Location: San Francisco
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be the operational, detail-first finance partner embedded in REW doing the deep-dive transactional and analytical work that the team needs to run cleanly. Reporting directly to the REW Finance Manager (Talia Young), you will own PO QA and lifecycle operations, accruals and month-end support, GL drill-throughs for Budget vs Actuals (BvA) commentary, and vendor spend visualizations. You’ll partner closely with Leasing, Workplace Ops, Design & Construction, Workplace Experience, Sourcing, and P2P — and you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and deliver high-quality, defensible analysis and clean data.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- PO lifecycle & ZIP power-user: Validate chart of accounts, budget availability, REW PO line descriptions, start/end dates; help manage REW POs through the PO creation/change order process in ZIP.
- Accruals & month-end: Assist with month end close; Identify POs that require accruals, collect/validate accrual inputs from owners, prepare accrual backup, input/maintain accrual details in the stratfin file, and reconcile reversals when invoices arrive.
- GL drill-through & BvA commentary: Perform transaction-level GL investigations to find root causes of variances, compile support, and prepare concise, stakeholder-ready variance narratives.
- Vendor invoice & spend visualization: Build and maintain vendor-level dashboards and quick visualizations showing spend trends, aged liabilities, and problem areas.
- Data management & actualize files: Maintain and “actualize” REW files (budget skeletons, accrual trackers, PO registers), ensure data hygiene and version control.
- Budget and forecast cycle support: Enhance budget and forecast templates and automate where possible. Collect and review submissions in detail.
- Technology & automation: Bring a technology-first mindset — prototype small automation/AI agent solutions to reduce manual work (e.g., PO QA checks, GL reconciliation assistants).
- Partnering & follow-up: Recurring operational check-ins with stakeholders as it relates to budget/forecast updates and ensuring operations running smoothly from a financial perspective.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6+ years relevant experience in FP&A/ corporate finance / finance operations
- Practical, hands-on accruals experience (monthly accruals, prepayments, reversals).
- Demonstrated experience with PO lifecycle and PO system operations
- Strong experience performing GL drill-throughs and tracing transactions to source documentation.
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel modeling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce defensible, audit-ready work.
- Strong partnership and communication skills — able to extract needed information from stakeholders and drive action.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, or other ERPs.
- Dashboarding experience (Tableau)
- Prior exposure to real estate, construction, workplace operations, or global food/amenities spend.
- Demonstrated experience prototyping small automations or AI agents to accelerate work.
SOFT SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
- Extremely detail-oriented and process disciplined.
- Independent problem solver who can escalate appropriately.
- Strong prioritization and time management under competing deadlines.
- Curious and technology-forward — comfortable testing small automation/agent ideas.
- Partnership-first: builds rapport quickly and communicates clearly with non-finance stakeholders.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with more than 300 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.

⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Enterprise team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of experience in Sales, including at least 2 years managing the whole Enterprise Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills;
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems;
- Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building;
- Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models;
- Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team;
- Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1;
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.

If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd is hiring a Security Engineer to help design and secure a modern, cloud-first environment built around identity, automation, and Zero Trust. In this role, you will own security across endpoints, SaaS platforms, and access controls, using scripting and AI to build scalable, efficient security operations for a distributed workforce.
What You’ll Do
- Architect the Modern Perimeter: Lead security strategy for a 100% remote/hybrid workforce where Identity is the new perimeter.
- Automation & Scripting: Take full ownership of our Conditional Access policies and security workflows. You will be expected to write and maintain scripts to automate onboarding, offboarding, and real-time posture enforcement.
- AI as a Force Multiplier: Proactively use AI and LLMs to enhance your technical output, automate repetitive tasks, and solve complex security puzzles faster than traditional methods.
- Logical Problem Solving: Approach security from a first-principles perspective. Since we don't have a traditional stack, you must be able to think logically to build guardrails that don't exist yet.
- Endpoint & SaaS Security: Oversee device management (macOS/Windows) and the security configuration of our SaaS ecosystem (Rippling, Office 365, Salesforce).
- Zero Trust & Identity: Implement and refine Zero Trust access, DLP policies, and SSO enforcement across all vendor platforms.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure our cloud-native operations remain aligned with SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements.
Who You Are
- A Modern Security Engineer: You understand that security today is about protecting data and identity, not firewalls and servers.
- Logic-Driven: You enjoy breaking down complex problems and building elegant, logical solutions.
- Scripting Savvy: You are highly proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and see manual tasks as a failure of automation.
- AI-Forward: You are already using AI tools to help you code, document, and troubleshoot. You know how to use these tools to do the work of a much larger team.
- Independent: With no internal apps or physical infra to manage, you are comfortable owning the entire IT security lifecycle end-to-end.
Key Technologies You’ll Work With
- Zero Trust Architecture
- Conditional Access Policies
- Modern Identity
- SaaS Operations
- AI Tools
- MDM
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;

- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills;
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems;
- Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building;
- Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models;
- Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team;
- Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1;
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Our product surface is expanding fast - GPU clusters, compute orchestration, storage, networking, serverless containers, inference, and training.
We're hiring a VP Product to own our cloud infrastructure and inference portfolio end to end: the foundational systems that power Mistral's datacenters, and the inference platform that brings the world's most advanced generative AI models to production.
This is a broad mandate. You'll own both scopes and, as the business scales, build the organization and stream leadership to delegate them. You'll define the vision, hire and grow the team, and set the operating rhythm that lets a fast-moving org deliver with focus. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how Mistral's technology is adopted globally and to unlock a major new line of business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategy & vision Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for our Inference and Cloud products, aligned with customer needs, company objectives and market trends.
- Go-to-market Own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin. Partner with marketing and GTM teams on positioning, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategy.
- Team leadership Build the product organization for these products: hire product managers and stream leads, set the operating cadence (quarterly product reviews, roadmap reviews), and develop PMs through clear growth paths.
- Customer & market fit Work directly with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced AI workloads to drive product–market fit across the portfolio.
- Delivery & execution Partner with engineering leadership to build a world-class compute infrastructure and inference platform delivering high-performance, cost-efficient AI at scale, with reliability, SLAs, and cost-per-token economics as first-class product concerns.
- Market & technology insights Track the competitive landscape and emerging technologies across AI infrastructure and managed inference to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities
- Research & open source Partner with research and engineering teams to turn emerging model architectures and advances in open-source inference into product opportunities that improve performance and efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive experience in tech and infrastructure, including significant time leading product organizations with a proven track record of bringing cloud infrastructure, large-scale distributed systems, or inference products to market.
- Engineering background prior to moving into product management
- You've taken an infra or inference product from early stage to material revenue and adoption.
- Proven people leadership: you've hired and grown senior PMs, organized teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: comfortable owning gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind pricing and capacity.
- Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority, and to communicate credibly with executives, engineers, and customers.
- Low ego, high bias for action, and comfort in ambiguity — equally at home crafting a strategy narrative and diving into metrics, a UX detail, or a customer escalation.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

WHO WE ARE
GreenLight.ai http://GreenLight.ai provides global, enterprise-grade workforce infrastructure for enterprise contingent workforce programs and talent platforms. We combine Employer of Record (EOR), Agent of Record (AOR), freelancer management (FMS), and intelligent worker classification with technology that connects directly to our clients’ workforce systems.
Trusted by some of the world’s most highly recognized and innovative companies, we help clients engage and manage their extended workforce across the US and internationally. Compliance is central to our service, our technology, and the trust our clients place in us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will lead GreenLight’s legal and compliance function and serve as a hands-on member of our leadership team. Your mandate is to protect the business, support growth, and turn complex workforce regulations into practical decisions, scalable processes, and product capabilities.
You will work directly with the CEO and partner with product, engineering, HR, payroll, operations, and commercial teams. You will own legal standards and compliance oversight, support functional leaders in implementing them, and manage our US and international outside counsel. This role combines deep workforce expertise with commercial judgment and the ability to build systems that scale.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead workforce compliance. Own our compliance framework for EOR, AOR, and independent contractor engagements, including worker classification, wage and hour, exempt status, and co-employment risk. Establish clear policies, controls, escalation routes, and audit processes.
- Strengthen classification. Oversee classification assessments, quality review, reassessment triggers, and decision records. Train relevant teams and develop practical guidance for clients and workers.
- Shape the product. Translate regulatory requirements into classification rules, onboarding controls, workflows, and audit trails. Partner with product and engineering on AI-enabled compliance features, including validation, explainability, and human review.
- Manage commercial legal work. Draft and negotiate client, vendor, worker, and international partner agreements. Develop templates and negotiation guidance that support efficient contracting and appropriate allocation of risk, liability, and indemnities.
- Coordinate global compliance. Work with local counsel and partners to assess country requirements, licensing, and engagement restrictions. Strengthen partner diligence and oversight as our international business grows.
- Manage outside counsel. Select and coordinate US and international specialists, set priorities and service expectations, manage legal spend, and turn their advice into clear business decisions and operational actions.
- Handle material legal escalations. Advise HR and delivery teams on significant employee relations matters, disputes, claims, and investigations. Coordinate responses with outside counsel and relevant insurers.
- Build broader compliance controls. Partner with operations and technology on worker identity, fraud prevention, workforce data privacy, and responsible AI use, drawing on specialist advice where needed.
- Make legal knowledge actionable. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure relevant changes reach our policies, platform, and operating processes. Use AI and legal technology to improve research, contracting, and knowledge management, with verification and confidentiality controls.
- Represent GreenLight credibly. Support enterprise diligence, client presentations, and selected webinars and industry events. Review external claims and help develop useful, accurate compliance content.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Relevant legal experience. Typically 8 or more years in employment law, workforce compliance, and related commercial matters, with substantial responsibility for practical business advice. We will consider exceptional candidates with less experience.
- Legal qualifications. A JD or equivalent law degree and active membership in good standing with a US state bar.
- Workforce expertise. Deep knowledge of US employment law and worker classification, including complex multi-state workforces, and experience coordinating international legal advice.
- Commercial and operational judgment. Evidence of negotiating business agreements, implementing compliance processes, and making clear, proportionate recommendations under time pressure.
- Technology fluency. Ability to translate legal requirements into product and workflow changes, plus practical experience using AI or legal technology and evaluating its outputs.
- Leadership and communication. Ability to manage outside counsel, influence colleagues, and explain complex issues clearly to enterprise clients and hiring managers. Willingness to develop a credible public voice in workforce compliance.
- Builder mentality. Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and play an active part in implementing improvements.
Experience in staffing, EOR/AOR services, contingent workforce programs, talent marketplaces, or workforce technology is particularly valuable. In-house experience and experience building a legal or compliance function are strong advantages.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first year, you will establish a prioritized compliance roadmap, strengthen classification and international partner controls, improve enterprise contracting, and make regulatory updates actionable across our platform and operations. Teams will understand their responsibilities and know when and how to escalate material risks.
WHY JOIN GREENLIGHT
You will have direct access to the CEO, a meaningful voice in product and business decisions, and the opportunity to shape how leading organizations manage their extended workforce. We offer flexible working arrangements, benefits, and a home office stipend.
HOW WE WILL ASSESS CANDIDATES
We will focus on demonstrated judgment and results: how you have resolved difficult workforce issues, improved processes, managed counsel, and helped a business move forward responsibly. Our process will include discussion of your experience and a short practical case exercise.

As a result, our digital ordering, payment, and guest engagement solutions enable brands to do more with less and make every guest feel like a regular.
We are looking for a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to add to our industry-leading GTM team. In this role, you will develop relationships with prospective brands ready to scale their digital potential. The ideal candidate will possess technical aptitude, sharp project management skills, and comfort selling into all levels of an organization. Sound like you? Read on.
Olo's industry-leading online ordering platform has changed the restaurant landscape, helping many of our customers achieve 40%+ digital sales. You will be helping new logo brands move beyond fragmented tech by adopting an integrated platform for ordering, payments, and guest engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing group of Account Executives within Olo's Mid-Market Sales team, focused on restaurant brands with between 5 and 49 locations. You will report to the Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales, and can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Own the full sales cycle — from self-sourced prospecting and territory prioritization through discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and partner channels.
Drive awareness of Olo products and services to an assigned “Book of Business” and book meetings to explore sales opportunities.
Deliver a unified vision of Olo’s Order, Pay, and Engage solutions, and present a recommended proposal for each prospect based on a thorough understanding of their business model, technology stack, and growth plans.
Build and manage key stakeholders and "champions" through multi-threading within target organizations.
Conduct high-impact product demonstrations (video conference or face-to-face) showcasing how Olo solutions help brands deliver personalized hospitality at scale while driving incremental revenue.
Coordinate customer meetings and deliver timely recaps with associated follow-up materials.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and qualifying competitive threats to final contract negotiations.
Partner with the Deployment and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless program launches that meet client expectations.
Maintain a consistent pipeline to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition goals.
What Will Set You Up For Success
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).
You prospect as a daily habit to build pipeline independently, without solely relying on inbound or marketing leads.
You understand the whitespace of each account in your book and perform outbound prospecting to brands with relevant messaging to create the necessary pipeline coverage.
You conduct excellent discovery and adopt a structure to determine whether to continue the sales conversation.
You demonstrate an ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.
You adopt a standard sales process or methodology, clearly articulating the specific actions that each role is responsible for within the process.
You arrive for each key conversation with an agenda and set questions, and follow up with thoughtful discussion points and next steps.
You have experience selling platform-based products and are comfortable getting “into the weeds” with prospects.
Able to communicate with multiple internal departments about client feedback and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
You are proficient in demonstrating complex platforms and highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level or founder-level decision makers.
You are experienced with deciphering legal contracts and navigating the nuances of multi-year SaaS agreements.
Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
You're client-focused, motivated, and have prior results to prove it.
Experience selling to the hospitality/restaurant industry, payment solutions and/or SaaS-based products is a plus.
Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to own the global technical relationship with Snowflake and Databricks.
Snowflake and Databricks are two of Fivetran + dbt Labs’ largest platform alliances. This is a global role scoped to those two partners. For each, you will own the technical alliance plan worldwide, the joint technical narrative, and our joint integration and roadmap priorities with each partner to drive cosell revenue. You will also own our technical presence at major milestones such as Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, our two largest partner events.
Functionally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, partnerships, and partner marketing. Your closest counterparts are the global alliance managers for Snowflake and Databricks, the regional partner sales managers who run the Snowflake and Databricks motions in AMER, EMEA and APJ, the geo partner solutions architects, and product managers across both product lines. You will report to the global head of partner solutions architecture.
This is a full-time position, which can be either remote (US) or hybrid depending on location. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the global technical alliance plans for Snowflake and Databricks. Build each plan with the partner's alliance and product leadership, agree it with our own, and drive it through both field organizations.
Own the joint technical narrative and the capability messaging for the combined dbt + Fivetran platform on Snowflake and Databricks, including reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value story that partners and sellers use with customers.
Build reusable collateral, playbooks and enablement assets for the broader partner solutions architecture team and for the partners delivering on Snowflake and Databricks.
Maintain a single, current view of integration state, gaps and opportunities across the combined platform on Snowflake and Databricks, covering ingestion, transformation, Fusion, the semantic layer, catalog and metadata, open table formats, and agent and MCP interfaces, and collaborate with our Product organization to drive the right outcomes.
Serve as the primary technical counterpart to the partner engineering and partner product teams at Snowflake and Databricks, and run the standing technical cadence with each.
Own our technical presence at Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, including hands-on labs, sessions, demos, and the technical readiness of the team who staff each event.
Partner with the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships organization so global alliance strategy turns into regional execution, and so they can run the motion without you in the room.
Travel approximately 30% for alliance planning, technical workshops, executive meetings and partner events, including international travel.
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, technical product management, developer relations, or another customer-facing technical role in data and analytics.
Fluency across the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses and lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, and the emerging agent and MCP layer) and the ability to explain how the pieces fit.
Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks, plus strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals, with genuine technical credibility in front of partner engineers.
Sound product and strategic judgment and reasoning
Strong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops, hands-on labs, keynote-adjacent sessions and large partner technical audiences.
Proven ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders
Bonus Skills
Experience owning a technical alliance, with a track record of shaping what a partner built and how the two products fit together
Experience with partner-facing APIs, SDKs, drivers, or integration certification programs
Background in product management or technical product marketing alongside a field engineering career
Familiarity with cloud marketplace motions and co-sell programs

THE TEAM
The People Team at Chainalysis is dedicated to enabling growth, building an inclusive environment, and providing the support that helps our employees do the best work of their careers. Chainalysis is at a defining moment, transforming from a product-based company to an intelligence platform AI native company. The People Team plays a critical role in ensuring our organization evolves as fast as our technology.
Our Go-To-Market organization, spanning Sales, Sales Engineering (Solution Architects), Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, is the engine driving that momentum. As we scale, our GTM teams need an HR Business Partner who operates with the same speed, intensity, and bias for action that defines the business itself.
THE ROLE
As Director, HR Business Partner, Go-To-Market, you will be the strategic people partner embedded directly within our GTM leadership team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role at the Director level. You will not manage a team, but you will be expected to operate with the authority, judgment, and executive presence of a senior leader. You will own the full scope of people strategy for GTM end-to-end: from organizational design and talent planning to performance management, employee relations, and change management. You are the single point of accountability for translating business priorities into people initiatives that accelerate revenue growth.
A trusted, high-impact partnership with the COO will be critical to success in this role, one in which the HR Business Partner’s voice is heard, ideas are valued, and creative thinking shapes consequential people and business decisions. You are essential to GTM success. With a significant body of work ahead, this is not a role for the faint of heart; it requires the imagination, resourcefulness, resilience, and influence to turn ambitious priorities into meaningful results.
Their role demands an execution-oriented leader, someone who doesn't wait for direction, moves fast, takes risks, is willing to make mistakes, drives outcomes with urgency, and brings a relentless focus on getting things done. You thrive in high-growth, high-change environments and are energized by the pace and complexity of a scaling GTM organization. You are equally comfortable coaching a CRO or COO through a sensitive org restructure as you are rolling up your sleeves to build a new compensation framework or run a talent calibration session from scratch. Your opinion matters, have one.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
DRIVE GTM PEOPLE STRATEGY WITH SPEED AND PRECISION
- Own and execute the end-to-end people strategy for the Go-To-Market organization, directly partnering with the COO, CRO, and CCO to align talent priorities with revenue targets.
- Lead organizational design efforts to ensure the GTM structure scales efficiently, proactively identifying gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to optimize team composition as the business evolves.
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies that anticipate hiring needs, succession gaps, and capability builds across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Operate as a true business partner, not a support function. Bring data, recommendations, and a point of view to every leadership conversation, and hold leaders accountable to people's commitments.
OWN TALENT MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE EXECUTION
- Drive and build a rigorous, outcomes-based performance management culture across GTM, ensuring that high performers are recognized and rewarded, and that underperformance is addressed swiftly and directly.
- Lead talent review and calibration processes for GTM, partnering with leaders to build robust succession plans for critical revenue-facing roles.
- Design and implement GTM-specific retention strategies, with a focus on high-impact sellers, technical sales talent, and customer-facing leaders in competitive talent markets.
- Coach and advise GTM managers at all levels on leadership development, team effectiveness, and building high-performing sales and customer success cultures.
EXECUTE ON COMPENSATION, INCENTIVES, AND GTM-SPECIFIC PROGRAMS
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Total Rewards to design and refine GTM compensation structures, including variable pay, sales incentive plans, SPIFs, and quota-setting frameworks that drive the right behaviors and outcomes.
- Analyze compensation competitiveness within the sales and GTM talent market, making proactive recommendations to attract and retain top revenue talent.
- Lead GTM-specific people programs including onboarding for revenue hires, ramp-time optimization, sales enablement alignment, and GTM-wide engagement initiatives, with a bias toward measurable impact.
LEAD CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS WITH CONVICTION
- Drive change management initiatives across GTM with urgency and clarity: territory realignments, org restructures, RIF planning, and M&A integration for acquired sales and customer teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters within GTM, handling complex and sensitive situations with sound judgment, speed, and discretion.
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence. In a fast-moving GTM environment, you make decisions with imperfect information, course-correct quickly, and never let process slow down progress.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while maintaining a pragmatic, business-first approach to risk.
BUILD DEEP PARTNERSHIPS ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Forge strong, trust-based relationships with the COO, CRO, CCO, and broader GTM executives. Become the go-to advisor on all things people, from strategic org decisions to day-to-day people challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to drive aggressive hiring plans, ensuring the right talent pipeline for quota-carrying and customer-facing roles.
- Partner with People Operations, Total Rewards, L&D, and HRIS teams to ensure GTM-specific needs are reflected in company-wide programs and systems.
- Bring a "one team" mindset. While your focus is GTM, you operate as part of the broader People team and contribute to enterprise-wide HR initiatives and best practices.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with at least 5 years supporting Go-To-Market, Sales, or Revenue organizations in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a Director-level individual contributor. You bring executive-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution in equal measure without needing a team behind you.
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments. You've built and iterated on people strategies while the business was scaling rapidly around you.
- Deep expertise in GTM talent dynamics: sales compensation design, quota-based performance management, territory planning, and retention strategies for revenue-critical roles.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders (VP and C-level) with data-driven recommendations and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Strong employee relations experience with a demonstrated ability to handle complex, high-stakes situations with speed, good judgment, and confidentiality.
- Exceptional communication skills. You are direct, clear, and persuasive, whether you're coaching a first-time manager or presenting an org design proposal to the executive team.
- An aggressive, action-oriented disposition. You are known for driving results, holding a high bar, and refusing to let inertia or ambiguity slow you down.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in blockchain, fintech, cybersecurity, or regulated technology industries.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), people analytics tools, and modern HR tech stacks.
- Experience supporting globally distributed GTM teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
