US Shift
REPORTS INTO
CEO & COO
⚠ US Shift: This role operates on a US-aligned shift, onsite at our Gurugram delivery centre. Consistent availability during US business hours is non-negotiable. Apply only if you can commit to this fully.
⚠ Non-Negotiable: A minimum of 15 years of hands-on US healthcare AR and RCM experience is required. Profiles without this depth of domain experience will not be considered regardless of seniority or education.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across the United States, with delivery operations in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago. Our RCM practice runs medical coding, charge entry, payment posting, and AR and denials management for physician groups and health systems across multiple specialties and payer environments.
The Senior Manager, AR RCM is the most senior AR delivery leader in the India operations. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role carries full accountability for AR performance across the Neolytix client portfolio: net collection rates, AR aging, denial resolution, follow-up compliance, and the teams that execute this work every day.
This is not a monitoring role and not a reporting role. You own the outcome. If AR aging is trending in the wrong direction, you know why before leadership asks. If a client's net collection rate is below benchmark, you have a recovery plan before the QBR. You lead a multi-tier AR team, hold SLAs before they breach, and bring strategic clarity to the CEO and COO on the financial health of every account. If that describes the way you have built your career, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. AR Delivery Ownership & SLA Accountability
Own end-to-end AR performance across the full Neolytix client portfolio: follow-up compliance, AR aging distribution, denial resolution timelines, and net collection rates.
Define and enforce SLA commitments by account: touch cadences, AR aging thresholds, payer follow-up windows, and escalation timelines.
Drive the operating cadence: daily floor reviews, weekly performance dashboards, and monthly executive reporting to the CEO and COO.
Serve as the senior escalation authority for all AR delivery issues, with direct accountability for resolution and root-cause documentation.
2. Revenue & Financial Performance
Own the financial metrics that matter: net collection rate, AR aging distribution (including AR >90), first-pass yield, denial rate, cost to collect, and payment variance.
Identify revenue optimization opportunities within the existing portfolio: payer mix trends, underpayment patterns, denial root causes, and write-off risk.
Present financial performance analysis and recovery plans to the CEO and COO with clarity and conviction. You do not describe the chart; you explain what it means and what you are doing about it.
3. Denial Management & Payer Strategy
Own the denial management function end to end: root cause categorization, appeal workflows, payer-specific escalation protocols, and first-pass improvement plans.
Stay current on payer policy changes, CMS billing updates, and coding guideline shifts that affect denial rates and collection timelines.
Develop payer-specific follow-up strategies and embed them into team workflows and SOPs.
4. Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead a multi-tier AR team: Team Leads, Senior Associates, and Associates across the AR and denials function.
Own performance management, succession planning, and high-potential identification for the AR org.
Partner with Talent Management on hiring, onboarding, and retention of AR talent, including calibrating role requirements for the team as it scales.
Build a performance culture grounded in accountability, data fluency, and continuous improvement.
5. Client Engagement & Retention
Act as the senior operational partner for strategic AR accounts, maintaining relationships at the decision-maker level.
Lead and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews, performance reporting, and service expansion conversations.
Surface delivery risks proactively and communicate resolution plans to clients before issues escalate.
6. Process Excellence & Compliance
Own SOPs for all AR workflows: initial follow-up, denial management, appeals, escalation, and write-off protocols.
Ensure operations remain compliant with HIPAA, CMS billing requirements, and payer-specific compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement across AR workflows using structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
What You Bring
Must-Have
15 or more years of US healthcare AR and RCM experience, with senior leadership accountability over large multi-specialty AR portfolios.
Mastery of AR financial metrics: net collection rate, AR aging distribution, denial rate, first-pass yield, cost to collect. You can explain what moves each one and defend your analysis when challenged.
Deep denial management expertise: root cause categorization, payer-specific appeal strategies, and a track record of improving first-pass rates.
Experience leading multi-tier AR teams of 50 or more FTEs, including Team Leads and supervisors.
Commercial payer experience across BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, and regional payers, alongside Medicare and Medicaid.
Multi-specialty billing exposure: physician groups, hospital systems, or both.
Excellent client-facing communication: comfortable presenting to C-suite clients and internal senior leadership with equal confidence.
Commitment to the US shift, onsite in Gurugram.
Strong Preference
Prior experience in a BPO, MSO, or KPO environment delivering AR services for US healthcare clients, not in-house captive only.
Exposure to multiple billing and EHR platforms: AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Epic, Kareo, Centricity, or similar.
Track record of building or restructuring an AR team and improving performance metrics within 12 months.
Power BI or advanced Excel for AR performance tracking and executive reporting.
Nice-to-Have
MBA or postgraduate degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline.
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement methodology applied to an AR workflow.
CPAT (Certified Patient Account Technician) or equivalent AR or RCM certification.
Experience across multi-geography delivery: India and Philippines operating in parallel.
Who You Are
You treat AR aging as a story, not a spreadsheet. You know what each band means for revenue risk and you communicate it that way to leadership.
You hold SLAs before clients ask about them. Reactive escalation management is not something you do.
You can tell the CEO what a number means, not just what it is. Your analysis ends with a so-what and a plan, not a chart.
You hold your team to a high standard without losing them. Accountability and development are not in tension in the way you lead.
You see denial patterns before they become denial trends. Root cause is where you start, not where you finish.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree mandatory. Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience: 15 or more years in US healthcare AR and RCM. Non-negotiable.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. You will present to the CEO and COO regularly and manage senior client relationships. Communication below this standard will not progress.
Shift: US-aligned shift, onsite in Gurugram. This is firm. Apply only if you can commit to this consistently.
Notice Period: 30 to 45 days preferred. Up to 60 days considered for the right profile.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
In the first 12 months:
Net collection rate: sustained at or above agreed client benchmarks across the managed portfolio.
AR >90 days: percentage trending down or held within client SLA thresholds.
Denial rate and first-pass yield: measurable improvement within 90 days on priority accounts.
SLA achievement: 95% or above on committed follow-up and resolution timelines across the portfolio.
Client retention: no unplanned exits attributable to AR delivery performance.
Team performance: productivity and quality metrics for the AR team within benchmark, with clear improvement plans for underperforming sub-teams.
Executive reporting: weekly and monthly dashboards delivered accurately and on time, with actionable narratives, no follow-up questions from the COO needed.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Talent Management screening and profile review. AR domain depth and tenure verified at this stage.
Stage 2: Functional interview with the COO covering AR delivery depth, financial metric fluency, denial management approach, and team leadership track record.
Stage 3: Conversation with the CEO covering strategic fit, client philosophy, and leadership approach.
Stage 4: Reference checks and offer.

Lead and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews, performance reporting, and service expansion discussions.
Proactively surface delivery risks, drive resolution, and communicate transparently with client stakeholders before issues escalate.
4. People Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop a multi-tier team: Operations Managers, Team Leads, and front-line specialists across RCM and Credentialing.
Own succession planning, performance management cycles, and high-potential identification for the ops org.
Partner with Talent Management on hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for RCM and Credentialing talent.
Build a performance culture grounded in accountability, continuous feedback, and professional growth.

Champion automation and technology adoption to improve throughput, reduce error rates, and lower cost-to-serve.
Own SOPs, process documentation, and audit readiness across RCM and Credentialing workflows.
Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to build performance visibility and reporting infrastructure.
6. Governance & Compliance
Ensure all operations remain compliant with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer-specific requirements.
Own internal QA frameworks, audit processes, and remediation planning for both service lines.
Maintain documentation standards and escalation protocols that support SSAE-18 and SOC 2 readiness.

Full-time MBA / PGDM or equivalent postgraduate degree.
16 to 20 years in US healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role heading multi-functional delivery teams of 100+ FTEs.
Demonstrated experience leading Credentialing operations at scale: provider enrollment, re-credentialing, CAQH, and payer contracting workflows.
Strong command of RCM workflows across the full cycle: AR follow-up, billing, payment posting, charge posting, and denial management.
Prior experience in a BPO, MSO, or KPO environment serving US healthcare providers.
Proven P&L ownership: cost-to-serve management, headcount planning, and capacity modeling in a delivery environment.
Ability to build and read operational dashboards, interpret KPIs, and drive decisions from data.
Excellent communication with the ability to engage C-suite clients and internal leadership with equal fluency.
Strong Preference
Experience managing multi-geography delivery operations spanning India and Philippines.
Familiarity with PM and EHR platforms: AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Kareo, Epic, or Centricity.
Track record of leading go-live transitions and new client onboarding at scale.
Nice-to-Have
Six Sigma or Lean certification.
Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or automation tools within RCM environments.
Experience in SSAE-18 / SOC 2 compliance environments.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Full-time Postgraduate degree (MBA / PGDM or equivalent) mandatory. Part-time, correspondence, or distance-learning qualifications are not accepted.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. Confident in client-facing calls, COO-level reporting, and written communication with US-based stakeholders.
Work Mode: Onsite, Gurugram, 5 days a week. This is a floor-level leadership role; physical presence is required.

REPORTS INTO
Manager
⚠ US Shift: This role operates on a US-aligned shift from our Gurugram office. Consistent availability during US business hours is required. Apply only if you can commit to this onsite.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across the United States, with delivery operations in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago. InCredibly is the platform we built to run our credentialing, enrollment, and licensing operations: a rules-driven system that manages workflows, documents, timelines, and payer requirements across thousands of providers.
The platform is configurable by design. Payer requirements, document checklists, follow-up protocols, and workflow variants live in a rules layer and knowledge base, not in code. When the rules are right, the platform does the work. When they are missing or wrong, people do it by hand. This role owns that rules layer.
This is not a delivery role and not a development role. You are the person who decides how the platform thinks. Half the job is keeping the knowledge base accurate. The other half is turning what our operations team knows into configuration the platform can execute: workflow rules, stage templates, gate conditions, validation rules, and defaults that reduce manual work for analysts on the floor.
What You Will Do
1. Knowledge Base & Rules Management
Build and maintain the platform knowledge base: document checklists, validation rules, follow-up protocols, and workflow defaults, structured so the system acts on them rather than as prose for a human to read.
Author configuration rules by work type, category, and variant. Keep them current as operational requirements evolve.
Own the flag queue: triage issues raised by analysts, fix them, and route changes through the change-request approval workflow.
2. Workflow Configuration
Translate operational patterns into workflow configuration: stage sequences, variant rules, SLA adjustments, gate requirements, and follow-up cadences.
Design and test configuration changes before they go live. Version your changes, document why you made them, and maintain a clean audit trail.
Coordinate with operations leads to understand process changes and translate them into updated configuration.
3. Schema & Data Model Partnership
Work with the engineering team when a real-world rule does not fit the existing schema. Spot the mismatch, articulate why, and propose the change with enough context for a developer to act on it.
Use SQL to validate your own work and verify data accuracy before changes hit production.
4. Measurement & Training
Track what your rules do: reductions in manual touches, rework, and first-pass failures. Propose the next configuration improvement candidates from this data.
Write SOPs by work type and brief analysts on how configuration changes affect their workflows. You write for people who will run the process, not for a file.
What You Bring
Must-Have
2 to 5 years configuring rules, data, or workflows in an enterprise platform. Backgrounds that translate well: benefit or provider configuration in payer systems (Facets, QNXT, HealthRules, Amisys), EHR application analysis (Epic, Oracle Health, Meditech), enterprise SaaS administration (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Pega), or business rules engine configuration.
A demonstrated ability to take an unstructured source document, a policy, a set of requirements, an email thread, and decompose it into fields, conditions, exceptions, and checklists. You will be asked to show this in a work sample.
Basic SQL: you use it to query, validate, and reconcile data. Not a course listing.
Version control and change discipline: you document why you made a change, test before you push, and own the outcome when something breaks downstream.
Clear written English. Other people will run the SOPs and playbooks you write.
Strong Preference
Experience with configurable workflow engines, BPM platforms, or business rules engines where you designed the rules, not just executed them.
JIRA: used for managing configuration change requests, flag queues, and work tracking alongside engineering and operations teams.
BPMN 2.0 awareness: ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams and translate them into platform workflow configuration.
Prior experience working with US clients or in a US time-zone overlap model.
Experience across more than one platform or system type: the ability to map a rule from one configuration environment to another.
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to US healthcare operations, RCM workflows, or provider credentialing and enrollment.
Familiarity with credentialing technology platforms such as symplr, Modio Health, Medallion, or similar.
Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday administration certification.
Epic certification or formal Facets/QNXT training.
Who You Are
You see structure in a document that most people read as prose. A requirements page is a schema to you before it is a process.
You break things before calling a configuration complete, because you have actually tested it.
You write documentation that the person after you can follow without asking questions.
You push back on vague requirements because you know what happens when a rule is ambiguous and live.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline. Computer science, information systems, or a business-adjacent field is an advantage but not required.
SQL: actively used for validation and data checking, not just listed as a skill. Assessed in the work sample.
Shift: US-aligned shift, onsite in Gurugram. Consistent availability during US business hours is required from day one.
Notice Period: 60 to 90 days is typical for this profile. Please state your notice period clearly.
Performance Expectations
What success looks like:
First 90 days: domain immersion complete. Playbooks, checklists, and follow-up defaults are live for the highest-volume work types. You own the flag queue and the change-request workflow.
6 months: your first configuration improvements are in production and measured. Analysts treat the knowledge base as the source of truth rather than their own notes.
12 months: the rules layer, not analyst memory, drives most routine work. You are defining the next configuration roadmap with the Manager.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Application review. Include a short note with your CV (150 to 200 words): describe one rule, template, or configuration you built that removed manual work. What was the source? How did you structure it? What happened after it went live? Applications with the note are reviewed first.
Stage 2: TA screening call (20 minutes). Role fit, configuration background, and SQL usage check.
Stage 3: Work sample (90-minute take-home, mandatory). You receive a business rules document and structure it into fields, conditions, checklists, and gate conditions. Skippable by nothing.
Stage 4: Hiring manager interview with the Product Owner covering your work sample output and configuration approach.
Stage 5: Domain and technical interview with Operations Leadership and Engineering.
Stage 6: Offer.
Why Join Neolytix
Greenfield Ownership
You define the rules layer of a live platform used in production every day. Not maintaining someone else's configuration. Not a ticket queue.
Direct Access
You work with the Product Owner and Operations Leadership directly. No multi-layer hierarchy between you and the decision.
Domain You Can Learn
US healthcare and credentialing operations are taught by the team. The configuration aptitude is what we hire for.
Product Trajectory
InCredibly is moving toward standalone software licensing. The person who defines how the platform encodes rules grows with it.

BNPL businesses don't run on a single core system — they run on a chain of vendors: KYC providers doing identity
checks in milliseconds, bureau data feeding underwriting decisions, processors moving money at checkout, and
collections agencies chasing missed payments on our behalf. When any link in that chain fails, it isn't an internal
inconvenience — it's a customer who can't check out, a credit decision made on bad data, or a regulator asking why
a critical service went down with no warning.
As Vendor Risk Manager, you will own our third-party risk program end to end, from the first due diligence
questionnaire to the day a vendor is offboarded. You will be the person who can tell leadership, in plain terms,
which vendors carry the most risk and why, and you will make sure vendor failures never become customer failures.
Key Responsibilities
Due Diligence & Onboarding
Run due diligence on new vendors before contracts are signed, including financial health checks, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 review, breach history, and subprocessor mapping.
Issue a clear risk rating for every prospective vendor, with conditions attached rather than a simple pass or
fail, covering KYC, identity verification, fraud detection, credit bureau, payment processing, card issuing,
banking, and collections partners.
Sit inside the contracting process with Legal and Procurement to secure the terms that matter: audit rights,
breach notification windows, data localization commitments, exit assistance clauses, and SLAs tied to real penalties.
Risk Assessment & Ongoing Monitoring
Own vendor risk assessments across our active third-party portfolio, prioritizing critical and high-risk vendors for annual deep-dive reviews.
Build and run tiered monitoring cadences — quarterly for critical vendors such as KYC, payment processing, and banking partners, annual for the rest — tracking control drift, subprocessor changes, and
adverse media.
Maintain the concentration risk and critical-vendor register, and be ready to explain single points of failure, such as one bureau covering the majority of underwriting volume, and what the contingency plan actually
is.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work with Product before new vendor integrations go live — you're in the room when a new checkout partner or fraud model vendor is being evaluated, not brought in after the contract is signed.
• Prepare vendor risk reporting for the Risk Committee and Board, translating control gaps and incident
trends into decisions leadership can act on.
Offboarding & Exit Management
Manage the offboarding process for exited vendors, confirming data deletion, access revocation, and transition continuity for anything customer-facing.
Ensure regulatory and contractual exit obligations are met and documented, particularly for vendors
classified as critical or important.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3–4 years in third-party risk management, vendor risk, or operational risk, ideally at a payments company, lender, bank, or fintech where vendor failure has direct customer or regulatory consequences.
Working knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and standardized assessment tools like SIG or
CAIQ — you know how to read a SOC 2 report and spot what's missing, not just file it away.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape vendors sit inside: consumer credit rules, data privacy obligations
(GDPR/CCPA depending on footprint), PCI-DSS for anything touching card data, and
outsourcing/operational resilience expectations for critical third parties.
Comfort negotiating directly with vendors — you've pushed back on a processor's standard MSA, gotten a
fraud vendor to commit to a real SLA, and know when “our legal team will follow up” means the deal
needs to walk.
Ability to translate risk findings for people who don't think in risk terms, including explaining to a
commercial lead why a cheaper KYC vendor isn't worth the onboarding delay it will cause six months later.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret vendor performance and control data to support
operational decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of
the organization.
Full professional proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
Nice to have:
Direct BNPL or consumer credit experience — you've worked with bureau data, alternative credit scoring
vendors, or collections agencies specifically.
Hands-on experience with a GRC platform such as OneTrust, ProcessUnity, or Archer for assessment
workflows and vendor inventory.
CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM certification.
