How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The CDN Content team is responsible for serving all content that flows through Vercel's global CDN — static assets, optimized images, incrementally regenerated pages, partially prerendered shells, and everything in between — to billions of requests for millions of developers. Our focus is performance: ensuring content is served globally as fast as possible. Caching plays a big role in making that happen, and the team operates a multi-tier caching architecture spanning in-process caches, regional cache services, and object storage across 20+ regions.
As a Software Engineer on the team, you'll take on well-scoped projects with real production impact and grow into owning larger pieces of the system. The work spans the serving path end to end, and everything ships through careful, progressive rollouts validated with production data. You'll learn how a planet-scale CDN works from engineers who built it.
This is a team where infrastructure meets product: we work in close partnership with frameworks such as Next.js, bringing framework-defined infrastructure to life on Vercel's CDN, and the serving and caching behavior we ship directly shapes the performance and cost that millions of developers see. You'll develop strong instincts for distributed systems, careful production rollouts, and data-driven engineering.
If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF or NY), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. You write code you're willing to operate: tested, instrumented, and documented.
Curious about how large-scale systems work, and motivated to dig into unfamiliar code and production data to figure things out.
A collaborative teammate who communicates clearly, asks good questions, and follows through reliably.
Bonus if you
Have experience with caching systems (CDNs, Redis/Memcached, application-level caches) at any scale.
Have AWS experience, particularly S3 or ElastiCache.
Have used Next.js or another modern web framework and understand rendering modes like SSR/SSG/ISR.
Have experience with observability tooling (Datadog, Honeycomb, or similar).
Have experience with Terraform or Kubernetes.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's researchers generate and depend on enormous amounts of data — training runs, evaluations, RL transcripts, annotations etc... The Research Data Platform team builds the systems that make that data easy to produce, find, query, and trust. We work in two modes: we build
platform components that other systems plug into
(for example, a metrics library that training frameworks integrate to record and retrieve run data), and we
own core datasets end to end
(for example, the data pipeline behind RL transcripts).
As the team's tech lead, your job starts with our users. You'll work directly with researchers — and with the engineers who support them — to understand how they actually work, where managing data slows them down, and where a well-built platform component or a well-curated dataset would change what's possible. You'll turn what you learn into technical direction for the team, in partnership with the team's manager, who owns priorities and people. A central ambition you'll drive: a small set of canonical, well-documented datasets — starting with the core data model for RL — that researchers trust and standardize on, rather than every team managing its own copies.
You'll spend your first few months close to the code and close to users: shipping improvements in our core systems, embedding with research teams, and building your own map of their workflows. As the team grows, this role has a natural path into formal people leadership for someone who wants it.
Responsibilities
Work directly with researchers and the engineers supporting them to understand their workflows, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and shape what the team builds next
Set the technical direction for the team across our platform and our datasets
Design and build platform components that other teams plug into — libraries, services, and interfaces such as the metrics library used by training frameworks
Own core datasets end to end: the pipelines that produce them, the schemas that define them, and the documentation and guarantees that make researchers trust them
Drive convergence toward canonical datasets — including the core data model for RL transcripts — that research teams standardize on
Lead complex, multi-quarter projects that span several systems and teams, staying hands-on in the code
Raise the team's technical bar through design reviews, mentorship, and the quality of your own work
You may be a good fit if you:
Have built and operated data-intensive systems at scale — pipelines, storage layers, query systems — with strong instincts for data modeling and schema design that hold up as usage grows
Have set technical direction for a team, or owned the architecture of a data platform that other teams build on
Treat internal users as customers: you do the discovery work, iterate with users, and measure success by adoption rather than by shipping
Understand that researchers aren’t typical internal customers — the work is exploratory by nature, workflows differ from team to team, and requirements are discovered through experiments rather than specified up front
Can build for that motion — keeping interfaces stable and data trustworthy while use cases change underneath you, and judging when a quick, disposable solution serves research better than a durable one
Lead through influence — aligning engineers and stakeholders without relying on formal authority
Are results-oriented and pragmatic, willing to do unglamorous work when it's the highest-leverage thing
Are excited about learning the fundamentals of machine learning research (deep ML expertise is not required)
Care about the societal impacts of your work
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with large-scale ETL and columnar or analytical storage (e.g., Spark, BigQuery, ClickHouse, DuckDB, Parquet)
Experience with metrics or experiment-tracking systems, or high-volume time-series data
Experience with dataset management, cataloging, or lineage tooling
Built developer tooling or internal data platforms for demanding technical users — including in domains like quantitative trading, where fast-moving, exploratory data work looks a lot like research
A working knowledge of machine learning
Worked in, or closely with, an ML research lab
Interest in — or experience with — people management and growing engineers
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$850,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
This is NOT a new grad role! This role is for candidates with 0-2 YOE and can start full time right away.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an engineer at Notion, you’ll help shape core user experiences and accelerate how people discover value in Notion. You'll tackle meaningful challenges with increasing autonomy, crafting code that millions of users will experience. You'll take ownership of projects that matter, make critical technical decisions, and contribute your unique perspective to our product vision. Working alongside passionate experts across design, product, and data, you'll help shape the future of how people work.
We're looking for an Early Career AI Engineer to join as a strategic partner in shaping Notion's AI vision. You'll work on cutting-edge AI-powered features, leveraging LLMs, embeddings, and other AI technologies to make Notion more intelligent and capable.
This role may be aligned to one of multiple AI-focused teams at Notion. Depending on team match and business needs, you could work on:
- AI product engineering: building model-powered features end-to-end (UX, APIs, retrieval, orchestration, quality, and reliability)
- Model & systems engineering: improving model integration and performance (latency, cost, safety, robustness) and building the infrastructure that supports model serving and experimentation
- Evaluation & quality (evals): creating evaluation frameworks and automated/ human-in-the-loop testing to measure and improve model and product quality
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Partner with your team to prototype and ship an AI-powered product improvement
- Own a scoped productionization project: integrate a new model/technique into an existing workflow, add monitoring + guardrails, or improve latency/cost/reliability.
- Contribute to evals and iteration loops: build or extend an evaluation set, run experiments, analyze results, and translate learnings into product or system changes.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- You have less than two years of engineering experience. You have solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems, with a customer-minded, pragmatic approach to solving problems.
- Expertise building and prototyping: You’re excited to build and iterate quickly, and you’ve started exploring AI/ML through coursework, projects, internships, or hackathons. You’re comfortable learning how different parts of a product fit together (UI, APIs, data), have some familiarity with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL, and can take an idea from prototype to a working feature with guidance.
- Thoughtful problem-solving: You approach problems holistically, starting with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You think about the implications of what you're building and how it will impact real people's lives. You can navigate ambiguity successfully, decompose complex problems into clean solutions, while also balancing the business impact of what you’re building.
- Impact-driven approach to technology: You see technologies as tools to achieve user impact rather than ends in themselves. You care more about building successful systems that solve real problems than about using specific tech stacks or following trends. You stay current with the latest tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI-assisted development environments, you're pragmatic about choosing the right tool for the job, focusing on what delivers the most value to users and the business.
- Proactive communication and high agency: You own your work, communicating clearly about progress and blockers. You don't wait for instructions for every step but rather show initiative in identifying what needs to be done and driving projects forward. You ask questions when needed while independently finding solutions to problems.
NICE TO HAVES
- You have experience with any part of our technology stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, and Elasticsearch.
- You care about the interaction between technology and society, the ways in which they inform each other, and our responsibility as technologists to be conscious of that relationship.
- You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we're big fans of their work.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Technical Service Operations Lead (TSO Lead) who is operationally driven, collaborative, analytical, and a strong communicator to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to help coordinate incident response alongside cross-functional teams, identify trends and patterns in production issues, improve how we communicate with partners during incidents, and drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews.
Strong incident management experience, ITIL knowledge, and observability/monitoring expertise are essential, along with experience in technical operations, SRE, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms in the gaming industry. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — across technical and executive audiences will be key to your success in this role.
If you’re passionate about driving operational excellence and platform reliability at scale and love ensuring the reliability and uptime of commerce and payment solutions that game developers and players depend on, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US

For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents — coordinating cross-functional response teams, driving investigation, making escalation decisions, and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA targets.
Own all incident communications: draft and send clear, timely updates to senior leadership, Customer Success, and partner/customer contacts throughout the incident lifecycle, and manage customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com).
Facilitate blameless Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) for major incidents — leading root cause identification, assigning corrective actions with clear owners and deadlines, and tracking them to closure.
During non-incident periods, proactively analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — identify patterns, create Problem tickets, and report findings and recommendations to product and engineering teams on a regular cadence.
Enforce the incident management framework across the organization, including the severity model, priority matrix, SLA targets, escalation procedures, and deployment readiness gates.
Oversee and mentor the Operations Engineer on your shift — coaching on triage, investigation, runbook execution, and documentation quality while conducting regular knowledge transfer sessions to build depth across the service portfolio.
Produce shift handoff reports and deliver regular operational reporting: incident trends, KPI performance (MTTD, MTTA, MTTR), SLA adherence, proactive detection rate, and repeat incident analysis.
Audit service catalogue completeness on a regular cadence and govern JIRA Service Management workflows for incident, PIR, and problem management.
Cover for the Operations Engineer role during absences, breaks, or surge incidents. Participate in weekend on-call rotation for major incidents.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working at a gaming company is required — you understand the pace, player expectations, live operations dynamics, and the operational demands of the gaming industry.
6+ years of experience in incident management, SRE, NOC leadership, or technical operations in a production environment supporting high-availability, high-transaction systems.
Proven incident management experience — coordinating multi-team response, making real-time escalation decisions, and communicating with executive stakeholders under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to draft clear, concise executive updates at 3 AM under pressure, facilitate blameless PIRs, present operational metrics to senior leadership, and communicate incident status to customers and partners with clarity and professionalism.
Strong ITIL foundation — understanding of incident, problem, and change management lifecycles with practical experience implementing or operating ITIL-aligned workflows.
Technical depth across the observability stack — ability to read and interpret logs, traces, and metrics in Datadog (or equivalent: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic). Understanding of APM, SLOs, error budgets, burn-rate alerting, and synthetic monitoring.
Hands-on experience with incident tooling: Datadog, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, JIRA or JIRA Service Management, Slack, and Confluence.
Analytical mindset — ability to identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues from incident data and translate them into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams.
Experience with SLA/SLO-driven operations where MTTD, MTTA, and MTTR are measured, reported, and improved.
Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) for critical severities is required.
Nice to Have:
Experience with customer/partner-facing incident communications and status page management.
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive alerting, automated remediation, or self-healing automation.
JIRA Service Management administration experience: workflows, SLA timers, automation rules, queues, and permissions.
Familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, scorecards, and SLOs — especially burn-rate alerts and multi-window SLOs.
Experience building an operations function from scratch — defining processes, writing runbooks, establishing governance cadences.
Background in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), microservices architecture, or distributed systems.
ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is a plus but not required.

- Own the path through internal complexity, aligning Finance, Legal, Product, and leadership so deals don't stall on process.
- Partner with Finance to build deal-level P&L models and communicate pricing trends back to the business, informing strategic pricing decisions at the leadership level
- Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, discount guardrails, and approval policies that scale with the business.
- Build the analytics and feedback loops that surface where deals are slowing down and why — and fix it.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining CPQ rulesets, price books, and approval workflows.
- Experience in finance or deal pricing at a company, or experience within investment banking or management consulting
- Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven track record of process optimizations or automation.

Position Summary:
The Strategic Finance Analytics Manager is a newly created role that builds and leads the financial modelling and analytics capability at the core of PointClickCare’s strategic finance function. The role delivers the models, tools, and decision support that enable leadership to drive profitability, optimize commercial strategy, and allocate resources with precision — with work that is highly visible to executive leadership, the Board, and investors. Positioned at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Go-to-Market, the near-term focus is Pricing & Monetization Analytics, while the broader mandate is to build scalable analytical frameworks applicable across any strategic finance domain the business identifies. A defining attribute of the role is the hands-on application of AI/ML to modernize and accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis.
Build and maintain in-house financial and profitability models that evaluate the revenue and margin implications of strategic decisions, beginning with pricing and commercial strategy and expanding to other strategic finance domains. Run scenario and sensitivity analyses on packaging, pricing changes, GTM strategies, and investment trade-offs, measured against NRR, ARR, and contribution margin.
AI-Led Modernization of the Analytics Toolkit.
Apply AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modelling, to accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting, raising the speed and sophistication of decision support across the function. Build scalable, self-serve analytics tools that give Finance, Pricing, Sales Ops, and business unit leaders consistent, decision-ready intelligence.
Pricing & Monetization Analytics.
Evaluate pricing changes through quantitative modelling of customer, revenue, and margin impact across segments and geographies. Track pricing and monetization KPIs (discount compliance, revenue realization, contribution margin) against targets, and quantify the financial impact of commercial governance decisions including pricing policies, discount frameworks, and packaging structures.
Executive & Profitability Reporting.
Deliver regular profitability and commercial performance reporting to ELT and GTM leadership, including a measurement framework that tracks strategic initiative effectiveness, monetization outcomes, and contribution margin across products, segments, and geographies. Partner with FP&A and Sales Ops to integrate pricing and profitability analytics into the forecast and planning cycle, and with Revenue Assurance and Finance Ops to remediate pricing-related revenue risks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support.
Act as the primary analytical partner to Pricing, Sales Enablement, and business unit leaders on profitability decisions, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. Present findings, models, and recommendations to senior leadership in executive-ready format, and contribute to Board and investor materials covering pricing strategy, monetization performance, and platform progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
5–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance in a SaaS or technology environment.
Exceptional financial modelling and scenario-analysis skills, with a demonstrated track record building revenue, profitability, or pricing models and translating them into decision support (the core qualification for the role).
Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools (including LLMs and predictive modelling) to accelerate and modernize modelling and reporting workflows — a defining attribute of the role, not a nice-to-have.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Pricing or monetization experience (an asset, not a requirement)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and executive-grade data visualization.
Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC), including Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
