About the job
As a member of our AI research team, you will drive innovation in model compression and efficient deployment for advanced multimodal AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Your work will focus on reducing model footprint and computational cost while preserving accuracy, enabling high-performance AI to run efficiently across resource-constrained edge devices. You will apply and advance compression techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, and pruning to streamline complex multimodal architectures that integrate text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in model compression methods and a strong background in multimodal model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel compression strategies that balance model size, latency, throughput, and accuracy. Your responsibilities include building robust compression pipelines, establishing performance and fidelity metrics, and addressing bottlenecks in production inference. The ultimate goal is to deliver scalable, low-memory, low-latency AI systems on edge devices (i.e., smartphones) that maintain high fidelity and tangible real-world value.
Responsibilities
Break down the key responsibilities in bullet points. It’s helpful to make them actionable and measurable. This could also be grouped into categories for more complex roles.
Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Research and hands-on experience with model pruning for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Solid understanding of neural network architectures and training processes – Including transformers (e.g., LLMs, VLMs), backpropagation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with C++ is a plus (especially for implementing low-level quantization kernels or inference optimizations).

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Manager with a deep understanding of TradingView users, strong commercial judgment, and experience driving product growth. You will grow OKX's business within the TradingView ecosystem by identifying the most promising customer segments, defining why traders should choose OKX, and finding effective ways to acquire, activate, and retain them, with accountability for measurable business outcomes.
Your first priority is to establish how the business can grow and which opportunities warrant investment. You will validate growth hypotheses through user research, data analysis, and focused experiments before committing substantial engineering resources. Those insights will shape the product roadmap, investment priorities, and the TradingView integrations and trading experience improvements you deliver with engineering and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the Growth Strategy and Business Opportunity —
Identify high-potential customer segments, trading use cases, and market opportunities within the TradingView ecosystem. Assess competitive positioning, platform selection drivers, and OKX's differentiated value proposition. Build growth hypotheses and business cases that consider audience size, revenue potential, acquisition cost, and expected return, then set business goals, priorities, and a phased growth plan.
Understand Users and the Trading Conversion Journey —
Use interviews, behavioral data, and community feedback to understand how traders discover platforms, use charts and indicators, set alerts, connect accounts, place orders, and manage positions. Identify what motivates or prevents users from choosing OKX, making their first trade, and returning. Develop customer segments and conversion funnels, and turn insights into clear product, positioning, and lifecycle opportunities.
Validate Growth Hypotheses and Improve Conversion and Retention —
Design measurable experiments across acquisition, account connection, first successful trade, repeat trading, and reactivation. Use existing capabilities, onboarding, trader education, value proposition testing, and targeted campaigns to validate opportunities. Define success metrics, experiment costs, and criteria to scale or stop; expand approaches that work and use the evidence to inform subsequent product investment.
Drive Go-To-Market and Ecosystem Partnerships —
Work with marketing, regional, lifecycle, and TradingView partner teams on acquisition and go-to-market plans. Evaluate ecosystem visibility, communities, creators, educational content, and joint campaigns as potential channels. Define the customer proposition, distribution approach, conversion journey, and partner objectives, and assess channels by the active traders, retention, and business contribution they generate.
Translate Growth Evidence into Product Delivery and Integration —
Translate validated user needs and growth opportunities into a product roadmap, PRDs, and acceptance criteria. Define the minimum scope and engineering priorities required to achieve the business objective. Work with OKX engineering and TradingView technical teams to assess API integration, account authorization, market data, and order and position synchronization, and drive the necessary adaptation, testing, and launch to address specific conversion, trust, or retention problems.
Own Business Outcomes and Continuously Refine Investment —
Own metrics for newly acquired trading users, first-trade conversion, active traders, retention, incremental trading volume, and revenue contribution, taking acquisition, incentive, and delivery costs into account. Separate the effects of market conditions, incentives, and product improvements. Review growth initiatives and feature investments, reallocate resources based on results, and track connection success and trading reliability as measures of experience quality.
What We Look For In You
Relevant product management experience in trading, fintech, or digital assets, with a track record of measurable product growth. You can explain how you identified opportunities, developed a growth strategy, and improved acquisition, trading conversion, retention, or revenue, including your personal contribution and results.
A deep understanding of TradingView users and their practical use of charts, indicators, watchlists, alerts, and trading workflows. You can explain why different traders choose a platform, switch terminals, abandon an order, or continue using a service, and validate those insights through research and data.
Strong commercial judgment and growth strategy skills. You can segment customers, assess opportunities, define differentiated positioning, select distribution channels, and build business cases. You validate demand and a credible path to growth through research and focused experiments before substantial engineering investment.
Strong analytical and experimentation skills. You can analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention, design and evaluate growth experiments, and assess incrementality, acquisition cost, customer value, and incentive cost. You can distinguish short-term trading volume changes from sustainable growth.
An understanding of trading products and their commercial drivers. You are familiar with spot and derivatives fundamentals and how instrument coverage, fees, liquidity, execution quality, and account and position workflows influence customer choice, conversion, and retention. You can translate these factors into product decisions.
Experience delivering products that involve technical integration. You have worked with engineers on API or third-party platform integrations and can read interface documentation, understand account authorization and market data, order, and position synchronization, define business rules and acceptance criteria, and drive testing and launch. You connect technical constraints and implementation scope to user value and growth objectives.
Strong English communication and cross-functional execution skills. You can work with TradingView partners, marketing, regional, product, and engineering teams on business opportunities, product priorities, and technical feasibility, aligning resources around shared outcomes.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience growing a business within TradingView or a comparable trading-tool ecosystem, with examples spanning opportunity discovery, growth validation, and scaling.
Experience with trader communities, creators, educational content, partnerships, or channel growth, with the ability to evaluate initiatives by active traders, retention, and revenue contribution.
Experience growing products across regions or trader segments, with an understanding of differences in user behavior, customer propositions, and acquisition approaches.
Experience with TradingView Broker Integration, Advanced Charts, Trading Platform, or comparable integrations, with an ability to explain how the work improved the user experience or supported growth objectives.
What Success Looks Like
An evidence-based growth plan that identifies priority customer segments, OKX's differentiated value, promising distribution channels, and the business opportunity.
Validated, repeatable approaches to acquisition, trading conversion, and retention, supported by research and focused experiments that guide engineering investment and resource allocation.
Measurable, sustainable growth in active traders, retention, and revenue contribution, with acquisition and incentive costs taken into account.
Delivery of the product capabilities and TradingView integrations needed to capture validated opportunities, with improvements to critical user journeys and ongoing measurement of their growth impact.

About the job
The Keet engine team works on the core that makes Keet tick: connecting peers, replicating data, syncing rooms, and keeping calls and file transfers fast and reliable across every kind of network. We're looking for an organized, curious
Junior Project Manager
to help keep that work moving.
You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into technical project or product management in a deeply technical, open-source environment.
Responsibilities
Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
Mandatory:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open-source involvement count)
Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)
Experience working across many time zones

About the job
QV.AC
is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction.
We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar.
The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself.
Responsibilities
Engineering
- Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference.
Product Partnership
- Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
- Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Mandatory:
Experience
managing engineers or engineering leads
who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps.
Strong product sense
: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints
: model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
You
use AI tools heavily in your own work
and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
Deep
JavaScript and React
.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience
, and the ability to
give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.
