About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role:
As an Applied AI Security Architect, you will serve as Anthropic's trusted security expert for our most demanding enterprise customers. You'll engage directly with CISOs, security architects, compliance officers, and technical leaders at some of the largest healthcare and life sciences organizations to address their most critical questions about deploying Claude safely and securely.
This is a pre-sales technical role focused on security, compliance, networking, and data architecture. Your job is to walk into a room full of security professionals and demonstrate deep expertise in enterprise security, regulatory compliance, and data protection. You'll help customers understand Claude's security architecture, data handling practices, and deployment options, and partner with them to design solutions that meet their specific regulatory and organizational requirements.
You'll bring significant experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, and technical pre-sales within regulated industries. Whether you've been a Security Architect, Solutions Architect, Field CTO, or senior pre-sales engineer at a cloud or security vendor, what matters is that you understand how large institutions evaluate and adopt technology, especially in healthcare and life sciences, and can speak credibly to their security and compliance concerns.
We are looking for someone excited to help define how enterprises should think about security and compliance in the age of AI. How do MCP, autonomous agents, and RBAC work together? If working at the intersection of AI adoption and regulated industries excites you, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary security and compliance expert during customer engagements, addressing technical questions about Claude's architecture, data flows, encryption, access controls, and deployment models.
Partner with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams at healthcare and life sciences organizations to understand their security requirements and design solutions that meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, GxP, HITECH, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, federal mandates, etc)
Lead technical deep-dives on network architecture, data residency, API security, authentication/authorization, audit logging, and integration patterns for regulated environments.
Support enterprise security reviews, vendor assessments, and due diligence processes by providing detailed technical documentation and expert guidance.
Collaborate with GTM and Applied AI teams before and after customer engagements to align on strategy, prepare for security discussions, and ensure continuity from initial conversations through deployment.
Partner closely with Anthropic’s product and engineering teams to deeply understand Claude's security capabilities, provide real-time customer feedback on feature gaps and priorities, help assess technical feasibility of customer-specific security requirements, and influence roadmap priorities.
Develop and maintain security-focused collateral, reference architectures, and best practices documentation for regulated industries.
Lead enablement and create content for GTM and Applied AI Teams that helps them inform customers upstream about key security requirements and considerations.
Travel regularly to customer sites for security workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic account meetings.
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, or technical pre-sales, with significant exposure to regulated industries (healthcare and life sciences).
Deep technical knowledge of enterprise security concepts: network security, identity and access management, encryption (at rest and in transit), API security, and audit/logging requirements.
Experience navigating compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare and life sciences organizations (HIPAA, GxP, HITECH, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and GDPR).
A track record of engaging with CISOs, security teams, and compliance officers at large enterprises.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP), including VPCs, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex security topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and move fast in a rapidly evolving market.
A collaborative mindset: sales at Anthropic is a team sport.
Excitement about AI's potential to transform highly regulated industries, and a genuine desire to help customers adopt it safely and responsibly.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
What does software planning look like when people and artificial intelligence agents work together? As a Staff Product Manager for Planning at GitLab, you'll help answer that question and lead the team toward a clear product direction. This isn't just about improving traditional agile planning. You'll rethink how intent becomes actionable work, how that work moves through software development, and where human involvement is needed.
You'll develop a point of view on planning's future and turn it into product decisions with engineering, design, and product leadership. That includes exploring how planning could connect work to business priorities and budgets, rather than assuming the answer is already decided. Alongside that strategic work, you'll share ownership of existing planning capabilities with another product manager.
We're opening this role at Staff level, with flexibility to consider Principal level based on your experience and scope of impact.
What you'll do
Define a clear direction for planning as software development shifts toward collaboration between people and artificial intelligence agents, and help the team move from open questions to concrete priorities.
Shape how users capture intent, break it into actionable work, and determine which work can proceed autonomously and which needs human involvement.
Evaluate whether and how planning should connect software delivery to company priorities, business objectives, and budgets.
Share ownership of planning capabilities, including work items, boards, specifications, and portfolio planning, with a fellow product manager. Help define how that scope is divided.
Work with engineering and design to translate product direction into a roadmap and improvements to planning workflows across GitLab.
Communicate your recommendations clearly to senior leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and lead the team through changes in direction.
What you'll bring
Experience leading product strategy and execution for software development, developer tools, or planning products, with the depth to make decisions in a specialized product area.
A strong understanding of software development and development and operations (DevOps) workflows, including how planning decisions affect downstream delivery.
The ability to form and defend a product point of view in an uncertain, changing market, while staying open to different ideas.
Clear communication with technical teams and senior executives, including experience challenging leadership decisions constructively and building support for a direction.
The ability to connect a forward-looking strategy to practical product decisions and work collaboratively across product, engineering, and design.
About the team
The Planning team builds the capabilities at the start of GitLab's software development workflow, including work items, boards, specifications, and portfolio planning. Decisions here affect how work moves through the rest of the platform, so the team's scope extends beyond standalone project management tools.
You'll work alongside another product manager and partner with engineering and design across this product area. The division of product ownership is still being shaped, and you'll help define it. The hiring manager wants you to bring a different perspective, question established approaches, and challenge senior leaders constructively, with room to influence decisions beyond your immediate product scope.
GitLab's mission is to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. Our platform brings software development, security, and operations together.

Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
About the team
The Fraud Countermeasures team is part of Data Science, and it's how Wealthsimple grows safely. We balance fraud losses with client friction, so legitimate clients can use their money without jumping through hoops. We work in small pods that pair a fraud countermeasures lead with a data scientist and an analytics developer, and we sit alongside Product and Engineering on every new feature launch. We use data to make every decision, and we use AI tools to move faster. If you want to work on hard problems with people who care about craft, you'll fit right in.
About the role
Card fraud is one of the highest-stakes problems at Wealthsimple, and this role owns the strategy for it. You'll set direction for how we prevent application, transaction and account takeover fraud across our card products, and you'll do it independently, with real accountability for the outcome. This is a Staff individual contributor role with manager-level impact: you'll lead through expertise and influence, not direct reports. It's open to candidates in any timezone in Canada.
What you'll do
- Own fraud strategy and execution across application, transaction and account takeover fraud for Wealthsimple's card products.
- Manage the card fraud loss budget as our volumes grow, and guard against the fraud attacks that can blow a budget up.
- Design, backtest, ship and tune detection rules, and set decision thresholds on ML risk scores.
- Weigh fraud losses prevented against operational cost and client experience before you recommend an approach.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build controls that stop fraud without blocking legitimate clients, like step-up authentication instead of a hard decline.
- Guide the data scientists and analytics developers in your pod, and mentor junior teammates on strategy, rule building and problem-solving.
Skills you bring
- 6+ years of experience in fraud prevention, including 3+ years working directly on card fraud (prepaid or credit) at an issuer, fintech or payments platform.
- Hands-on ownership of card fraud strategy across application, transaction and account takeover fraud.
- Advanced SQL. You write complex queries against transaction-level data yourself, without waiting for an analyst to pull it.
- A track record of building, backtesting, shipping and tuning fraud rules, and explaining the precision, catch rate and approval rate impact of each.
- Experience quantifying fraud savings against operational and client experience costs to make a clear recommendation.
- Experience using AI tools in your daily work, and examples of where they changed your output.
- The ability to influence Product, Engineering, credit risk, operations and external vendors toward a decision without direct authority.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard network rules, dispute processes and chargeback rails.
Who you are
- You set direction on your own and take ownership over outcomes for your space, from fighting fraud attacks to minimizing client friction.
- You make decisions with numbers behind them, and you're honest about what the numbers can't tell you.
- You lead through influence. You can get a roadmap conversation to go your way by rallying others around shared objectives.
- You use AI to aide in your workflow, and know when to question it’s outputs
- You share what you know, and you make the people around you sharper

ICYMI
Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. We don't expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to evolve alongside the products we're building.
Inclusion Statement: We're building products for a diverse world, and we need a diverse team to do it well. We strongly encourage applications from everyone, regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.
Accessibility Statement: We're committed to an accessible hiring experience. If you need any accommodations throughout the interview process, please let us know — we'll work with you to make sure you have what you need. We also welcome any feedback on how we can better accommodate candidates with accessibility needs.
AI in Hiring: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our team but don't replace human judgment – all final hiring decisions are made by people. If you have questions about how your data is used, reach out to us.
Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions. Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We're looking for a
Staff Conversation Designer
to join in London and set the design direction for AI-powered support across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. You'll bring a strong AI fluency, technical practice, and editorial point of view to build and shape conversations powered by our LLM models: deciding what a conversation needs to say, what to leave out and how to make each exchange clear, useful, and worthy of people's trust.
You'll shape the personality, voice, tone and experience principles that express our brands, local language and support philosophy. You will craft conversation specs, prompts, and evals, annotate data, and co-build the tools and harness that drives our experience. Success means fewer avoidable problems, better resolutions when help is needed, and stronger design practices that help teams deliver those outcomes consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Set support conversation strategy
across support journeys, connecting what people need in the moment, what the business can promise, and what operations can actually do. Influence roadmaps with Product, Engineering and Operations, deciding where to invest, what to sequence first and how to balance quality, speed and impact.
Design and maintain conversation flows
. Lead proactive guidance, chat and voice experiences from definition through launch, anticipating needs to prevent or resolve problems before people ask for help. Create and maintain multi-turn conversation specs covering context, interruptions, changing intent, clarification, error recovery, fallback paths and human handoffs without repetition.
Prototype new conversational experiences
. Invent and test new conversational patterns, interaction paradigms, personas, and support experiences. Use LLMs and code to explore how people could ask for help, act on options and move between chat, voice and other interfaces. Work with Engineering to shape the information, actions, and human judgement these experiences need, using working prototypes and user feedback to decide what to pursue.
Shape voice, tone and behaviour
. Set the editorial direction for support conversations across brands, markets and modalities. Write and iterate on system prompts and persona definitions that express this direction through model behaviour. Make deliberate choices about wording, pacing and tone, adapting to local voices, policies and access needs while keeping conversations useful and promises accurate.
Build evaluation datasets and testing plans
. Establish how teams evaluate conversation quality before and after launch. Create evaluation datasets, testing plans and scoring rubrics to test conversation flows and model behaviour. Define annotation guidelines and annotate conversations for evaluation and model training, calibrating judgments so teams assess quality consistently. Combine these evaluations with research, performance data and reviews of hundreds of transcripts to improve accuracy, resolution quality and customer effort, and influence what the team prioritises.
Design conversational safeguards
. Identify conversational risks and define, implement and test guardrails. Address hallucinations, harmful or biased responses, and requests outside the service’s scope. Define how conversations protect sensitive information, stay within the system’s authority to act, and acknowledge uncertainty or seek human judgement.
Raise conversation design capability
. Help the wider Studio develop technical fluency and conversational judgement through mentorship, education and shared tools. Build reusable prompt guidance, evaluation tools and working practices with design and cross-functional peers, and lead their adoption across teams to improve conversation quality and inform product priorities.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Work samples
. Work samples showing strong editorial and conversational judgement, whether through conversational systems, content programmes or shipped products. Show your personal contribution, the direction you set, alternatives you explored and evidence of improved outcomes. We welcome different formats that make your thinking, execution and influence clear.
Strategic leadership
. Experience setting direction across teams and influencing product priorities, with examples of resolving ambiguity and making trade-offs between user needs, commercial goals and technical constraints.
Editorial judgement
. A strong editorial point of view, backed by excellent writing and editing. You can explain why a conversation needs a particular message, sequence or tone, cut what gets in the way and give others specific feedback that improves the work. Your background may be in editorial, content design, linguistics, product design or another discipline; what matters is how you apply that judgement to interactive experiences.
Hands-on AI practice
. Practical fluency with LLMs and code, demonstrated through working AI prototypes and direct investigation of model behaviour. You can distinguish conversational problems from limitations in data, tools or the wider system.
Service design judgement
. The ability to connect individual conversations to the wider service, including user intent, context, available actions and agent workflows. Your decisions account for accessibility, localisation, privacy and situations that need human intervention.
Evaluation and training experience
. Experience developing conversation evaluations and annotating model-training data, with evidence of how qualitative and quantitative findings improved model behaviour and informed product decisions.
Impact beyond your own work
. A track record of improving other teams’ design quality through mentorship, critique and shared tools or practices they’ve adopted.

Position Description:
We are looking for a Principal QA Engineer to take ownership of a company-wide QA system and lead its continued development. You will dive into the current processes, leadership model, automation and tooling direction, quality controls, and improvement roadmap; challenge existing approaches where needed, and drive the next stage of maturity across engineering domains. We need a senior technical leader who sees Quality Engineering as an engineering system, connects business and technical risks with practical changes in the SDLC, test architecture, automation, environments, release quality, and metrics, and turns systemic problems into measurable and sustainable improvements. This is a senior individual contributor role working primarily through QA Technical Leads and Senior QA Engineers and partnering with Engineering Managers, Product, Architecture, and DevOps/SRE, while remaining hands-on in high-impact reviews, pilots, and critical investigations.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the company-wide Quality Engineering strategy, operating model, and improvement roadmap; continue evolving them as products, risks, and organizational needs change.
Assess Quality Engineering maturity across domains, identify systemic bottlenecks and inconsistencies, and prioritize the improvements with the highest company-wide impact.
Define and evolve cross-domain standards and guardrails for test architecture, coverage, quality evidence, testability, observability, release readiness, and production validation.
Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end QA process and embed shift-left practices, quality controls, and risk-based gates across the SDLC together with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps/SRE.

Join our CRM Marketing team!
We're looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our team.
We use data-driven marketing automation to improve customer journeys through personalised communications across various channels (like email, push notifications or WhatsApp). You will experiment with new ideas, optimise conversion and work closely with stakeholders to drive growth across different OLX categories.
Note: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work from the office approximately twice per week.
What you will be doing:
Deliver CRM messages and campaigns for the category served across email, push and in-product, working from the category's intake form, so that the category decides what is sent and the centre's standards decide how well it is built.
Design, launch and improve automated lifecycle journeys for sellers, buyers and, where relevant, professional users, supporting acquisition, activation and retention for each brand in each market.
Grow the addressable base (consented, reachable contacts) as a category KPI, and pass consent and data-quality gaps to the CRM function head.
Design, run and read tests (in-channel and incrementality), explain the business impact, and scale proven solutions across the category's markets.
Set weekly priorities with the category's Strategy, Planning and Operations Lead and report results against the category's outcomes.
Propose proven motions for the reusable CRM library and shape the requirements for new CRM channels and capabilities with the MarTech team.
What we are looking for:
4 to 6 years in marketing, with hands-on CRM, lifecycle, engagement or retention experience in a digital platform or marketplace.
Experience in classifieds, e-commerce or other multi-sided marketplaces.
Build and run automated journeys in a CRM or marketing automation platform across email, push and in-product, from segmentation to reporting.
Experience with Braze (or equivalent) and with working with technology and product teams on implementation projects.
Data-driven: design tests, read results and explain business impact through analysis.
User-centric: turn insights into end-to-end consumer journeys.
Intrapreneurial: comfortable building completely new solutions, and working in a matrix with a good degree of ambiguity.
Use AI in day-to-day CRM work, for example to draft and localise copy, build segments, personalise journeys and speed up analysis.
Fluent business English to work smoothly with colleagues across several countries.
Location: based in Lisboa.
Our benefits:
Competitive salary and an annual bonus (15%)
Training and conference budget
Health and life insurance
A high degree of autonomy, as OLX believes in empowering people
