The main responsibilities of the position include: Deliver multiple projects of varying complexity and size Coordinate internal and remote software development teams Hold task owners accountable for specific deliverables and conduct project team meetings to review progress and take any necessary actions Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution Keep track of delivery progress and promote team ownership by ensuring each team delivers within their set timeline Maintain a solid understanding of Agile principles to ensure PMO governance and reporting stay aligned.
