Developers don’t want more marketing. They want relevance, technical depth, and experiences worth showing up for. As Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will help bring Coder’s regional marketing programs to life. You will execute field and ABM programs that build awareness, support sales, and create pipeline across the European market.
You will work closely with a Senior Marketing Manager, sales, partners, and the broader marketing team. You will coordinate events, activate campaigns, and keep programs moving on time and on brand.
What you’ll do here
- Execute regional field marketing plans aligned to global strategy and EMEA priorities.
- Run virtual and in-person events that people actually remember, from platform engineering roundtables to developer meetups to enterprise field programs.
- Support lead generation and pipeline goals through strategic programs, clear handoffs, and timely follow-through.
- Partner with global marketing teams to localize campaign content and messaging for EMEA audiences.
- Help execute co-branded campaigns and joint event opportunities with strategic alliances, resellers, and channel partners.
- Partner closely with sales on ABM plays for high-priority accounts, helping turn target account lists into real conversations and pipeline.
- Coordinate account-specific assets, communications, and campaign touchpoints that support sales outreach and pipeline creation.
- Support pre-event ABM motions, including target account coordination, personalized outreach support, and follow-up planning.
- Keep projects organized, timelines moving, and chaos to a minimum across regional campaigns and events.
What we’re looking for
- 4–7 years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or developer-focused companies.
- Hands-on experience executing regional field marketing programs, including events, partner campaigns, and sales-aligned marketing motions.
- Experience supporting or executing account-based marketing programs, including target account planning, personalized campaign touchpoints, and sales coordination.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, vendors, details, and cross-functional inputs.
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams to support pipeline goals and regional priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Comfort managing multiple programs at once while staying organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or similar systems.
Bonus tacos if you have
- Experience marketing to developers, platform engineering teams, DevOps teams, or technical buyers.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, open-source, or developer tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, or ABM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense or HockeyStack.
- Experience supporting partner or channel marketing programs.
- Experience measuring field marketing performance across attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, and sourced pipeline.
- Experience supporting a company with an open source offering.
Our tech stack
You do not need to know every tool on day one, but familiarity with common go-to-market systems will help you ramp quickly. This role may work across tools such as Asana, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, ABM platforms, event platforms, and shared content systems.

AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As an Account Executive on the Commercial Install Base team, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing Vercel customers.
You will lead the full commercial relationship across your accounts, including account strategy, pipeline generation, expansion, renewal, and retention. You will partner with developers, engineering leaders, product teams, executives, and procurement stakeholders to understand what customers are building and connect Vercel to meaningful technical and business outcomes.
This is a strategic hunting role within our existing customer base. You will use product adoption, usage signals, company priorities, and thoughtful account research to develop hypotheses, create new conversations, and uncover expansion opportunities.
You will also quarterback the broader Vercel team, bringing together Solutions Engineering, Developer Success, Product, and other partners to remove barriers and drive customer outcomes.
Success requires commercial judgment, technical curiosity, disciplined execution, and the ability to create momentum when the path forward is not obvious.
What you'll do
Own the commercial strategy, retention, and growth of a portfolio of existing Vercel customers.
Build account plans that identify customer priorities, key stakeholders, current workloads, risks, whitespace, and expansion opportunities.
Generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, multi-threading, product usage signals, and thoughtful account research.
Build trusted relationships with developers, engineering leaders, executives, procurement partners, and other key stakeholders.
Run end-to-end renewal and expansion cycles, including discovery, qualification, technical evaluation, negotiation, and close.
Identify customer risk early and develop clear plans to protect recurring revenue.
Connect Vercel’s platform to measurable outcomes such as faster product delivery, improved performance, stronger reliability, increased conversion, and greater developer productivity.
Partner with Solutions Architects to understand customer architecture, uncover new workloads, and guide technical evaluations.
Mobilize Developer Success, Product, Marketing, and executive resources at the right moments to advance customer outcomes.
Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunity plans, renewal timelines, and customer context in Vercel’s systems.
Use AI, automation, and repeatable workflows to improve account research, prioritization, and execution.
Share successful plays, customer insights, and market feedback to help the team improve.
What you need
We are looking for a commercially driven Account Executive who combines strong sales fundamentals with technical curiosity and a commitment to customer outcomes.
In practice, this looks like someone who:
Has a history of achieving revenue targets through pipeline generation, opportunity management, negotiation, and closing.
Has experience owning and growing existing customer relationships, including renewals and expansion.
Proactively creates pipeline rather than relying primarily on inbound demand.
Can develop a point of view on an account and turn thoughtful hypotheses into customer conversations.
Builds credibility with technical, executive, and commercial stakeholders.
Learns complex products quickly and is curious about how modern web and AI applications are built and scaled.
Can translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
Is comfortable navigating ambiguity, complex organizations, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Demonstrates strong account planning, forecasting, and opportunity management discipline.
Uses data, customer signals, and judgment to prioritize time effectively.
Is coachable, collaborative, proactive, and team-first.
Is resilient and energized by complex commercial problems.
Bonus if you
Have experience growing existing customers in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, developer tools, or a product-led growth company.
Have sold to developers, engineering leaders, product teams, or other technical buyers.
Have led expansions across multiple workloads, teams, or business units.
Have worked with customers navigating cloud modernization, AI adoption, or application development.
Have experience in a high-growth environment where go-to-market motions were still evolving.
Use tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
Use AI, automation, or self-built workflows to improve your effectiveness.
Aspire to coach others, own increasingly complex accounts, or grow into leadership.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

The San Francisco, CA OTE range for this role is $221,000.00 - $300,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. Coherent Solutions
builds custom software for enterprises and high-growth companies. Founded in 1995, we have 1,700+ people across 10 countries, serving clients in fitness & wellness, healthcare, fintech, manufacturing, and technology.
Our model combines local client leadership with global engineering teams across Europe and Latin America. We are investing heavily in AI and modern software delivery via initiatives like
Coherent Catalyst
, and we expect our client-facing teams to lead those conversations with customers.
About the Role
This is a pure hunter role.
You carry a quota, and your primary responsibility is winning new enterprise clients through your own prospecting, BDR introductions, inbound leads, partner referrals, and your professional network. Once a new account is closed, you will work closely with our delivery management teams to grow it into a long-term, strategic relationship.
You will engage with buyers ranging from directors to C-suite executives and navigating complex, multi-disciplinary decision processes. The services market is changing rapidly; AI is reshaping how software gets built, delivered, and priced. The expectation for this role is to understand these shifts and discuss them confidently with executive buyers. You don’t need to be an AI engineer, but you must understand where the market is heading and connect those changes to how it impacts a client’s growth, efficiency, risk, and bottom line.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, qualify, shape the solution with delivery, negotiate, and close net-new business;
Win new logos and establish the foundation to expand the strategic accounts you win;
Lead commercial strategy for SOWs, master services agreements (MSAs), pricing, and contracts;
Run RFI/RFP responses and tailored proposals in tight collaboration with engineering and delivery teams;
Build and manage a healthy pipeline with highly accurate forecasting in Salesforce;
Partner with marketing on targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and regional events;
Represent Coherent at major industry events and face-to-face client meetings;
What
We’re
Looking For
6+ years of selling custom software engineering, digital product services, or IT consulting;
A proven track record of hunting and winning new enterprise clients with multi-year, multi-discipline services engagements;
Comfort selling to C-suite and VP buyers, with the ability to confidently articulate how modern AI-driven development models accelerate time-to-market;
Deep working knowledge of the SDLC, global distributed delivery models, and agile consulting;
Experience working with distributed global delivery teams (specifically leveraging talent pools in Europe and Latin America);
Stability matters to us. Enterprise services relationships take years to build, and we want the same commitment from our people. A history of multi-year tenures will carry significantly more weight than a long list of short-term logos;
Minnesota preferred; WI, IL, or East Coast considered;
What Do We Offer
Base salary from $130K to $165K plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
;
Performance-based equity awards;
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance;
401(k) matching and generous PTO policy;
Travel: Approximately 20-30% for strategic client meetings, industry conferences, and internal executive planning.

We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Business Development Representative (Austin)
About the role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Austin to start the conversations that win us our next customers. As part of the Sales organization, you will work side by side with our Sales Directors and Account Executives to break into new business accounts and book meetings with decision makers at every level.

What you'll do
Outbound prospecting (the core of the role)
Map target accounts and identify key decision makers, from C-level to data analysts.
Run personalized outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn, starting from pre-built cadences by industry, persona and use case and tailoring them to each account.
Run team plays, such as Snowflake customer and SAP use cases.
Learn what data challenges prospects face, explain what we do for companies like theirs, and secure sales-qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
Inbound leads
Respond to and qualify inbound leads, and set meetings for Sales Directors and Account Executives.
Team and growth
Partner with Account Executives, Marketing and Alliances to drive pipeline and exceed goals.
Log activity and categorize lead information accurately in Salesforce.
Help define our outbound strategy across channels, and iterate on team processes as we scale.
Master our consultative, Command of the Message, and Challenger sales approach, while developing enough fluency in dbt and Fivetran to articulate how the combined platform drives business value.
Tools you'll use:
Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, ZoomInfo and various AI tools.
What you bring
You are a good fit if you:
Have 6+ months of inbound or outbound sales or sales development experience, including hands-on outbound cold calling.
Have prospected into business customers and are comfortable with both VP-level and individual-contributor pitches.
Communicate well, verbally and in writing, with strong grammar.
Have a high-level understanding of the data and analytics space.
Collaborate well in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of work efficiently.
Are values-oriented and share our company values.

Responsibilities
— Own the Czech market as the first local salesperson, across all customer segments.
— Work with the base of direct contacts (existing clients and warm leads): develop, close and reactivate.
— Handle inbound: qualify quickly, run discovery, and convert interest into paying customers.
— Drive outbound to larger and high-potential accounts through cold outreach, own network and industry communities.
— Run the full sales cycle end to end — prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close — and own the number.
— Be the voice of the market: systematically gather customer needs, objections and pain points and feed them to product and marketing to tailor the offering to Czechia.
— Test and iterate positioning, messaging and channels to find what resonates with Czech buyers.
— Temporarily provide light customer-success care to the clients signed, until a dedicated CS person is in place (with a small servicing bonus).
— Keep the CRM clean and share regular insight on pipeline, win/loss reasons and market signals.
What we're looking for
— Czech at native or near-native level (C2), spoken and written — daily conversations, calls and written correspondence in Czech.
— Strong Czech-speaking Slovak candidates are also welcome.
— Working English for internal communication.
— Senior experience in B2B / SaaS sales (or strong service sales), with a hunter mindset.
— A self-starter who can grow a market and bring product feedback from the field.
What we offer
— Base salary of EUR 2,000/month (Net).
— On-target earnings from EUR 4,000/month with no upper cap — commission-based reflecting real sales performance.
— Official employment in Hungary (Altegio Europe KFT).
— Budapest-based; relocation considered — a relocation package is available for the right candidate.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity
Grafana's Demand Generation team creates and accelerates pipeline across the full customer journey. We run a modern, AI-forward operation: lifecycle email programs driven by an AI engine, territory-level buying signals surfaced directly to sales leaders, and agentic workflows that handle work that used to take teams of specialists.
Our webinar program is one of the highest-leverage things we run: technical, practitioner-first sessions on a weekly cadence across AMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, putting the product in front of the people who would actually use it. Hands-on sessions, not sales pitches.
We're hiring a Webinar Program Manager to own it. This is a specialist seat, not a generalist one. You'll inherit an established program with a documented process and a full handover from the person who built it, and you'll own the operating rhythm from there: the calendar, the presenters, the build and promotion of every session, the follow-up, and the reporting.
This is not a "run the playbook" role. Sessions run in parallel at a pace no one could manage by hand, so the way to raise quality is to keep automating the mechanics. We expect this person to build with AI as a default and treat automation as a first-class deliverable, not a side project.
You'd be joining a demand gen team that is genuinely rebuilding how the function works, where AI agents run real production programs and the people on the team design the machine rather than turn the crank. The webinar program already produces, and much of the pipeline it touches starts with a session rather than a seller. You're not here to prove webinars matter. You're here to make each one produce more with less manual work behind it.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the webinar calendar end to end.
Presenter booking, registration pages, campaign setup, promotion, live delivery, follow-up, and the flip to on-demand, across multiple regions and time zones.
Keep sessions practitioner-first.
Brief technical presenters, shape the outline, and keep a session useful to the audience that registered for it.
Bring data to topic planning.
Use past performance and downstream pipeline quality to recommend what we run and what we retire, and lock the plan with demand gen and product marketing each quarter.
Automate the production line.
Extend the automation behind session setup and promotion, and keep pushing into the parts of the process a person shouldn't be doing by hand, including repurposing recordings into other content.
Report
on what happens after the session. Registrations are the input. Connect sessions to product adoption and pipeline, report it honestly, and flag what isn't producing.
Grow the program's reach.
Expand into additional languages and formats where the numbers justify it.
What Makes You a Great Fit
4+ years in demand generation, event marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company (open source or developer-focused a plus).
Hands-on ownership of a recurring webinar or virtual event calendar across multiple regions. A cadence you were accountable for hitting, not a handful of one-off sessions.
Hands-on with a webinar platform (ON24, Zoom Webinars, Contrast, Goldcast or similar) and the plumbing behind it: CRM campaigns, registration sync, attendance data, follow-up triggers.
Comfortable working with technical presenters. You can brief an engineer or solutions architect and hold the line on what the audience came for.
Hands-on with AI in your actual work: you've built automations or agentic workflows (or are visibly on that path), and you think about AI as leverage, not a threat or a buzzword.
Comfortable with data: you can pull your own numbers, sanity-check them, and build a program readout a VP would trust.
Strong program management fundamentals. Twenty-plus moving pieces at once is a logistics job before it's a marketing job, and you ship on time without needing a coordinator.
Bonus Points For
Content repurposing at scale: clips, blog, social, on-demand libraries.
Localized program experience, and a view on when translation earns its cost.
Familiarity with the observability, monitoring or open source ecosystem.
Customer.io, Salesforce and a modern data stack (BigQuery or similar).
Experience with product-led motions alongside sales-led ones.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is building the connected workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and ship — and our partner ecosystem is central to how we grow in the UK market. As Regional Partner Manager for UK, you'll own our partner relationships across the region, working closely with our London sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers, hyperscaler ecosystems, and local services partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's UK partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional leadership — and you'll be a visible face of Notion in the UK partner community.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Own and grow Notion's UK partner ecosystem across value-added resellers, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional VARs and solutions partners
- Manage Notion's hyperscaler partnerships in the UK, overseeing cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions
- Align partner activity directly to the UK sales team's pipeline — facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close
- Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together reseller partners and hyperscaler ecosystems for combined enterprise programs
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with partner leadership across the region, becoming a trusted extension of their go-to-market teams
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and EMEA regional leadership
- Support services delivery by local partners on an ad-hoc basis, helping maintain quality and partner satisfaction
- Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach in the UK
- Collaborate with Notion's global and EMEA partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings across regions
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry
- Demonstrated experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership — comfort across both partner types is essential
- A builder's track record: you've stood up partner programs and can point to outcomes you drove
- Strong demand generation orientation
- Commercially sharp with the ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes
- Highly collaborative and effective working alongside direct sales teams — you understand what reps need, and you make their lives easier
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager
- Experience working in or alongside hyper-growth or startup environments — you're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook
- Based in London with existing knowledge of the UK technology market; willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally across EMEA
- Strong organisational and operational discipline — you manage multiple active partner relationships without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models
- Existing relationships with UK-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams
- Cross-market EMEA experience — e.g. managing partnerships across EMEA regions simultaneously
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is £162,000 - £190,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability
