Senior Software Engineer - Session Replay
The Opportunity:
The Session Replay squad is building a new Grafana Cloud product that helps our customers to understand what users actually experienced when something goes wrong.
Session Replay
connects frontend signals (errors, performance, synthetic checks) to concrete session-level evidence, enabling faster and more confident investigation of production issues.
This team works at the intersection of:
frontend observability,
backend data processing and storage at scale,
debugging workflows across products,
privacy and access control,
performance and cost constraints at scale.
Session Replay
is still early, which means you’ll help shape both what we build and how it fits into Grafana Cloud. A key part of our next phase is evolving the backend architecture of capturing sessions, including a migration toward columnar/analytical solution as a primary storage and query engine for high-volume session data.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who are passionate about working with data and providing seamless experiences for our customers to join our growing team! Our stack is Golang, Typescript and React, but we build tools for people using many other stacks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will operate as a technical leader and systems thinker, driving both product direction and architectural evolution, specifically, you will:
Own end-to-end technical direction for Session Replay,
spanning frontend, backend, and data systems
Drive the evolution of our backend architecture, including:
Designing systems around columnar/analytical data storage for large-scale session data
Defining data models, ingestion pipelines, and query patterns
Lead the design of investigation workflows,
connecting replay with logs, metrics, traces and other telemetry across Grafana Cloud
Make high-leverage architectural decisions
that impact multiple teams and products
Partner with teams across Grafana (Frontend Observability, Synthetic Monitoring, Core Grafana) to build
cohesive cross-product experiences
Engage directly with customers
- joining calls, gathering structured feedback, and helping customers instrument and adopt Session Replay successfully.
Improve engineering standards, patterns, and operational practices within the team
Mentor engineers and help grow technical leadership within the team
Technologies you'll work with:
Go (backend services and APIs)
Columnar/Analytical data storage (core data storage and querying)
Object storage (S3, GCS, Azure Blob Storage) and MySQL
TypeScript / React (user-facing workflows)
Grafana ecosystem (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, etc.)
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are
comfortable working in a remote-first company
; communication is key.
For us, working together means being
collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful
. We operate by consensus. You can contribute to a discussion, disagree constructively, and commit to the team’s decision. You are able to communicate design decisions clearly in written and spoken English.
Ability to reason about data-intensive systems
(ingestion, storage, querying, cost trade-offs)
You are
comfortable owning features in ambiguous problem spaces
. We are a small team, working remotely, on a product that will be used by engineers all over the world – the ability to work on your own is crucial.
You have a good understanding of
a software development process that takes a user-centered approach
. You easily build an understanding of the users’ context and goals which will help you build the right solution with the maximum value.
You enjoy
working on complex solutions
– Grafana is a highly technological solution and has avid followers who rely on it every day and who care deeply about their workflows. You value code maintainability, readability & automation.
You use
AI tools as a natural part of your engineering workflow
- whether for accelerating exploration, code review, or reasoning through design tradeoffs - and you're thoughtful about where they help and where they don't.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with columnar/analytical databases
Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, etc.).
Experience building debugging or developer-focused tools.
Familiarity with privacy, security, and access control in data-heavy systems
Experience working on performance-sensitive systems (large datasets, real-time queries, session data)
Compensation & Rewards:
In the United States, the Base compensation range for this role is USD
154,445

We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.

We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You’ll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It’s a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you’ll help us reach it.
As an Account Executive you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts to drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, deal close, and deployment ; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8-12+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprises negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus.
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you’ll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization’s technology landscape
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences
Additional Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the enterprise landscape, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of Fortune 2000 operations.

Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for three Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). This internship will take place from Jan 25 - Apr 16 and you will need to be able to work out of our NY or SF office during this time.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Mobile devices have reshaped personal computing—the power of a desktop now fits in our pockets. By giving everyone the building blocks to create their own tools, we'll solve more problems wherever we go. A delightful, intuitive mobile experience: that's our guiding light, and we need Android and iOS engineers to make it a reality.
During your 12-week internship, you will be paired with a mentor that will help guide you as you work closely with our team to build and ship impactful projects. These projects will drive valuable impact to our customers and engineers. Take a look at what our past intern cohort worked on with our Blog post here https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Intern-Spotlight-d0260c4e2317490db89f367d95cb4e68 and here https://www.notion.so/blog/saluting-notions-winter-interns and TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@notionhq/video/7216440106356395306?lang=en post.

- You are able to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- This internship will take place from Jan - Apr and you will need to be able to work out of our SF or NY office during this time.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Thoughtful problem-solving: For you, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, by yourself or with teammates. You're comfortable asking for help when you get stuck.
- Put users first: You think critically about the implications of what you're building, and how it shapes real people's lives. You understand that reach comes with responsibility for our impact—good and bad.
- Not ideological about technology: To you, technologies and programming languages are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you're not ideological and can learn new technologies as you go.
- Empathetic communication: You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
- Team player: For you, work isn't a solo endeavor. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You're proficient with any part of our technology stack: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Dagger, Swift, React, TypeScript, Postgres.
- You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we're big fans of their work.
- You have interests outside of technology, such as in art, history, or social sciences.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Inference business works differently from a typical software business. What we can sell is capped by GPU fleet capacity, and what we earn depends on the blended cost of the GPUs serving each workload. Both can change week to week.
This role sits between the people who run the fleet and the people who sell it. You will be the person who can answer, at any point in the quarter, three questions with real numbers behind them:
1. What do we have to sell?
2. What should we sell it for?
3. What do we make when we do?
You will own the commercial data, models, processes, and operating cadence behind these decisions, partnering closely with the Head of Digital Native Sales and serving as the commercial operating lead across Sales, Data Science, Inference Infrastructure, Finance, and Product.
This is a build role. Little of the commercial infrastructure you need exists today.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Capacity and demand
- Build and own an end-to-end inference demand forecast combining pipeline, contracted commitments, and consumption trends into a forward-looking view of expected demand.
- Combine capacity signals with pipeline demand to show what is available to sell and surface shortages, unused capacity, and supply-demand mismatches.
- Translate customer requirements into structured inputs that Data Science and Inference Infrastructure can use to assess workload impact and feasibility, and help prioritize opportunities by revenue, margin, fit, timing, and strategic value.
Pricing and margin
- Publish regular updates to GTM and Finance on available supply and recommended price, informed by market rates for provisioned throughput and per-token pricing.
- Partner with Finance and Pricing to build rate cards, target prices, price floors, and discount guardrails GTM can act on.
- Build and own margin sensitivity models showing how workload, utilization, contract structure, and discounting affect deal and portfolio economics.
Data infrastructure and GTM telemetry
- Build the commercial telemetry for Inference: usage, consumption patterns, expansion, churn signals, and other leading indicators of revenue.
- Connect capacity and usage data with pipeline, contracts, pricing, and revenue, and build self-serve reporting that helps GTM, Finance, and leadership make capacity, pricing, and prioritization decisions.
- Partner with Finance on long-range planning for Inference, connecting demand forecasts to capacity and capex planning.
Core revenue operations
- Own territory design, ICP definition, data-driven targeting, pipeline management, forecasting, and compensation plan design for the Inference and Digital Native segment.
- Track competitive dynamics across inference providers and adjacent players, turning them into pricing and positioning input.
Cross-functional leadership
- Drive alignment across Sales, Data Science, Inference Infrastructure, Finance, and Product on demand, capacity, pricing, and economics.
- Ensure customer demand reaches technical teams early enough to inform capacity decisions, and build a structured feedback loop from requests, adoption patterns, blocked deals, and losses into Product and Engineering.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Required skills and competencies
- Experience in revenue operations, business operations, strategic finance, or investment banking in a business where cost of goods is real and variable — cloud infrastructure, compute, telco, logistics, or similar. Pure SaaS RevOps is not a fit on its own.
- Strong SQL and comfort building your own data models: raw tables to dashboard, without waiting on a data team.
- Demonstrated ability to build unit economics and margin models that other functions trust and use.
- Enough technical fluency to hold a real conversation with infrastructure engineers about GPUs, utilization, serving efficiency, and capacity — or clear evidence you can get there fast.
- Comfort operating with incomplete data, with a bias toward shipping a rough answer this week over a perfect one next quarter.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence technical and commercial teams without direct authority.
Ideal additional skills and competencies
- Familiarity with the inference market: provisioned throughput, per-token pricing, batch vs. real-time serving, and how the major providers price.
- Experience with consumption- or usage-based revenue models.
- Salesforce, BigQuery, and BI tooling (we use Metabase).
- Having sat between a technical team and a commercial team before, trusted by both sides.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're looking for a staff product engineer — not a generalist who happens to touch frontend and backend, but someone who thinks like a product owner and ships like an engineer.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
End-to-end ownership
You take on the problems nobody's claimed — the ones that span squads with no obvious owner — and carry them from a fuzzy first conversation to what's actually live. If it touches the customer, it's yours to chase down.
Comfort in ambiguity
Half-formed problems and conflicting signals are your starting material, not a blocker. You define the problem before you solve it, form a point of view on what's worth building, and move without waiting for someone else to de-risk the call.
Customer-first, always
You think from the customer's problem backward, not the codebase forward. Every technical call traces back to what it does for the person on the other end of the message — and you can explain that connection to people who don't write code. Given the choice, you ship the thing that changes their experience, not the thing that's merely elegant.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done"
You retire practices that have outlived their usefulness, including ones you helped build. Best practices matter — but never more than forward motion.
Force multiplication
Shipping your part isn't the bar. You bring in the right people before a problem becomes theirs to clean up, and you leave enough behind — docs, patterns, delegation — that the team keeps moving without you in the room.
What You'll Do
Own important, ambiguous problems from initial framing through launch and iteration. Set direction, align partners, and stay accountable for the result.
Partner with product, design, and data to shape priorities, scope the work, and define how success will be measured.
Lead technical decisions across the stack, including architecture, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Lead work across teams and systems. Build alignment, resolve technical disagreements, and keep complex initiatives moving.
Improve engineering practices through mentorship, reusable patterns, and clear technical guidance.

Video is one of the most powerful ways we bring the Figma brand to life, and we are building the function to match that ambition. As a Video Strategist, you will define what video does for this brand and build the operation that delivers it: the strategy, the franchises people come back for, the production model behind them, and eventually the team that runs it all. You will sit within Brand Marketing and partner closely with design, creative, comms, product marketing, community, and advocacy to turn complex product and customer stories into work people want to watch and share.
This is a rare combination. Figma is a beloved brand with a creative community that already wants to hear from us, and a video function that is still yours to build.
This is a full time role based in San Francisco or New York hub, or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Set the strategy: Define the role video plays across brand, social, editorial, product launch, community, and event moments. Own the format architecture and the prioritization framework that decides what we make and what we pass on
Build franchises: Create and run a portfolio of recurring video programs that compound audience over time, alongside the campaign and launch work. Own the development pipeline for new formats and the call to renew, evolve, or retire a series
Build the engine: Decide what we produce in-house, what goes to agencies and directors, and what we source from creators, with the economics behind each. Own the video budget and vendor relationships, and build the standards we are missing today around briefing, review, rights, and asset reuse
Lead the craft: Set and hold the quality bar for video made anywhere under the Figma brand. Write and approve briefs, run creative reviews, and enable cross-functional teams producing their own video with guardrails and coaching rather than gatekeeping
Measure what matters: Partner with our Brand Marketing Technologist to define what good looks like for each format and franchise, instrument it, and report it in a way that changes what we make next
Grow the team: Lead, hire, and develop the video team and the external bench, and make the case for the resourcing the strategy requires
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years across video, brand storytelling, editorial, content strategy, or production leadership, including several years leading a video function or team
A track record creating and running recurring video franchises that outlasted a single season and grew an audience
Experience owning a production model end to end: the in-house versus agency versus creator call, a real budget, and the partner relationships behind it
People leadership. You have hired, developed, and given hard feedback to producers, editors, or an external bench
Fluency across the format spectrum, from social-first short-form to long-form storytelling, launch films, and customer narratives, with clear opinions on what each format is good for
The ability to set a creative bar for work made by people who do not report to you, and to hold it without becoming the bottleneck
Comfort as the video voice in rooms with senior stakeholders, including the judgment to disagree productively and the measurement literacy to defend your decisions
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Hands-on editing or motion graphics ability. We are not hiring you to sit on a timeline, but craft fluency sharpens judgment and helps you move fast
Experience with live event and conference content at scale
Familiarity with music licensing, talent releases, and usage rights at volume
Experience building creator and influencer partnerships
Experience scaling video inside a company going through rapid growth or a brand evolution
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. As an Account Specialist, Growth, you’ll help very small business (VSB) customers and inbound prospects understand how 1Password can support their security and productivity needs. You’ll manage a high-volume book of business, guide customers through the sales process, and identify opportunities to expand their use of the 1Password platform. Reporting to the Manager of VSB Growth, this hybrid role is based in Toronto, Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from 1Password's Toronto office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days based on business needs.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales and activity targets
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Strong customer discovery, objection-handling, deal-management, and value-based selling skills
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Ability to prioritize effectively across inbound leads and existing accounts while building trust with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience handling customer inquiries through channels such as email, phone, and chat; familiarity with 1Password, security tools, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar platforms is an asset
What you can expect:
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of VSB customers and inbound prospects, developing a clear understanding of their goals, product usage, and growth opportunities
- Maintain a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, progressing opportunities from discovery through close and keeping forecasts accurate
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by closing new business and expansion opportunities, including seat growth, add-ons, and tier upgrades
- Lead discovery conversations, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, proposals, and pricing conversations
- Help customers understand and adopt 1Password by connecting their needs to relevant solutions and providing guidance throughout the buying process
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Onboarding, Legal, and other teams to remove blockers and support smooth deal progression
- Share customer feedback, objections, and common needs with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve the customer experience
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $55,000 CAD and $77,000 CAD and is commission-eligible. This role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

AGENTIC ENGINEERING PLATFORM ENGINEER
Developer Productivity · AI Coding Agents · Developer Platform
🎯 Your main goal will be to keep n8n operating as an AI-native engineering organization where agents are embedded across the development cycle; helping teams plan, build, test, review, learn, and improve.
You’ll do this by maintaining and evolving the platform foundations, tools, guardrails, and team processes that make agentic development safe, measurable, and sustainable. Working with Developer Platform, Security, AI/Agents, Architecture, and product engineering teams, you’ll help teams continuously adopt what works from frontier AI and make success visible through faster feedback loops, better quality, stronger resilience, and more learning from what we ship:
BUILD THE PAVED ROAD FOR AGENTIC DEVELOPMENT
- Define safe task categories for autonomous agents, including what they can attempt, what they should never touch, and where additional review is required.
- Design and implement isolated execution environments where agents can work without exposing secrets or accessing sensitive systems unnecessarily.
- Build pilot workflows that allow selected Linear issues to be picked up by agents, tested, and converted into useful draft PRs.
MAKE N8N'S MONOREPO AGENT-READY
- Create and maintain repo instructions, agent playbooks, ownership metadata, coding guidelines, and documentation that improve agent performance.
- Continuously improve developer workflows, repo structure, testability, and documentation based on where agents succeed, fail, or create reviewer friction.
- Partner with Architecture and senior engineers to define boundaries, dependencies, and areas where agents need more context or tighter constraints.
INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO ENGINEERING WORKFLOWS
- Integrate agentic workflows with Linear, GitHub, CI, test infrastructure, and developer review processes.
- Design PR evidence templates that help reviewers understand what changed, why, what tests ran, what risks remain, and where human judgment is needed.
- Partner with Security, AI/Agents, Developer Platform, and product engineering teams to define guardrails for sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions, and data handling.
MEASURE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ADOPTION
- Create benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate agent output quality, failure modes, test pass rates, review burden, and production risk.
- Define quality signals and adoption metrics such as draft PR usefulness rate, reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate, and developer satisfaction.
- Use data and feedback from pilot teams to improve agent workflows, reduce unsafe attempts, and build trust across engineering.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🧠 Autonomous coding agents: You have experience with autonomous coding agents, AI coding platforms, agent orchestration systems, or internal AI developer tooling.
- 🤖 Agentic development experience: You have practical experience building, deploying, or operating AI-assisted or agentic software development workflows that work with developers not besides them.
- 🛠️ Strong engineering foundations: You have a strong software engineering background, ideally in platform engineering, developer experience, infrastructure, tooling, CI/CD, or engineering productivity.
- 🧭 Ambiguity leadership: You’re comfortable leading a first-of-a-kind technical initiative from problem definition through pilot, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
- 🔁 Modern engineering workflows: You deeply understand GitHub, CI, testing strategies, code review, monorepos, issue tracking, developer environments, and release risk.
- 🔐 Safety-first judgment: You have strong judgment around permissions, secrets, sandboxing, sensitive code paths, and human-in-the-loop review.
- 📊 Measurable systems thinking: You know how to design benchmarks, quality signals, failure-mode tracking, and adoption metrics.
- ✍️ Clear written communication: You’re strong at writing repo instructions, playbooks, PR evidence templates, technical proposals, and alignment documents.
- 🤝 Cross-functional influence: You have credibility with senior engineers and can influence across Platform, Product Engineering, AI, Security, and Architecture without formal authority.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 📦 TypeScript monorepos: You have worked in a large TypeScript, Node.js, or JavaScript monorepo.
- ⚙️ Developer platforms: You have experience with GitHub Actions, Linear, automated testing infrastructure, preview environments, or internal developer platforms.
- 🛡️ Security-aware platform engineering: You have worked on sandboxing, secrets management, least-privilege access, or sensitive code ownership.
- 📏 AI evaluation: You have created evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or quality metrics for AI-generated code or automation systems.
- 🌍 Open-source communities: You have experience contributing to open-source or source-available projects with active developer communities.
- 🏢 B2B SaaS context: You understand environments where reliability, permissions, data handling, and customer trust are central.
- 🔗 Workflow automation: You’re familiar with workflow automation, integration platforms, AI orchestration, or developer-facing products.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll help define how autonomous AI agents become a trusted part of engineering inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI-native infrastructure companies. Your work will shape the platform foundations, safety model, evaluation framework, and developer workflows that determine whether agents can contribute meaningfully to production engineering without lowering the quality bar.
You’ll join a remote-first team with high autonomy, high visibility, and a strong builder mindset. Because this is a first-of-a-kind role, you’ll have the opportunity to set direction, influence engineering culture, and create learnings that may inform both internal engineering productivity and n8n’s external product thinking.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.

Head of Editorial
About the Role
Finom is looking for a Head of Editorial to own the words across the Finom experience.
We'll be direct with you, because we'd rather you hear it from us than discover it in the first week: our copy isn't good enough yet. It’s inconsistent, it's longer than it needs to be, it doesn't sound enough like us (which we’re still working out), it doesn't convert as well as we’d like, and errors make it through to publication.
That's the job. You'll own the voice, the style guide and the editorial review layer that makes top notch words systematic rather than accidental. You'll lead our copywriting team, develop them, and help them realise their potential. You'll do this by showing as well as telling: you'll show us what amazing looks like. And you'll set Finom's editorial AI strategy, deciding where generation, drafting and checking genuinely help, and where they don't belong at all.
You will own the English (not localisation, but you'll work closely with the people who do, because English is the source language), which means your standard becomes the ceiling for every market we operate in. Tighten the English and every language gets better.
This is a role for an exceptional editor. Not only a writer, though you'll need to be a strong one. The core of this job is taking someone else's draft and making it materially better, quickly, because you've established a strong standard that brings results. If you find that more satisfying than seeing your own byline, you'll enjoy this job a lot.
What You'll Be Doing
• Owning the words across the Finom experience: the standard, the voice and the final read
• Building and owning the style guide, and driving its adoption well beyond the Editorial team
• Establishing the editorial review layer: who reads what before it ships, against what criteria, and how nothing goes out with errors in it
• Leading and developing the copywriting team, giving direct and useful feedback, and hiring as the function grows
• Owning Finom's editorial AI strategy: where generation, drafting and checking are used, where they aren't, and what quality gates they have to pass
• Writing personally on key projects, campaigns and launches
• Coordinating across lifecycle, web, paid and social so that Finom's language is consistent everywhere a customer meets us
• Partnering with Product to make sure brand voice holds inside the product, not just in marketing
• Working closely with localisation partners so English source quality lifts every market
• Making copy work commercially: tightening, sharpening and testing so that writing converts rather than merely describes
• Building the intake and prioritisation model that lets a small team serve rising demand without the standard slipping
What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days: you've read everything, you know where the worst copy is and why, you've properly assessed the team you've inherited, and you understand where demand actually comes from. You have a diagnosis, not yet a plan. By 45 days: a first version of the style guide is in use, an editorial review layer is running, and errors have stopped reaching publication. By 60 days: intake and prioritisation are agreed with the teams generating demand, the voice is documented and being adopted outside Editorial, and your first AI-assisted workflows are live with quality gates that hold. By 6 months: Finom sounds like one company everywhere. Copy is tighter and converting better, with evidence. The writers on your team are visibly better than when you arrived. Editorial runs as a function rather than a queue.
Who You Are
• An outstanding and fast editor. You improve other people's writing without taking it over. You do it under deadline, without agonising
• A precise writer. Your English is exceptional. You cut rather than decorate
• Direct about quality. You can tell someone their draft isn't working, explain exactly why, and leave them wanting to fix it
• A brilliant documentor. You've created style guides, review processes or editorial standards where none existed
• Commercially literate. You treat copy as a lever, not only as craft, and you can point to writing that moved a number
• Genuinely cross-functional. You get good work shipped through other teams' processes, not just your own
• Comfortable with ambiguity. There's no style guide, no review process and no documented voice yet. You find that energising
Must-Haves
• Evidence that you can lead the editorial standard, whether through direct people management, mentoring other writers, or operating as a senior individual contributor with strong stakeholder influence. Experience managing and developing writers is highly valued.
• Experience producing high-volume marketing and conversion copy in a fast-moving tech or digital environment. In-house experience is preferred, but strong agency backgrounds are equally relevant where you’ve worked at pace across multiple channels.
• English at native level. Exceptional command of written English, since your work sets the quality ceiling for every localised market
• Demonstrable AI fluency in an editorial context. Not tool familiarity: evidence that you've set policy in practice, defined where AI isn't used, built the checking layer, and held quality as volume rose
• A track record of building editorial standards, style guides or review processes from scratch
• Experience developing writers who measurably improved
• Ability to work across marketing and product surfaces
• Based in an eligible EU location, the UK or Ireland
We're deliberately open on background. Editorial and journalism, brand and advertising copywriting, and B2B content marketing are all valid routes into this role. We care about the work and the judgement, not the job titles.
Nice-to-Haves
• Fintech, financial services or another regulated industry where precision genuinely matters
• Experience owning voice across both marketing and in-product copy
• Experience running a source-language function feeding multi-market localisation
• Experience building or managing a freelance writer network
Why Finom
Finom is building the financial platform European entrepreneurs actually want to use, in a category where almost every brand looks and sounds the same. Our customers rate us 4.8 on Trustpilot, higher than any other B2B banking player in Europe, so the product is genuinely good; the job in Brand is to make sure the way Finom reads and sounds matches it. That means an editorial function you get to build rather than inherit, an editorial AI strategy designed from a clean sheet at a moment when very few companies have worked this out properly, and real appetite at senior level for quality as a way to win rather than a cost line. If you've spent time somewhere the writing was tolerated rather than cared about, this will feel different.
Compensation & Benefits
This role sits at Job Level 6, which includes equity options under Finom's Incentive Plan, eligibility for the High Performance Bonus Plan, and a salary positioned within Finom's range for your location, level and job family, benchmarked to the 50th–75th market percentile.
Our Process
A 30-minute screen, a conversation with the VP of Brand, a three-hour editorial task with a follow-up discussion, a short cross-functional panel, a conversation with the writers you'd be leading, and a final interview with our CMO. We aim to move quickly and we'll tell you where you stand at every stage.

HEY THERE
You've spent the last few years as the analyst sitting alongside a mobile squad—close to the tracking, the experiments and the numbers behind their decisions. You've also been leading a small team as well for a while now, and you don't want to give up either half.
Good, because this role doesn't ask you to. You'll lead our squad analysts, and you'll also be the hands-on analyst for Monetization. Roughly half your week in each role, at least at the start. Stepping up to lead here doesn't mean handing the interesting work to someone else.
You'll be building solid data products, helping our Monetization team optimize conversion and revenue, but you'll also be responsible for ensuring that our product and engineering teams own the quality of the data they produce. Building this culture is a big part of what we're hiring for.
Let's shape the future of nutrition together and make Yazio the most successful nutrition app worldwide!
This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the UK.
YOUR MISSION
Our product generates billions of data points every month, and our development teams run hundreds of experiments a year. In your first year, you'll:
- Lead a small team of analysts embedded in our product squads. They're the ones measuring the impact of what engineering builds and helping figure out what comes next
- Be the analyst for Monetization yourself. You’ll handle tracking for new features, the experiments behind our conversion funnels and the reporting the squad runs on
- Set the example for how the work gets done. You'll write less production code than the analysts in your team, and the way you solve problems is what they'll pick up
- Set the data quality bar: what gets tested when data comes in, what gets tested once it's transformed, what gets tested in the reporting layer and what anomaly detection catches before a stakeholder spots it
- Move that responsibility upstream to the teams producing the data. Expect pushback from people who haven't had to think about it before
- Own the path from raw event data to curated, ready-to-use datasets in our self-service BI tool
- Take on the strategy side of squad analytics: how PMs and engineering managers use data when they make decisions
YOUR PROFILE
You'll feel at home here if:
- You've been the analyst inside a mobile product squad. Event tracking, funnel and user journey analysis, experiments. You plan around release cycles and handle old app versions as a matter of course
- You've managed analysts without stepping away from the work yourself
- Experimentation is where you're strongest. You’ve run plenty of A/B tests, and you can talk through bandits, quasi-experiments and where Bayesian and frequentist approaches part ways
- You've built a data quality regime. You've held a number back because it didn't reconcile, then gone and fixed whatever let it through
- You write SQL all day and Python when you need it, and dbt is how you transform data
- When you take an analysis to a PM, it comes with what you'd do next. And when a number turns out to be wrong, you say so and change the process that produced it
Bonus points for:
- Experience with subscription businesses, including the mobile gateway SDKs (App Store, Google Play)
- A strong statistics background
- Dagster or Airflow for scheduling
- Data catalogues like DataHub
OUR CORE TECH STACK
Here's what we run in production:
- Warehouse: Snowflake
- Transformation & orchestration: dbt, Dagster
- Experimentation: GrowthBook
- Self-service analytics: Omni
- ML workflows: Prefect
- GenAI: Claude
If you've worked with a cloud warehouse, dbt and an experimentation platform in some form, the patterns transfer. AI is part of how we work here: writing and checking code, summarizing data and keeping documentation current. We'd want you to be critical about what it gives back.
