COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to work directly with our CEO across our suite of trading APIs and new product initiatives. This is a hands-on IC role on a lean product team. You'll be deep in the data, close to customers, and working alongside engineers from concept through to launch.
This suits a strategic operator with a founder mentality. You take ownership, default to action, and drive things end to end without waiting for explicit instructions. When the data is incomplete, you form a thesis and validate it with prototypes, fast experiments, and tight iterations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own strategy and roadmap for your product area - an existing set of our trading APIs or a net-new initiative
- Form your product ideas and decisions from three independent sources, not one:
- What customers tell you. Have regular check-ins with them, analyze their metrics, understand their pain points and what they're building next
- What customers can’t tell you. Dig into onchain and internal data to spot gaps in our performance, shifts in the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- What you see yourself. You're plugged into DeFi and active in trading communities. You know firsthand what works and what doesn't
- Be a true partner to our engineering leads - reason through hard problems with them, weigh the tradeoffs, and decide what's worth building
- Partner with GTM on positioning and driving adoption
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership to help shape product direction
WHO YOU ARE
- 6+ years in product, or the equivalent as a founder, GM, or trader who moved into building
- Shipped B2B, API, or infra products with real adoption and revenue
- Data-driven - you build your own Dune dashboards and dig into API performance and internal analytics in Grafana, Metabase, or similar
- Technically fluent - you hold your own with engineers on routing, execution quality, latency, and whatever else the problem demands
- DeFi-native - onchain trading, perps, dex aggregation. You're the user you're building for
- Expert AI user - you run agents, automate your workflows, and build tooling that multiplies your output
- You exhibit our core values: https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-valuesdo the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact
- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe
NICE TO HAVE
- Founded a company or was an early builder at a technology startup - taking a product from zero to one
- CS background, or an ex-engineer who moved into product
- Strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
- Strong understanding of financial markets
- Experience mentoring or up-leveling other PMs
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $170,000 - $270,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment
- Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
- Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need
- 12-week paid parental leave
- Great office conveniently located in the SF Financial District for those in the region!
- Flexible vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) Leader owns the health, direction, and performance of the Technical Account Management function. Where an individual TAM is the primary technical partner for their own portfolio of accounts, the TAM Leader is accountable for the entire TAM book — every account covered by the team, every partner relationship with a technical dimension, and the people who deliver against them.
The TAM Leader is both a player and a coach: they carry direct accountability for coverage decisions, escalation outcomes, and cross-functional alignment, while spending the majority of their time developing the individual TAMs so the team's proactive, relationship-first approach scales without becoming a response channel.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
The TAM Leader hires, coaches, and grows the TAM team so each member operates as a credible, proactive technical partner to their accounts. This includes:
- Hiring and onboarding new TAMs, including running them through the TAM Path ramp
- Running regular 1:1s, setting individual development plans, and giving direct feedback on account plans, QBRs, and escalation handling
- Building and maintaining repeatable playbooks (upgrade runbooks, optimization playbooks, escalation patterns) so quality doesn't depend on tenure
- Setting and holding the team to a consistent bar for technical depth, proactivity, and communication
PORTFOLIO & COVERAGE OWNERSHIP
The TAM Leader owns the coverage model for the entire function — deciding, tracking, and refreshing who is assigned where, and closing gaps as they surface. This includes the two account universes the role is accountable for:
- Named accounts — the full book currently ~$33.1M ARR across 120 accounts split across the team, capped at 20 accounts per TAM
- Partner-mapped accounts — every partner with a named Technical Account Manager spanning Strategic AI, Growth, and Other tiers
- Running the quarterly review/refresh of assigned accounts, rebalancing books as ARR and strategic relationships shift
- Resolving open coverage gaps (e.g. regions or account types with no TAM alignment) and deciding when a controlled exception, a new hire, or a change in tier definition is the right fix
- Approving leadership-discretion assignments and cap exceptions, and making the trim/reassign calls when an account is dropped for capacity
CUSTOMER TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures every assigned account — named or partner-mapped — has a clear, accountable technical owner. They spot-check account documentation, architecture understanding, and risk tracking across the book, and step in directly on the most strategic or highest-risk accounts.
ONBOARDING AND ADOPTION (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures the team consistently shortens time to value for new accounts by:
- Auditing that architecture and deployment validation is happening post-sale, not skipped
- Coaching TAMs on configuration guidance and best-practice delivery
- Tracking early success milestones across the portfolio, not just account by account
PROACTIVE TECHNICAL GUIDANCE (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures environment reviews and risk/optimization surfacing happen on a regular cadence across the whole book, covering scalability, reliability, security, and lifecycle planning — and holds the team accountable when reviews lapse.
ISSUE MANAGEMENT AND ESCALATION
The TAM Leader is the escalation layer above the individual TAM — brought in on complex, high-impact, or multi-stakeholder issues rather than replacing the TAM as primary contact. This includes:
- Coordinating across support, engineering, and success during major incidents
- Owning execution of the Named Account Escalation SLA sequence when it's triggered
- Ensuring root cause analysis and preventative action actually close out, not just the immediate fire
- Isolating TAMs from technical repair work so they can stay focused on the relationship while the right team handles the fix
STRATEGIC TECHNICAL PLANNING (OVERSIGHT)
The TAM Leader ensures account plans across the book stay aligned to customer roadmaps, and personally engages on capacity, architecture, or growth planning for the largest or most strategic accounts and partners.
INTERNAL COLLABORATION
ENGINEERING AND PRODUCT
The TAM Leader represents the aggregated voice of the customer — patterns across accounts, not just one-off feedback — to engineering and product, and prioritizes which recurring pain points or gaps get pushed for a fix versus handled as one-offs.
SUPPORT
The TAM Leader maintains the operating agreement between TAM and Support (TAMs are not frontline support) and is the point of escalation when that boundary needs adjudicating on a specific account.
SALES AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS
The TAM Leader partners with Sales and Success leadership on account health and retention at the portfolio level — surfacing which accounts or partners are trending at risk, and where TAM coverage itself needs to change to protect NRR.
PARTNERSHIPS
Because the TAM Leader owns the Technical Account Manager assignments inside the Partner Mappings, they work directly with each partner's Account Quarterback, Partner Manager, and Solutions Architect to make sure the technical relationship keeps pace with partner stage (Prospecting through Scaling) and tier (Strategic AI, Growth, Other) — while staying out of commercial terms, which live with the Partner Manager.
SUCCESS METRICS
Common indicators of TAM Leader effectiveness include:
- Coverage: % of the $33.1M+ named-account book and partner-mapped accounts with an assigned, active TAM
- Team health: ramp time to productivity for new TAMs, retention of the TAM team itself
- Customer adoption and usage depth across the book
- Reduction in critical incidents and time to resolution for escalated issues, portfolio-wide
- Customer satisfaction and retention (NRR) across named and partner-mapped accounts
- Consistency: QBR completion rate and account plan quality across the team, not just top performers
TOOLS USED BY THE TAM TEAM
This section documents the tools and systems used by the Technical Account Management team. It is intended to be kept up to date as tooling evolves.
- Admin Studio
- Grafana
- Hex
- pgAdmin
- HubSpot (account ARR, tier, and health data)
- Notion — Draft TAM Accounts doc and Partner Mappings database
SCOPE OF COVERAGE
The TAM Leader is accountable for the full combined book the function covers, not a single portfolio:
1. Named accounts — every account already assigned to one of the individual TAMs, plus resolution of open decisions such as the current APAC coverage gap
2. Partner-mapped accounts — ensuring every partner that warrants a technical relationship has a named TAM against it, and that the mapping stays current as partners move through Stage and Tier
ACCOUNT MAPPING
TAM Standard (Pooled)
1. Spend — For customers at $100K ARR, access to pooled TAM resources for a set (time TBD) hours per month
2. Pooled TAM SKU — Customers of any scale can purchase pooled access to the TAM team (requires Enterprise Support SKU)
3. Leadership Discretion for Customer Needs
TAM Premium (Dedicated)
1. Spend — For customers at $250K ARR, access to a dedicated TAM resource for a set (time TBD) hours per month
2. Dedicated TAM SKU — Customers of any scale can purchase an assigned TAM (requires Enterprise Support SKU)
3. Leadership Discretion for Customer Needs
The TAM Leader owns tier decisions, the quarterly refresh of this mapping, and any leadership-discretion exceptions.
WHAT TAM LEADERS DO NOT DO
To keep the function focused and scaling, the TAM Leader does not:
- Replace the individual TAM as an account's day-to-day technical relationship owner — accounts scale by layering support on, not by handing off
- Perform day-to-day operational work for customers
- Own or negotiate commercial terms for either named accounts or partner deals — that stays with the AE or Partner Manager
- Act as professional services for custom implementations
- Manage frontline support case queues
IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
A world-class Technical Account Manager Leader at Supabase has done the individual TAM job well and now wants to multiply it across a team.
- Technical depth — Same bar as an individual TAM: can go deep on database internals, scalability, security posture, and infrastructure tradeoffs, and can still credibly work a strategic account directly when needed
- People leadership — Has hired, coached, and grown a technical team before; gives direct, specific feedback and knows how to develop someone from good to great
- Portfolio-level judgment — Can look across 100+ accounts and a partner book and tell where coverage is thin, where an account should move tiers, and where to spend leadership discretion
- Escalation command — Comfortable being the senior voice in a high-severity, multi-stakeholder incident, coordinating support, engineering, and success without adding noise
- Cross-functional influence at altitude — Represents patterns across the whole book to engineering, product, sales, and partnerships leadership — not just one account's feedback
- Communication clarity — Can brief an executive on portfolio health and coach a TAM through a root cause analysis in the same day
- Retention and expansion awareness — Understands that TAM Leader performance shows up in aggregate NRR across the book; proactively rebalances coverage toward the accounts and partners most at risk
- Experience — Background in engineering, SRE, or technical consulting, plus a track record of leading a technical customer-facing team
SUMMARY
The Technical Account Manager Leader exists to make sure every account and partner relationship the TAM function is accountable for — the full Draft TAM Accounts book and the entire Partner Mappings coverage — has a technical owner, and that the team delivering against it keeps getting better.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the Head of National Security Sales (DoW/IC) at Anthropic, you'll lead and scale our national security sales organization to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI across the Department of War and the Intelligence Community. You'll leverage your deep understanding of defense and intelligence missions and proven sales leadership expertise to build a high-performing team while establishing strategic relationships with key defense and intelligence organizations. Working closely with GTM, product, policy, engineering and marketing teams, you'll define and execute our go-to-market strategy for the DoW and IC while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.
Key responsibilities
Build, lead, and scale a national security sales team covering the DoW and IC, including hiring top talent, setting clear performance expectations, and providing ongoing coaching and development
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the DoW (including the military services, combatant commands, OSW, and defense agencies) and the IC, including market segmentation, competitive positioning, and revenue forecasting
Anchor the team's work in mission impact: prioritize opportunities where safe, frontier AI materially changes how commands and agencies plan, analyze, and operate, and measure success by outcomes delivered to those who serve

Win new business across the DoW and IC by helping commands, components, and agencies integrate AI into their technology stacks and mission workflows to accelerate delivery and mission outcomes

Build and manage strategic relationships with cloud service providers, systems integrators, and Defense Industrial Base partners to create scalable go-to-market motions across classified and unclassified environments
Synthesize market feedback and customer insights to inform product roadmap and competitive strategy, working closely with product and marketing teams
Partner with legal, compliance, security, and delivery teams to ensure successful contract execution and customer satisfaction
Maintain visibility and relationships with senior military, civilian, and IC leadership while empowering your team to own day-to-day customer relationships
Implement metrics, reporting, and performance management systems to drive team accountability and continuous improvement
Represent Anthropic at industry events and with key stakeholders, establishing our brand as the trusted AI partner for the national security community
Minimum qualifications
15+ years of enterprise sales experience with 5+ years managing sales teams selling into the DoW and/or IC, with a proven track record of scaling revenue and building high-performing organizations
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage senior military, civilian, and leadership relationships across the DoW and IC—with an existing network of contacts across the national security community strongly preferred
Deep understanding of DoW and IC missions, organizational structures, modernization initiatives, and technology adoption patterns across multiple services, commands, and agencies
Active security clearance (TS/SCI required) with ability to discuss capabilities in classified environments
Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent while creating a culture of performance and accountability
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies in the national security space

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced IP Counsel to help protect some of the world's fastest-growing technology brands. In this role, you will share ownership of Anthropic's global trademarks and domains practice, spanning clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement, partnering closely with other members of our IP team, outside counsel, and business teams.
Anthropic's brands are among its most valuable assets, and you will help protect them at the pace the AI industry moves. Our trademark practice spans a rapidly growing global portfolio, a high-volume enforcement program, and naming decisions for some of the most visible products in technology. This is a hands-on role for an attorney with deep trademark expertise who wants their work to matter and who is aligned with Anthropic's mission of responsible AI development.
Key responsibilities
Run trademark clearance for new model, product, and feature names, delivering clear, risk-rated recommendations that let teams move quickly and confidently
Manage global trademark prosecution and portfolio strategy in coordination with outside counsel, including filing strategy, office actions, and portfolio maintenance across many jurisdictions
Lead trademark and domain enforcement end to end: assess potential infringements, select the right enforcement mechanism, work with outside counsel as necessary, and drive matters to resolution
Help oversee our online brand protection program, working with our external vendor and IP Legal Specialist to action infringements and impersonations at scale
Manage domain portfolio strategy, including acquisitions, disputes, and recovery
Respond to inbound trademark demands and support trademark-related litigation
Counsel marketing, product, and go-to-market teams on brand usage and naming, translating IP risk into practical guidance
Build the playbooks and processes that let a lean team run a world-class global brand protection practice
Minimum qualifications
Hold a law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and meet the local licensing requirements to work as in-house counsel where you'll be based
Have substantial trademark and domain practice experience spanning clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement
Have current, hands-on experience: running clearances, shape filing strategies, and make enforcement calls yourself
Have managed global trademark and domain portfolios, including UDRP proceedings and online enforcement
Exercise sound judgment about which matters to pursue, and can explain that reasoning clearly to lawyers and non-lawyers alike
Work collaboratively with legal colleagues, outside counsel, and business partners, and are motivated by the work itself
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of trademark and domain practice
Prior in-house experience at a technology company, with a track record of partnering with business teams to enable speed in a risk-adjusted way
Experience protecting brands in AI or other rapidly evolving technology fields
Experience building or scaling high-volume enforcement and takedown programs
Experience navigating brand disputes with commercial, community, or publicity dimensions

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains.

With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We’re looking for a Creative leader who can turn creativity into a growth engine. You’ll own creative strategy end to end - from brand and big ideas to performance, production and AI - and lead a 20-person creative team to deliver work that moves both culture and business metrics. You’ll unlock new audiences, build a faster and smarter production engine, and bring creative closer to the heart of growth decisions. If you believe creativity should be bold, measurable and built for impact - this role is for you.
What you will own
Creative strategy end to end: the brand platform and the thousands of assets that run against it, from CTV and upper-funnel video through paid social, search, web funnels, app store and lifecycle.
Business outcomes. CPA, subscription rate and payback are partly creative variables. You carry them alongside acquisition, you sit where budget is set, and you present the creative case to the executive team and the board.
Unlock new audiences. Build the repeatable route in: insight, territory, batch production, structured testing on ring-fenced budget, then scale.
The production engine, around 20 people across creative strategy, motion, design, UGC and production ops. Faster cycles, sharper briefs, and a written rule for what gets hand-crafted, templated or generated. Cost per asset and cycle time are KPIs.
AI in production. Generative tools are already live here and some of our strongest performers are AI-made. Push much further, and decide where human craft stays non-negotiable.
The measurement system itself. Creative performance sits in disconnected per-platform dashboards today, so a single comparable view of every asset is an early priority.
Experience and skills
You have led creative in customer facing tech where performance marketing is the main growth engine, and you can hold your own on incrementality, pROAS and LTV/CAC.
You can state what your creative was worth to your last business, and show the evidence.
You are equally credible on brand, and can write a positioning that survives contact with a media plan.
You are AI-first in practice, not in theory: shipped work, opinions on tooling, and the quality and disclosure calls made yourself.
You are comfortable pushing the boundaries, failing at times and being innovative.
You build teams people stay on, set the bar high and focus on coaching for strong outcomes.

How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on.
dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights.
Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer on the Cloud Clients team, you’ll own end-to-end delivery across the surfaces where dbt developers do their work:
dbt Studio in the browser, the dbt VS Code extension, and the CLI workspace runtime that powers both
.
You’ll help build dbt’s
AI-native developer experience
, including agent workflows, diff review, streaming tool calls, charts and rich outputs for conversational analytics, and MCP apps that bring dbt projects directly into tools like Claude and Codex. This is a true full-stack role: you’ll work across
Python, TypeScript, React, and Kubernetes
, with the expectation that you can take a feature from schema and service design through to the final pixel without a handoff
What you’ll do
Own parts of the CLI workspace runtime that backs both surfaces, including migrating users off our legacy IDE and enabling asynchronous, background agent runs.
Design and build agent-facing experiences: streaming responses, transparent tool calls, diff review, and charting / rich output for conversational analytics.
Extend dbt into other developer surfaces — MCP integrations that make dbt projects usable directly from AI clients like Claude and Codex.
Lead well-scoped projects end to end: write the plan, partner with design and product, ship in two-week increments, and measure whether it worked.
Share oncall and customer support for your surfaces, and mentor engineers earlier in their careers.
Skills we are looking for
8+ years building production software, including senior-level ownership of projects that ran for months and involved several people.
Deep Python experience plus exposure to TypeScript and React experience — you move across the stack without waiting for a handoff.
Built and maintained something other developers depend on: an IDE, an editor extension, a CLI, an SDK, an LSP server, or a data tool.
Comfort with the operational side of shipping — APIs, Kubernetes, Postgres, observability — and with being on the hook when something breaks.
Strong written communication: you can make a technical argument in a document and bring people along.
Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
Bonus points for
Shipped LLM- or agent-powered features to production, with real opinions on evaluation, latency, cost, and where models fall down.
Worked with the Language Server Protocol, Monaco, CodeMirror, or other code-editor internals.
Hands-on dbt, SQL, or data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).
Migrated users off a legacy product surface and decommissioned it without breaking them.
Go, Rust, or systems-level performance experience.

In this role, you’ll:

- Advise compliance, investigations, and executive stakeholders as their primary technical point of contact
- Deliver product training, workshops, and enablement that turn new users into confident daily users
- Translate customer workflows and pain points into solution designs, integrations, and platform configurations

- A track record of owning enterprise accounts, including managing senior and executive stakeholders through complex, multi-month deployments

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Professional fluency in English
- Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, data analysis, and logic-based workflows, with and without AI agents.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership
Nice to have experience:
- Direct experience in financial crime, AML/CFT, fraud, law enforcement, or financial regulation
- Hands-on experience with blockchain intelligence or analytics tooling
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CCI, equivalent)
- Experience supporting public sector customers or financial institutions in Africa
- An additional European or Arabic language
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
