Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Partner to join our Total Rewards team and lead compensation for our international locations as Anthropic builds out its global presence. This role will support our international org on the strategy, design and execution of Anthropic's compensation programs, adapting a global framework to markets that work differently. It is a great fit for someone who has seen compensation excellence at scale and has operated in rapidly scaling, high-ambiguity environments with evolving scope.
You'll serve as connective tissue between a fast-moving regional business and a global Total Rewards team.
Responsibilities
Own compensation for our international locations (such as Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Japan, Australia, India, and beyond as the international team grows), building scalable processes and infrastructure across key markets
Support Anthropic's overall compensation framework, including salary, variable compensation and equity-based programs, and adapt it for local market practice, legal requirements, and competitive dynamics while keeping a consistent global philosophy
Operate as a strategic compensation business partner to international leadership, People Partners, and recruiting, building relationships and context to navigate ambiguous problems and recommend solutions tailored to Anthropic's unique needs
Own comp cycle execution end-to-end for international employees, including local market benchmarking, budget modeling, currency considerations, manager enablement, edge-case resolution, and exec-ready rollups, in partnership with the broader Total Rewards team
Navigate complex international regulatory environments, ensuring compliance with local pay and employment requirements across markets, including works councils, statutory pay and benefits requirements, pay transparency obligations, and country-specific equity and tax considerations, in close partnership with Legal and Equity
Build and maintain international benchmarking methodology
Provide subject matter expertise and counsel to People Partners, managers and leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations, and job evaluations across regions
Create compelling data narratives and presentations for leadership, translating complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations
Partner cross-functionally to develop scalable processes that enable consistent, high-quality compensation decision-making across the organization
Develop and deliver enablement on our compensation philosophy and programs across Anthropic for your business stakeholders
You may be a good fit if you:
Have deep expertise in compensation, preferably in a high-growth environment, with direct experience across multiple countries or regions
Have a strong working knowledge of international compensation practices and the regulatory landscape across key markets, including works councils and pay transparency requirements
Have experience localizing global compensation programs
Excel at collaborating across time zones with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills
Have strong collaboration and program management skills, with a track record of taking on ambiguously-scoped projects and taking ownership to deliver great results
Thrive in strategic thinking while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution and detailed analysis
Are an exceptional communicator, particularly in writing
Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong candidates may also:
Speak languages relevant to our international markets (fluency in German, French, Japanese, or other languages is a plus)
Have supported a US-headquartered company through rapid international expansion
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Events (SF/Bay Area)
- Own Pinecone’s SF-area community presence: local meetups, hackathons, and larger Bay Area events.
- Develop event programming (themes, speaker selection, talks/workshops), run promotion and attendance growth, and ensure each event produces reusable assets and follow-on engagement.

About Higgsfield
http://higgsfield.ai/Higgsfield.ai http://Higgsfield.ai is the fastest-growing generative AI platform in the world. Creators use Higgsfield to produce video, images and interactive content with 200+ frontier models, at a scale few consumer products ever reach: we grew revenue 2x in the last quarter and crossed $1B in annualized cash revenue in September 2026.
We recently closed a $500M funding round at a $5B valuation to accelerate what’s working. The company is small relative to its revenue, decisions are fast, and the distance between an idea and production is measured in days.
About the role
You will join the Product Growth team, which owns all of Higgsfield’s revenue and measures its results in money, not process. Product Growth is the fastest-shipping team at Higgsfield, with 80+ releases a month. You will own one of our verticals, Lifecycle, with end-to-end ownership of conversion, retention and engagement: turning new users into paying subscribers, paying subscribers into habitual users, and consumers into prosumers.
We are looking for a PM who treats growth as an engineering problem, not a campaign calendar. You should be comfortable going from cohort data to shipped product in the same week, defending every claimed win with honest attribution, and understanding the full picture behind the numbers: why users buy, why they leave, and what brings them back. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the largest line items in the business, where small mistakes are expensive.
Key responsibilities
- Own conversion and activation: onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment design and time-to-first-value.
- Build engagement systems and in-product communication: tasks, streaks, rewards and notifications that create durable habits rather than one-off spikes.
- Own churn end-to-end: voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods).
- Run winback as a system: offer architecture, timing and channel orchestration for cancelled and dormant cohorts.
- Drive expansion and additional revenue: upsells, plan upgrades and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts.
- Go deep on users and data: behavioral segmentation, cohort deep-dives and insights that feed every team in Product Growth.
- Work closely with analysts: set clear analytical tasks, find insights in the data and turn them into product decisions.
- Look beyond a single metric: understand unit economics and how each change affects the business as a whole.
Minimum qualifications
- A proven, personal contribution to scaling a business. You can name the curve you bent and the mechanism that bent it. Big-company experience alone is not enough.
- A track record of owning conversion, retention, engagement or monetization metrics, ideally in a subscription business.
- Strong data skills: cohorts, retention curves, segmentation. You can build your own queries and know how to work with analysts effectively.
- Hands-on experience with unit economics and shaping business strategy. You work end-to-end, from forming a hypothesis to forecasting its impact on the business.
- Measurement discipline: frequent experiments, honest attribution and guard metrics.
- Fast thinking: you get up to speed on new context quickly and come to concrete answers, not general frameworks.
- A technical background is not required for this role.
Preferred qualifications
- Founding or entrepreneurial experience. We value it even if you have less than 2–3 years as a PM.
- Zero-to-one experience: you have launched a product and grown it.
- A track record of at least 4x year-over-year growth driven by your decisions.
- Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming or a credits-based economy.
- Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling or CRM/lifecycle platforms.
Who this is not for
- You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
- You want a narrow, predictable scope and a stable schedule.
- You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship daily.
How we hire
Recruiter screen → product case → take-home assignment → defense → final interview.
During the case, you’ll get context and around 10–15 minutes to give a concrete answer. We’re looking for specific solutions, not general reasoning.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation in USD with meaningful equity in a hyper-growth company valued at $5B.
- A team that owns its P&L end-to-end: you will see your work in the revenue numbers within weeks, not quarters.
- Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero layers between you and the decision.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems and build strong teams.
Location: New York

ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
Helix is our flagship Ad-Network team of around 60 top-tier engineers and data scientists spanning backend, mobile SDKs, data engineering, infrastructure, and AI. Helix has evolved beyond powering Voodoo's own gaming portfolio—our technology is now directly integrated into games from external, third-party publishers worldwide.
Operating across millions of third-party devices in real-time bidding environments creates unique technical challenges around SDK performance, ultra-low latency, and intelligent automation.
Within Helix, you'll join the RTB team, the group that owns the bidder and the services behind it that help it take the optimal bidding decision. Bidder, pricing, models and data are all built in-house, so nothing is out of reach when you want to change how a bid gets made. You will work with expert backend and machine-learning engineers in real-time bidding, on a system that prices ad requests across mobile gaming in real time, at a scale few teams get to work at.
ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Real Time Bidding to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you’ll drive product decisions across the full bidding pipeline.
You'll own projects end-to-end: roadmap, trade-offs, shipping, and cross-team contract. You will also:
- Own the roadmap of the bidding pipeline. How we target, price, pace and cap, and what goes live in the bid path and when.
- Own the delivery. Adapt to changes, set clear priorities, communicate effectively
- Own experimentation as a product. Other teams test ideas on the bidder through the framework we build. You make sure they can run the experiments they need, trust the results, and get an answer fast.
- Keep the pieces fitting together. You spot a change in one team that will break another before it reaches production.
- Contribute to the product strategy beyond your scope.
PROFILE (MUST HAVE)
- Experience in programmatic advertising. You have worked on pricing, bidding or auction logic on a DSP, bidder or exchange, you know the pipeline from bid request to win, and you can explain the business impact of your work.
- Analytical mindset. You back decisions with data and understand the statistical basis of pricing and experimentation.
- You own outcomes across teams. When a change in one team is about to break another, you catch it and drive the fix before it ships.
- You use AI tooling daily to write specs, analyse data and prototype, and you move faster because of it.
PROFILE (NICE TO HAVE)
- Mobile user acquisition: app install campaigns, attribution or mediation.
- Experience working with ML or data science teams.
- Supply-side experience: ad exchange or SSP.
- Background in statistics, operations research or economics.
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

- Strong working knowledge of Figma, and ideally some Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Confident presentation design skills, turning information into something clear, structured, and beautiful
- Detail-obsessed, with the instinct to make things look right, not just done
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment

- A strong interest in software products, AI, and emerging tech
- Experience with motion, animation, or prototyping (After Effects, Lottie, Framer)
What we offer
- Real ownership and shipped work from week one
- Close mentorship from experienced brand and growth designers
- A collaborative, high-energy in-office environment in the heart of Berlin
- A front-row seat to building a brand in a brand-new market category
- Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually
Creating solutions that run on 13% of the world’s smartphones
The Mobile Integrations team builds the core technology that turns advertising from an interruption into a rewarded experience for 770 million users. We own the robust, lightweight, integration layer between our ad engine and the global mobile ecosystem, ensuring our technology operates with minimal overhead while reaching a massive portion of the smartphone market.
On the client side, our technology performs smoothly across 20 million daily SDK initializations. We build native Swift and Kotlin SDKs optimized for ms initialization and minimal binary overhead, with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers that provide a unified API across the entire mobile ecosystem. Behind the scenes, a high-throughput Go and DynamoDB architecture handles the real-time state synchronization of millions of concurrent sessions. When your code runs on nearly one out of every seven smartphones on Earth, every millisecond of execution and every byte of memory counts.
What you Will Do:
- Own and prioritize the Mobile SDK product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical requirements, and engineering capacity.
- Translate product and developer needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable priorities for the engineering team.
- Drive feature delivery from discovery and planning through development, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation.
- Work closely with Android, iOS, Backend, QA, and other stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, developers, and internal teams to identify integration pain points and opportunities to improve the SDK and developer experience.
- Support SDK releases and rollouts, including release planning, documentation, adoption tracking, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Use product data, SDK telemetry, and feedback to measure outcomes, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the Mobile SDK platform.

- You have a proven track record of leveraging A/B testing and experimentation to drive product strategy. You know exactly how to define clear success metrics, analyze KPIs, and confidently pivot based on what the data tells you.
