LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Our mission
Shape the engineering foundations of Mistral AI’s next generation of compute capacity while improving the resilience of the infrastructure already in service. This role combines technical design leadership with field reliability engineering: you will establish demanding, practical requirements for colocation power and cooling, scrutinize proposed solutions and turn operating experience into better designs, safer changes and more reliable AI capacity.
Operating context & accountability
Mistral deploys high-density AI infrastructure in colocation facilities, where partners operate the underlying critical plant. You will be Mistral’s technical counterpart to providers, designers, commissioning specialists and internal IT and capacity teams. The position combines forward-looking design authority with hands-on technical investigation and portfolio reliability improvement. It requires depth in one core engineering discipline and the judgment to lead multidisciplinary decisions with specialist support.
Key responsibilities — design and technical standards
- Own and continuously improve Mistral’s technical design criteria and colocation requirements for new facilities, expansions and retrofits, including availability objectives, failure domains, maintainability and operational flexibility.
- Translate GPU platform roadmaps into measurable facility envelopes: IT load and transients, rack density, electrical topology, redundancy, cooling capacity, supply/return temperatures, flow, pressure, water quality and monitoring.
- Review utility and MV/LV arrangements, transformers, generators, UPS, switchgear, busway, protection coordination, earthing, power quality and metering for suitability under demanding AI loads.
- Review mechanical and controls architecture, including chilled-water and heat-rejection systems, pumps, control sequences, CDU integration, leak detection, filtration, water treatment and cooling recovery scenarios.
- Lead multidisciplinary reviews of single-line diagrams, P&IDs, sequences of operation, design calculations, capacity models, failure-mode studies and proposed deviations; document risks and decisions.
- Participate in site selection, technical due diligence, provider RFPs, design milestones and commercial technical schedules, challenging assumptions before they become delivery constraints.
- Define design review and exception processes that balance performance, resilience, deployment speed, efficiency, capital cost and long-term operability.
Key responsibilities — commissioning and delivery assurance
- Partner with delivery and commissioning teams to define functional and integrated testing requirements, acceptance criteria, evidence packages and outstanding-defect management.
- Validate that electrical and cooling infrastructure can support the contracted AI load envelope under normal, maintenance and credible fault conditions.
- Review test scripts and results for loss of utility, UPS/generator transitions, cooling component failures, controls faults, CDU interface events and staged restoration where applicable.
- Ensure operational handover includes accurate drawings, asset and interface registers, monitoring points, setpoints, maintenance constraints, emergency procedures and unresolved risk ownership.
- Support live-site changes and capacity upgrades with a disciplined review of impact, sequencing, rollback plans and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities — field reliability and root-cause analysis
- Act as a technical escalation point for recurring or high-impact electrical, mechanical and controls incidents across operational colocation sites.
- Analyze alarms, BMS/EPMS trends, event sequences, power-quality records, cooling telemetry, commissioning findings and maintenance evidence to distinguish symptoms from systemic causes.
- Lead or challenge technical root-cause investigations with colocation partners, including common-mode failures, protection miscoordination, thermal instability, control logic, hydraulic performance and hidden capacity limitations.
- Develop risk-ranked corrective actions and reliability improvement programs; validate effectiveness through evidence and post-change monitoring.
- Identify fleet-wide patterns and feed lessons learned into reference designs, acceptance tests, technical specifications and provider governance.
- Review maintenance and change proposals that create material exposure to compute availability, providing clear technical recommendations and escalation where required.
Key responsibilities — collaboration and leadership
- Work with IT hardware, network and platform teams to understand the operational consequences of rack-level and cluster-level failure domains.
- Influence colocation providers, consultants and OEM partners through technically rigorous, fact-based reviews without relying on direct operational authority.
- Present design trade-offs, reliability risks and investment recommendations in language accessible to engineering leadership and business stakeholders.
- Develop reusable standards, technical playbooks and engineering knowledge sharing to support consistent decisions across a rapidly expanding portfolio.
What success looks like
- New capacity is accepted against well-defined electrical, thermal and resilience criteria with transparent technical exceptions.
- Design risks are identified early, reducing late changes, stranded capacity and avoidable operational constraints.
- Repeat incidents and unresolved critical engineering defects decrease as corrective actions are verified.
- Field experience produces measurable improvements to future designs and live-site operating resilience.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 8 years in mission-critical data center design, engineering, commissioning or technical reliability, including responsibility for complex technical decisions.
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent professional experience, with deep knowledge in one discipline and strong working knowledge of the other.
- Demonstrated expertise in critical power and cooling architecture, redundancy, failure-mode analysis and operational risk management.
- Experience reviewing engineering drawings, calculations, commissioning evidence and root-cause analyses, and coordinating technical specialists.
- Ability to influence colocation providers and cross-functional stakeholders; excellent English communication and willingness to travel.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AI/HPC infrastructure, high-density accelerator platforms and direct-to-chip liquid cooling.
- Knowledge of CDUs, facility-to-technology cooling interfaces, hydraulic performance, cooling-water quality and leak management.
- Experience with electrical protection/selectivity, power quality, controls sequences, integrated systems testing and BMS/EPMS analytics.
- Experience creating technical standards across multiple sites or providers, including design deviations and fleet-wide reliability improvements.
- Professional engineering registration or equivalent technical credentials.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's go-to-market organization is growing quickly, and our most important priorities for customers and for our field rarely sit within one team. Priorities cut across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, Legal, Partnerships and more. We're looking for a strategic program manager to own these initiatives end to end.
You'll start with an ambiguous ask, sometimes from a senior leader and sometimes from a signal in the data. You'll find the root cause of the problem and design a solution with subject-matter experts across the company, then drive it from strategy to planning to results to iteration. You’ll bring stakeholders along while still moving quickly to the right answer. The work ranges from large cross-functional programs to short, focused SWAT efforts on urgent questions. Success looks like making better decisions, faster, for our customers and our field.
This is a strategic, highly cross-functional individual contributor role for someone equally comfortable building a business case, running a forum with senior stakeholders, getting into the data, and working directly with the field. You'll operate with high autonomy on the most critical GTM questions we face.
Key responsibilities
Own a portfolio of strategic GTM programs end to end, each starting from a business problem (e.g., customer activation, seller efficiency, model launches) and running from scoping through launch, operationalization, results, and iteration
Act as a thought partner to Sales and GTM leaders: identify, scope, and prioritize the programs most worth doing, and say no to the rest
Turn ambiguous, loosely scoped problems into structured analysis, a defensible model, and a clear plan with owners, milestones, and decision points
Align and drive teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships without formal authority over any of them
Engage senior executives on the status and outcomes of the most critical programs
Manage change so new programs are adopted by the field, and define and report on success metrics such as adoption, time-to-value, and productivity impact
Use AI tools every day to analyze, model, and build faster
Create the templates, cadence, and reporting that help every future program launch well
Minimum qualifications
Have led complex cross-functional programs from problem definition through delivery, in strategy consulting, strategy and operations, GTM or sales programs, or program management
A track record of turning ambiguous problems into clear, defensible recommendations
Have driven initiatives to completion across teams you do not manage, including when senior stakeholders disagreed
Analytical skills: building a business case and quantitative model, defining targets, and pulling and analyzing your own data from CRM and BI tools
Clear written and verbal communication, with experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior and executive audiences
A working understanding of how an enterprise sales organization operates
Have built programs or processes where none existed, and owned the outcome through to results
Are motivated by Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
A background in strategy consulting followed by an in-house role where you built and ran programs and strategic projects
Experience running sales or GTM programs with measured results, such as pipeline, activation, adoption, or launch programs
Experience working within a sales operating cadence, such as forecast calls and pipeline reviews, Sales planning, product launches
Hands-on experience using AI tools daily to work faster and more rigorously, including building workflows with Claude or similar tools
Experience at a company selling technical or AI products
Experience as an early hire in a new team or function
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$270,000
—
$310,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Understand performance across visitor → lead → qualified lead → opportunity → pipeline.
Establish KPIs for campaigns and acquisition programs.
Monitor acquisition costs, funnel conversion, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
Turn performance data into recommendations and actions, not simply dashboards.
Help leadership understand what's working, what's not, why, and what Marketing should do next.
Partnership With the Director of Marketing
This is designed to be a
close counterpart relationship between two distinct areas of marketing expertise.
The Director of Marketing owns the
market-facing strategy
: overall marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, narrative, brand, content, messaging, creative direction, organic strategy, customer storytelling, thought leadership, and market POV.
The Growth Marketing Lead owns the
performance engine
: acquisition, distribution, activation, conversion, retargeting, nurture, experimentation, optimization, and measurement.
You'll be involved early in campaign planning, not handed finished assets and asked to promote them. Your audience, channel, conversion, and performance insights should influence how campaigns are built from the beginning.
At the same time, the role maintains clear functional ownership. The Growth Marketing Lead does not replace ownership of overall marketing strategy, brand strategy, editorial strategy, company narrative, creative direction, or integrated marketing strategy.
Both roles remain deeply connected to GTM, pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
Together, they create the feedback loop between what the market needs to hear and what performance data tells us is resonating.
Fractional Marketing Operations Partnership
The Growth Marketing Lead will work closely with a
fractional/retained Marketing Operations resource
who can support the technical infrastructure required to run and measure the growth engine.
This may include CRM and marketing automation infrastructure, campaign tracking and attribution, lead scoring and routing, lifecycle automation, integrations, database health, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
You don't need to personally administer every system. You
do
need enough technical fluency to know what needs to be built, articulate the business requirements, recognize when something isn't working correctly, and use the resulting data to make informed decisions.
You will effectively serve as the
business owner of marketing performance

How We Work:
You have a startup mindset.
You're a self-starter who doesn't need someone telling you what to do throughout the day. You can take a business objective, figure out what needs to happen, ask the right questions, and independently move the work forward. You're resourceful, curious, and a fast learner.
We trust your expertise.
There is real ownership in this role. We hire great people because we want their ideas, judgment, and experience – not because we want someone to simply execute instructions. If you think there's a better approach, we genuinely want to hear it. If the data is telling you we should change direction, say so. You'll be trusted to make decisions within your area, experiment thoughtfully, and do your job in the way you believe will produce the strongest results.
You're collaborative and dynamic.
You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing, broader marketing leadership, Sales, Product, external partners, and specialists across the organization. You know how to bring strong opinions and expertise to the table without creating territorial silos. You communicate well, welcome feedback, and value other people's expertise as much as your own.
You move fast.
We'd rather thoughtfully test a strong idea, learn from it, and iterate than spend months trying to make something theoretically perfect. You know how to prioritize, execute, measure, and move forward. If something doesn't work, understand why, learn from it, and try again.
You take ownership.
If something you're responsible for isn't working, you investigate it. If tracking looks wrong, you flag it. If an agency isn't delivering, you address it. If you see an opportunity, you bring it forward. "Nobody told me to" isn't how we operate.
You're a team player.
We care about the work we do and the people we do it with. You take pride in producing great work, celebrate team wins, help when someone needs it, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with smart people toward a shared goal.
You're adaptable.
Our products evolve. Technology advances. Messaging changes. Priorities change. AI is changing how people discover and consume information, and cybersecurity certainly doesn't stand still. You're comfortable operating in a fast-moving technical market and can learn quickly enough to keep pace.
You're AI-native.
AI is changing both the cybersecurity market we operate in and the way great marketing teams work. We expect you to use it. Whether you're analyzing campaign data, researching an audience, building a workflow, pressure-testing an idea, finding patterns, or eliminating repetitive work, your instinct should be to ask how AI can help you do the job better and faster. We're not looking for someone who occasionally opens an AI tool, we want someone who actively experiments with new capabilities and incorporates the best ones into how they work.
You're comfortable with cybersecurity.
You don't need to know every acronym on day one, but you should enjoy learning complex technology and understanding the problems our customers are trying to solve. You can become conversant enough in cybersecurity to make intelligent decisions about audiences, campaigns, messaging, and performance.
You care about outcomes more than activity.
Launching a campaign isn't the finish line. A beautiful dashboard isn't the outcome. More leads aren't necessarily better leads. You want to understand what actually moved the business and what we should do differently because of it.
And we genuinely enjoy working together!
Across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, we want people to be proud of what they build, without believing great work requires sacrificing everything outside of it. We respect work-life balance, trust people to manage their responsibilities, and value positive, healthy working relationships. We work hard, move quickly, and care deeply about results – but we also want people to enjoy the work they're doing and the life they're living while they do it. A positive attitude, mutual respect, and being someone others genuinely enjoy working with matter here.
