ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
Mistral AI is seeking Applied Scientists and Research Engineers to drive innovative research and collaborate with clients on complex research projects.
You will develop SOTA models across different modalities such as text, image, and speech. By developing novel methods and research ideas you will apply these models across a diverse set of use cases and domains. Working cross-functionally with both external and internal science, engineering, and product teams you will deliver high-impact AI solutions that turn the needle.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Run pre-training, post-training and deploy state of the art models on clusters with thousands of GPUs. You don’t panic when you see OOM errors or when NCCL feels like not wanting to talk.
• Generate and curate data for pre-training and post-training, working on evaluations and making sure the model’s performance beats expectations.
• Develop the necessary tools and frameworks to facilitate data generation, model training, evaluation and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex use cases using agents and RAG pipelines.
• Manage research projects and communications with client research teams.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• You have excellent communication skills. You are at ease explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You’re an expert with PyTorch or JAX.
• You’re not afraid of contributing to a big codebase and can find yourself around independently with little guidance.
• You write clean, readable, high-performance, fault-tolerant Python code.
• You don’t need roadmaps: you just do. You don’t need a manager: you just ship.
• Low-ego, collaborative and eager to learn.
• You have a track record of success through personal projects, professional projects or in academia.
NICE TO HAVE
• Hold a PhD / master in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Machine Learning, Computer Science & Engineering), but if you’re an exceptional candidate from a different background, you should apply.
• Can bring a variety of research experience (agents, multi-modality, robotics, diffusion, time-series).
• Have contributed to a large codebase used by many (open source or in the industry).
• Have a track record of publications in top academic journals or conferences.
• Love improving existing code by fixing typing issues, adding tests and improving CI pipelines.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

Perplexity is looking for a dynamic and innovative contributor to join our team to help advance the business, improve the products we’re building, and revolutionize the way people search and interact with the internet. This unique role offers significant responsibility to apply and strengthen your technical background and combine your legal experience, and offers growth potential in other areas of an in-house practice group.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We seek a technical lead to join our legal operations team to drive infrastructure development across our legal and operations team and support our ambitious growth trajectory within our rapidly growing AI technology company. This unique role will report to the Legal Operations Manager and partner with the General Counsel and VP, Operations on strategic planning, architecting, delivering, and transforming high-volume legal workflows into scalable, automated systems. We're seeking a sharp, innovative technical operations professional with strong business judgment, practical problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of high-growth startup environments. Ideally, this person also brings legal expertise alongside technical know-how. You’ll build scalable processes and establish foundational systems that will scale with our growth. Success requires someone who is inquisitive, has entrepreneurial drive, and the agility to thrive in our fast-paced environment while shaping our non-technical orgs from the ground up at a cutting-edge AI technology company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and build Perplexity's Legal and Operations Engineering platform — a coherent stack of agents, workflows, and evaluation infrastructure that replaces manual, high-volume legal work across commercial contracting, e-discovery, enterprise redlining, subsidiary governance, vendor onboarding, and litigation and matter management.
- Own the enterprise contracting automation system end-to-end.
- Ship the in-product legal surfaces built on Perplexity and Computer itself
- Consolidate today's ad-hoc legal bots, prompts, and scripts into a documented, observable, and reusable platform with clear conventions for personas, tools, evals, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Serve as the technical partner to the General Counsel. Translate complex, judgment-heavy legal workflows into engineered systems, and translate engineering constraints back to non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate, retire, or replace third-party tools where a purpose-built internal system gives us a structural advantage.
- Be the case study for forward-deployed engineering in non-engineering functions at Perplexity. Success here becomes the playbook for Legal, Recruiting, People, Workplace, and Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years of backend software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems at meaningful scale.
- A working knowledge of legal concepts, with some experience in legal operations or paralegal work is desired.
- Strong business judgment and practical problem-solving; comfortable making operational calls with incomplete information and calibrating risk in real time.
- Track record building scalable processes and foundational systems from scratch, not maintaining a mature function.
- Fluency with modern legal tech and AI tools; disciplined human-in-the-loop practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work directly with senior legal, finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial drive, intellectual curiosity, and agility to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience at an AI-native, SaaS, or consumer technology company operating at Perplexity’s pace.
- Familiarity with e-billing platforms (e.g., Brightflag), matter management, CLM, and entity management systems.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid context-switching, and a builder mentality.

About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
About the company
A fast-growing performance marketing agency based in the UK, our client specializes in high-impact patient acquisition for the cosmetic dentistry sector. By combining premium creative production with cutting-edge AI-driven sales systems, the team bridges the gap between lead generation and clinical consultations. They provide a comprehensive solution that includes specialized Meta advertising and automated appointment setting, ensuring high-value cases like Invisalign and dental implants reach the practitioners they serve.
The team operates at the intersection of marketing and technology, priding themselves on being early adopters of AI to drive measurable growth. With a strategic, results-focused culture, they offer an environment where innovation is prioritized to help clients outperform local competition. This is an excellent opportunity to join a scaling, specialist firm that values transparent performance and is dedicated to transforming how healthcare providers manage their digital growth and sales pipelines.
Job Type:
Full-time (Exclusive)
Job Summary
We are a high-growth, UK-focused performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in AI-driven patient acquisition for the cosmetic and implant dentistry sector. Unlike generalist agencies, we own the entire funnel—from high-intent Meta ads to a dedicated appointment-setting team that converts leads into deposit-paid consultations. We are looking for a technical, results-driven Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social engine. This is a role for a "Self-Directed Owner" who thrives on solving complex tracking issues in restricted healthcare categories and delivering stable, high-quality lead volume that keeps our sales team busy and our UK dental clients scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including structure, optimization, and scaling across all dental client accounts.
Manage and fix complex conversion tracking setups, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom/offline events.
Navigate and implement workarounds for healthcare-restricted categories where standard Meta optimization is limited.
Monitor account health daily, acting immediately on fluctuations in spend, CPL, or lead quality.
Lead client communication for UK-based practice owners via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and detailed Loom performance walkthroughs.
Coordinate lead flow with the internal appointment-setting team to ensure a consistent pipeline for qualification.
Maintain rigorous documentation of tracking configurations and account decisions to ensure a scalable, maintainable system.
Flag performance issues early and escalate to the founder only when accompanied by a clear, recommended fix
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets in an agency setting.
Technical expertise in conversion tracking: Deep experience with Stape, GTM, server-side CAPI, and diagnosing broken tracking setups (not just installing basic tags).
Proven experience in restricted or regulated categories (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) where standard platform tracking is limited.
Exceptional spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead performance calls and explain complex data to UK business owners.
High-ticket lead generation experience (moving beyond basic e-commerce prospecting).
South Africa-based with a reliable remote setup, including backup power and high-speed internet to manage UK business hours (GMT).
A proactive, ownership-focused mindset—we are looking for a specialist who manages the founder, not the other way around.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms.
Strong instincts for creative and audience testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Looker Studio for advanced performance reporting.
Experience scaling agencies from small client bases to high-volume retainers.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion’s global Outcomes organization is focused on helping customers achieve business objectives with Notion. As the Growth Strategy & Programs Lead, you will help design and scale the programs, operating rhythms, and cross-functional initiatives that make install-base growth more explosive and repeatable globally.
This is a high-impact strategy and programs role. You will create the clarity, structure, and execution systems that help the business grow existing customers more deliberately.
You will bring analytical rigor to how we understand growth, translate insights into scalable programs, and help teams execute with consistency while still allowing for local market nuance. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a model, writing a crisp recommendation, aligning executive stakeholders, and turning a strategy into a practical field motion.
This role will be based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS, YOU WILL:
- Learn Notion's post-sales operating model, regional execution model, and current install-base growth priorities.
- Partner with RevOps, Data Science, Finance, Sales, Outcomes, and Services leaders to develop a practical view of the key drivers and leading indicators behind retention and expansion.
- Identify a focused set of priority growth programs or plays to support the business in the near term.
- Build the initial program plans, success metrics, stakeholder map, and operating cadence for those priority initiatives.
- Partner with regional teams to understand how global programs should be adapted for local execution.
- Create clear documentation, field-facing materials, and executive-ready updates that help teams align and act.
- Establish a repeatable rhythm for reviewing progress, capturing learnings, and improving
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Help build a clear, shared view of the drivers behind expansion and adoption across Notion's customer base.
- Design and scale global programs that support customer adoption, value realization, cross-sell, upsell, and durable growth.
- Partner with regional and functional leaders to turn local learnings into repeatable playbooks, programs, and operating cadences.
- Create measurement, reporting, and review mechanisms that help teams understand what is working and where to focus.
- Support the design of customer growth motions that connect Sales, Services, and Partners.
- Help codify best practices so growth becomes part of the standard operating rhythm, not a set of one-off campaigns.
- Bring structure to ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and drive them from idea to operational execution.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or post-sales GTM operations.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; you can turn ambiguous business questions into clear frameworks, insights, and recommendations.
- Proven ability to design and manage cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
- Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders and operating teams, with the ability to align people around a shared plan.
- Excellent written communication, including crisp strategy docs, program plans, executive updates, and field-facing materials.
- Comfort working in a global organization where programs need a strong central strategy and room for regional adaptation.
- Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and bring structure to fast-moving, ambiguous work.
- Strong business judgment and curiosity about what drives customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Familiarity with usage-based, consumption-based, or product-led growth models.
- Experience building or scaling global programs across multiple regions or customer segments.
- Exposure to pricing, packaging, services, partners, or monetization initiatives.

A NOTE ON AI

They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

An overview of this role
Support Engineering at GitLab isn’t just a title - you will be embedded within the Engineering department and will truly operate in an environment where Support and Engineering meet. You’ll interact with customers daily as they encounter the difficult edge cases of running GitLab in complex environments. In the space of a day, you might be doing behind the scenes work of a Linux administrator troubleshooting performance problems by using strace on a particular process, interacting with the Product team to ensure that steps in a bug report are reproducible, or interacting with the Engineering team itself by diving deep into our codebase and putting together a merge request to actually fix a customer issue.
That’s not all though - you’d equally be invited to contribute to the source code, improve our documentation, and help build out more efficient support processes in our issue tracker. We want to live in a world where everyone can contribute, and as a member of the support team, there are no barriers to using your skills to improve the experience of our users and customers.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to automatically check a GitLab Omnibus install for known issues
A
solution to capture the state of a customer’s server
for easier troubleshooting
A tool which turns log files into interactive tables to easily sort and filter columns
A functionality to
ChatOps
to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com
What you’ll do
Support a mix of Self-managed and GitLab.com (SaaS) customers and resolve their issues via Zendesk tickets, merge requests, email and video conferencing
Collaborate with our
Product
,
Development

Create and update documentation based on customer interactions
Collaborate with Support team members (through

) and other GitLab team members (for example: as a
Support Stable Counterpart
)
Participate in regular rotations for weekday and weekend on-call coverage (daytime only), providing emergency support to our Self-managed and SaaS customers, or working with our SaaS Production team to coordinate incident communications
Participate in our hiring processes by reviewing applications and assessments, and by participating in interviews.
What you’ll bring
Experience in, and passion for managing customer facing cases throughout the entire support lifecycle from initial customer inquiry to triage and reproduction, writing bug reports for hand off to the development team, and case resolution
Excellent Linux systems administration knowledge (LFCE or RHCE equivalent knowledge)
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash), and MVC frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails)
Experience with Git and CI/CD
Expertise in writing support content
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and coworkers of varying technical skill level
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and technologies like Serverless and Kubernetes
Understand a range of different GitLab implementations, and how service interruptions impact the customer.
About the team
The Support team is distributed all over the world across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. Support Engineers work on Support Tickets and helping GitLab’s customers, but they also dig into the code and logs to find out why something is not working as expected. The Collaboration here at GitLab is extraordinary and exciting - Support Engineers
solve complex problems together
and participate in regular pairing sessions and 1:1s, as well as coffee chats and Slack conversations that help them stay connected. Team members are given the ability to structure their shift the way it best suits their private life while maintaining our ability to address customer issues.
