About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives in the top of the funnel. This is a hands-on, sourcing-first role focused on building and owning talent pipelines across the US, LATAM, and APAC — with the heaviest emphasis on APAC, where our fastest hiring growth is happening and where deep market knowledge is hardest to buy.
You will spend the majority of your time proactively identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent — not processing inbound applications. You will map markets, build long-term talent communities, and become the person hiring managers come to when they need to know who’s out there. If you are energized by outreach that actually lands, by knowing a market better than anyone else in the room, and by building pipelines before the req even opens, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactive Sourcing (Core Focus):
Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, Maimai, BOSS Zhipin, referrals, alumni networks, and crypto-native communities.
APAC Pipeline Building:
Serve as the sourcing engine for APAC hiring. Develop deep talent maps across key hubs — Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, and India — and build region-specific outreach strategies that account for local platforms, languages, notice periods, and compensation norms.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
Produce competitor org maps, talent availability reports, and compensation benchmarks by region. Translate market data into practical guidance that shapes role scoping, level calibration, and hiring plans.
Candidate Engagement & Conversion:
Write and test outreach that gets replies. Own the candidate experience from first touch through handoff, running screens that assess motivation, mobility, and fit while keeping candidates warm through long hiring cycles.
Pipeline Ownership & Nurture:
Build and maintain evergreen pipelines and talent communities for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Keep silver-medalist and passive-candidate pools active so we are never starting from zero when a req opens.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional HR teams across time zones. Run intake and calibration sessions, share pipeline reviews, and set realistic expectations grounded in market reality.
Sourcing Data & Reporting:
Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics — outreach volume, response rate, screen-to-submit, submit-to-onsite, and pipeline health by region. Use the data to redirect effort toward the channels that convert.
Employer Brand in Market:
Represent OKX to passive talent. Support regional recruiting events, meetups, and community engagement, and help position OKX as the destination employer in crypto across every market you cover.
What We Look For In You
3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing experience, with a demonstrable track record of building pipelines from scratch rather than working inbound applicant flow.
Hands-on APAC sourcing experience strongly preferred — you have hired into at least one major APAC market and understand its platforms, candidate behavior, and hiring norms.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions and time zones, ideally including US and LATAM alongside APAC.
Advanced sourcing toolkit: Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portfolio platforms, and region-specific channels. Comfortable finding talent where it is not looking for you.
Strong written outreach skills — you can craft personalized, high-response messaging at volume.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing CRMs; disciplined about data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
crypto, Web3, or fintech recruiting experience; additional language capability relevant to APAC markets (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa); experience building talent communities or running sourcing jams and hiring events.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.
You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our San Francisco headquarters, working standard US business hours.
What you'll do
Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
What you need
4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
Bonus if you
You’re located within San Francisco Bay Area (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture. This role primarily works on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. NOTE: This is an active job posting for non-US candidates and requires an overlap of at least 5 hours with the PST (UTC-8) time zone. There is a separate posting for US candidates on the Clipboard Careers page.
Role overview:
The Collections Account Manager (CAM) role is a critical role on the Billing team here at Clipboard, and this team ensures the successful management of billing processes for our biggest and most valuable workplace customers, who tend to also be more complex and risky. You will be a vital resource for workplaces, resolving billing issues, maintaining accurate invoicing, and managing financial relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts, addressing billing concerns and ensuring timely invoice payments.
- Conducting high volumes of outbound calls to connect with customers about past-due account balances and resolve them.
- Navigating negotiations and evaluate tradeoffs between risk mitigation and growth potential when making decisions.
- Resolving customer invoice disputes and other billing-related issues.
- Managing customer payments and remittances.
- Building trust with providers and healthcare executives through strong financial acumen.
- Clearly articulating the billing processes and educate stakeholders on invoicing procedures.
- Gathering and relaying feedback to improve billing systems and processes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute billing-related initiatives and trials.
Quick background on Billing:
There’s much to explain to paint the full picture of the Billing machine, but ultimately the core goal is to optimize the speed with which our customers pay us while maintaining their overall experience with us as a vendor. We want to collect money as fast as possible and minimize losses, while preserving the customer experience, in service of reliably converting revenue into cash (the lifeline of a capital-intensive business like ours). This in a way is “ensuring high-quality growth” for the company.
Although Clipboard provides a service where workplaces can find qualified professionals to fill shifts, we are in many ways a lending company at our core since we pay professionals immediately after they work a shift. For illustrative purposes: a nurse works a shift → we pay the nurse $100 immediately with our cash → the workplace pays us $120 a month later. We extend debt to workplaces using cash we borrow, with interest, from an Asset-Backed Line (ABL) of credit – workplaces use that debt to pay their staffing costs, and we expect to be paid back by the workplaces at a later date based on agreed-upon net terms.
The point is: Billing is doing the critical work of actually converting our revenue into cash that we put in the bank. Otherwise, money we cannot collect is money we’ve burned. We consistently fight a multi-faceted battle: a battle wherein we must maximize the speed at which we recognize revenue, maximize the margin associated with each shift, and maximize the customer experience, all without letting one unduly impact the other. Optimizing collections is critical to make sure Clipboard is generating sustainable, high-quality growth and turning top-line revenue into cash that we use to service or grow other parts of the business.
Though the CAM role lives in the realm of finance and numbers, you don’t need to be skilled in finance or accounting – while it’d be a plus, we expect you to learn the basics along the way.
Success factors for this role:
- Extreme ownership: Take full responsibility for managing billing issues and solutions.
- Curiosity: Investigate and understand the root cause of billing problems so that you can identify the best solution.
- Scrappiness: Find innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and maintain progress.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay
- Unlimited PTO
- Fully remote
- Opportunity to make a significant impact with healthcare customers
Hiring plan:
1. Application
2. Case Study
3. Case Study Interview
4. Interview(s) with our CAM team
5. Offer!
System requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).
- Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection.
- Wired headset for clear communication.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Stable power and internet connectivity.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Sales Lead, Canada Public Sector at Anthropic, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI across the Canadian public sector. You'll leverage your deep understanding of Canadian government operations and consultative sales expertise to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to customers, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities. In collaboration with GTM, product, and marketing teams, you'll help refine our approach to the Canadian public-sector market while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance. This is a national role anchored in the National Capital Region, supporting the Government of Canada, provincial/territorial governments, Canada's national security and defence community, crown corporations, and the broader public sector.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business and revenue growth across the Canadian public sector, with the Government of Canada as the primary focus and provincial/territorial governments, crown corporations, and the broader public sector as secondary coverage, owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment
Navigate how the Government of Canada buys cloud and AI services, including software licensing supply arrangements, federal cloud brokering, resale through Canadian partners, consumption via cloud provider marketplaces, competitive tendering, and Indigenous procurement considerations
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across the Government of Canada, including departmental Chief Information Officers and Chief Data Officers, senior program executives, central agency and procurement stakeholders, and mission owners, becoming a trusted advisor on AI capabilities and implementation
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with departmental mandates and modernization initiatives, positioning Anthropic early in major programs to shape requirements before they are finalized
Navigate Canadian security and compliance requirements, including data classification levels, federal security control profiles, assessment and authorization, data-residency requirements, and personnel security clearances
Coordinate closely with cloud service providers and system integrators to ensure successful deployment and integration
Represent Anthropic at Canadian public-sector and partner events, including industry days, conferences, and cloud provider events, raising Anthropic's profile through speaking engagements and community engagement
Provide detailed market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams to ensure our offerings meet Canadian public-sector requirements, including responsible-AI obligations under the Treasury Board Directive on Automated Decision-Making and the Algorithmic Impact Assessment
Create and maintain sales playbooks specific to Canadian public-sector use cases and procurement processes
Generate pipeline and own territory and account planning across your assigned Canadian public-sector accounts, maintaining hands-on engagement with key accounts
Collaborate across teams to ensure coordinated delivery of commitments and maintain appropriate documentation of customer engagements, engaging bilingually (English/French) with federal institutions and Quebec public-sector customers where required
You may be a good fit if you have:
7+ years of enterprise sales experience in the Canadian public sector, the majority selling to the Government of Canada, with a proven track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies
Deep understanding of federal department and agency mandates, challenges, and technology needs, with working knowledge of provincial/territorial and broader public-sector buyers
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic account leadership with hands-on sales execution
Familiarity with how the Government of Canada buys and secures cloud and AI services, with the judgment to navigate these processes alongside partners, capture, and deal teams
Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing large, complex, long-cycle public-sector deals
Ability to be based in the National Capital Region, with travel across Canada as needed
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada personnel security clearance (Reliability Status; Secret an asset)
Executive presence and relationship-building skills across all levels, from technical teams to senior agency leadership (ADM/DG)
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including cloud providers and system integrators
Professional working proficiency in French, sufficient to support Quebec public-sector engagement and bilingual delivery of customer-facing material
Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail in execution
A passion for safe and ethical AI development, with the ability to articulate its importance in government contexts

Required field of study:

Minimum years of experience:

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Descript's Research team builds the models behind the product's most distinctive features: Video Regenerate and lipsync, video translation, zero-shot voice and roomtone cloning, and Studio Sound. We don't build general-purpose generative models. We pick specific problems in the editing workflow and build specialized models for them. This isn't research for its own sake. Everything we build is meant to ship, and most of it has, going from prototype to a production feature used by millions of creators within months.
This role is focused on multimodal understanding: training models to perceive edited media the way a human video editor does. Underlord, our AI editing agent, reasons about a project largely through a textual representation of it. Giving it direct perception of the media it's working on is what will let it judge its own output and reason about the creative choices in an edit, not just the structure of a project. It's also an open research problem, since there's no settled way to represent or evaluate editorial craft, whether a cut lands or whether the pacing works. We have a unique dataset to work with.
Some recent work from the team:
Audio editing by latent inpainting
: regenerating a masked span of speech
Video Regenerate
: regenerating a speaker's lower face to match new or translated audio
Jumpcut Smoothing
: generating a bridge across a cut so the join plays like a continuous take
Anchored Tree Sampling
: tree-based imputation that bounds drift in long video generation
PoDAR
: disentangling power from semantics in audio latents to make them easier to model
More at
descript.com/research
.
What you'll do
Multimodal understanding:
build vision-language systems that let Descript's agentic editing features reason over the visual and audio content of a project.
Evaluation:
design the benchmarks and evals that make editorial quality measurable, and that balance quality against cost and latency.
Data:
build the datasets your work depends on, including synthetic data generation where real examples don't exist at scale.
Training:
train specialized models from scratch or fine-tune existing foundation models, whichever gets the capability we need.
Shipping:
take models from prototype to production with the agent and engineering teams.
Direction-setting:
identify the next research direction that should become a Descript feature, not just a paper. More senior candidates should expect to own this directly; more junior candidates will grow into it.
Publishing:
take your work to academic venues if you'd like. We support it, but it isn't a requirement of the role.
What you bring
Required
Proven ability to design and implement deep learning algorithms, demonstrated by publications, open-source work, or models you've shipped.
Strong programming skills and deep fluency in PyTorch.
A track record of generating new ideas in machine learning. You produce more ideas than you can implement, and once an experiment setup is established, you can run and evaluate many of them quickly rather than being bottlenecked on infrastructure.
Strong experimental judgment. You test ideas fast, and you're honest with yourself and the team about which ones don't pan out.
Clear written and verbal communication, including when a direction isn't working, so the team doesn't waste time following a lead that's already dead.
A PhD or Master's in deep learning or a related field, or equivalent experience. We care about the track record more than the credential.
At least one of the following must be true:
Lead or first author of an accepted publication in a top venue: CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or similar.
Played a key role in shipping a production feature with deep learning as a core component.
More senior candidates (Senior and Staff) should also bring a track record of owning research direction rather than executing a plan handed to them, and experience mentoring or technically leading other researchers or engineers.
Where breadth helps
Direct experience in multimodal understanding is welcome but not required, and we don't require domain-specific expertise in computer vision or speech and audio. Our team spans both, and strong general deep learning ability transfers. We hire against the bar above, and then expect you to grow into the domain. Depth in any of these is a strong signal:
Vision-language models and multimodal understanding.
Generative modeling for video, audio, or images.
Post-training, fine-tuning, and RL on large foundation models.
Building evaluation systems for generative or agentic outputs where metrics resist clean definitions.
Taking a research idea through to a shipped, production-facing feature.
Compensation and benefits
Base salary range: $197,000–$262,500, plus equity and benefits. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and level, and may vary from the amount above.
