About Ledger
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Ledger has secured digital assets for millions of people. Ledger Enterprise brings the same security to institutions. Banks, exchanges, custodians and stablecoin issuers use our platform to hold, move and govern digital assets on infrastructure they control: Vault for self-custody, HSM On-Premises for institutions that need keys inside their own perimeter, TradeLink for off-exchange settlement, and Multisig for on-chain governance.
You’ll work closely with Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal and Support, covering clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Join a young, international, driven team in one of Ledger’s fastest-growing areas.
What you’ll be doing:
You will own a portfolio of institutional clients from signature onward. That covers onboarding, integration, adoption, renewal and expansion. You will be their trusted advisor inside Ledger and their voice in our product roadmap.
- Own client relationships end to end. Be the primary contact for a portfolio of exchanges, banks, custodians and fintechs, and build relationships from operations teams up to C-level.
- Drive integration and adoption. Explain product features clearly, run workshops, and guide clients through technical integration together with our Solutions Engineers.
- Grow accounts. Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities such as new products, additional users, assets or entities. Own your expansion and retention targets.
- Negotiate renewals and contracts. Lead commercial discussions on renewals, amendments and pricing, working with Legal on terms.
- Shape the product. Turn client feedback into clear, prioritised input for Product and influence what we build next.
- Run the account rhythm. Lead QBRs, maintain account plans, keep the CRM accurate, and flag risks early.
- Represent Ledger. Meet clients on-site and at industry events across EMEA, with occasional travel.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in a similar account management or customer success role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise infrastructure software.
- Proven experience managing financial institution clients such as banks, asset managers, custodians or payment providers.
- A track record of upselling and expanding accounts against targets.
- Experience negotiating contracts and renewals with enterprise clients.
- Comfort with technical conversations: you can explain APIs, integration flows and security concepts without needing an engineer in every meeting.
- Hands-on experience with digital assets, or a clear and demonstrable interest in the space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You can adapt your message for a CISO, a head of operations or a CFO.
- A structured, self-driven way of working. You manage a portfolio without being chased.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to EMEA clients, such as MiCAR, DORA, the Travel Rule, the Basel crypto-asset standards, FINMA requirements, or Middle East regimes like VARA (Dubai) and ADGM.
- Familiarity with custody and key management concepts like MPC, HSMs and cold/warm/hot wallet setups.
- Additional languages, especially German, French or Arabic.
- Experience at a crypto-native firm, a bank’s digital asset desk or a custody provider.
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.
We’re committed to building an inclusive hiring process. If you need any adjustments or accommodations, just let us know, we’ll do our best to support you.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the team
Anthropic's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is the connective tissue that holds the company accountable to its security commitments. We translate regulatory, customer, and voluntary obligations into controls that teams act on, and give leadership a bird's-eye view of how well we're meeting them. We're building toward a fundamentally different kind of GRC: one that directs Claude, with the right humans in the loop, to challenge and evidence the performance of controls continuously rather than through periodic audits.
Within Security GRC, Compliance and Audit Programs (CAP) runs the integrated audit across our frameworks and maintains the Common Control Framework the program hangs off. This role sits in Compliance & Audit Programs and works one regime family, US public sector, from requirements through authorization and ongoing compliance, working alongside the public sector engineering pods rather than downstream of them.
About the role
You'll help drive the compliance programs that keep Anthropic's US government authorizations current: federal civilian (FedRAMP, including FedRAMP 20x for Claude Enterprise), Department of War (DoD impact levels, CMMC, NIST SP 800-171), and state and local (StateRAMP, TX-RAMP and agency requirements). You'll own the recurring cycles those authorizations run on (continuous monitoring, POA&M, annual assessments, significant changes), help build new authorizations as we add them, and keep every frontier model's authorizations current.
You'll turn government requirements into specific, testable requirements that engineering teams build against, review the evidence that comes back, and say so when a launch is not ready for a government boundary. You'll map US government requirements onto our Common Control Framework so the public sector view and the integrated audit view of the same control stay one framework. Building with Claude is a normal part of the job: mapping, evidence collection and reporting, with you deciding where human judgment stays in the loop.
This is an individual contributor role, working closely with a peer on US public sector compliance, for someone who works well independently, writes clearly, and gets satisfaction from a government authorization that holds up as the product changes underneath it.
Key responsibilities
Run the recurring compliance cycles for our US government authorizations (continuous monitoring, POA&M, annual assessments, SSP updates, significant changes and incident notifications), starting with C4G on Palantir FedStart and the NIST SP 800-171 assessment with Schellman
Co-own FedRAMP 20x work for Claude Enterprise, and help build new authorizations (first-party FedRAMP High, DoW impact levels, StateRAMP and TX-RAMP) with requirements and evidence work
Support model authorizations in GovCloud and Vertex for every model launch, as the GRC member of the Inference and model delivery pod
Translate government obligations into partner team requirements, for example vulnerability SLAs in our internal vulnerability reporting platform, and review the evidence
Answer public sector customer and deal questions (what a boundary allows, CUI, IRS Publication 1075, CJIS, ITAR), and handle questionnaires and RFIs until they move to Customer Trust
Map US government requirements onto the Common Control Framework with the Controls Assurance Lead and keep one source of truth for status
Build with Claude: automate mapping, evidence collection and reporting, and verify machine-drafted language before it becomes the record
Minimum qualifications
Several years in security compliance or IT audit with hands-on US government compliance for a cloud service (FedRAMP, DoD impact levels, CMMC or NIST SP 800-171, or StateRAMP), including the ongoing compliance cycle after authorization
Working command of the NIST SP 800-53 Moderate baseline and the mechanics of authorization: boundary definition, control implementation statements, assessment, continuous monitoring, POA&M and significant change
Experience writing requirements for engineering teams from a control baseline and reviewing the evidence that came back
Working knowledge of how a GovCloud or Vertex style government region differs from commercial, and what changes when a model, feature or region is added to an authorized boundary
Enough technical fluency to read a runbook, configuration or pipeline definition and judge whether it enforces the written control
Clear writing, because implementation statements and status reports are what assessors, engineers and leadership work from
Ability to get partner teams to prioritize and close compliance work without authority over them
Preferred qualifications
Have taken a service through FedRAMP High or DoD IL4 or IL5, or supported a service on classified networks
Have worked on a FedRAMP 20x pilot or built machine-readable evidence or reporting for an assessor
Have applied LLMs to compliance work such as control mapping, evidence testing or continuous evidence collection
Hold or are eligible for a US security clearance
Experience with state and local requirements such as StateRAMP, TX-RAMP, IRS Publication 1075 or CJIS
You don't need to
Have done everything on this list or worked every regime. The scarce combination is running a government authorization on its recurring cycle plus the judgment to tell whether a control actually works
Write production code. The bar is fluency sufficient to read, query and challenge
Hold every certification. CISSP, CISA, CGRC or similar are welcome and not required
Have prior AI industry experience
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the security policy partner for AI agent governance, authoring the policies and standards for how agents are built, deployed, operated
Define review and approval criteria when an agent may interact with sensitive or regulated data, and which actions require human approval as it relates to compliance frameworks
Serve as the GRC reviewer within existing engineering approval workflows
Define data governance requirements for agents, including least-privilege access, access reviews, and handling of regulated and sensitive data
Monitor agent behavior over time and adapt governance requirements in partnership with cross-functional security, research and engineering teams
Map agent security and data controls to AI governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act), strengthening Anthropic's certification efforts ensuring agent security is auditable
Assess and document agent-related security and compliance risks, driving them to resolution with engineering owners
Own the policy for agent-related risk acceptances and exceptions, including approval authority, duration and re-review
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years in security governance, risk, and compliance, including ownership of security policies and control standards at a technology company
Have owned or meaningfully supported efforts to compartmentalize sensitive data, PII, or intellectual property, and understand how identity and access mechanisms implement or undermine protection boundaries
Think about non-human identities as a distinct risk and control category, and can design least-privilege access and accountability controls for systems acting on a person's behalf
Can reason from a threat model to a control and explain the tradeoff to both an engineer and an auditor
Have defined risk-based review or approval criteria within engineering workflows and kept them effective under high change velocity
Deliver clear, precise written work for both technical and non-technical audiences
Thrive in ambiguous environments with no settled industry playbook, where you're expected to propose the standard rather than wait for one
Are energized by being the security and risk authority who educates and influences outcomes rather than only advises
Strong candidates may also:
Understand the security properties of LLM agents, whether from an AI, developer-platform, or agent-tooling company, or through comparable experience
Bring familiarity with AI governance frameworks alongside traditional security frameworks
Have adapted controls from regulated or highly sensitive environments to an open, high-trust engineering culture
Possess relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CCSP, ISO 27001 or ISO 42001 Lead Implementer/Auditor)
Candidates need not have:
Done everything on this list before. Very few people have governed AI agents at scale — we care more about how you reason about access, accountability, and blast radius than about a prior title.

An overview of this role
This is an overnight shift role with working hours of 12:00am - 7:00am EST.
As a Support Engineer on our U.S. Government Support Engineering team, you operate at the critical intersection of Support and Engineering, enabling public sector organizations and United States government agencies to run GitLab in some of the most secure and constrained environments in the world. Your work directly supports national security missions, including customers operating within FedRAMP-authorized, air-gapped, and classified or semi-classified environments where traditional troubleshooting approaches are not always possible.
In this role, you will engage deeply with GitLab through the command line; analyzing logs, system behavior, and application performance with strong Linux fundamentals and an understanding of how GitLab’s components interact end-to-end. You may partner with Product and Engineering to reproduce and document edge-case defects using sanitized or redacted data, or contribute directly to the product by opening merge requests that resolve customer-impacting issues. Beyond resolving individual cases, you’ll help strengthen GitLab by improving documentation, support workflows, and institutional knowledge, ensuring that lessons learned in highly regulated environments benefit the broader platform; all while working in a fully remote, highly collaborative environment built on trust, autonomy, and shared ownership.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to quickly analyze strace output
A solution to capture the state of a customer’s server for easier troubleshooting
A functionality to ChatOps to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com
What you’ll do
Collaborate closely with public sector customers, including U.S. government agencies, the Department of War, and Intelligence Community organizations, to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in GitLab deployments operating under strict security, compliance, and operational constraints.
Perform deep, hands-on technical investigations using Linux command-line tooling and GitLab internals to analyze logs, system performance, and application behavior, often with limited telemetry or incomplete datasets. You will trace issues across infrastructure, application, and code paths to identify root causes, recommend mitigations, and drive durable fixes; frequently partnering with GitLab Product, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure outcomes that meet both mission and platform reliability requirements.
Create and update clear, reusable documentation and support content based on real customer interactions to improve self-service and reduce repeated issues.
Participate in regular
pairing sessions
with other Support Engineers and act as a
stable counterpart
to cross-functional teams to share knowledge and improve support processes.
Contribute to building and refining internal support tools and workflows, including automation and troubleshooting utilities, to make diagnosing and resolving issues more efficient.
Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations, providing timely emergency support for self-managed customers operating in restricted and compliance-focused environments.
Support the growth of the team by reviewing applications and assessments, and participating in interviews and hiring decision discussions.
What you’ll bring
Due to government security requirements, you must be a United States Citizen (defined as any individual who is a citizen of the United States by law, birth, or naturalization) to be eligible for this position
Experience managing customer-facing cases across the full support lifecycle, from initial inquiry and triage through reproduction, escalation, and resolution
Strong Linux systems administration knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot performance and configuration issues in complex environments
Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered developer tooling and gateway architectures (for example GitLab Duo, AI gateway configurations, or similar model-serving/proxy layers), including how they're deployed and troubleshot in self-managed or air-gapped environments
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash) and work within model-view-controller frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails) to investigate and resolve issues
Practical experience with Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows
Skill in creating and maintaining clear, accurate support content and technical documentation
Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, empathetic way to customers and coworkers with varying technical backgrounds
Familiarity with DevOps practices and container-orchestration technologies such as OpenShift and Kubernetes
Understanding of common information security and compliance concepts and controls (for example DISA STIG and SELinux), and eligibility to work on United States federal customer environments as required for this role
About the team
At GitLab Federal, LLC, the U.S. Government Support Engineering team partners with public sector organizations and United States government agencies to support GitLab in highly secure, mission-critical environments. Our work directly enables national security outcomes, supporting customers across the Intelligence Community, Department of War, and other federal, state, and local government entities operating within regulated and restricted boundaries.
We are embedded within Support Engineering and work closely with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales to solve complex, high-impact technical challenges. Our team frequently dives into code, logs, and architectural behavior to understand not just what is failing, but why; especially in environments with sanitized data, limited visibility, and strict compliance controls such as FedRAMP. We collaborate asynchronously across time zones and through structured pairing and discussion to share knowledge, strengthen solutions, and continuously improve how GitLab supports secure, air-gapped, and regulated deployments, while upholding GitLab's standards for rigor, transparency, and technical excellence.

Fortune and Fortune Media IP Limited are not affiliated with, and do not endorse products or services of GitLab.
What this role is about
You'll manage a team of Assigned Support Engineers who provide relationship-based technical support to GitLab's biggest enterprise customers. ASEs work proactively with customers to find root causes and prevent repeat issues, which is different from working a ticket queue. They also turn their actions and activity into outcomes and deliverables that show customers the ROI they get from GitLab.
You'll build a team that works independently, owns issues from start to finish, and knows when to ask for help. When a customer relationship is in trouble, you'll work alongside the account teams to bring it back to health. You'll also help improve the ASE program in ways that matter to customers and to the company.
What you'll do
Hire, coach, and develop ASEs. Hold regular 1:1s, give direct feedback, deal with performance issues early, and build a team where people feel safe raising problems.
Pay attention to engagement and retention, and coach the team on GitLab's values and operating principles.
Train ASEs to run technical interviews so the hiring pipeline doesn't depend on you.
Set clear goals and expectations, track progress across onboarding, relationships, escalations, and KPIs, and connect the team's work to company priorities. Help ASEs prioritize across accounts when everything feels urgent.
Lead escalations from start to finish. Work with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to get the right people moving, and keep the customer informed and confident in the plan.
Work alongside the account teams to bring at-risk customers back to health, including renewal and expansion risk driven by support concerns. Build the recovery plan, drive the technical side, and report on progress until the customer is stable.
Help ASEs translate their actions and activity into outcomes, deliverables, and ROI, and present that to customers and executives in clear decks that cover what happened, what you're doing about it, and what comes next.
Work with the ASE leadership team on initiatives that improve the program and customer outcomes, and see yours through to results.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, CSMs, Product, and Engineering to push for what customers need, and contribute utilization and onboarding data to capacity and headcount planning with Finance and sales leadership.
Document how the team works and find ways to make it more efficient through tools, process changes, and automation. Use AI well in your own work and coach ASEs to do the same.
What you'll bring
5+ years in technical support, with at least 2 years managing customer-facing technical teams.
Experience with high-touch or assigned support for enterprise customers. Professional services delivery counts. Experience across Self-Managed, GitLab Dedicated, and GitLab.com is a plus.
A strong record of handling escalations with both internal teams and customers. You stay calm, keep people aligned, and know when to bring in leadership.
The ability to turn a complicated or nuanced situation into a clear written story and tie activity to outcomes with numbers.
A customer-centric approach balanced with good judgment about what the service, the team, and the company can deliver, and experience working with account teams to bring struggling customers back to health.
A record of getting work done across teams through influence and strong working relationships. You can work with Sales, CS, and account teams to set clear expectations for the ASE service and find the right path for each customer.
Willingness to be available outside standard hours, including weekends, for the occasional critical escalation or customer-impacting incident.
Comfort with ambiguity and change. You keep a team steady while priorities, processes, and the program evolve, and you explain the reasons for changes so people stay engaged.
A strong technical foundation to guide engineers in complex, production-critical environments, including Linux system administration and web application development concepts. Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, or GitLab is helpful.
A history of developing engineers at different skill levels through real feedback, mentoring, and clear expectations.
Process skills that make a team more efficient without adding bureaucracy, and comfort leading a remote, globally distributed team using metrics and customer feedback.
About the team
The ASE team is spread across AMER, EMEA, and APAC and works mostly async, with regular pairing sessions, 1:1s, and Slack. We support GitLab's largest and most strategic customers, who run GitLab in production-critical environments. We dig into code and logs, work across departments, and focus on root cause, trends, preventing repeat issues, and providing the technical acumen that helps customers get the most value out of GitLab for their business.

Business Operations & Enterprise Standards
Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-level business operations processes, procedures, workflows, governance standards, templates, tools, and operating expectations.

Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks that teams can use to execute work consistently across departments, projects, and locations.
Identify recurring friction, process gaps, unclear ownership, inefficient handoffs, and inconsistencies across the business and implement scalable solutions.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of business operations processes and standards, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement as business needs evolve.
Cross-Functional Process & Project Support
Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate functions to translate company-wide requirements into practical processes that appropriately support the needs of the business.
Partner with Finance and Procurement on the development and rollout of processes related to budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, vendor management, financial controls, and other requirements.
Support Legal with project management and cross-functional coordination for initiatives requiring structured planning, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and follow-through.
Workplace Services Programs
Build and oversee enterprise Workplace Services programs that support consistent, efficient operations across locations.
Establish the strategy, standards, processes, service expectations, and governance for programs such as vehicle fleet, uniforms, transportation services, culinary services, onsite office space and other shared workplace or operational services.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to establish appropriate vendor strategies, contracts, budgets, controls, and service-level expectations for Workplace Services programs.
Develop enterprise playbooks and implementation standards for Workplace Services programs, providing clear direction to onsite Program Managers and local teams responsible for execution.
Monitor program performance, service quality, cost, compliance, and business needs across locations and continuously improve programs as the organization evolves.
Identify opportunities to standardize services, improve the employee experience, reduce operational friction, create efficiencies, and appropriately leverage enterprise scale.
Standards & Governance
Establish enterprise program management standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and expectations that the team can apply across the organization.
Develop and maintain standards for work management systems, ensuring information is structured consistently and provides meaningful visibility across projects, departments, and locations.
Partner with PMO to establish appropriate reporting standards, dashboards, KPIs, portfolio reporting, and operating reviews to provide visibility into business priorities, execution, risks, dependencies, and capacity.Establish effective meeting, communication, and operating rhythms, including portfolio reviews, leadership updates, cross-functional operating reviews, and escalation mechanisms.

What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, program management, PMO operations, workplace operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable operating processes across multiple teams, functions, or locations rather than simply administering existing processes.
Experience developing enterprise standards, operating procedures, governance frameworks, playbooks, taxonomies, documentation standards, and common ways of working.
Strong understanding of how business operations interact with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate support functions.
Experience translating corporate policies, controls, and functional requirements into practical operating processes that meet the needs of the business.
Experience building or managing shared operational or Workplace Services programs, such as fleet, transportation, food and beverage/culinary, uniforms, facilities-related services, or other enterprise services.
Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience establishing governance, accountability, reporting, and operating rhythms across complex organizations.
Experience with portfolio reporting, KPI development, dashboards, process documentation, and project/work management platforms.
Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to identify root causes, simplify workflows, standardize where appropriate, and drive adoption of new ways of working.
Ability to influence and create accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, executable processes.
Comfortable operating at both the strategic and detailed execution levels—able to design enterprise operating models and programs while remaining close enough to execution to ensure they work in practice.

The team is responsible for identifying and developing inorganic growth opportunities, unlocking new routes to market, and fostering a diverse partner ecosystem that amplifies our reach while making it easier for customers to buy and deploy Chainalysis.
The Channel Partnerships Manager, Americas will own the day-to-day management of channel partners across the region, with a focus on activating, enabling, and growing a defined set of channel partners. This role is focused on regional execution and will be responsible for helping partners and internal field teams work together more effectively to drive pipeline, revenue, and market coverage in the Americas.
In this role, you’ll:
- Build strong working relationships with key partners in-region, including SI’s, consulting firms, resellers, distributors, and MSPs, and serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagement within the geo.
- Drive partner enablement so partners can effectively position Chainalysis, qualify opportunities, navigate sales plays, and work within our channel processes and requirements.
- Develop and execute joint plans with priority partners in AMER to increase partner-sourced pipeline, improve partner engagement, and expand partner contribution to regional growth.
- Work closely with regional sales leaders, AEs, RevOps, Marketing, and Partnerships to align partners to the right accounts, opportunities, and go-to-market motions in-region.
- Identify high-potential regional partners to prioritize, grow existing partner performance, and help recruit new partners where there is clear market opportunity or coverage need.
- Support internal field enablement in AMER so sellers understand when and how to engage partners, the relevant program guidelines, and how to work effectively with indirect routes to market.
- Run a consistent operating cadence with top partners, including business reviews, pipeline check-ins, account mapping, and escalation management where needed.
- Track partner activity and outcomes in partnership with RevOps and sales, including partner-sourced pipeline, training progress, and overall partner performance in the region.
- Coordinate closely with the broader Partnerships team to ensure regional execution is aligned to the overall program while remaining focused on in-market partner activation and revenue growth.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Proven experience managing channel, reseller, MSP, VAR, and SI relationships at a B2B technology or services company.
- Demonstrated ability to enable partners effectively, including training on value proposition, sales plays, qualification, and how to work opportunities with internal sales teams.
- Experience driving measurable business outcomes through partners, including partner-sourced pipeline
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales, marketing, RevOps, and other internal stakeholders to execute partner plans.
- Strong commercial judgment and execution skills, including the ability to prioritize partners, manage competing opportunities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working in the US or in a multi-country region with different market dynamics, sales motions, and partner maturity levels.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility internally and externally.
- Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem and how it ties into the financial services industry, and the ability to ramp quickly on Chainalysis products, use cases, and customer needs in order to enable partners effectively.
- Background in crypto, financial services, fintech, and/or compliance software.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience at a consulting/services firm advising clients on digital asset initiatives
- Experience with PRM tools, deal registration processes, account mapping, and partner performance tracking.
- Experience building channels in an environment where direct sales and indirect routes to market must coexist and be carefully governed.
- Comfort working across time zones and in a highly matrixed global organization.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

About the job
Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We are looking for a
Senior Technical Product Manager
to own the vision for Keet and lead it to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. This is not a maintenance role. You will define where Keet goes, convince the board and the team that it is the right direction, and then drive the execution that gets it there.
You are a rare combination of three things. You are a product visionary who has shipped consumer chat or calling apps at scale. You are a technologist who can go deep on P2P architecture and the Pear / Holepunch stack (docs.pears.com). And you are a hands-on builder who uses AI tools to prototype and prove concepts in days, not months. You set the bar high, move at incredible speed, and lead from the front.
You will also be the person who catches what others miss. The PM who thrives here reads every ticket, tracks every dependency, asks the uncomfortable question before it becomes a launch incident, and keeps five workstreams moving simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them.
If you prefer a PM role where you set strategy and delegate execution, this is not the right fit. If you want to build something that ships to real users, moves markets, and carries your fingerprints from concept to production, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy
Own and articulate the long-term product vision for Keet as the world's leading private, peer-to-peer communication app, with a clear path to 1 billion users.
Analyze WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, LINE, WeChat and emerging competitors to identify where P2P gives Keet an unfair advantage, and build the roadmap around it.
Present product vision, strategy, metrics and progress to the board and executive leadership with clarity and conviction.
Define a growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention and virality, with measurable targets at every stage.
Technical Product Leadership
Develop a deep working understanding of the Holepunch P2P stack (Pear runtime, Bare, Hypercore, Hyperswarm, HyperDHT, Autobase, Hyperbee) and translate its capabilities and constraints into product decisions.
Partner with core engineering on hard P2P problems at scale, including NAT traversal, offline sync, multi-device support, large groups, push notifications, and battery and data efficiency on mobile.
Own the real-time calling experience (1:1 and group voice and video, plus screen sharing) to a quality bar that matches or beats Google Meet and Zoom.
Define clear feature tiers with explicit labels for stable versus experimental functionality.
Rapid Prototyping with AI
Use AI coding and design tools to build working prototypes and demos that prove concepts before committing engineering resources.
Turn ideas into something the team, users and the board can see and touch within days.
Execution & Team Leadership
Lead the product team and run the sprint cadence end to end, covering planning, prioritization, standups, reviews and retrospectives.
Own deliverables from conception through release, testing and post-launch iteration, ensuring core functionality works reliably every time.
Maintain issue trackers and roadmaps that accurately reflect priorities and sprint commitments.
Coordinate across engineering, QA, design, marketing and business stakeholders, and manage cross-team dependencies across the Holepunch and Tether ecosystem.
Provide transparent updates on status, risks and timeline changes, and hold direct conversations about accountability when needed.
Mobile & Distribution
Own the mobile release process across iOS and Android. This includes App Store and Google Play submissions, review guidelines, compliance, store listings, ratings and release management.
Oversee desktop distribution and installers across macOS, Windows and Linux.
Build crash reporting, debugging and analytics systems, privacy-preserving by design, that turn user reports into actionable engineering data.
Mandatory:
8+ years of product management experience, including significant time in a senior or lead role owning a consumer product end to end.
Strong product sense, with a proven track record of setting product vision and driving it to measurable outcomes at scale (tens of millions of users or more).
Experience leading engineers who ship products, including running sprint cadences with predictable delivery across cross-functional teams.
Deep JavaScript and React skills. You can read and write production code, review pull requests, and build working prototypes yourself.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. You don't need P2P expertise, because our core abstracts it away, but you should be able to reason about sync, offline behavior and consistency trade-offs.
Hands-on experience shipping and scaling mobile apps on iOS and Android, with deep familiarity with App Store and Google Play logistics, review processes and release management.
Experience with real-time voice and video calling products (such as Google Meet, Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp calls) and the quality, latency and reliability trade-offs involved.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to rapidly prototype and demonstrate product concepts.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting vision and strategy to boards, executives and investors.
A strong understanding of urgency versus importance, and the judgment to make fast, high-quality decisions with incomplete information.
You thrive in a high-intensity, fast-moving environment, set an exceptionally high bar, and are willing to go above and beyond, including extended hours, when the mission demands it.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
Product leadership experience at a major messaging app such as WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, WeChat, Signal, Viber or KakaoTalk.
Experience with peer-to-peer technologies, distributed systems or decentralized protocols. Prior exposure to Holepunch, Pear or Hypercore is a strong plus.
Experience growing a product in emerging markets or across multiple regions and languages.
A background in privacy, encryption or security-focused products.
Familiarity with Electron, React Native or similar cross-platform frameworks, as well as installer systems, boot performance and Linux packaging (Snap, AppImage, Flatpak).
A solid understanding of testing approaches (unit, integration, end-to-end), test automation and performance testing.
An engineering background or computer science degree.
Experience with Git, issue trackers and modern collaboration tools.
Why this role:
The next billion-user communication app will not run on someone else's servers. If you want to be the person who defines it, presents it to the board, prototypes it yourself, and then leads the team that ships it, we want to hear from you.
In your application, include a link to a product you have shipped or a prototype you have built, along with a few sentences on how you would take Keet to 1 billion users.
