About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're seeking an experienced Executive Escalations Manager to be a founding member of a new pillar of our Operations organization: Community & Executive Escalations. This role is the front line of how Anthropic protects its reputation when high-stakes user issues surface through executive channels. You'll help stand up the function from scratch and operate it day-to-day. You'll be the person building the playbooks and escalation criteria, triaging incoming escalations, and running them to resolution alongside cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate combines calm-under-fire judgment with sharp written communication and a bias toward action.
Responsibilities:
Build the team's playbooks, escalation criteria, tooling solutions, and SOPs to successfully manage escalations coming from Anthropic’s executive team
Own executive escalations end-to-end during your coverage hours
Communicate crisply with internal stakeholders: brief executives on live situations, give Comms partners the facts they need, and keep incident channels useful and current
Write clear post-escalation reports that capture what happened, what we did, and what should change—so the next escalation is easier than the last
Lead a recurring escalations insights forum: identify patterns across escalations and drive the resulting product and policy changes with partner teams
You may be a good fit if you have:
6+ years of experience in escalation management, trust & safety operations, customer support, or a related front-line operations role—ideally at a consumer or developer platform.
Direct, hands-on experience running incidents or escalations: you've been the person investigating the issue, coordinating R&R with XFN partners, and writing executive comms.
Sharp written communication—you can brief a senior leader in three sentences and document an incident so the next responder can pick it up cold
Excellent judgment under pressure
Comfort coordinating across functions in real time and influencing partners without positional authority
A pattern-detection mindset—you spot the second-order issue beneath the first-order complaint and surface it to the right people
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this team is brand new and you'll be helping define what good looks like as you operate
Excitement about protecting Anthropic's reputation and relationships at a moment when public attention on AI has never been higher
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$210,000
—
$260,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Opportunity
We are a bootstrapped, profitable enterprise SaaS company at $30M ARR with a clear trajectory to $100M. We have built the only 100% natively-architected platform in our ecosystem for DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security—serving Fortune 500 enterprises across regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, government, and hospitality. Our customer base includes household-name brands, and our five-product portfolio creates significant expansion and cross-sell opportunity.
We are not looking for a CRO who will spend six months “assessing the landscape.” We need a proven operator who has personally scaled a SaaS business from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR, who understands that profitable growth is non-negotiable, and who can build and execute a revenue engine that compounds quarter over quarter. This is a company built by missionaries, not mercenaries—and we expect the same from our CRO.
The Product Portfolio
Our platform consists of five integrated product lines, all built 100% natively within the Salesforce ecosystem. This native architecture is a core competitive differentiator—no external servers, no third-party middleware, no security exposure points:
DevOps — End-to-end release management, version control, CI/CD, and automated deployments for Salesforce environments. Designed for enterprise-scale complexity with full audit trails and compliance controls.
Backup & Archive — Complete data protection with automated backup scheduling, granular recovery, and intelligent archival capabilities that help enterprises manage data lifecycle and reduce storage costs.
Trust Center (Security & Compliance) — Proactive security scanning, vulnerability detection, and compliance monitoring that gives regulated enterprises real-time visibility into the health and security posture of their Salesforce environments.
Data Seeding — Intelligent test data management that enables enterprises to create realistic, anonymized datasets for sandbox and development environments without exposing production data.
DevOps for Veeva — Purpose-built release management for life sciences organizations running Veeva CRM on the Salesforce platform, addressing the unique regulatory and validation requirements of pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
The company has also integrated AI-powered capabilities into the platform, enabling intelligent automation across the DevOps lifecycle. The multi-product portfolio creates a powerful land-and-expand motion: the average deal size is increasing, and the cross-sell opportunity across the five product lines is substantial and largely untapped.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
Own the full revenue number: new business, expansion, renewal, and retention across all segments (Enterprise, Mid-Market, and emerging PLG).
Design and execute the go-to-market strategy to scale from $30M to $100M ARR within 3–4 years while maintaining profitability.
Build and operationalize a quarterly planning cadence with bottoms-up forecasting, pipeline coverage models, and segment-level unit economics tracking.
Establish minimum deal size thresholds and systematically prune low-value accounts that dilute team capacity and drag down margins.
Drive cross-sell and upsell motions across the five-product portfolio, increasing average contract value and multi-product adoption rates.
Pipeline & Demand Generation
Build a scalable, multi-channel demand generation engine spanning outbound prospecting, content marketing, digital campaigns, events, partner referrals, and product-led growth.
Own pipeline coverage ratios and ensure 3–4x pipeline-to-quota coverage at all times across segments.
Implement rigorous pipeline inspection and deal management processes with weekly forecasting reviews, stage-gate criteria, and data-driven coaching.
Personally engage in strategic pipeline development for enterprise accounts, including executive-to-executive relationship building.
Product-Led Growth & Innovation
Design and execute a PLG motion that creates a self-service entry point into the platform, converting free or low-cost users into enterprise contracts.
Build the instrumentation, analytics, and product-sales handoff processes required to identify and convert PLG-qualified leads into sales-assisted opportunities.
Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that differentiate the company from competitors relying on traditional sales motions, including community-led growth and ecosystem-based strategies.
Enterprise Sales & Large Deal Execution
Personally lead and close strategic enterprise deals with Fortune 500 accounts, particularly in regulated industries with complex procurement and compliance requirements.
Penetrate large enterprise accounts through multi-threaded relationships, executive sponsorship, and value-based selling that ties platform outcomes to business-critical KPIs.
Build and manage a structured enterprise deal process including discovery frameworks, mutual close plans, executive business reviews, and competitive displacement playbooks.
Develop an account-based strategy for the top 50 target accounts with dedicated pursuit plans, relationship maps, and executive engagement cadences.
Customer Retention & Expansion
Drive gross revenue retention from current levels to 92%+ through proactive customer health monitoring, risk identification, and executive intervention processes.
Own the net revenue retention number, targeting 110%+ through systematic expansion and cross-sell into the installed base.
Establish executive-level relationships with top accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term partnership positioning.
Implement a structured customer lifecycle management process from onboarding through renewal, with clear ownership, milestones, and escalation paths.
Global Team Leadership
Lead and scale a global revenue organization encompassing Sales (Enterprise and Mid-Market), Marketing (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Field Marketing), Business Development (SDR/BDR), Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability, transparent metrics, and a low-tolerance approach to underperformance—while maintaining a supportive, coaching-oriented environment for top performers.
Recruit, develop, and retain A-level talent across all revenue functions, with a particular emphasis on hiring missionaries who demonstrate ownership mentality and independent judgment.
Manage distributed teams across time zones with disciplined operating rhythms, clear communication protocols, and consistent performance management.
Unit Economics & Profitable Growth
Maintain and improve unit economics as the company scales: CAC payback under 18 months, LTV-to-CAC ratio above 3x, and gross margins consistent with best-in-class SaaS benchmarks.
Make resource allocation decisions based on data, not instinct—investing in segments, channels, and motions that demonstrate efficient returns and pulling back from those that do not.
Provide the CEO and board with clear, honest reporting on revenue performance, pipeline health, retention trends, and forward-looking indicators.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS company from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR as CRO, VP of Sales, or equivalent revenue leadership role.
Direct, personal experience closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with Fortune 500 or equivalent large enterprise customers.
Experience leading a global, multi-functional revenue organization including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development with 50+ total team members.
Demonstrated ability to build and operate a demand generation engine that produces predictable, inspectable pipeline across multiple channels.
Deep understanding of modern SaaS unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin, GRR, and NRR—with evidence of running a profitable or capital-efficient operation.
Experience implementing or scaling a product-led growth motion alongside traditional enterprise sales.
Track record of improving gross revenue retention to 90%+ and net revenue retention to 110%+ at scale.
Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) with complex compliance and security requirements.
Minimum 15 years of progressive revenue leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CRO or equivalent role.
Strongly Preferred
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent enterprise platform ecosystems.
Background in DevOps, DevSecOps, or developer tools with an understanding of how technical buyers evaluate and adopt platform solutions.
Experience at a bootstrapped or capital-efficient company (not solely venture-backed hypergrowth environments where profitability was not a constraint).
Familiarity with multi-product portfolio selling and the orchestration of cross-sell and land-and-expand motions.
Experience building and leveraging executive communities or advisory boards as a strategic GTM channel.
History of competitive displacement wins against well-funded or market-leading competitors.
This role is not for everyone. It is for someone who has done this before—not someone who believes they can figure it out. It is for someone who runs toward problems, not away from them. Someone who holds themselves to a higher standard than anyone else could impose. Someone who understands that in a bootstrapped, profitable company, every decision carries real weight and every dollar matters.
If you are that person, we want to hear from you.
Benefits
Competitive compensation, incentive structure, and company equity
Daily coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunity
Remote-first team!
Be part of a global, mission-driven team
Learn from top leaders in Salesforce DevOps and SaaS sales
Work on exciting challenges in a rapidly growing industry

Compensation & Structure
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and structured to reward performance:
Competitive base salary reflecting the CRO-level scope and enterprise SaaS benchmarks.
Significant performance-based variable compensation tied to bookings, retention, and profitability targets—not vanity metrics.
Equity participation with meaningful upside tied to the $30M-to-$100M growth trajectory.
Clear quarterly milestone structure with transparent measurement and payout criteria.

An overview of this role
As Director, Social Media, you'll lead GitLab's global social media strategy and help people understand how GitLab is co-creating the future of software development. The role shapes how GitLab shows up across social channels, connecting our company, product, and employer stories, to build meaningful engagement with customers, users, contributors, candidates, and industry audiences. Expect to set clear priorities, guide execution, and use insights to strengthen GitLab's voice and business impact. You'll own the outcomes of GitLab's social function — strategy, budget, team development, tooling, and results — and serve as GitLab's senior-most voice on social strategy with executive stakeholders.
This is a player-coach role. You'll set the strategy and stay close enough to the work to write, build, and ship alongside the team. Two Social Media Managers report to the head of corporate communication and work with you on a dotted-line basis. You'll set their strategic direction, raise the editorial and craft bar, and develop them as practitioners, including goal-setting, feedback, and career development in partnership with their manager. Influence matters in this role, which is why it calls for someone who has already led and grown social practitioners.
What you’ll do
Own the performance of GitLab's social function and its contribution to marketing and business goals.
Lead GitLab's global organic social media strategy, channel plans, and editorial priorities.
Own GitLab's YouTube strategy end to end — channel architecture, programming and series development, long- and short-form video, packaging (titles, thumbnails, metadata), search and recommendation optimization, and subscriber and watch-time growth.
Partner with Growth Marketing on paid social, including briefing creative, aligning organic and paid on shared audiences and messaging, informing boosting and amplification decisions, and connecting paid performance back to organic strategy.
Develop clear, audience-focused campaigns that support company, product, brand, and talent goals.
Guide content planning and publishing across social channels while maintaining a consistent GitLab voice.
Own the social media budget, tooling stack, and agency, freelance, and production partner relationships.
Partner with teams across Marketing, Communications, Product, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and other functions to plan and deliver social programs.
Build processes that support effective collaboration in GitLab's all-remote, asynchronous environment.
Use social listening, audience insights, and performance data to improve content and inform broader marketing decisions.
Lead the measurement framework for social — KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence — and report performance and learnings to marketing and executive leadership.
Partner with DevRel on community engagement to help GitLab participate in relevant industry conversations with a clear, useful point of view.
Build and run creator, influencer, and advocacy programs, including developer creators, GitLab community contributors, and team member advocacy.
Own GitLab's employee advocacy program — grow participation across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Talent, equip team members with content worth sharing, and measure reach, engagement, and contribution to brand and talent goals. Partner with Communications and Talent Acquisition on enablement, and manage the advocacy platform and its adoption.
Support executive and expert social presence, partnering with Communications to help GitLab leaders and technical experts show up credibly on social, including constructive conversations with C-suite executives about proposed content.
Apply AI tools thoughtfully across the social workflow to help GitLab model what an AI-native marketing team looks like.
Prepare for and guide responses to sensitive or fast-moving issues in partnership with the appropriate teams.
What you’ll bring
10+ years in social media, including at least 5 years leading social strategy for a global brand at the senior manager level or above, and accountable for the function's results.
Experience owning a social function end to end, including strategy, budget, headcount, tooling, and results as the accountable leader.
Experience leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional programs, with clear ownership of and accountability for outcomes.
Depth in YouTube strategy, including owning and growing a brand or business channel, and can speak to programming decisions, video formats, packaging, and the metrics that actually move a channel.
Hands-on experience growing LinkedIn and X as primary channels, with judgment about what content, format, and cadence work on each.
Experience with paid social programs and how organic and paid social reinforce each other, including creative for paid, audience strategy, and interpreting paid performance data.
Experience connecting social media programs to broader brand, communications, product, or business priorities.
Strong editorial judgment and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.
Fluency with short-form and long-form video as core social formats, including working with production partners and creators.
Experience defining a measurement framework for social, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence, and presenting performance, learnings, and recommendations to executive leadership on a standing basis.
Experience building or scaling an employee advocacy program, including driving adoption across multiple functions, sustaining participation beyond launch, and reporting attributed reach and business contribution
Fluency with an enterprise social stack for publishing, listening, and advocacy. Ours is Sprout Social, Meltwater, and EveryoneSocial.
Experience running social programs across multiple regions and languages, and judgment about what to localize versus centralize.
Skill in managing multiple priorities and making sound decisions in fast-moving situations.
A collaborative, inclusive approach and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
Passion about GitLab's mission and the future of software development, open source, artificial intelligence, and DevSecOps.
About the team
This role is part of GitLab's Marketing organization and works across teams to present a clear, consistent company voice on social media. The team collaborates asynchronously with partners across regions and functions, balancing planned campaigns with timely engagement. Together, you'll help audiences understand GitLab's platform, mission, values, and impact.

Business Affairs Director
to serve as a senior commercial leader and lead some of our most significant, complex and strategically important negotiations for PlayStation Productions, our in-house production team focused on bringing PlayStation’s iconic game franchises to new audiences through film, television and other entertainment formats.
This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep entertainment industry expertise, exceptional commercial judgment and the credibility to independently represent SIE in negotiations with senior executives across studios, streaming platforms, production companies, agencies, producers and other rights holders.
The Business Affairs Director will own commercial strategy and negotiation for material transactions from initial deal structuring through agreement on key business terms. The role will also advise senior leadership on deal strategy, commercial models, market precedent, risk and the longer-term implications of proposed arrangements.
Working in close partnership with Creative, Finance, Legal and our first-party game studios, the Business Affairs Director will determine and advocate for commercial positions that enable compelling creative partnerships while protecting and maximizing the long-term value and flexibility of SIE’s intellectual property.
This role does not have direct people management responsibility but is expected to operate as a senior leader through expertise, influence, judgment and functional leadership. This role is based in Culver City, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SIE’s most complex, material and strategically significant commercial negotiations across film, television and other entertainment projects, including development, production, licensing, co-production, and other strategic content arrangements.
Set and drive commercial strategy for assigned transactions, establishing negotiating positions, identifying value drivers and acceptable trade-offs, and determining the appropriate path to successful outcomes.
Independently negotiate with senior external counterparties, including studios, streaming platforms, production companies, producers, agencies, talent representatives and other rights holders, representing SIE’s interests with credibility and authority.
Structure and negotiate key business terms across a range of entertainment agreements, including writer, producer, director, talent, attachment, option/purchase, licensing, co-production and related deals.
Serve as a senior advisor to leadership on business affairs matters, providing clear recommendations on deal structures, commercial models, negotiation strategy, market precedent, business risk and long-term implications.
Evaluate when established market or SIE precedent should be followed, challenged or evolved, balancing the requirements of individual projects with the potential implications for future transactions.
Partner with Finance to understand project economics, valuations, value drivers and financial guardrails, translating those inputs into commercial strategy, deal structures and negotiating positions.
Partner closely with Legal to ensure negotiated commercial positions are appropriately reflected in agreements, providing clear business direction and resolving commercial issues that arise through long-form negotiations.
Work closely with our first-party game studios and IP creators to understand franchise priorities, rights considerations and long-term strategic objectives, ensuring deal structures appropriately protect and enhance the value of our IP.
Identify and develop creative solutions to complex or novel commercial issues, balancing creative ambition, partner objectives, economics, risk and SIE’s long-term interests.
Assess the broader implications of significant deal terms and structures across the PlayStation Productions portfolio, identifying potential precedent, opportunities and risks beyond an individual transaction.
Build and maintain senior relationships across the entertainment ecosystem, including studios, platforms, agencies, producers, representatives and other strategic partners.
Maintain a sophisticated understanding of entertainment industry economics, market practices, competitive dynamics, emerging business models and evolving deal structures, using those insights to inform SIE’s commercial positions.
Provide subject matter leadership and expertise across PlayStation Productions and the broader organization, serving as a trusted resource on entertainment deal-making and business affairs matters.
Drive cross-functional alignment on deals, synthesizing perspectives from relevant internal stakeholders and escalating material commercial decisions where appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
10 to 15 years of progressive experience in entertainment business affairs, deal-making or a closely related commercial role, ideally within a major studio, streaming platform, television network, production company, agency or other sophisticated entertainment organization.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. JD, MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred but not required.
Extensive experience independently leading complex, high-value and strategically significant entertainment transactions, with a demonstrated track record of successful negotiations with senior executives and sophisticated counterparties.
Deep expertise in entertainment industry business models, economics, deal structures, customs and practices across film and television.
Strong working knowledge of intellectual property, licensing, development, production and distribution arrangements and their commercial implications.
Demonstrated ability to develop commercial and negotiation strategy, evaluate deal economics and value drivers, and structure solutions to complex or novel business issues.
Exceptional negotiation skills and commercial judgment, including the ability to assess leverage, determine appropriate trade-offs, navigate impasses and recognize when individual deal terms may create broader precedent.
Demonstrated ability to operate with significant independence, authority and discretion, including in high-stakes or sensitive negotiations involving senior internal and external stakeholders.
Strong executive presence, with the ability to establish credibility and effectively influence executives and counterparties at all levels of seniority.
Ability to provide clear, pragmatic recommendations to senior leadership, distilling complex commercial issues into actionable choices and articulating the implications of different paths.
Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and organizations without relying on reporting-line authority.
Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, particularly when navigating ambiguity, novel business models or precedent-setting transactions.
Ability to manage multiple sophisticated negotiations and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with video game intellectual property, franchise-based entertainment or adaptations is a plus.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI https://higgsfield.ai is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn’t just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
A very large share of Higgsfield’s capital goes into compute. GPU procurement, deal economics, the financial planning around it — today that entire function effectively sits on one person’s desk.
We’re not hiring someone to explain the business to the board. We’re hiring someone to drive $100M+ strategic deals end to end: find them, model them, negotiate them, close them, and own what happens after. The financial work matters because it’s how you win a deal and how you know it was worth winning — not because someone needs a deck.
This is the largest line in our cost base and the surface area is enormous, so you’re in company-level decisions from week one. What the role demands is energy and complete ownership. Nobody hands you a process, a pipeline or a mandate here. You take them.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own GPU and compute economics
- Engage and maintain relationships post-deal close, leading delivery of strategic, co-owned initiatives (e.g., co-marketing, case studies, presence at events/conferences, etc.
- Become one of the most knowledgeable people in the world on the GPU and AI-compute market: pricing, supply, contract structures, who is building what and at what cost. Through research, and through showing up in person.
- Source, structure and negotiate compute and infrastructure agreements — capacity commitments, long-term supply, colocation, energy-linked deals.
- Build the cost models that say whether a deal is good, and challenge the ones that say it is.
Build and challenge the financial picture
- Build and stress-test P&L and FP&A models at company level.
- Own forecasting for the largest line in our cost base.
- Work directly with the CEO and the co-founders on the development strategy and financial planning.
Shape major strategic deals
- Model the economics of large partnerships and identify where the value actually sits.
- Translate commercial decisions into a financial story leadership, the board and investors can act on.
REQUIREMENTS
- McKinsey / BCG / Bain-type background, or equivalent depth from corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure PE, or a strategic-finance role at a fast-scaling company. Consulting alumni at Engagement Manager / Principal level and above.
- You can build a three-statement model, an FP&A forecast and a deal case yourself — and find the error in someone else’s.
- You understand the economics of large strategic deals: capacity, offtake, TCO, capex versus opex, contract structure.
- At least 3 years working in international markets — at a global company, or in a role where you owned deals or operations across multiple countries.
- Able to become a genuine domain expert fast, from a standing start, on something technical.
- Heavy international travel. The GPU market is a relationship market and it does not happen online.
- Fluent English and Russian.
Nice to have
- A technical or quantitative undergraduate degree — engineering, physics, applied maths, CS — underneath the commercial track.
- Procurement, supply-chain or capacity-planning exposure at real scale.
- Time at a cloud, GPU, data centre, semiconductor or energy company, including on the commercial side.
- You’ve already made the jump from consulting or banking into an operating role at a startup.
COMING FROM THE COMPUTE SIDE INSTEAD?
If you’ve bought or sold GPU capacity at a cloud, neocloud, data centre or hardware company and you can hold your own on the numbers, this is your role too. We care that you know the market and can move a deal, not which chair you sat in while you learned it.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI https://higgsfield.aiis the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
Higgsfield has grown roughly 35x in the last twelve months. 390 of the Fortune 500 are already on the product, and the adoption patterns look like nothing that came before — teams find us, adopt us and expand without anyone selling to them. That’s what an AI-native product does, and it’s how the company is built: small teams, no inherited process, decisions made in hours rather than quarters.
The opportunity now is to take that industry by industry. Advertising. Entertainment. Gaming. Retail. E-commerce. Each one is a category where a single person can go in, land the anchor accounts and own the vertical outright.
We’re hiring hunters for that. Not account managers working inbound — people who pick a vertical, build the target list themselves, and take it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own global B2B partnerships
- Drive the full partnership lifecycle end to end — sourcing, pitching, structuring, negotiating and closing deals with international partners.
- Build and scale the partnerships pipeline across key markets. You own the target list, not just the deals handed to you.
- This role travels: partners, in their market, in person.
Lead commercial execution
- Own revenue targets and deliver against multi-million-dollar goals.
- Structure complex deals, paid pilots and multi-year strategic agreements.
- Restart stalled deals because you decided to, not because a process told you to.
Shape strategy and go-to-market
- Identify high-value use cases with partners and translate Higgsfield’s capabilities into outcomes they can defend inside their own organisation.
- Design partnership models, pricing structures and GTM approaches from scratch.
- Switch verticals fast — a media holding this month, a consumer brand the next, a platform after that.
Own accounts and grow them
- Build durable relationships at C-level with founders, operators and decision-makers.
- Drive expansion, upsell and new revenue streams inside existing accounts.
- Carry the full commercial picture: what a deal books and what it costs us to serve.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years in enterprise sales, business development or partnerships, closing complex multi-million-dollar deals you personally sourced and negotiated.
- At least 3 years working in international markets — at a global company, or in a role where you owned deals or operations across multiple countries.
- Experience at a company that scaled aggressively, where daily progress was expected and intensity was normal.
- You hold both sides of the business in your head. You can say what a partnership earns and what it costs to deliver in the same sentence.
- Comfortable with almost no structure. You’ll get context and access, not process.
- Heavy international travel.
- Fluent English and Russian.
Nice to have
- Sold into enterprise media, advertising, entertainment or consumer brands.
- Ran a P&L, a market or a vertical as a GM or country lead.
- Broke into an international agency or global commercial organisation as a non-native speaker.
WHAT WE WEIGH OVER BRAND NAMES
We optimise for intensity and ownership. Three deals you actually built beats a decorated CV of roles you inherited, and a thin LinkedIn profile is not a problem here — several of our strongest people have one. If your best work isn’t visible online, tell us about it in your application.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, and other office benefits.
Location: Almaty or San Francisco (onsite), with heavy international travel and regular trips to the other hub. Our team works from the office six days per week. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Drive partner activation through onboarding, enablement, certification, governance, and operational support programs that help product, strategic, and channel partners become productive quickly.
- Build and continuously improve the systems, playbooks, processes, and partner-facing resources that enable Sierra’s partnership ecosystem to scale, including onboarding guides, enablement content, FAQs, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, GTM Operations, and Partnerships to support product launches, technology integrations, joint GTM programs, co-sell motions, and strategic initiatives.
- Plan and execute ongoing partner engagement and governance, including enablement sessions, webinars, QBRs, executive business reviews, newsletters, office hours, partner events, and ongoing partnership management.
- Build reporting and use data to improve partnership health, tracking partner activation, engagement, pipeline contribution, partner-influenced revenue, and overall performance while identifying friction and continuously improving how Sierra launches, activates, and scales partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 6+ years of experience in partnership management, partner programs, partner success, ecosystem operations, program management, or a related function within an enterprise SaaS company.
- Experience launching, activating, and scaling strategic partnerships, including partner onboarding, enablement, certification, joint GTM execution, technology launches, and ongoing partner success.
- Strong cross-functional operator with experience influencing Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and external partners without direct authority, and exceptional organizational, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and technical product concepts, with the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams without needing to be an engineer.
- Fluent with modern AI tools and workflows, actively using AI to improve your work and understanding how AI is changing enterprise software, customer engagement, and partnership models; thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning strategy into repeatable execution.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience supporting and scaling strategic partnership programs across product and technology partnerships, cloud ecosystems, systems integrators, strategic alliances, or channel networks, ideally in a high-growth global environment.
- Experience working across enterprise software ecosystems and partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Stripe, Twilio, Snowflake, Databricks, or large global systems integrators, with familiarity across PRM, CRM, partner enablement, learning management, and collaboration platforms.
- Technical and AI ecosystem experience, including AI platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software, with prior software development, solutions engineering, or technical implementation experience a plus.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

Workplace: Hybrid
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
About the role:
We're looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow our presales function in NYC. Reporting to our presales VP of Solutions Engineering, this is a founding leadership role where you'll help us establish the discipline from the ground up, shaping the playbook that drives your region's success while collaborating across the business to share best practices.
As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will have full ownership of your team's success; you'll be hiring and developing Solutions Engineers, while staying hands-on in the highest-impact deals in your market. You'll set the bar for how your team runs discovery, demos, Proofs of Concept, and technical evaluations. You'll regularly partner with Sales leadership, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to connect your team's work to revenue outcomes. You'll own forecasting, performance, and the overall health of your market, collaborating with presales leadership on strategy and priorities.
Recruitment and Development
- Hire, ramp, and develop a team of 5-10 Solutions Engineers (SEs)in your region, across experience levels, from mid-career to subject matter experts.
- Run regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and career development conversations, ensuring a high quality of discovery, demos, and technical evaluations across the team.
- Build a collaborative, inclusive team culture where Solutions Engineers support each other across deals, not just their own book.
Execution
- Execute and reinforce Synthesia's core presales motions (research, discovery, demos, workshops, Proofs of Concept, champion building, and handover to customer success) with consistency across your team.
- Design and evolve Synthesia's demo methodology across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars, so your team proves business value quickly regardless of use case.
- Build and maintain the presales toolkit for your team with Synthesia's product and operations teams for demo environments, reusable assets, evaluation guides, and objection handling; iterating where you see gaps for your market.
- Evangelize and drive consistent use of AI tools across your team, from call prep to demo delivery to turning discovery notes into follow-up documentation to improve win rate and deal size.
- Partner with Enablement and senior SEs in other markets to share what's working and avoid rebuilding the same assets twice.
- Own forecasting and pipeline hygiene for presales involvement in your market, and report on team performance, win rates, and Proofs of Concept throughput to presales leadership.
- Partner with Sales leadership on account and territory strategy, resourcing your team against the highest-value opportunities.
- Bring visibility to deal risk, timeline, and technical dependencies across your team's active opportunities, and unblock what your SEs can't unblock alone.
- Route field feedback, product gaps, and competitive intelligence from your team up to Product, Product Marketing, and SE leadership.
Domain and Playbook expertise
- Design and evolve Synthesia's demo methodology across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars.
- Use your experience in expert-level discovery, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept scoping to coach SEs at every level.
- Build fluency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks across your team through coaching on real-world application, not framework recitation.
- Deliver and coach Proofs of Concept and executive readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, holding the room with C-level audiences yourself when the deal calls for it.
About you:
- Experience recruiting, managing, and developing Solution Engineering presales teams.
- You've owned the full employee life cycle from hiring through onboarding and promotions, across tenures from early stage to specialised individual contributors. You've done this with teams you've inherited, plus those you've built from scratch.
- Your path to leadership started as an IC executing straightforward opportunities against a playbook, then evolved into solving complex problems with product partners - ultimately building deep expertise in a specific business area or vertical.
- Track record of improving team performance through coaching, hands-on deal support, and consistent execution of an established presales process, not through reinventing it.
- Comfortable owning forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting from a presales perspective, not mimicking the AE perspective.
- Fluent in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, with the credibility to coach both new and experienced SEs on applying them.
- Clear, inclusive communicator who can flex from deep technical detail to executive-level value narratives, and can teach others to do the same.
- Collaborative leadership style, comfortable partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing leadership as peers, not just stakeholders.
Location: This role is hybrid (2+ days a week in our NYC office depending on needs), and we offer 60 days "work from anywhere" annually.
Beneftis
- A competitive salary + stock options in our fast-growing Series E startup
- Hybrid working environment for NY based employees
- 100% Medical, Dental & Vision
- 401k Plan + company match
- Paid parental leave
- 25 days of annual leave + Public holidays + paid sick leave
- Fun culture with regular socials
- A generous referral scheme
- A brand new computer + monitor, + a working from home stipend

Each pod is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy through the pilot, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This structure means the technical side of outreach is handled for you - your focus is on calling and converting prospect responses into booked appointments.
You will work across multiple pilot-stage client projects at once (typically 3-4), running high-volume cold calling via power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns. Because every account is brand new, the meetings you book in the first weeks carry extra weight - they're often a client's first real proof that the engagement is working.
Things You’ll Be Doing:
Cold Calling
Running outbound calling campaigns via power dialer (Koncert) across multiple (3-4) pilot-stage client projects at once - every account brand-new, so there's no history to lean on and no slow ramp-up;
Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script;
Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern - with only three months on the clock, a slow week can't go unnoticed.
Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
Personally owning
every reply
that comes in from automated email
(Reply.io / Inbox AI)
and LinkedIn
(Expandi)
campaigns -responding within 4–8 working hours, handling objections in writing, and nurturing prospects until they convert into confirmed meetings;
Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
Keeping CRM hygiene tight in
HubSpot
and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.
What You Bring:
2+ years
of outbound SDR experience with a strong
cold calling background
;
Fluent English - written and spoken - comfortable working across US and European time zones;
Metrics-driven:
you track your dials, connect rates, and conversion numbers and know how to improve them;
Strong objection handling and a consistent track record of landing next steps;
Comfortable working brand-new accounts with no track record yet, and able to manage multiple pilot-stage client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace;
Reliable
CRM hygiene
and disciplined follow-up across all open threads;
Self-starting and proactive - you hold your pace without needing external pressure.
How We Hire:
Recruiter Interview
(~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
Practical Task
(~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
Hiring Manager Interview
(~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
Final Interview
(~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
Offer & Onboarding
— if it's a yes, we move fast.
