks and harmful use of AI systems.
Take ownership of enforcement monitoring workflows for the bio-harms area, improving end-to-end detection, investigation, triage, and escalation processes.
Monitor and analyze platform activity to identify emerging patterns related to biological (and adjacent chemical, radiological, nuclear, and explosive) threats that may require policy updates or enforcement action.
Design and architect automated enforcement systems and review workflows that scale effectively while maintaining high accuracy across a technically complex content surface.
Conduct thorough investigations of potential violations, gathering and documenting evidence to support enforcement decisions.
Proactively surface trends and propose improvements to detection methods and review workflows.
Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to optimize detection models and automated enforcement systems for bio-related policy violations.
Partner with Policy and Threat Intelligence groups to understand potential exploits and contribute to risk-assessment frameworks, and partner with engineers iterating on safety systems.
Provide enforcement-grounded feedback on policy gaps, and handle escalations and time-sensitive situations related to potential bio-related Usage Policy violations.
Minimum qualifications
Hold a degree in a bio-related field (e.g., microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, public health) and/or relevant professional experience in a related field.
Possess experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or policy enforcement at platform scale, including working with generative AI tools to refine and optimize content review and enforcement workflows.
Possess experience in utilizing AI tools to develop data dashboards for metrics collection in support of continuous improvement efforts.
Can analyze complex, ambiguous situations and make well-reasoned, defensible decisions under time pressure.
Are proactive and self-directed: you spot trends, dig in, and ship improvements on your own initiative.
Communicate clearly in writing and can translate technical bio concepts for diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
Subject matter expertise in biodefense, biosecurity, WMD/CBRNE non-proliferation, or threat-intelligence.
An understanding of where real-world biological risk actually lies — adversary intent, acquisition and weaponization pathways, and dual-use concerns, including familiarity with cross-platform threat analysis and open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques relevant to weapons of mass destruction.
Proficiency in SQL and/or other data analysis tools to draw insights from large datasets and monitor enforcement workflow health.
Familiarity with dual-use research of concern (DURC), select agents, and relevant policy frameworks.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$245,000
—
$285,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research.
As an Enforcement Analyst focused on Chem & Explosives Harms, you will play a critical role in protecting against the misuse of AI systems for chemical and explosives harms. You will enforce our Usage Policy with a specific focus on detecting and mitigating these risks, investigating potential violations, and help continuously strengthen our safeguards. The work sits at the intersection of chemical and explosives threat analysis and platform enforcement: you will read real model interactions and make fast, well-reasoned calls about whether activity is benign research or a credible attempt at harm.
This role is a fit for someone who understands the dual-use nature of chemistry and explosives technologies well enough to separate the benign from the malicious — and who acts decisively under ambiguity. You will own and continuously improve the enforcement monitoring workflows for this harm area, and you will work closely with Policy, Threat Intelligence, Data Science, and Engineering matrix partners to accomplish tasks at scale. Safety is core to our mission, and your work will directly protect individuals, communities, and critical systems from AI-facilitated weapons harm.
Important context for the role: In this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including material of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. The role also carries a shared on-call responsibility across the Policy and Enforcement teams.
Key responsibilities
Enforce Usage Policies with a specific focus on detecting and mitigating potential chemical and explosives risks and harmful use of AI systems.
Take ownership of enforcement monitoring workflows for the chemical and explosives harm area, improving end-to-end detection, investigation, triage, and escalation processes.
Monitor and analyze platform activity to identify emerging patterns related to chemical and explosives threats (within the broader CBRNE landscape) that may require policy updates or enforcement action.
Design and architect automated enforcement systems and review workflows that scale effectively while maintaining high accuracy across a technically complex content surface.
Conduct thorough investigations of potential violations, gathering and documenting evidence to support enforcement decisions.
Proactively surface trends and propose improvements to detection methods and review workflows without waiting to be directed.
Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to optimize detection models and automated enforcement systems for policy violations.
Partner with Policy and Threat Intelligence teams to understand potential exploits and contribute to risk-assessment frameworks, and partner with engineers iterating on safety systems.
Provide enforcement-grounded feedback on policy gaps, and handle escalations and time-sensitive situations related to chemical and explosives policy violations.
Minimum qualifications
Hold a degree in a chemistry-related field (e.g., chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science) and/or relevant professional experience in a related field.
Communicate clearly in writing and can translate technical chemistry concepts for diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
Subject matter expertise in chemical and explosives defense, security, WMD/CBRNE non-proliferation, or threat-intelligence.
An understanding of where real-world chemical and explosives risk actually lies — adversary intent, acquisition and weaponization pathways, and dual-use concerns, including familiarity with cross-platform threat analysis and open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques relevant to weapons of mass destruction.
Proficiency in SQL and/or other data analysis tools to draw insights from large datasets and monitor enforcement workflow health.
Familiarity with the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), scheduled chemicals, precursor controls, and energetic-materials safety frameworks.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
