About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a Director, IT SOX to join the Internal Audit team at Anthropic. In this role, you will be a hands-on technical contributor and key executor of our IT SOX compliance program, with deep focus on our IT General Controls, IT Application Controls, and system risk assessments.
This role reports to the Head of IT SOX and is well-suited for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in a high-pace environment, and enjoys solving problems that don't yet have industry-standard answers. This is a high-impact opportunity to collaborate with first and second lines of defense to help establish a control environment suitable for an AI-first company! You will act as a trusted advisor to Engineering, GRC, Security and Finance teams on the technology controls adapted to a fast growing and rapidly changing organization.
You'll bring technical depth, a bias toward automation, and the ability to partner effectively with both technical teams and external auditors as the organization experiences scaling to public-company standards.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Reporting and Analytics Engineering organization, a team of analytics engineers, report developers, visualization specialists, and people leaders. This organization focuses on the last mile of the enterprise data supply chain: the semantic models, curated data products, metric definitions, and consumption experiences that turn engineered data into decisions.
This is not a traditional reporting leadership role; the classic notion of “reporting” in the form of a myriad of dashboards and filters is racing towards obsolescence. But the need for data and insights, and the need to deliver it in a way that is digestible and actionable, is timeless. Yes, governed dashboards and trusted reporting remain the foundation, and this leader must be excellent at that foundation. But the mandate is to move the organization decisively beyond static reporting toward a proactive, intelligent analytics capability: partnering with Data Science to productize and visualize their models, enabling generative AI and LLM-based access to our data, building exception-based systems that alert users when outcomes deviate from expectation in a statistically meaningful way, and designing agents that monitor data continuously and deliver insight without being asked.
Analytics engineering shares much of its DNA with data engineering — modeling, transformation, testing, version control, CI/CD, performance and cost discipline — but is oriented toward business enablement rather than platform and pipeline. Success in this role therefore depends as much on partnership as on technical depth. This leader will work shoulder to shoulder with Data Engineering on the boundary between platform and consumption, with Product Management on roadmap and requirements, with Data Science on advanced analytic products, and with Analytics Operations on a disciplined intake and prioritization process that makes the best possible use of finite capacity.
The ideal candidate has spent years building the traditional foundations — governance, metadata, lineage, dimensional modeling, engaging with enterprise BI platforms— and is now looking to apply that rigor to a fundamentally different generation of analytic products in new and innovative ways.
What you'll be doing:
Organizational Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop an organization of approximately 30 people, including managing through frontline managers; own hiring, role clarity, career pathing, performance management, and succession planning.
Define a multi-year vision and roadmap for enterprise reporting and analytics engineering, and translate it into quarterly outcomes the team and its partners can measure. Partner closely with Product Management to jointly shape the multi-year enterprise end-to-end data strategy.
Own the organization's budget, vendor relationships, and contractor or offshore capacity.
Establish and sustain an engineering culture within an analytics function: peer review, automated testing, documentation standards, source control, CI/CD, etc.
Analytics Engineering and Data Architecture
Drive maturity of the last-mile architecture in partnership with Data Engineering: curated marts, semantic layers, reusable data products, and certified datasets that serve reporting, ai enablement, data science, and downstream applications.
Define and enforce dimensional modeling standards, transformation frameworks, and modular, tested, version-controlled analytics code.
Own the enterprise metric layer so that key business measures carry a single, governed definition regardless of where they are consumed.
Partner with Data Engineering to define clear contracts and handoffs between pipeline and platform work and last-mile modeling, including shared tooling, standards, and escalation paths.
Manage query performance, warehouse consumption, and platform cost as first-class engineering concerns.
Data Governance, Metadata, and Lineage
Own cataloging, business glossary, data certification, and stewardship workflows, leveraging tools such as Atlan as the primary metadata platform.
Maintain column-level lineage across the analytics estate to support impact analysis, change management, audit, and root-cause investigation.
Leverage data access provisioning and entitlement models, including row- and column-level security, in partnership with Security, Privacy, and Compliance.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to drive data quality monitoring, freshness and availability SLAs, observability, and incident response for analytic assets.
Enterprise Reporting and Data Visualization
Drive analytics engagement by leveraging enterprise visualization and provisioning platforms, including Domo and Tableau, in partnership with Data Engineering. Ensure best practices are followed in data architecture, governance, adoption, performance, and total cost management.
Set visualization and information design standards that make reports readable, consistent, accessible, and decision-oriented.
Rationalize the existing reporting portfolio: retire redundant and unused assets, consolidate overlapping content, drive down tech debt and drive consumption toward certified sources.
Build a durable self-service capability through training, templates, community, office hours, and clear guardrails on what belongs in self-service versus centrally managed content.
Advanced, Proactive, and AI-Enabled Analytics
Partner with Data Science to productize their work: build the visualization, interaction, monitoring, and feedback loops that turn models and research into products the business actually uses.
Partner with Product Management and Data Engineering to enable generative AI and LLM access to enterprise data. This includes preparing the semantic and metadata foundation that makes data legible to models, delivering conversational analytics, text-to-SQL, and retrieval-augmented experiences on governed sources, and establishing guardrails, evaluation, and accuracy monitoring so that answers can be trusted.
Build exception-based analytics that detect when an outcome deviates from its expected value in a statistically significant way, using seasonality-aware baselines, forecast residuals, control limits, and anomaly detection rather than static thresholds.
Route those exceptions to accountable owners with context, likely drivers, and a recommended next action; actively tune sensitivity and volume to prevent alert fatigue and preserve signal.
Design and deploy analytic agents that proactively monitor data, investigate variances, assemble narrative explanations, and deliver insight into the tools where people already work.
Shift the organization's consumption model from pull to push: the measure of success is not how many people opened a dashboard, but whether the right person was told the right thing at the right time.
Cross-Functional Partnership, Intake, and Prioritization
Operate as a true partner to Product Management: contribute to roadmap, requirements, user research, and release planning, and run analytics with a product mindset covering personas, adoption metrics, and asset lifecycle management.
Partner with Analytics Operations to run a transparent intake, triage, sizing, and prioritization process, with published capacity, explicit tradeoffs, and reliable delivery commitments.
Make capacity constraints visible to stakeholders and executives, drive reuse over one-off builds, and decline or defer work with evidence rather than friction.
Serve as a senior, executive-facing partner to business functions, translating ambiguous business questions into well-scoped analytic solutions.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence, including 8+ years leading teams and 4+ years managing managers.
Demonstrated experience leading an organization of 25 or more people in a large, matrixed enterprise.
Strong hands-on foundation in SQL, dimensional modeling, and ELT/ETL design, with production experience on a modern cloud data warehouse or lakehouse (for example Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or Synapse) and a transformation framework such as dbt.
Experience applying software engineering practices to analytics work, including Git-based workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Enterprise-scale leveraging of BI and data visualization platforms such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, including governance, provisioning, adoption, and cost management.
Demonstrated ability to participate in driving data governance program covering catalog, lineage, glossary, stewardship, quality, and access, using platforms such as Atlan, Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.
Proven track record of delivering jointly with Data Engineering and Product Management, with clear ownership boundaries and shared accountability.
Direct experience partnering with Data Science, including operationalizing, visualizing, and monitoring model output for business consumption.
Working command of the statistical concepts underlying exception detection, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, variance and control limits, seasonality, and forecasting.
Experience running a formal intake, prioritization, and capacity planning process for a shared services or platform organization.
Excellent executive communication and influence skills, with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and competing priorities.
Experience managing budget, vendor contracts, and platform licensing.
Preferred Skills:
Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
Production experience delivering LLM-based analytics: retrieval-augmented generation over governed data, text-to-SQL or conversational BI, semantic layers designed for model consumption, and prompt, evaluation, and cost monitoring frameworks.
Experience designing agentic workflows and orchestration for monitoring, investigation, and notification use cases.
Hands-on experience with Atlan, Domo, and Tableau specifically.
Proficiency in Python or R for prototyping, and familiarity with common statistical and ML libraries and MLOps concepts.
Experience deploying anomaly detection at scale, including alert routing, suppression, and fatigue management.
Familiarity with data product and data mesh operating models, domain-aligned ownership, and data contracts.
Experience operating in an Agile or product operating model at scale, including portfolio, OKR, and roadmap management. Deep experience with the “Silicon Valley” school of Product Management, as exemplified by the “Marty Kagan”-style academic approach a significant plus.
Experience leading global or matrixed teams, including offshore or vendor-partnered delivery models.
Track record leading a major platform migration, consolidation, or reporting rationalization effort.
Demonstrated success attracting, developing, and retaining senior technical talent in a competitive market.
Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.

We're looking for an Education Business Development in Madrid!
About Digital Ad Expert by Aleph
Digital Ad Expert (DAE) is Aleph's global education initiative, opening access to digital skills for people across 170+ high-growth markets. Recognized by UNESCO's Global Education Coalition, DAE has reached over 900,000 learners with certifications, platform badges, and expert-led masterclasses spanning digital marketing, AI, analytics, and entrepreneurship.
DAE is entering a new chapter. Behind it sits a full education infrastructure — a multilingual learning platform, a content engine, instructional design standards, and a global learner community — built over five years and ready to be leveraged further. We're building the commercial model that lets that mission scale: partnering with corporate partners, international cooperation organizations, and private capital to fund and grow both the business opportunity and the social impact initiative.
As Education Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind that commercial model — building and closing partnerships with universities, companies, and associations to bring DAE's programs to new markets and new learners. You'll co-define and execute DAE's B2B commercial strategy, turning five years of education infrastructure into sustainable, scalable growth.
What You'll Do
Shape the strategy
, working closely with DAE's Education Lead, on which markets, verticals, and partnership models DAE should pursue — and how its offering should be commercially structured.
Own execution
, leading the full sales cycle to close a small number of high-value, strategic agreements and deals with corporate partners, government opportunities, and/or private capital.
Build and manage a pipeline
of prospective partners — universities, corporate learning teams, associations, and public-sector bodies — qualifying opportunities against DAE's strategic priorities rather than pursuing volume for its own sake.
Represent Education
commercially to internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at partner institutions
Maintain a feedback loop between sales and content
: flag where the market is asking for programs or skills DAE doesn't yet offer well.
Identify and pursue strategic alliances
, including partnerships with consortia positioned to guarantee external financial support for education-related programs.
What You Need For This Role
6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals with complex institutional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience helping shape commercial strategy — not only executing a model designed elsewhere, but having a real voice in deciding which markets and partnership types to pursue
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA with focus on Business Development or Sales is a plus)
Commercially-minded and proactive
, with a genuine drive to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Consultative, solution-selling approach
— comfortable
operating in ambiguity,
moving away from a fixed catalogue to build custom offers for each client, including designing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements (structure, pricing, scope) from scratch.
Strong communication skills
, both verbal and written — able to adapt tone and content for different audiences (corporate decision-makers, government stakeholders, academic partners).
Fluent English and Spanish, French or Arabic is a plus.
Confident working independently.
Prior experience in education, edtech, corporate training, or professional certifications.
Experience working with international cooperation organizations, development banks, or impact-oriented capital and pursuing external funding for social-impact/ESG initiatives.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.

Experience improving developer workflows such as local development, testing, CI/CD, orchestration, or deployment
Experience with modern data infrastructure, such as cloud data warehouses, transformation frameworks, workflow orchestrators, infrastructure as code, and observability tools
A track record of owning shared systems end to end, leading ambiguous cross-functional projects, and communicating effectively with Data Science, Infrastructure, and Product Engineering partners
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience supporting ML or research data workflows

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion’s Data Foundations team builds and operates the batch and streaming infrastructure behind our product features, analytics, search, and AI experiences. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to shape the next generation of this platform as Notion serves larger customers, expands globally, and supports more data-intensive products. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems, set direction, build and develop a high-performing team, and lead multi-quarter initiatives across our data lake, streaming, distributed-compute, governance, and reliability systems. You’ll stay close to critical technical decisions while creating clear ownership, growing engineers and technical leaders, and helping the team execute as one—partnering closely with Data Engineering, Data Product, Search, AI, Infrastructure, and Security.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Set the direction for Data Foundations. Turn ambiguous company and customer needs into a clear multi-quarter strategy across the data lake, streaming, distributed compute, governance, and platform reliability—and align engineers and partner teams around it.
- Build and develop a high-performing team. Attract strong engineers, set clear expectations, grow technical leaders, and create an environment of ownership, direct feedback, and accountability.
- Lead the team’s hardest initiatives from idea to operation. Ensure complex work has strong technical ownership, de-risk architectures through prototypes, break work into shippable milestones, and coordinate execution across engineers and teams.
- Make Notion’s data platform enterprise-ready. Guide the team toward durable foundations for external key management, data residency, access controls, lifecycle management, and governance without creating separate systems for every requirement.
- Raise reliability, simplicity, and cost efficiency. Identify systemic risks and architectural gaps, establish clear service ownership, and lead migrations that make Kafka, Debezium, S3/Iceberg, Spark, EMR, Athena, and related systems easier to operate at scale.
- Multiply the engineering organization. Establish reusable abstractions and paved paths, delegate meaningful ownership, raise the quality of technical decisions, and scale expertise through coaching, documentation, tooling, design reviews, and direct collaboration.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deep data-platform expertise. You have designed and operated large-scale batch and streaming systems and can reason across storage, compute, ingestion, orchestration, serving, governance, and production operations.
- Direction-setting leadership. You have led a Data Platform or infrastructure team through multi-quarter work—finding the right problems, defining a strategy, sequencing execution, and driving decisions with long-term consequences.
- Team-building and talent development. You have attracted strong engineers, grown people across career stages, developed technical leaders, and created clarity when expectations or performance needed to change.
- Hands-on engineering judgment. You stay close to critical systems and designs and know when to prototype, simplify, buy, build, or migrate. You can go deep while preserving ownership for the engineers leading the work.
- Platform-product thinking. You understand the needs behind partner requests and turn repeated patterns into safe, ergonomic, self-serve capabilities rather than accumulating bespoke solutions.
- Organizational influence. You create clarity across team boundaries, surface uncomfortable technical or organizational risks early, and help engineers do their best work through strong context, delegation, feedback, and coaching.
- You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, move faster, and build more creatively.
THE SYSTEMS AND PROBLEMS YOU MAY LEAD
- Evolving Notion’s data lake toward an S3 + Iceberg lakehouse with stronger governance, discoverability, schema evolution, and lifecycle controls
- Scaling Kafka and Debezium-based streaming infrastructure that powers real-time product, analytics, and AI use cases
- Improving Spark and distributed-compute performance, workload isolation, developer experience, and cost efficiency
- Designing EKM, data residency, and compliant processing capabilities across Notion’s data estate
- Creating clear platform interfaces and self-serve primitives for Data Engineering, Search, AI, and product teams
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Notion’s data infrastructure is no longer only an internal analytics layer. It increasingly powers customer-facing features, AI systems, enterprise controls, and high-volume product workflows. The team needs a leader who can see across these systems, build the technical leadership and operating culture required for that responsibility, and find the problems that matter before they become roadmap blockers. Success means Data Foundations has a strong, growing team with clear direction and dependable execution—and teams across Notion can build ambitious data-powered products faster without compromising customer trust.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $281,000 - $334,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

Are you an engineering leader who views developer infrastructure not as a collection of scripts, but as a core product that enables engineering craft at scale? Do you want to help shape long-term platform strategy and remove friction for hundreds of developers? Then you may be the person we're looking for to lead the Kotlin Infrastructure team at JetBrains.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
The Kotlin Infrastructure team enables development across the Kotlin repository by building and evolving the engineering infrastructure behind Kotlin development. The team is responsible for developer experience, build infrastructure, CI/CD, release infrastructure, internal tooling, and engineering processes that help Kotlin teams create, test, and deliver software efficiently.
We're looking for a Team Lead who will help the team scale its impact across the Kotlin organization and the broader JetBrains engineering ecosystem. You'll shape infrastructure strategy, be in charge of technical leadership, drive initiatives execution across multiple teams, and help Kotlin infrastructure evolve as an engineering platform.
Day to day, you will:
Engineering leadership
Define and drive the long-term evolution of Kotlin infrastructure. Provide technical leadership.
Own planning and prioritization across infrastructure initiatives, balancing immediate needs with long-term investments.
Drive initiatives that improve development productivity and the developer experience across the Kotlin engineering ecosystem.
Support engineers through coaching, feedback, and hiring.
Participate in cross-team collaboration to evolve the Kotlin infrastructure and engineering platforms.
Infrastructure platform
Guide the evolution of infrastructure supporting Kotlin development, including:
Developer experience across local development, code review, CI, and merge workflows.
Kotlin build architecture and build performance.
CI/CD systems, release infrastructure, artifact publication, and engineering workflows.
Internal tooling, engineering automation, and development infrastructure management.
Secure engineering infrastructure, including dependency management, reproducible builds, secrets, access management, build agents, and development environments.
What you’ll bring
An engineering mindset that values systemic efficiency and developer empathy over rigid processes.
The autonomy to make decisions close to the problem and accountability for the team’s choices.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate architectural debates and align diverse engineering stakeholders.
A commitment to quality and refusal to cut corners on platform stability for short-term fixes.
The resilience to guide teams through open-ended, complex scaling challenges.
What you’ll need
Experience leading engineering teams and large technical initiatives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
Experience with developer infrastructure, build systems, CI/CD, or internal engineering platforms.
Understanding of software build systems and engineering workflows at scale.
Ability to evaluate technical proposals, facilitate architectural discussions, and help teams converge on pragmatic decisions.
A passion for improving developer productivity through tooling, automation, and platform development.
Experience with the following technologies would be nice to have:
TeamCity.
Gradle and Kotlin build scripts.
Kotlin or the JVM ecosystem.
Large monorepositories.
Internal developer platforms or developer experience tooling.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a disciplined, highly autonomous Middle Next.js Developer to build and ship product features for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will own features end to end across a TypeScript monorepo — a Next.js App Router client, a Fastify + Payload CMS API on PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare Workers at the edge — from the moment you receive a task, through breaking it down, estimating, implementing, testing, and observability, to a clean release to production and confirmation that it works for real users.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited for someone who treats production as the standard, not the finish line. Half-tested code, silent failures, and unverified AI-generated output are not acceptable. The codebase is convention-heavy — a layered Feature-Sliced Design structure with strict import rules — and you are expected to work inside those conventions rather than around them. You are accountable for every task you take on and for every area of the product you touch: if it breaks, regresses, or stays half-finished, that is yours to see through. We expect maximum autonomy and real involvement in the product — you work independently within a sprint, communicate risks before they become blockers, and escalate architectural decisions to senior engineers rather than guessing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FEATURE DEVELOPMENT
- Build features across the Next.js client and the Fastify + Payload CMS backend according to product requirements
- Write code that follows the team's Feature-Sliced Design layering, naming, and import conventions
- Ship changes behind feature flags and A/B experiments, fully localized across every supported locale
- Integrate third-party providers — billing, email/CRM, analytics — over REST APIs and webhooks
QUALITY & RELIABILITY
- Cover functionality with unit, integration, and e2e tests at the level the team expects
- Run a thorough self-review before code review, and review teammates' code with the same rigour
- Fix bugs and perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues
- Optimize page and endpoint performance — rendering and caching strategy, database queries, bundle size
SECURITY & OBSERVABILITY
- Apply secure development practices: schema validation, access control, safe handling of secrets
- Follow observability practices — structured logging, metrics, and alerts — using existing tooling
COLLABORATION
- Break down, estimate, and ship your own tasks to production within the sprint — and stay accountable for them after release
- Own the areas of the product you work in: their stability, performance, and follow-up fixes
- Surface requirement clarifications, estimate changes, and risks early and in writing
- Escalate complex architectural decisions and critical risks to senior engineers
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of commercial React experience, including 1+ year with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, route handlers, rendering and caching strategies) and solid TypeScript
- Node.js backend experience on a typed HTTP framework (Fastify, Nest, or Express) with PostgreSQL — REST API design, schema migrations, integrations over REST and webhooks (signature verification, idempotency, retries) — plus a working understanding of HTTP/REST, auth mechanisms, and web security fundamentals
- Hands-on with the modern client stack: TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form + Zod, Tailwind CSS, and a React component library such as HeroUI, MUI, or shadcn/ui
- Experience with a code-first headless CMS on PostgreSQL (Payload, Strapi, Directus, or equivalent) — collections, access control, generated types, migrations
- Testing and delivery discipline: e2e tests (Cypress or Playwright) and unit/integration tests (Vitest or Jest), Git flow, code review, working with CI
- Daily use of AI development tools (Claude Code or equivalents), including configuring them for a project — context, instructions, rules, MCP/integrations — with full ownership of the quality, security, and correctness of generated code
- English — B1+
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Owns the outcome — takes a task from requirement to production without waiting to be pushed, and stays accountable for the result and the area it touches
- Maximally autonomous and involved — needs a goal, not step-by-step instructions, and cares how the product performs, not just whether the ticket is closed
- Verifies before trusting — treats AI output, third-party responses, and your own code as unproven until tested
- Structured communicator — surfaces risks, blockers, and estimate changes early, in writing, in a remote team
- Knows the edge of their scope — escalates architectural and security decisions instead of improvising them
- Learns from incidents — fixes the root cause, not just the symptom

About airSlate
airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
As our first B2B Demand Generation Leader, you'll build the function from the ground up: define the strategy, choose the tech stack, and create the repeatable pipeline machine that scales signNow and AltaFlow B2B revenue. You'll inherit an existing sales motion, established brands, and a self-service customer base of millions - your job is to accelerate what's already working, not prove a concept.
This is a greenfield mandate with a real commercial foundation beneath it. If you've built before, you'll know how rare that combination is.
Salary range: $180,000/yr — $220,000/yr
What you'll work on:
Build and lead airSlate’s B2B demand-generation function and team across the portfolio, initially prioritizing SignNow and AltaFlow.
Design and execute integrated ABM, lead-generation and nurture programs for SMB, mid-market and selected enterprise buyers.
Jointly set MQL, sourced-pipeline and funnel-conversion targets with Sales, RevOps and each BU, and own delivery against them.
Define and continually improve target-account selection, qualification, lead scoring, routing, handoff and follow-up SLAs with Sales and RevOps.
Partner with GTM Leaders, PMMs and Campaign Strategy to translate ICP, positioning and business priorities into campaigns and sales-ready assets.
Instrument attribution and report conversion from demand source through sales-accepted opportunity; optimize by campaign, source, segment and product.
Assess current people, processes and technology; redeploy and hire talent as appropriate, and build repeatable operating cadences with Marketing Ops, Data and the CIO.
Requirements:
8–12+ years in B2B demand generation, including direct experience building and scaling a function from an early stage; B2B SaaS experience required.
Demonstrated record of producing measurable sourced pipeline for sales-assisted SMB/mid-market motions through ABM, lead generation and nurture.
Proven ability to operate as a peer to Sales and RevOps and to define, defend and improve MQL criteria, scoring, routing, handoffs, SLAs and pipeline commitments.
Hands-on builder and people leader who can personally design and run programs before the team is fully staffed, then recruit, coach and scale the organization.
Strong command of modern MarTech/RevOps systems, attribution and funnel analytics; able to partner on stack and data architecture without depending entirely on others.
Comfortable in a multi-product, multi-BU environment with differing GTM motions; PLG-to-sales-assisted experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer and market orientation, executive communication and fluent English; U.S. location preferred, or Western Europe with meaningful U.S. customer exposure and Eastern Time overlap. Regular travel expected.

About the product
Total Battle is an MMO 4X strategy game with deep political systems and intense player-to-player interaction. Players build cities, forge alliances, fight monsters, and compete for dominance. The game runs on mobile and web, with millions of active players, which means every technical decision we make is felt at scale.
Why this role exists
Our framework team carries a wide mandate: we own the foundation that every game feature is built on — from the rendering and UI layer to the asset pipeline, build system, debug tooling, and developer documentation. That foundation has real problems today.
🎯Our mission: create a reliable foundation for product development — simple, fast, and high-quality — so that game features can be built without friction.
Right now we have two codebases (C++ mobile, C# Unity), slow developer iteration cycles, UI that only engineers can touch, and technical constraints that limit what we can ship. This hire is part of the team that will fundamentally solve these problems — and make sure they never come back.
What you'll work on
Your area of ownership spans the full client platform stack:
- Framework core and LibRocket integration
- Game engine layer and cross-platform support
- Tooling for artists, animators, and UI/UX specialists
- Build pipeline, CI, and test infrastructure
- App initialization and startup performance
- Debug tooling and observability
- Developer regulations and documentation
Near-term tasks in the backlog include: building an extensible asset loader, reducing nullptr risk, improving code testability, lowering the cost of adding debug functionality, and moving to a unified build pipeline. Alongside this, the team is validating an experiment that may lead to building a new client from scratch — a significant greenfield opportunity.
The north star
We're working toward a single codebase across all platforms, where business logic is engine-agnostic and platform-specific code lives only at the framework level. Features will be isolated modules with explicit interfaces and dependencies. Artists and animators will be able to see their work in the game without a developer in the loop. The game will react to player actions instantly — no spinners, no rollbacks. And no waiting on store review to ship fixes.
That's where we're going. Your job is to help get us there.
Who you are
We're looking for an engineer who goes deeper than the task description. When given a problem, you dig for the root cause before proposing a solution. You think in products: MVP first, iterate, measure against real metrics. You design APIs that don't become roadblocks six months later.
- Self-directed: you work from a problem statement, not a step-by-step spec
- Product-minded: you decompose work into deliverable slices and validate assumptions early
- Strong system designer: your APIs are clean, flexible, and future-proof
- Proactive: you identify problems others have accepted and propose solutions
- Communicates clearly in Russian: your day-to-day communication with your direct team
- Communicates clearly in technical English: written RFCs, code review, cross-team discussion
We're not looking for someone who wants a clearly scoped ticket to execute, or someone whose primary motivation is building gameplay features. This team builds the platform that makes gameplay possible.
Requirements
- 3+ years of C++ (17+) or similar experience in a client application at a product company
- Strong grasp of design principles and patterns (and knowing when not to use them)
- Experience with task decomposition and iterative delivery
- Proficiency in technical English (reading docs, writing RFCs, async collaboration)
Nice to have
- Active use of LLMs in your work to significantly boost your productivity
- Experience with game engines or framework-level development
- Commercial experience with Cocos2d-x
- Experience with Unity (C#)
- Familiarity with cross-platform build systems (CMake, CI pipelines)
How we work
You'll receive a problem, not a ticket. You're expected to explore the context, identify the root cause, propose and align on a solution, ship it, and then verify it worked based on feedback and metrics. Delivery is incremental: proof of concept to validate a hypothesis, then a full solution. Predictability matters as much as output.
After 12 months, a great hire here is fully autonomous — picking up problems that span both technical and product dimensions, delivering in predictable increments, and raising the capability of the people around them.

Job Description
About the role
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Staff Data Engineer to join our Data and AI Platform Team. Our team’s mission is to build a platform where you can create reliable, scalable, AI-powered streaming and batch data applications, and share data across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com to improve business performance.
The Data and AI Platform team is here to ensure internal stakeholders can easily collect, store, process and utilise data to build AI use cases and data products aiming to solve business problems. Our focus is on maximising the amount of time engineers spend on solving business problems and minimising time spent on technical details around implementation, deployment, and monitoring of their solutions.
We're building for scale. As such, much of what we design and implement today is the technology/infrastructure which will serve hundreds of teams and petabyte-level volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stream processing technologies (Kafka and Flink) to build a continuously available large-scale event streaming platform
- Leverage subject matter and technical expertise to provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic influence across the organisation whilst building strong relationships with engineers and engineering managers
- Build tooling (modules/SDKs/DSLs) and associated documentation to foster the adoption of the streaming platform by enabling upstream teams and systems to easily publish data and deploy streaming applications
- Implement all the necessary infrastructure to enable end users to build, host, monitor and deploy their own streaming applications
- Provide consultancy across the technology organisation to drive the adoption of the platform and unlock event-driven use-cases
- Participate, translate, run and execute the collection of requirements and architecture/design initiatives into action plans
- Provide hands-on support for all event-based systems including incident triage and root cause analysis
About You
While experience with our specific tech stack is a plus, we welcome candidates with a strong background in data systems who are eager to learn. The core remit of this role is to own and scale our event streaming capability, not to serve as a general DevOps or infrastructure engineer.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a proven track record of influencing engineering organisations
- Strong engineering background with a track record of implementing and owning event streaming platforms
- Hands-on experience working with stream technologies, ideally Kafka
- Experience designing and implementing stream processing applications with Flink
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS (MSK, S3, Lambda, ECS, SNS)
- Experience with Kubernetes (either self-hosted or on the cloud)
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience working with Docker, container deployment and management
- Experience describing infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar) as well as designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent programming skills with at least one of Java or Python
