Location: Remote Who we are Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase. With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once. Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love. If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us. Hours & location 🌎 While we hire almost anywhere in the world, we have a preference for someone to reside in the following locations for this role. However, if you feel qualified, we welcome you to apply regardless of location. No matter what, working hours must overlap with EST for at least 20 hours/week. Preferred locations: USA Why this job is exciting Sourcegraph is at the forefront of building AI tools to solve the biggest problems in the software industry, problems that only get bigger as codebases grow and as more of the work is done by agents. The Code Understanding team owns the surfaces where that intelligence meets the developer: Deep Search , our agentic, multi-step answer engine across an enterprise's entire lineup of codebases, Query Assist , turning natural language queries into Sourcegraph query syntax, Smart Hovers , concisely summarizing symbols right where devs need it, guided diff review, and the APIs that both humans and AI agents rely on every day. Most of what makes those surfaces tick is agent engineering : a blend of software engineering, machine learning, and statistics. Agent engineering tells us which model to use and when, how to retrieve and pack context, how to measure answer quality, where to fine-tune or distill a smaller model to cut costs and latency, and how to expand a single LLM call into a reliable multi-step agent. As the staff ML and agent engineer on Code Understanding , you'll be the technical owner of it: setting the tam’s direction for models, evaluations, and agentic systems, making our products measurably better, faster, and cheaper, and raising the team's fluency in building with models. This is a staff-level role : we're hiring a technical leader, not just a strong individual contributor. The primary need is a production ML and evaluation authority who also builds production agent systems. You'll own the hardest, most ambiguous problems in this space, set standards others follow, and influence direction beyond your immediate team. You'll get the exhilarating chance to drive the vision on how we can provide the best code understanding experience on the market by combining our deterministic, large-scale systems and AI into experiences never seen before. Concretely, you'll own work like: Agentic systems. You'll design and harden the multi-step, tool-using agent loops behind current and new agentic experiences, turning research and experiments into reliable, observable, and affordable products at enterprise scale. Pragmatic use of evaluations. Crafting agentic products means needing to tell when a change actually helped, which is hard when agents keep changing and the product keeps shifting. You'll bring judgment about where evaluations earn their keep, when to use targeted smoke tests and metrics, and how to avoid noise dressed up as rigor, so we can move fast with confidence. Models: selection, upgrading, and training. You'll decide which models we run where, drive upgrades, and fine-tune our own when that's the right call. Retrieval and context engineering. You'll push on how we ground models in a customer's code - retrieval, ranking, context windows, citations - to make answers more accurate and verifiable. Cost and latency. Every surface has a per-user economic budget. You'll treat cost and latency as product features, and profile, distill, cache, and right-size models so we can ship ambitious features sustainably. You'll do this on a small, senior-leaning team that ships quickly, owns a lot of product surface, and has streamlined product management: engineers here talk to customers, frame the problem, and own it end-to-end. You'll have real agency over technical direction and a direct line to the impact of your work. 📅 Within one month, you will… Get the Code Understanding products and their model/agent pipelines running end-to-end locally, and land your first improvements to a model, prompt, retrieval path, or eval. Build a clear picture of where the AI engineering pain is, and the product surfaces most constrained by them. Get to know the team and our customers, and start forming your own opinions about where our agentic products should go next. Join the team's on-call support rotation. 📅 Within three months, you will… Own a meaningful agentic slice of the product end-to-end, driving it from problem-framing through rollout and measurement. Establish how the team ships model and prompt changes responsibly: the evals, dashboards, and guardrails that make quality and cost regressions visible before customers feel them. Begin up-leveling teammates in building with models by pairing with them, reviewing their code, and modeling good agent engineering instincts. 📅 Within six months, you will… Be the recognized technical authority for agent engineering and agentic systems on Code Understanding. You will be the person teammates, and increasingly the wider department, defer to on model, eval, and agent-design decisions. Have measurably moved the products: better answer quality, lower cost/latency, or new agentic capabilities that weren't feasible before. Be setting the direction of the team's roadmap where it intersects agents, bringing conviction, backed by evidence, about which bets are worth making, and pulling other engineers up to execute on them. About you You are a staff engineer and technical leader with hard-won skills across production machine learning, evaluation, and agent systems . This high-leverage role relies on your ability to make sound model and evaluation decisions for a fast-moving product, build the production systems around them, steer technical direction, and be a force multiplier for a talented, product-minded team. You're equally comfortable reasoning about an eval harness, a fine-tuning run, a retrieval pipeline, and the multi-step agent loop that ties them together, and you make everyone around you better at all of it. You operate at staff scope: you own the most ambiguous, highest-risk problems in your domain, go into whatever codebase a problem requires, set standards and patterns others adopt, and translate fluidly between engineering goals and business objectives. You influence direction beyond your immediate team. You lead through technical excellence and mentorship. You have personally owned a production model lifecycle. You have trained or fine-tuned at least one model and taken it from dataset construction through evaluation, production rollout, and monitoring. You can explain how you chose between training or fine-tuning and prompting or retrieval, how you chose baselines and metrics, what error analysis revealed, and how production evidence affected the next version. You build agents, fluently and opinionatedly. You've designed multi-step agentic systems and made them reliable, observable, and cost-bounded. You have a point of view on where agents shine and where deterministic code or human judgment is required. You have strong evaluation judgment. You build representative datasets, meaningful baselines, useful error taxonomies, and release criteria that connect offline measurements to production behavior. You know where rigorous evaluations earn their keep, where lightweight smoke tests or qualitative review are enough, and where a precise-looking metric is misleading. You treat cost and latency as product constraints. You make measured quality, latency, and cost tradeoffs and use the appropriate combination of model selection, prompting, retrieval, caching, distillation, and fine-tuning rather than reaching reflexively for a more complex model. You operate autonomously on ambiguous problems. Given a rough product idea, a few customer quotes, and a Slack thread, you come back with a plan, a prototype, milestones, and a point of view on tradeoffs, without it being pre-scoped. You own high-technical-risk projects end-to-end. You contribute beyond your domain. As a senior IC, you go into whatever part of the codebase a problem requires, recognize issues beyond your immediate area, and translate between engineering goals and business objectives. You up-level the people around you. You mentor by pairing on hard problems, providing substantive design and code reviews, and spreading agent engineering literacy across the team. You see investing in your teammates' growth as part of the job. You're customer and product-driven. You're comfortable on customer calls and in feedback threads, you turn raw signals into requirements, scopes, and milestones, and you push back when feedback would lead the product astray. You're pragmatic, not a perfectionist. You ship the smallest correct thing, prefer robust solutions over complicated ones, and keep a high-quality bar with simplicity. On the engineering fundamentals: You're a strong software engineer who can ship production services. You're comfortable across our stack - Go on the backend, TypeScript on the frontend, GraphQL, Postgres, Docker - or you're clearly able and eager to get there. You're fluent with agentic coding tools, and you understand and own every line it submits. You're comfortable in an async-first, multi-service, fast-paced remote environment. Nice-to-haves: You've shipped an LLM-powered or agentic developer-facing product you can speak about opinionatedly: what worked, what didn't, what you'd do differently. You've fine-tuned, distilled, or trained models to meet cost, latency, or quality targets in production. Experience with retrieval, ranking, embeddings, or search relevance. Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating their needs into a product. Experience mentoring or up-leveling engineers, especially raising a team's agent engineering fluency. Level 📊 This job is an IC4. You can read more about our job leveling philosophy in our Handbook. Location: Belgrade, Serbia; Berlin, Germany; Limassol, Cyprus; Madrid, Spain; Munich, Germany; Paphos, Cyprus; Prague, Czech Republic; Remote, Germany; Warsaw, Poland; Yerevan, Armenia If you want to build and own the systems that decide what JetBrains customers are entitled to use and bill them accurately for it, this is for you. You will focus on designing backend services, keeping complex commercial flows correct, and tackling hard distributed systems challenges on the critical path of every paid request. About JetBrains We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale. What you’ll do At JetBrains, the Cloud Platform department builds the underlying infrastructure that powers authentication, paid capabilities, usage metering, and accounting. Within this department, the Licensing & Billing team sits right at the center of our commercial model, turning what a customer buys into what they are actually allowed to use, and accounting for that consumption accurately enough to bill on. The complexity of our entitlement, quota, and metering systems continues to grow. In this role, you will own the correctness and evolution of these backend services, take full ownership of end-to-end data flows, tackle distributed consistency across unreliable upstream systems, and ensure revenue-affecting data migrations happen cleanly without taking services offline. Day to day, you will: Design, build, and operate backend services that decide what a customer is entitled to and what their usage costs. Own flows end to end, from ingesting licensing and purchase data from upstream systems to enforcing quotas and recording consumption. Evolve our domain model to handle new commercial structures, combining seat-based plans and usage-based models. Design integrations with external systems, ensuring correctness through idempotency, ordering, reconciliation, and eventual consistency. Plan and execute live data migrations using feature flags, dual writes, backfills, and verification at every stage. Build observability into our systems by defining invariants, metrics, and alerts to catch silent divergence before customers do. Design internal APIs with explicit focus on versioning, backward compatibility, and developer experience for other JetBrains teams. Improve system performance and reliability under continuous production load while decommissioning legacy subsystems. Write integration tests against real dependencies and maintain reliable test infrastructure. Investigate production incidents, find root causes, and follow through on lasting fixes. What you’ll bring An engineer’s dedication to accuracy, especially in domains where system errors have direct financial impact. Pragmatic judgment when designing distributed systems where correctness under unreliable delivery is the main constraint. A habit of trusting metrics, traces, and logs to understand production behavior rather than relying on assumptions. Comfort navigating and simplifying large existing codebases containing legacy decisions. Clear, direct communication skills to agree on API contracts across teams with different priorities. A focus on testing as an essential design tool rather than an afterthought. What you’ll need A proven track record of building and operating backend services on the JVM platform using Kotlin or Java. A solid working knowledge of relational databases, including transactions, isolation levels, locking, indexing, and live schema migrations (PostgreSQL preferred). A deep understanding of distributed systems patterns, such as idempotency, retry strategies, eventual consistency, and data reconciliation. Practical experience making live data migrations or system changes without downtime using feature flags and staged rollouts. Experience designing versioned, backward-compatible APIs for other engineering teams. Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka. The ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve production incidents in complex environments. Proficiency in both written and spoken English. What success looks like Success in this role means building a bulletproof entitlement and metering foundation that product teams can trust without hesitation. You will have successfully migrated live commercial systems to support new billing models without downtime or data divergence. Silent errors will be caught automatically by system invariants before affecting users, and internal teams will integrate seamlessly with your clean, versioned APIs. Why join JetBrains? Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience. Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office. Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad. Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love. Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes. Relocation support. We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible. (keep if relevant for the role) Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills. Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays. Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services. Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend. Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings. *Some benefits may vary depending on location. #LI-KT1 We are an equal opportunity employer We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; Belgrade, Serbia; Berlin, Germany; Limassol, Cyprus; Madrid, Spain; Munich, Germany; Paphos, Cyprus; Prague, Czech Republic; Warsaw, Poland; Yerevan, Armenia Do you care about building a user base from scratch, testing unproven acquisition channels, and implementing wild ideas beyond paid search? Are you enthusiastic about shipping now, preferring to go live with rough ideas today over polishing presentations for next month? If so, this is the role for you. In this role, you’ll join the team building Qure , an AI copilot for web testing automation. This desktop app turns manual testing flows into production-ready automated scripts, saving hours of manual coding. We’re a seven-person team funded directly by JetBrains. About JetBrains Innovation Hub JetBrains builds software development tools used by more than 15 million people, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100. Innovation Hub is its internal startup incubator, where small autonomous teams build new products, funded and employed by JetBrains. Qure runs inside the Innovation Hub with its own roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and customers. For you, that means a founding role without the runway risk. You build acquisition from zero, with the funding, benefits, and stability of an established company behind you. What you’ll do Qure is a fresh product, so the acquisition channel map is practically blank. Paid search, video, newsletters, marketplaces, paid communities, and content are all unproven for Qure. We need someone to determine how best to find its audience. With a high degree of freedom, a lean team, and no marketing bureaucracy, decisions you make on Monday go live by Wednesday. Day to day, you will: Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what actually converts. Shut down underperforming channels early using your own data to ground the decision. Produce your own marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages. Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements, such as custom onboarding flows or free tools. Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking, from a user’s initial click to aha moment to LTV. What you’ll bring Comfort operating without a playbook and deciding what to test when acquisition channels are entirely unproven. Honesty about performance, with the discipline to cut underperforming channels based on data before anyone asks you to. A bias for action that favors shipping functional campaigns quickly over prolonged polishing. What you’ll need Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation. Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on user acquisition economics. The capability to create your own creative assets – including copy, landing pages, and product demos – without relying on external agencies or designers. Daily experience using LLMs in your own work for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with the judgment to know when they help or hinder work. Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team. Experience doing marketing for developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a plus. What success looks like In your first three months, success means establishing a fully measurable acquisition funnel from a user’s first click to the aha moment. You will have run parallel channel experiments, determined the true cost per active user or B2B lead, shut down non-viable channels, and identified one or two channels worthy of significant investment. Why join JetBrains? Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience. Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office. Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad. Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love. Medical insurance allowance. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Maintain and continuously update localized courier platforms, including country FAQs, educational content, and operational resources. Proactively maintain information accessibility so couriers can easily self-solve issues without contacting support. Cross-Functional Communication & Enablement Coordinate ad-hoc courier announcements (e.g., weather-related boosts) in alignment with Communications and Supply Activation teams. Create macros, guidance documents, and tools for Customer Support to empower frontline agents to resolve cases independently. Assist onboarding teams with document verification, profile activations, and country-specific onboarding tasks. Community Engagement & Feedback Loops Drive community engagement by supporting local feedback initiatives and courier events. Capture operational insights from courier feedback and translate them into process, documentation, and tool improvements. AI & Process Automation Leverage AI tools day-to-day to generate clear, empathetic response templates and reduce manual workloads for routine inquiries. Utilize AI and self-service tools to summarize ticket escalations, maintain up-to-date knowledge bases, and build smart routing workflows. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Impact Courier Satisfaction: Measured through feedback scores, response quality, and communication empathy. Time to Resolution (TTR): Fast, efficient, and accurate resolution for complex tickets passed from Support or directly from courier partners. Inflow Reduction: Lower overall ticket volume achieved through scalable documentation, improved Support macros, and self-service automation. Cleo talks back ✨ We're not building another finance app. We're building the world's first AI financial assistant, one that actually understands your money and makes you better at it, and we're changing the world's relationship with money in the process 💰 For everyone, whatever their background or balance. The proof: profitable, fast-growing, a unicorn with over $300M in ARR, and millions of people who now feel differently about their money. We love original thinkers who challenge the status quo. We move fast, tell the truth, and there's nowhere to hide from good work here. If that excites you more than it scares you, you'll fit right in. Follow us on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/cleo-ai/ for new features and the occasional roast 🔥 MEET THE TEAM Here at Cleo, we have ~200 Engineers organised into Pillars ✨ Our stack spans a Ruby on Rails monolith, a single React Native (TypeScript) app frontend, Python for machine learning services, and PostgreSQL, all hosted on AWS and shipped through Kubernetes - backend goes out multiple times a week, app releases to Google and Apple at least weekly. To thrive here, our engineers proactively use our Engineering Principles to guide daily decisions, take ownership of problems beyond their own squad to drive broader impact, and actively drive their own learning, development and growth. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring Senior Backend Engineers to join one of our cross-functional product squads - working closely with other engineers, designers, analysts, and product partners to build features that improve our users' financial health. We care far more about how you think than which language you've used before. Much of our product runs on Ruby today, but we deliberately hire polyglot engineers: if you've shipped meaningful product work in any modern stack, you'll ramp quickly here. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Shape the direction of upcoming work - break down ambiguous problems with your squad and help drive projects from early discovery through to shipped impact - Build and evolve the APIs, data models, and business logic behind our product; no Ruby experience required, just strong fundamentals and sound judgement on trade-offs - Contribute to testing, observability, and experimentation, and help continuously raise the bar on developer experience and product quality - Drive high-impact initiatives such as our secured credit card, budgeting and financial insight features, and subscription/pricing experiments - Mentor engineers at your level and beyond, share knowledge generously, and help build a culture where people grow quickly and have real influence WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - An experienced engineer with solid fundamentals, having worked across any modern tech stack - the specific language matters less than your ability to reason clearly, learn quickly, and think in trade-offs - A track record of writing maintainable, thoughtful code and making sound technical decisions with minimal oversight - Comfortable working with Ruby, or confident you can ramp up quickly in it - deep Ruby experience isn't required - Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and data partners, with genuine curiosity about users and their problems - Experience mentoring or raising the bar for engineers around you, and contributing positively to team culture - Motivated by Cleo's mission - you care about building products that genuinely improve people's financial health - Alignment with our engineering principles https://web.meetcleo.com/blog/cleo-engineering-principles - autonomy, accountability, pragmatism, and building things that matter WHAT WE OFFER We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements. We can't do that without building a brilliant, genuinely diverse team - and making sure our hiring process gives everyone a fair shot, running a fair and transparent recruitment process in which every candidate is considered on their merits. We're glad to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. If there's anything we can do to support you in showing us your best, please let your recruiter or one of the team know. We may use AI-assisted tools during the recruitment process to take support the team in different ways like taking notes or referring back to conversations. Location: United States As a Blockchain Engineer at Ondo, you will help design our smart contract systems - not just the contracts themselves, but how they're deployed, secured, monitored, and managed across their entire lifetime, and how they connect to the people and products that depend on them. You'll design secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract solutions across many blockchain ecosystems powering Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. But the harder and more important part of this role is everything around the contract: keeping it secure from deploy through every day it's live, building tooling that lets non-technical teammates safely view and manage on-chain state, and creating automated systems that take manual, error-prone work off the table. You'll think about how a smart contract design decision ripples outward, to the web app, to the teams operating the system day to day, and ultimately to our end users. You'll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, web, and ops to make sure contracts are technically sound, regulatorily aligned, and genuinely operable by the teams who rely on them day to day. Throughout, you'll favor simple, elegant designs that let us move quickly and safely. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance by building the systems that bring real-world assets on-chain, and by making those systems something a whole organization can build on with confidence. Responsibilities Smart Contract System Design : Contribute to the architecture of smart contract systems for Ondo's evolving product suite — covering new chain deployments, novel DeFi interoperability and bridging solutions, and DeFi protocols — with security, operability, and long-term maintainability designed in from the start. Lifecycle Security & Operations: Help ensure contract security not just at deploy but across the full lifetime of the system — including upgrade safety, administrative controls, and the operational guardrails that keep things safe as they evolve. Tooling & Automation: Build tooling and automated systems that let non-technical teammates safely view, monitor, and manage contracts without writing scripts or touching raw chain operations directly. Cross-Functional Integration: Connect smart contract design to the rest of the product — helping the web team integrate cleanly, helping operational teams monitor and manage without direct scripting, and ensuring design decisions flow sensibly through to end users. Collaborative Execution: Work closely with senior engineers and leadership on high-impact blockchain projects, contributing sound technical decisions aligned with long-term goals. Requirements Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones. Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, verbal and written. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of software engineering experience. 1+ years in blockchain engineering, ideally from another DeFi protocol live on multiple chains. Strong competency with Solidity; exposure to non-EVM smart contract languages a plus — particularly Solana. Demonstrated ability to design systems , not just contracts — including tooling, automation, security across the contract lifecycle, and the integration points between contracts, applications, and operational teams. Proven results building and scaling a DeFi protocol. Python and/or TypeScript experience preferred (for building tooling and automation). Strong technical grasp and excellent judgment on task prioritization. Strong emphasis on understanding the "why" behind requirements and a commitment to defining the "minimum scope." What we offer Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation. Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO). Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices. A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap. Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.

The role shapes how GitLab shows up across social channels, connecting our company, product, and employer stories, to build meaningful engagement with customers, users, contributors, candidates, and industry audiences. Expect to set clear priorities, guide execution, and use insights to strengthen GitLab's voice and business impact. You'll own the outcomes of GitLab's social function — strategy, budget, team development, tooling, and results — and serve as GitLab's senior-most voice on social strategy with executive stakeholders. This is a player-coach role. You'll set the strategy and stay close enough to the work to write, build, and ship alongside the team. Two Social Media Managers report to the head of corporate communication and work with you on a dotted-line basis. You'll set their strategic direction, raise the editorial and craft bar, and develop them as practitioners, including goal-setting, feedback, and career development in partnership with their manager. What you’ll do Own the performance of GitLab's social function and its contribution to marketing and business goals. Lead GitLab's global organic social media strategy, channel plans, and editorial priorities. Own GitLab's YouTube strategy end to end — channel architecture, programming and series development, long- and short-form video, packaging (titles, thumbnails, metadata), search and recommendation optimization, and subscriber and watch-time growth. Partner with Growth Marketing on paid social, including briefing creative, aligning organic and paid on shared audiences and messaging, informing boosting and amplification decisions, and connecting paid performance back to organic strategy. Develop clear, audience-focused campaigns that support company, product, brand, and talent goals. Guide content planning and publishing across social channels while maintaining a consistent GitLab voice. Own the social media budget, tooling stack, and agency, freelance, and production partner relationships. Partner with teams across Marketing, Communications, Product, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and other functions to plan and deliver social programs. Build processes that support effective collaboration in GitLab's all-remote, asynchronous environment. Use social listening, audience insights, and performance data to improve content and inform broader marketing decisions. Lead the measurement framework for social — KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence — and report performance and learnings to marketing and executive leadership. Partner with DevRel on community engagement to help GitLab participate in relevant industry conversations with a clear, useful point of view. Build and run creator, influencer, and advocacy programs, including developer creators, GitLab community contributors, and team member advocacy. Own GitLab's employee advocacy program — grow participation across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Talent, equip team members with content worth sharing, and measure reach, engagement, and contribution to brand and talent goals. Partner with Communications and Talent Acquisition on enablement, and manage the advocacy platform and its adoption. Support executive and expert social presence, partnering with Communications to help GitLab leaders and technical experts show up credibly on social, including constructive conversations with C-suite executives about proposed content. Apply AI tools thoughtfully across the social workflow to help GitLab model what an AI-native marketing team looks like. Prepare for and guide responses to sensitive or fast-moving issues in partnership with the appropriate teams. What you’ll bring 10+ years in social media, including at least 5 years leading social strategy for a global brand at the senior manager level or above, and accountable for the function's results. Experience owning a social function end to end, including strategy, budget, headcount, tooling, and results as the accountable leader. Experience leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional programs, with clear ownership of and accountability for outcomes. Depth in YouTube strategy, including owning and growing a brand or business channel, and can speak to programming decisions, video formats, packaging, and the metrics that actually move a channel. Hands-on experience growing LinkedIn and X as primary channels, with judgment about what content, format, and cadence work on each. Experience with paid social programs and how organic and paid social reinforce each other, including creative for paid, audience strategy, and interpreting paid performance data. Experience connecting social media programs to broader brand, communications, product, or business priorities. Strong editorial judgment and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content. Fluency with short-form and long-form video as core social formats, including working with production partners and creators. Experience defining a measurement framework for social, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence, and presenting performance, learnings, and recommendations to executive leadership on a standing basis. Experience building or scaling an employee advocacy program, including driving adoption across multiple functions, sustaining participation beyond launch, and reporting attributed reach and business contribution Fluency with an enterprise social stack for publishing, listening, and advocacy. Ours is Sprout Social, Meltwater, and EveryoneSocial. Experience running social programs across multiple regions and languages, and judgment about what to localize versus centralize. Skill in managing multiple priorities and making sound decisions in fast-moving situations. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. Location: Mexico City SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT | LATAM Our Solutions Architecture team connects business priorities with practical technical solutions, helping customers understand how Chainalysis can support their most important objectives. In this role, you will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey. You will turn complex requirements into clear recommendations, help customers envision how our products fit into their operating environment, and guide them toward measurable business outcomes. As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis solutions and the problems our customers are trying to solve. You'll explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. You'll also build practical, customer-specific solutions that support deployment, integration, adoption, and long-term value. In this role, you'll: - Serve as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. - Take ownership of customer outcomes across the full lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance program delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion. - Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria. - Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths. - Articulate Chainalysis capabilities in a way that is relevant to each customer's compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security environment. - Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives that show how Chainalysis can address customer priorities. - Conduct blockchain investigations, deliver compliance and regulatory guidance, and build technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows. - Develop AI-assisted workflows that accelerate and automate investigations, analysis, and customer processes, adapted to each customer's operating model, data, controls, and risk framework. - Design automation that fits into existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security operations rather than requiring customers to redesign how they work. - Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and fit-for-purpose technical patterns. - Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integration considerations. - Drive platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities and identifying new use cases. - Identify creative, responsible approaches to difficult customer problems, while balancing speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and measurable impact. - Build trust through sound technical judgment, clear communication, reliable execution, and a strong understanding of the customer's business. - Assemble the technical evidence base, including outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals, that supports quarterly impact reporting and renewal conversations. - Build customer capability and self-sufficiency rather than creating ongoing dependence on the Solutions Architecture team. - Own the feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering, translating field insights and feature requirements into product improvements and bringing those improvements back to customers. - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, meeting them at their current level of crypto-maturity and partnering with them to advance their understanding, processes, and outcomes. - Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences. - Contribute to the wider Solutions Architecture team through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and better ways of working. We're looking for candidates who have: - Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management. - Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to different audiences. - Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders. - A creative, structured, and investigative approach to solving challenging customer problems. - Comfort working with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly. Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable. - The curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time; you do not need to arrive with a complete technical stack, but you should enjoy investigating how things work and building the skills to solve new problems. - The ability to operate effectively when requirements are ambiguous, information is incomplete, or the best path forward has not yet been defined. - A collaborative, generous approach to working with others, including a willingness to share knowledge, seek input, and improve team practices. - A demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes, not simply technical activity or product usage. - An interest in blockchain and a desire to keep building your understanding of the technology, the market, and the customers we serve. AI at Chainalysis AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it. AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before. About Chainalysis Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services.
