Reporting to:
Chief Executive Officer
Level:
C-Suite / Executive Leadership
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional
Chief of Staff
to serve as the CEO's most trusted right hand — a strategic, discreet, and highly capable executive who will oversee and integrate the full ecosystem of the CEO's personal and operational affairs. This is not a traditional administrative role; it is a
C-suite level position
requiring the judgment, gravitas, and operational command of someone capable of running a multi-domain enterprise on the principal's behalf.
The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination and accountability across the CEO's private residences, personal staff, yacht operations, personal finance office, and property portfolio — ensuring every function operates seamlessly, securely, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Estate & Household Management
Oversee full operations of three private residences:
Dubai, London, and Courchevel
Manage household budgets, staffing, maintenance schedules, and standards of service across all properties
Ensure consistency of service levels and protocols whether the CEO is in residence or traveling
Coordinate seasonal transitions, property opening/closing, and travel logistics between homes
2. Personal Team & Staff Leadership
Directly manage the CEO's personal staff across all locations (household managers, personal assistants, drivers, security, and household teams)
Recruit, onboard, and performance-manage senior personal staff
Establish clear reporting lines, SOPs, and accountability structures across the personal office
3. Yacht Operations Oversight
Provide executive oversight of yacht management, including crew HR matters, vessel readiness, itineraries, and owner's requirements
Liaise with captains, management companies, and crew agencies to ensure operational and service excellence
Act as the CEO's representative on all yacht-related decisions requiring principal-level authority
4. Personal Finance Team Management
Oversee the CEO's personal finance office, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and expense governance across all personal entities and properties
Coordinate with family office advisors, private bankers, and accountants
Ensure robust controls, confidentiality, and compliance across all personal financial matters
5. Property Renovation & Capital Projects
Manage renovation and capital improvement projects across the property portfolio, from planning through execution
Oversee contractors, designers, architects, and project budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification
Act as the CEO's representative in all major renovation decisions
6. Strategic & Executive Support
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, translating vision into coordinated execution across all personal domains
Prioritize competing demands across households, teams, and geographies, exercising sound judgment on the CEO's behalf
Represent the CEO in meetings and decisions where direct principal involvement is not required
Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all personal, financial, and family matters
Requirements
Experience
10+ years in a senior Chief of Staff, Estate Director, Family Office, or General Manager role serving UHNW individuals, family offices, or private principals
Demonstrated experience managing multi-property households across international locations
Prior exposure to yacht operations, personal finance/family office structures, and capital/renovation projects is essential
Track record of managing and leading multidisciplinary teams at a senior level
Skills & Attributes
Executive presence and the ability to operate at CEO/principal level with total discretion
Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking ability across complex, geographically dispersed operations
Strong financial acumen and comfort overseeing budgets, reporting, and cost control
Outstanding people leadership — able to manage diverse teams (household, marine, financial, project) with authority and empathy
Impeccable judgment, loyalty, and integrity; unquestionable trustworthiness with sensitive/confidential information
Fluency in English required; additional languages (French, Arabic) an advantage given the London/Courchevel/Dubai footprint
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively and be on-call for principal needs
Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent executive education strongly preferred
Benefits
A high-trust, high-impact executive role at the center of a sophisticated private office
Competitive executive-level compensation package, commensurate with experience
Housing/travel allowances as applicable given multi-location responsibilities
Direct access to and partnership with the CEO

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're looking for a staff product engineer — not a generalist who happens to touch frontend and backend, but someone who thinks like a product owner and ships like an engineer.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
End-to-end ownership
You take on the problems nobody's claimed — the ones that span squads with no obvious owner — and carry them from a fuzzy first conversation to what's actually live. If it touches the customer, it's yours to chase down.
Comfort in ambiguity
Half-formed problems and conflicting signals are your starting material, not a blocker. You define the problem before you solve it, form a point of view on what's worth building, and move without waiting for someone else to de-risk the call.
Customer-first, always
You think from the customer's problem backward, not the codebase forward. Every technical call traces back to what it does for the person on the other end of the message — and you can explain that connection to people who don't write code. Given the choice, you ship the thing that changes their experience, not the thing that's merely elegant.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done"
You retire practices that have outlived their usefulness, including ones you helped build. Best practices matter — but never more than forward motion.
Force multiplication
Shipping your part isn't the bar. You bring in the right people before a problem becomes theirs to clean up, and you leave enough behind — docs, patterns, delegation — that the team keeps moving without you in the room.
What You'll Do
Own important, ambiguous problems from initial framing through launch and iteration. Set direction, align partners, and stay accountable for the result.
Partner with product, design, and data to shape priorities, scope the work, and define how success will be measured.
Lead technical decisions across the stack, including architecture, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Lead work across teams and systems. Build alignment, resolve technical disagreements, and keep complex initiatives moving.
Improve engineering practices through mentorship, reusable patterns, and clear technical guidance.
Use AI throughout your engineering work, with sound judgment about where it helps, where it falls short, and how its output should be reviewed. Help the team improve by testing new workflows, sharing what works, and identifying useful opportunities for automation.
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the systems the team builds.
What we're looking for
A track record of leading complex work across teams or systems and delivering meaningful customer, business, or engineering outcomes.
Strong backend engineering experience, with the ability to work across the stack and lead end-to-end technical decisions.
Strong product and technical judgment, especially when the problem or path forward is unclear.
The ability to influence experienced peers and align teams without formal authority.
Experience using metrics, experimentation, and observability to guide decisions and improve production systems.
Regular, hands-on use of AI across the software development lifecycle, with the judgment to adapt as tools change while remaining accountable for quality, security, and outcomes. Experience improving how a broader team uses AI is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $200,000 - $280,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. This role also carries a 10% annual bonus target. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

Our Process
No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision.
Application
- We review everyone with care. Tell us why you're interested.
Recruiter Call (30 mins)

Hiring Manager Interview (60 mins)
- Talk with one of our hiring managers about your working style and a product you've owned end-to-end, plus a short AI-assisted coding exercise.
System Design Interview (60 mins)
- A collaborative conversation that moves between product tradeoffs and system design — how you'd scope something ambiguous and how you'd build it.
Take-Home Assignment
- Complete a short, realistic task similar to what you'd work on here.

- Walk us through your work and discuss tradeoffs, priorities, and how you'd iterate.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Claude's capabilities grow, so does our responsibility to ensure those capabilities reach the right people. Design and implement access control systems that grant, scope, and revoke access to advanced capabilities based on approved use cases
Build infrastructure to configure safety systems and detection thresholds on a per-customer basis for trusted access programs
Develop monitoring to detect misuse of expanded access, and tooling that enables enforcement teams to act on it
Partner closely with policy, enforcement, threat intelligence, product, research, and go-to-market teams so that access decisions are well-informed and consistently applied
Build systems that identify account compromise and takeover, apply mitigations in real time, and carry affected accounts through to full remediation

Experience with identity, authentication, or authorization systems at scale
Experience with KYC/KYB workflows or identity verification vendors
Experience in trust and safety, integrity, fraud, or abuse detection
Experience detecting and responding to account takeover or credential compromise

NOTE ON ELIGIBILITY: this role is for industry candidates already working in software engineering for the past 1+ years. New grads and current students should NOT apply to this role (instead, visit pplx.ai/newgrads https://pplx.ai/newgrads).
ABOUT THE ROLE
In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people now use Perplexity to transform knowledge into action, through Search, Comet, and Computer. Product Engineering owns those experiences end to end, from the interface a user touches to the search and model calls behind it, on top of roughly 200M queries a day and a 200B+ URL index.
This is a full stack role in the truest sense. There are no frontend or backend lanes here, and no one waits for a ticket before starting. It suits people who love to build and want the room to do it. What you have shipped and how quickly you learn tell us far more than years on a resume or where you went to school.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own a user-facing surface end to end, from the interaction, design, and frontend through the application logic, APIs, data models, and the search or model calls behind them.
- Ship to production continuously. New engineers typically have code in front of users in their first week.
- Build with AI as a primary tool, not a novelty. We expect you to use agents and coding models aggressively to move faster, and to have sound judgment about when their output is wrong.
- Turn ambiguous product ideas into working prototypes, then use real usage data and evals to decide what survives.
- Raise the quality bar on reliability, latency, and craft for the surfaces you own.
- Work directly with designers, PMs, and research engineers, without unnecessary process in between.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience, or a track record of strong internships where you shipped production code at scale.
- Strong in at least one backend language, such as Python or Go, with real experience across services, APIs, and relational data modeling. Comfortable working in React and TypeScript on the frontend.
- Real evidence of building: production work you understand in depth, shipped side projects with actual users, meaningful open-source contributions, hackathon wins, or research you turned into working software.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an instinct to start building incrementally rather than wait for a spec.
- Hands-on experience with AI products, with opinions about their rough edges and what that means for the product you are building.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with our stack: React or Next.js, Python, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, AWS. You will not be expected to know all of it on day one.
- Experience building on top of LLMs: AI orchestration, RAG, evals, agents, tool use.
- Product taste. You can tell a good interface from a bad one and explain how to improve it.
- A public track record we can read, such as GitHub, a technical blog, or a demo we can try.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Role overview
We're looking for a Staff Network Systems Engineer to help drive the transition of our global network infrastructure from manually managed and inconsistent configurations to a standardised, version-controlled and increasingly automated operating model.
This hands-on staff-level individual contributor will establish Infrastructure as Code practices, reusable automation, automated validation and safe delivery pipelines. The role will reduce configuration drift, make changes repeatable and auditable, and help the wider team adopt modern software-engineering practices.
Working across network engineering, security, architecture and platform teams, you'll help frame and influence technical direction, create practical standards and guardrails, and remain actively involved in enterprise network engineering and operational delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Assess the network estate, toolchain and operational workflows; identify sources of configuration variance, manual effort and change risk; and help define a phased modernisation roadmap.
Establish the Infrastructure as Code operating model, including the authoritative source of truth, configuration standards, source control, peer review, testing, release governance and secure handling of credentials.
Build reusable automation using object-oriented or comparable programming languages such as Python and Go (Golang), together with Terraform, Ansible, APIs and configuration-management tooling.
Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated linting, testing, intended-state validation, drift detection, policy checks, approvals, controlled rollout and reliable rollback patterns.
Partner with engineering, architecture and security teams to translate network intent into version-controlled implementations and influence reference architectures, standards, lifecycle plans and service roadmaps.
Lead the safe migration of existing services into the automated model while remaining hands-on during complex delivery, business-as-usual operations, critical changes, troubleshooting and major incidents.
Participate in technical authority and design-review forums, mentor engineers, and ensure automation becomes a sustainable team capability rather than knowledge held by a single specialist.
What we are looking for:
A strong track record of modernising network infrastructure through automation or Infrastructure as Code in a large, complex production environment.
Strong software-engineering skills in object-oriented or comparable programming languages such as Python and Go (Golang), including maintainable code, structured data, API integration, testing, error handling and documentation.
Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible or comparable tooling, including reusable, idempotent automation components and controlled infrastructure delivery.
Strong working knowledge of Git, pull-request workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release controls, policy enforcement and secrets management.
Deep enterprise networking knowledge across routing, switching, wireless, resilient design, network access control and secure remote connectivity, together with advanced Juniper Mist, EX Series and Junos experience or equivalent platform expertise.
Expert troubleshooting and engineering judgement, with experience supporting operational delivery, complex changes, major incidents and root-cause improvement.
Staff-level influence and communication skills, including shaping technical direction across teams, building consensus, contributing to governance forums and developing other engineers.
Desirable Experience
Network APIs and data models, including REST, NETCONF, RESTCONF, JSON, YAML and YANG-based workflows.
GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, automated policy enforcement, artefact management and developer enablement.
Azure or AWS networking, enterprise authentication, Zero Trust principles and network observability platforms.
Architecture governance, technical authority panels, strategic vendor engagement and globally delivered service operations.
High-availability gaming, digital-media, creative or similarly demanding production environments.
Work Expectations and Measures of Success
This is a staff-level role combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership across a global network environment. You'll build production automation, guide others and remain engaged with operational delivery. The objective is to establish an engineering system the team can operate and improve over time while maintaining secure, resilient and supportable network services.
Success will be demonstrated through:
Increased coverage of network infrastructure managed through version-controlled automation.
Reduced configuration drift, manual intervention, operational toil and dependency on individual subject-matter experts.
Shorter and more predictable change lead times, with improved auditability, validation and rollback confidence.
Lower change-failure rates, maintained service reliability and faster recovery from configuration-related incidents.
Sustained adoption of automation standards, modules and delivery practices across the wider engineering team.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this role is eligible for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products. This role also may be eligible for a bonus package. Click

Base $109,400 - $164,000 + Bonus & Benefits.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is hiring a Staff Electrical Engineer to play a critical technical leadership role in the development of our next-generation wearable platform. As part of the Hardware Engineering team, you will develop a deep understanding of electrical system behavior through rigorous test, characterization, analysis, and hands-on debugging, then translate those insights into architecture, schematic, and design improvements. You will work across Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Systems, Manufacturing, and Software teams to identify performance limitations, resolve complex system-level issues, and accelerate the path toward robust, production-ready hardware.
This is a hands-on player-coach role for an engineer who combines deep electrical expertise with exceptional systems thinking and technical judgment. You will manage and develop a small team of electrical engineers while remaining deeply engaged at the bench—defining the highest-value technical questions, designing experiments to answer them, interpreting complex data, and driving the resulting design decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead electrical system characterization and technical investigations, developing a deep understanding of system behavior across power, mixed-signal circuitry, digital interfaces, sensing, noise, timing, and other critical performance areas
- Define and execute experiments that efficiently answer complex engineering questions, isolate variables, identify root causes, and expose interactions across electrical subsystems and the broader product
- Translate characterization results and system insights into actionable architecture, schematic, component, layout, firmware, and system-level design improvements
- Drive resolution of complex electrical and cross-functional technical issues, using first-principles analysis, bench measurements, device telemetry, and structured experimentation to move from symptoms to root cause
- Build scalable characterization and analysis methods using Python, MATLAB, or equivalent tools to improve test coverage, automate analysis, identify trends, and accelerate engineering learning cycles
- Partner closely with Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical, Systems, Software, and Manufacturing teams to define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and improve end-to-end system performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Manage and develop a small team of electrical engineers, setting technical priorities, creating clear ownership, providing mentorship and design review, and helping engineers grow while maintaining a high bar for technical execution
- Remain hands-on with schematic and circuit design, prototype bring-up, debugging, and design iteration, directly contributing to critical design changes where needed
- Establish rigorous validation approaches and success criteria that build confidence in electrical system performance across operating conditions, unit-to-unit variation, and product use cases
- Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally to collaborate with partners, suppliers, and contract manufacturers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership and ownership of complex electrical or embedded systems
- Deep electrical engineering fundamentals across mixed-signal circuit design, power management, digital interfaces, signal integrity, and debugging of highly integrated systems
